Jackson Doctor Didn't Live at Michael's Place
Sources tell TMZ Dr. Conrad Murray was not living at Michael Jackson's home when the singer died.
As we first reported, paramedics found Jackson in Dr. Murray's room. The doctor had administered Propofol to Jackson while Michael was laid out on the bed.
When EMT workers arrived -- and subsequently when police came on scene -- there was no evidence that the doctor had been staying in the room. There was no luggage, no clothes of Dr. Murray's ... no signs he had been staying there.
Authorities believe Dr. Murray generally showed up in the evenings to administer drugs and left during the day. We're told the doctor had administered Propofol to Jackson in the room numerous times. Essentially the bedroom became a home clinic for Jackson, with drugs -- including Propofol -- hidden in the closet area.
As for where Dr. Murray was staying, law enforcement sources say they have evidence he was living in Santa Monica -- approximately eight miles from Jackson's Holmby Hills home. Interestingly, Nicole Alvarez -- the woman who bore Dr. Murray's 7th child -- lives in a Santa Monica apartment.

Hot MMA Fighter: No Boob for You
Gina Carano -- the hottest thing to happen to female MMA fighting since the scissor lock -- has been propositioned by Playboy to appear in her very own knockout spread ... but don't expect to see Gina naked any time soon.
Sources close to Carano tell us Playboy has knocked on the fighter's door "multiple times" over the past year, but the fighter has shot down their offers so quickly that "it never even reached to a point where we would talk about money."
Sorry fight fans, but the only skin you'll get to see any time soon is on Dana White's head.

Jackson Family Shut Out of Jermaine's Plans
Jermaine Jackson is learning a hard lesson -- the Jackson family doesn't take kindly to kinfolk who make promises on their behalf without even bothering to tell them.
You know the big flap over the Vienna Tribute concert -- where Jermaine was spearheading a special show and touting that members of Michael Jackson's family were behind it? Well family sources tell us the family is ticked that Jermaine used them to sell tickets. The family, we're told, never agreed to participate. In fact, Tito told us he was never even invited.
The family isn't happy with J.J. because the concert may now be in jeopardy and stories are being written that the brood caused the concert to crumble.
Bottom line -- Jermaine was out on his own (again) pitching his stuff and the family was out of the loop.

Ex-MTV Star -- My Husband Stabbed My Husband
The former MTV reality star accused of putting a knife through her husband's arm earlier this month claims the whole thing is a misunderstanding -- the dude stabbed himself!
TMZ spoke with the manager for former "Making the Band 2" star Sara Stokes, who told us a completely different story than the one we heard from law enforcement. Here's the breakdown:
Stokes' Version -- The incident started by the pool, when Sara innocently tripped and hit her face. Her husband tried to get something to clean her off and accidentally cut his arms on knives in the kitchen sink.
Law Enforcement Version -- It started when Sara stormed out of her house after a screaming match with her husband, she fell over and blamed him for tripping her -- grabbed a knife and stabbed the crap out of his arm while their 3 children watched the whole thing.
Little bit of a difference there, huh?
But there's more -- Stokes claims the reason she accused her husband of tripping her was because she "suffered a concussion when she fell and was confused."
Stokes' rep tells us the couple is "back together, " "happy" and looking forward to the "truth coming out in court."
Aren't we all.

Clooney to Sue Paps Over Underage Photos
George Clooney is gearing up for a legal war in Italy -- claiming invasive paparazzi climbed over the wall of his Italian home and shot a topless photo of a 13-year-old girl changing in one of his guest rooms.
The photographer also took shots of Clooney and his girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis enjoying private moments in the yard of his estate.
The photos were published in two magazines -- and in a statement to TMZ, Clooney says he's gunning to sue both the mags and the photog who took the pictures.
"We're suing two magazines AND a photographer. I don't know about the law in the United States but in Italy it's illegal for photographers to climb over my wall and to take long lens pictures of a 13-year-old girl in her bedroom.
I draw the line of privacy at that."

Michael Phelps Was Raven at the Crash Scene
TMZ has obtained this photo of Michael Phelps at the scene of his car crash last night -- where judging by his jersey, it appears he was supporting his hometown Baltimore Ravens earlier in the evening.
Cops say Phelps -- who was wearing the jersey of defensive superstar Ed Reed -- was not at fault for the accident. The Ravens beat the Washington Redskins at their pre-season home opener around 7:30 PM. The accident occurred around 9:00 PM.
A police spokesman tells TMZ a Honda ran a red light and struck Phelps' Cadillac Escalade, before bouncing off and hitting a parked car.
Law enforcement also says Phelps -- who was busted for DUI back in 2004 -- was definitely not drunk this time.
The police spokesman told us "If he was impaired, you can bet your bottom dollar he would've been taken in. We don't tolerate that."
WJZ13 shot footage of Phelps inside an ambulance giving his official statement to police -- we're told he was "very respectful of the process."

