NYC police sources tell TMZ ice fell through a glass plate in the lobby area of a restaurant called Solo, sending shards of glass everywhere.
We're told only minor injuries were incurred.
UPDATE: Whew!!! Snooki is OK -- she just tweeted the above photo and this message: "Its okay Vin and I are still alive ... Omg roof just collapsed at the purim event! We thought the dj was beatin the beat hardcore but nope, the roof couldn't handle snooki and vin ..."
UPDATE 2: We're told Noth, Snooki,Vinny and a few others were covered in glass and escorted to a private room -- but the party is still going on strong.
UPDATE 3: Vinny, not one of the Chosen People, just tweeted: "Roof just collapsed at Purim event.... I think me and @sn00ki felt the wrath for not being Jewish."
Admiral Ackbar Ignites Backlash at Ole Miss
Admiral Ackbar is causing a serious disturbance in the force at Ole Miss -- where several Rebel fans are threatening to abandon the school if the alien leader becomes the new mascot.
The masterminds behind the Admiral Ackbar mascot campaign tell TMZ they've been contacted by angry students, threatening to transfer if the legendary rebel shot caller is voted to become the new face of Ole Miss.
The group has even received complaints from the parents of current students and prospective students -- with some even threatening to "never send their kids to Ole Miss" if the Admiral wins out.
As we previously reported, the school recently voted to bring in a new mascot to replace the old, controversial rebel mascot ... and Ackbar has emerged as an early favorite.
Still no word on when an official decision will be made.

Marie Osmond's Son -- Autopsy Sunday
The L.A. Coroner's Office is anticipating conducting an autopsy tomorrow on the body of Michael Blosil, Marie Osmond's son ... sources tell TMZ.
All information is on a "security hold" -- which means they are giving very limited information from now on.
Death Investigation Into Marie Osmond's Son
The LAPD has launched a death investigation into the suicide of Marie Osmond's son, Michael Blosil.
The case now gets turned over to the coroner -- if there is any evidence of foul play, it will turn into a homicide investigation.
Paramedics responded to the call just before 9:30 PM last night. 911 calls indicated someone had fallen.
Brittany Murphy -- 109 Mystery Pills
Brittany Murphy obtained a prescription for 120 hydrocodone (Vicodin) pills 11 days before her death .... and the day she died there were only 11 pills left in the bottle ... TMZ has learned.
What's more we've learned the L.A. County Coroner's Office cannot locate the doctor who prescribed the pills and they are on the hunt to find him.
According to the Coroner's report on Murphy's death, the pills -- which we've learned were prescribed specifically to Murphy -- were supposed to be taken a maximum of 4 times a day. Yet 109 of the pills were missing from the bottle when she died. If Brittany had maxed out on the prescription, only 44 pills should have been missing.
So why were so many pills prescribed in the first place? That's what the Coroner wants to know. The doctor's name on the pill bottle is Cohen, but so far the Coroner can't locate him. A member of the Coroner's Office went to Brittany's husband, Simon Monjack, to assist them in locating the doc, but we're told Simon was no help.
The cause of Brittany Murphy's death is listed as "accidental" -- the result of pneumonia, along with prescription and over-the-counter drugs.
UPDATE: Simon Monjack contacted TMZ and says the hydrocodone prescription was not Brittany Murphy's. He says it was written for either Sharon Murphy, Brittany's mom, or himself -- he said he was unsure.
Monjack also says Dr. Cohen did not write any prescriptions for Brittany.
As for the 11 hyrdrocodone pills that remained in the prescription bottle for 120 pills -- Monjack says yesterday morning, after we published this story, he and Sharon located 73 pills from that prescription.

