'Ultimate Survival Alaska' Star Steals Car, Crashes, Pinned, Hospitalized, Escapes
"Ultimate Survivor Alaska" star Tyler Johnson is miraculously still on the run ... after allegedly getting drunk, stealing a car, then suffering a horrific accident that should have killed him.
The unbelievable story started in typical criminal fashion ... the police report says a drunken Tyler stole a car in Anchorage 2 weeks ago and went on a joyride ... before losing control and flipping it.
Tyler wasn't wearing his seat belt and was thrown through the windshield ... and he ended up pinned under the car.
Tyler was taken to the hospital but somehow was discharged before cops were able to nab him.
If he's caught .... he'll face DUI and felony vehicle theft charges.

Chris Kattan Ordered To Take Drug & Booze Classes For DUI
Chris Kattan will spend the next 3 years on probation and will have to attend drug and alcohol classes as punishment for driving under the influence of drugs, TMZ has learned.
The L.A. City Attorney's office tells us ... Kattan was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and will have to pay restitution for the freeway crash last Feb. ... when he slammed his Mercedes into a parked Cal Trans vehicle.
Kattan will have to attend a 3-month alcohol program and 104 Narcotics Anonymous classes. Plus, he's forbidden from driving with any drugs in his system ... unless he has a valid prescription.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Kattan had been driving on Ambien at the time of the crash.
We're told Kattan will also have take part in the Hospital and Morgue Program ... a scared straight type of program where he'll see first-hand the consequences of dangerous behavior.

Chris Brown's been partying his ass off, but as far as the judge in his Rihanna beating case is concerned ... he's been a model citizen -- and his reward will be fewer random drug tests.
Chris was in court in L.A. Wednesday for a progress report on his probation, and the results were glowing -- all his random drug tests were negative and he attended bi-weekly therapy sessions.
So the judge agreed to cut the singer a break, and scale back the number of drug tests from 3 a week ... to just 2.
Pretty impressive for a guy who had to be carried out of a club back in June.

Last night Kim said, "I try to encourage him, and once you don't make that change for so long ... my patience wears out." She never says exactly WHAT he's been dealing with "for so long" -- but our Kardashian sources say Rob's weight gain is closely tied to his issues with drugs.
Watch Kim ... it's not hard to read between the lines. She's fed up.

Robin Williams Last Movie Ironic Scene About Alcohol
There was a crisis conference call Tuesday after Robin Williams' suicide ... with producers of his last movie trying to decide if they should delete certain scenes involving Robin's alcoholic character.
The movie is a family-friendly comedy, but during one scene Robin and his son -- played by Joel McHale -- reveal Robin's character is an alcoholic who's been sober for 6 years. Turns out Robin went to rehab 6 years before his death and was sober ever since.
Producers decided to keep the scene as is.
Production sources tell us during the 4 weeks Robin was on set in April, 2013, he was stone-cold sober and showed no signs of depression. Quite the opposite ... he was upbeat the entire shoot.
We're told there will be one change -- Robin's picture will appear as the final frame of the flick ... in memory.

MTV Lawsuit Convict Claims Reality Show Set Him Up in Drug Deal
A drug supplier who served more than 7 months for drug-related crimes claims he was set up by MTV's "True Life" ... so he claims in a new lawsuit.
David Nickell says in legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- he was instructed by a producer on "True Life: I'm Addicted To Pills" to buy pills from a dealer, then give them to a woman on the show ... in front of her 5-year-old son.
Nickell claims the producer told him it would be better TV if the kid was around when the deal went down ... and she assured him he wouldn't get in trouble.
Nickell and the woman who got the pills from him were both arrested after authorities saw the show. And prosecutors used the video in court to convict him.
He's suing the producer, MTV and its parent company Viacom.