Kate's the One Who Gave the Fuzz a Buzz
Sources close to Kate Gosselin tell us she was the one who called the cops last night after she and Jon got into a blowout.
Police arrived to the Gosselin's Pennsylvania home shortly after the call was made.
Cops told us they were only at the residence for around 10 minutes -- long enough to make everyone take a chill pill.
Kate eventually left the property to stay at a nearby Days Inn Hotel, because it was Jon's turn to watch their litter.

Stash of Propofol at Jackson's House
Michael Jackson's doctor, Conrad Murray, had a stash of Propofol hidden in a closet in Jackson's house, but there are signs Dr. Murray may have either stored Propofol elsewhere or had a steady stream of FedEx deliveries.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ authorities found 3 large bottles of Propofol and 5 smaller vials of the anesthetic in Jackson's house. The drugs were found in the closet attached to Dr. Murray's bedroom ... the bedroom where the doctor administered Propofol to Jackson the day he died.
But numerous anesthesiologists tells us ... if the stash was used to keep Jackson asleep for 8 hours, it would require approximately 3 bottles and 5 vials. ... so the entire stash would only have lasted one night.
Law enforcement sources tell us Dr. Murray regularly administered Propofol to keep Jackson asleep for the evening. Our sources say law enforcement believes Dr. Murray was getting shipments of the drug through FedEx and may also have been storing it outside Jackson's home ... so he could regularly administer the drug.

Search in Jackson Case -- Smoking Gun?
We've obtained the search warrant used to raid the Las Vegas pharmacy that Dr. Conrad Murray has used in the past, and there appears to be a direct link between the doctor and Propofol ... and there may be a link to Michael Jackson as well.
The documents show authorities were looking for credit card receipts and other docs related to drugs purchased by Dr. Murray on May 12, 2009. The warrant then mentions specific vials of Propofol manufactured by Teva and Hospira, Inc.
We've already reported the LAPD found Propofol manufactured by Teva at Jackson's house.
And authorities were looking for FedEx records relating to "the purchase, transfer, receiving, ordering, delivery and storage of Propofol to Dr. Conrad Murray."
Short story ... it looks like authorities believe they know where and when the Propofol that killed Jackson was purchased.
It is unclear whether authorities got the smoking gun they were looking for. The only thing revealed in the documents is that authorities took "copies of misc. paperwork."

Propofol Manufacturer in MJ Case in the Dark
We just got off the phone with Hospira Inc., one of the Propofol manufacturers mentioned in the Las Vegas warrant used to search a pharmacy connected to Dr. Conrad Murray.
It appears law enforcement believes Hospira manufactured one of the bottles of Propofol found in Michael Jackson's home after he died.
A rep from Hospira tells us "Hospira is one of a number of companies that currently produce Propofol. Hospira has no information regarding the manufacturer of the alleged bottles of Diprivan/Propofol at Michael Jackson's home. Any licensed health care provider could purchase drugs from many sources, including wholesalers and other distribution channels."
Translation ... they won't say if law enforcement has contacted the company -- though we know the DEA has already contacted the manufacturers of the Propofol lots found in Jackson's home.
The company also appears to be saying ... once it leaves their facility, they have no idea where it goes.

Jackson Memorabilia Missing
Some of Michael Jackson's memorabilia is missing and the cops are on the case.
Jackson was in a prolonged legal dispute with a guy named Henry Vaccaro, who got a judgment against the singer in the 90s that Jackson never paid. Vaccaro ended up with a treasure trove of memorabilia, including 60 unreleased master tapes -- which contained 26 of Jackson's songs which have never been heard by the public.
We've been told the dispute between Jackson and Vaccaro lingered and recently Vaccaro agreed to give Jackson 8 items that Michael wanted. We do not know which specific items Jackson flagged.
We're told on July 19, two of Jackson's lawyers went with Vaccaro to the storage locker in Las Vegas where the memorabilia was being stored. According to Vaccaro, 114 items were missing, including the 8 items Jackson's lawyers were there to retrieve.
The items ended up being sold a week later by Clark County Public Auction owner Mario Trabado -- who says he acquired the items legally from a private seller.
Jackson's lawyers were suspicious and believe Vaccaro took the items out of the storage unit. Vaccaro says he removed nothing, and filed a report with the North Las Vegas Police Department.
The PD tells us they're investigating the case.
UPDATE: In a police report filed by Henry on July 31, he claimed over $1 million in losses from the missing items.

Billy Mays Health Insurance Ads Pulled
Today is the last day you'll be seeing the late, great Billy Mays endorse health insurance -- the company behind one of the legendary pitchman's most recent commercials has officially pulled the spot off the air.
Billy claimed his work for the iCAN benefit group was "the most important product I have ever endorsed" -- but now, 6 weeks after Mays passed away, the company has decided to go another direction.
For the record, the company did get the OK from the family to continue running Billy's ad -- and Billy's son also made the following point on his Twitter page, "When actors die, their movies continue to play, right?"

Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa -- aka Mayor Suave -- was snapped with GF Lu Parker at the topless pool at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas this past Monday.

Mayor Suave was in Vegas for the Clean Energy Summit, but took a cabana break.
No comment from Suave's peeps, but here's a comment from us... dude's pretty cool.
