Beyonce and Jay Z can't always get what they want -- they've been unable to find the perfect L.A. home to buy ... so, instead they haggled their way into a rental for $150K a month ... and yes, that's a deal.

They're familiar with the crib in ritzy Holmby Hills -- it's the same one they rented last summer on a short term lease ... but our real estate sources tell us they just locked it down for a full year.

We're told the power couple's been itching to move out of the Bev Hills area hotel where they've been living while house hunting -- so they decided to go back to their old digs.

16,000 sq. ft., 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and an infinity pool with a waterfall ... is one helluva plan B.

You'll recall, Bey and Jay paid $200K/month for the pad last year -- but we're told they dealt directly with the owner this time and knocked off $50K/mo. ... based on signing a longer lease.

9:15 AM PST -- Gordon's attorney says his client his legal team advised Nick to reject Bobby Brown's conditions in order to visit Bobbi Kristina. He says Nick has repeatedly offered to meet with Bobby in private to clear the air, rather than go through lawyers, but the singer turned Gordon down.

Bobby Brown is calling BS on Nick Gordon for suggesting the family won't let him see Bobbi Kristina ... but when you read between the lines it sounds like there's a string attached that Nick won't touch.

Brown lawyer says, "To address the continued and never ending media requests for comment about Mr. Gordon's requests to visit Bobbi Kristina, let me be very clear, Mr. Gordon was offered an opportunity to potentially visit Bobbi Kristina and he declined to meet the terms of any possible visit."

The lawyer won't say what "term" Gordon must meet, but it's pretty apparent. TMZ broke the story there's a criminal investigation because Bobbi Kristina had visible injuries when she was rushed to the hospital, and Nick is the target of the investigation. Seems obvious ... Brown wants Nick to talk to cops.

The lawyer certainly hinted he wants Nick to sit down with police, saying, "We are only concerned with individuals that can help Bobbi Kristina and bring resolution to the investigation."

As far as we know Nick has not been interviewed by police and the investigation is ongoing.

Nick made a public plea Saturday night to allow him in the hospital, claiming he's the one who can bring his girlfriend back to life, but Brown's lawyer scoffs, saying, "Obviously Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe."

The Kardashians are driving a wedge between themselves and Bruce Jenner, and we've learned the upcoming season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" is a virtual farewell to the patriarch.

Sources connected with the production tell TMZ ... there's a scene in the show where the girls discuss how Bruce is such an infrequent visitor, "Bruce and the boys are almost completely out of the picture."

One of the girls says, "Maybe it's time to admit to themselves that they're barely even enough of a family anymore to go on vacation [with us]."

At one point Kim says, "Things are only going to get more difficult and complicated," referring to Bruce's sex change.

Nick Gordon is making a public plea to let him in Bobbi Kristina's hospital room, because he believes his presence could save her life.

Nick just tweeted, "Let me in the hospital to see my girl and let her hear my voice SHE WILL WAKE UP!!!"

Nick is going public because he's getting nowhere with the Brown and Houston family. He has been barred from the hospital and several members of the Brown family have threatened physical harm if he shows his face.

TMZ broke the story ... there's a criminal investigation because of injuries on Bobbi Kristina's body when paramedics removed her from her home after she was found submerged in the bathtub. Nick is the target of that investigation.

Pam Anderson claims the ruckus over the allegedly "missing" dog Bumblebee is all for nothing ... but Rick Salomon's family is crying foul -- and Rick's daughter got into a standoff at Pam's house.

After a rough day that included her husband filing for annulment, Anderson went out in Bev Hills ... and told our photog the family pooch was fine, and simply at the groomer. She laughed off the idea she was holding the pup hostage.

But sources close to Salomon tell TMZ the family went to the groomer Thursday ... and came up with no pooch. Rick's fam claims Pam is lying about Bumblebee's whereabouts.

Meanwhile, Rick's daughter Tyson had her own issues. Law enforcement sources tell us L.A. County Sheriff's deputies had to go out to Pam's house Thursday night when Pam refused to let Tyson in to grab some of her stuff. We're told Pam never caved ... turning Tyson and deputies away.

Bottom line ... looks like Rick and her girls will have to sue to get anything out of the house.

Bumblebee the dog is MIA from Pamela Anderson's Malibu compound, and her estranged husband thinks it's all out of revenge because he filed to annul their marriage.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Pamela saw our post Thursday morning that Rick Salomon has filed for annulment in Las Vegas, claiming she defrauded him into marriage.

We're told after Pam saw the story, Rick's daughter Tyson -- who was living at the home -- had just walked in the door and Pam ordered her to get out. As Tyson got ready to leave, she asked where her dog Bumblebee was, because the pooch was nowhere to be found.

We're told Pam told Tyson she had the dog taken to a boarding facility, but the place says they never had the dog.

Bobby Brown's wife left Bobbi Kristina and her husband in Atlanta and flew to L.A., where she made 2 things clear ... they still have hope, and they want nothing to do with Nick Gordon.