Liev Schreiber to the Rescue!
Liev Schreiber rushed to the aid of a fan in the audience during his performance of Arthur Miller's "A View From the Bridge" in New York City last night.
According to a witness, a woman in the audience started screaming for help during the play. When the lights came up, it was revealed that her husband was slumped over in his seat.
That's when, according to the eye witness, "Liev Schreiber sprung to action." He came from behind the set of the stage and ran up to the seats of the man and woman to try and help as much as he could. There was a doctor in the audience (isn't there always?) and they provided medical attention until help arrived.
Paramedics confirmed they were called to the theater and the patient was transported. There was no immediate update on his condition, but we're told the man was conscious and responsive before he left.
Reality to Nas -- 'Memba Me?
Rapper Nas needs a wake-up call -- he's trying to win back his estranged baby mama Kelis (despite the fact she's suing him over child support) and now he owes the IRS a huge chunk of change.
We told you about the tax lien the IRS slapped on Nas back in October to the tune of $2,584,206.31. Now, according to court docs, Nas' bill has ballooned to a whopping $3,365,671.26. Not Joe Francis territory, but getting close.
Last week, Nas was ordered to pay baby mama Kelis $200,000 in back child and spousal support.
Our sources say Nas doesn't have a clue he's going under financially and doesn't understand he can go to jail if he doesn't pay child support. He was at Sundance recently and raked in $50,000 for a performance, which, we're told, he blew before he blew out of Sundance.
And more news in the non-reality department -- Nas has been sending Kelis a flurry of emails, telling her how much he wants her back and where she can fly to hook up with him. Nas -- she has a new boyfriend and has moved on. She really wants that divorce.

Jon Cryer Alleged Hit - Mexico Gang Connection?
The man allegedly at the center of the Jon Cryer murder plot is a contractor who was part of a drug smuggling ring in Mexico .... this according to the estranged husband of Jon Cryer's ex-wife.
TMZ has obtained legal documents in the ongoing divorce case between Cryer's ex-wife, Sarah Trigger, and her estranged husband, David Dickey. As we first reported, a man named Eddie Sanchez was allegedly asked by Trigger to murder Cryer and Dickey. In fact, Dickey says Sanchez flatly told him that.
So who is Eddie Sanchez? We know he was Trigger's boyfriend at the time she allegedly asked him to kill Cryer and Dickey. According to Dickey, Sanchez was a contractor who worked on his house when he lived with Trigger. Dickey also says in legal docs, Trigger told him, "Eddie used to run drugs that were smuggled from the border to Mexican gangs which is how he bought his house in Mexico."
As we first reported, Trigger allegedly "...asked Mr. Sanchez if he would kill the pair [Cryer and Dickey], or if he would not, inquiring whether she could speak with Mr. Sanchez's father about this issue."
Trigger's lawyer claims Sanchez left a voicemail for Trigger's mom last month, in which he said Sarah had done nothing wrong.

Cryer Alleged Murder Plot -- Key Person Recants?
A key figure in the alleged murder plot against "Two and a Half Men" star Jon Cryer allegedly now says Jon's ex- wife wasn't behind the plot ... this according to a voicemail message obtained by TMZ.
As we first reported, the FBI was investigating an allegation that Sarah Trigger, Jon's ex-wife, asked her then boyfriend Eddie Sanchez to kill Cryer and also kill her estranged husband, David Dickey.
Trigger told her lawyer last December that Eddie had decided to kill Jon and David. But in January, Eddie told Dickey that Sarah had contacted him on "numerous occasions," asking him to kill the pair.
In the voicemail, left on January 22 on the machine of Sarah's mother Chrissy, the man -- who Sarah's lawyer tells us is Eddie Sanchez -- says, "I know she [Sarah] didn't do anything. So did I."
Eddie acknowledges on the call he's been interviewed by the FBI. He does not explain on the tape why he told Dickey that Sarah was behind the murder plot.
It's also unclear if the voicemail was edited.
Sarah's lawyer, Vicki Greene, notes that Jon has never personally accused Sarah of engineering a murder plot.

She also pled guilty to a lesser charge and got a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail. As part of the plea deal, the prosecution had to return two kitchen knives that were seized as evidence.

Chikezie: I Got Busted Over Cologne
Chikezie Eze is now dealing with a felony arrest because he just wanted to smell good.
We spoke with the "American Idol" alum a few minutes ago about his arrest last night at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills for felony identity theft.
Chikezie says he went cologne shopping at Neiman's last night, took two bottles to the counter and presented his Neiman's credit card -- a card he had never used before.
Chikezie says the clerk flagged the card, called security and he was taken downstairs for questioning. He says he was told something was "untrue" on his credit card application, though he had no idea what it could be.
Chikezie says, "They said they were waiting for someone to use the card and when they did they would pull them down."
Chikezie says he has no idea what information on the application might be false, adding, "I am who I am. It's not like I can hide that." He mentioned security said something about the name of his company -- Advanced Business Strategic Solutions -- on the application, but didn't know if that's why Neiman's flagged the card.
Chikezie says, "I haven't done anything wrong myself and I'm pretty confident nothing is going to happen."