Robin Williams Suicide By Hanging No Note
9:00 AM PDT: We've learned Robin was discovered by his personal assistant. Robin's wife Susan left their house Monday morning to run errands. While she was gone, Robin's assistant came over, knocked at the door but no one answered. She became concerned because Robin was supposed to be there. She then knocked on the window and when no one answered she went inside and found the body.
Robin Williams committed suicide by hanging himself inside his home ... sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ.
Sources say the family has heard nothing about a suicide note and it appears the comedian did not leave one.
We're told Robin hanged himself inside the main house ... not the garage.
Law enforcement will hold a news conference today at 11 AM PT to discuss details of the suicide and TMZ will livestream it.
As we previously reported ... Robin had been struggling with a deep depression and went to rehab last month. People familiar with his condition say he seemed almost too far gone back then.

Sources who were around Robin at the time he decided he needed rehab tell TMZ ... he was in a deep, dark depression. The people we spoke with confirm what Robin's people told TMZ when we broke the story ... he had not fallen off the wagon, but was struggling to center himself.
One source says, "Just before he checked in [to rehab] it was obvious ... he had not gotten treatment for so long he was too far down the road."
Another source says he had been "internalizing all the pain of addiction and it was obvious to anyone who was around him."
We're told Robin had been receiving "spiritual treatment" ... lots of meditating.
Robin had been dealing with depression for most of his life.
The Rock's Mom Alleged Drunk Driver Needs a Smackdown ... But I Forgive Her
The Rock's mom is thanking the giant SUV her son bought her for saving her life in a head-on collision -- and amazingly holds no grudges against the woman who hit her.
Ata Maivia-Johnson tells TMZ ... "As much as I'd like to lay the Samoan smackdown on the drunk driver that crashed into us, I've already forgiven her."
Ata and Dwayne's cousin Lina Fanene were driving home last week when the other driver plowed into their Escalade.
Ata added, "By the grace of God and my big heavy strong car, we are alive today to hug our loved ones once again."
The driver has been charged with a DUI in the incident.

Webbie Concert Melee Gets Rappers Banned
Webbie's concert in Odessa, TX had to be shut down after the rapper's fans went nuts and started attacking each other with bar stools ... and TMZ has the INSANE video.
Odessa police tell us Webbie was well into his set at Club 20/20 when a fight between fans turned into a violent free-for-all ... with some people using metal stools as weapons.
Police eventually broke up the brawl and cleared the room. We're told at least 5 people were arrested -- some for drugs and alcohol. Unclear exactly how many were injured, but you can see people laid out cold in the video.
The 20/20 manager tells TMZ ... he doesn't like that kind of "ghetto stuff" at his club ... so he's banning any future rap and hip hop shows at the venue.

The Rock Woman Who Crashed into Mom's Car Charged with DUI
The woman who fled cops and slammed into the car with The Rock's mom inside has been charged with DUI.
The head-on crash in Clermont, Florida left The Rock's mom, Ata Maivia-Johnson and her passenger, Lina Fanene, hospitalized.
Cops say the the woman blew through 2 red lights before crashing into the car.
Police are asking prosecutors to get an arrest warrant for the alleged drunk driver, who is also hospitalized with injuries.
The Rock had given his mom the white Escalade for XMAS in 2012.

The Rock's Mom Car Smashed by Drunk Driver in Head on Collision
The Rock says his mom, Ata Maivia-Johnson and his cousin were struck HEAD ON by a drunk driver this week ... and luckily, they survived.
Dwayne Johnson's uncle Afa tells us Ata and Lina Fanene were driving home from a fundraiser their family runs every year -- the Usos Foundation Banquet -- when they were crashed into by the alleged drunk driver.
Both women were rushed to a local hospital and we're told Ata was hospitalized for 3 nights. Afa wouldn't say what injuries the 65-year-old sustained ... but he did tell us it was a very scary scene.
The Rock posted a picture of the crash and his mom's white Escalade -- the one he bought her for Christmas in 2012 -- clearly totaled. Same goes for the other car involved.
Fanene -- who currently works for WWE's NXT division -- posted a photo of the actor/wrestler visiting her in the hospital.
Ata and Lina also posed for a pic in the SUV on August 2nd on their way to the fundraiser.
The Rock tweeted, "First reaction is to find the person who did this and do unrelenting harm to them. But then you realize the most important thing is my family lived thru this and we can hug each other that much tighter these days."