Alicia Etheredge landed in L.A. Wednesday and told our photog their hope for Bobbi Kristina's survival is prayer. We asked about the doctors advising Bobby to make a decision on withdrawing life support, but her focus is God.

Alicia -- who is pregnant -- bristled when Nick Gordon's name came up. As we reported, Nick is now going public, trying to put pressure on the Brown family, to let him see Bobbi Kristina, but Alicia's reaction makes it clear ... he's persona non grata.

Two guys claiming to be heirs to the real life Aunt Jemima couldn't pour it on thick enough to convince a judge -- their shot at $3 billion just got tossed out of court.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... D.W. Hunter and Larnell Evans, Jr. went to court armed with a pretty thin story to prove they're the great-grandsons of Anna Short Harrington -- who portrayed Aunt J. from 1935 until the '50s.

As TMZ first reported ... the men sued PepsiCo, Quaker Oats, and 2 other companies for royalties they feel Harrington had been screwed out of while her image was being used to hawk flapjacks.

Once they got to court ... Hunter told the judge his grandmother once gave him a photo of Harrington -- a photo he no longer has -- and claimed that proved his relation. Hunter and Evans also said they tried to locate Harrington's grave in Syracuse, NY.

Not shockingly, the judge said that so-called evidence fell flatter than a ... well, you know.

Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon has been groveling to see her with no luck, and now he's publicly pleading for a visit.

Gordon's lawyer, Randall Kessler, says Nick's efforts to see Bobbi Kristina have been consistently blocked by the family. Kessler adds, "[Nick] has respected the family's wishes and for that reason alone has not returned to the hospital and risked a public confrontation."

As we reported, Bobby Brown's relatives have threatened to lay "hands on him" if Nick ever shows up.

TMZ broke the story, police have launched a criminal investigation because Bobbi Kristina was found with injuries on her body and Nick is the target of the probe.

Kessler adds, "He desperately wants to be with the one he loves and continues to hope that his request will be granted."

As we previously reported, we're told some of Bobbi Krisitna's organs are beginning to shut down and it is only a matter of time.

Honey Boo Boo is far from done ... the fam is back in L.A. meeting with producers this week ... but convicted sex-offender Mark McDaniel could derail everything.

Sources say several networks believe the world has been Boo-deprived for too long ... TLC cancelled the show back in October. The idea being shopped is a "Beverly Hillbillies" theme with a new house, money, and drivers while they adjust to being famous around town.

But here's the problem ... we're told producers want to drudge up Chickadee's molestation business with McDaniel and use it to inaugurate the series, but the family says they're dealing with it privately in therapy and want to move on.

But people love it when couples reunite ... por ejemplo Mama June and Sugar Bear ... we're told producers are pushing to see them fix things and co-parent for the show.

Decisions ... decisions.

Pam Anderson is on a tear, ordering her husband's daughters and their dog to get the hell out of her house ... this according to sources close to Rick Salomon.

As we reported, Pam filed for divorce last week, and it's not the first time. She filed for divorce in July but then withdrew the petition. And she was married to Salomon in 2007 but got it annulled 2 months later.

We're told Rick is working in Vegas and Pam called him Monday and demanded that his 2 daughters -- ages 18 and 16 -- get out immediately. She also wanted Bumblebee the Rottweiler removed STAT.

Rick begged Pam to give them a week or 2 until they could find a new place, but she refused.

The daughters, Hunter and Tyson, are from a previous marriage to E.G. Daily.

Pam's rep had no comment.

Mama June was rear-ended by a hit and run driver Monday ... and her brood is badly shaken.

June tells us, she and the girls were leaving a gas station close to their new home in Hampton, GA when a minivan rear-ended their Suburban. She called 911 but the other driver sped off before she could write down the plate number.

No one was hurt but it scared everyone, especially Pumpkin ... who was badly injured last year in a another family car wreck.

The damage was minimal, so good luck finding the hit and run driver. Nevertheless, June says she'll file a police report.

Wiz Khalifa is gunning for more custody of his 1-year-old son, because he believes Amber Rose is a bad mom ... according to documents obtained by TMZ.

We've learned Wiz's camp has put together a laundry list of complaints, including:

-- Amber often stays out all night, requiring that relatives and staff take over

-- The family dog eats its own feces and then licks Sebastian's face

-- When she wakes up she'll play with the kid for 15 minutes or so and then disappear

-- Amber and her mom have a volatile relationship, laced with "shouting matches and vulgar exchanges," which upset the boy. And during the arguments the N word was hurled by Amber's mom

Wiz has not filed legal docs to change custody, but we're told that's coming ... which is why he's getting relatives and others involved to help him make a case.

Amber Rose won't stop until she's at war with ALL of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters -- she just yanked Kim Kardashian into what started out as a jab at Kylie Jenner ... by calling her a "whore."

Amber started the shade-slinging by going on a radio show and ripping Tyga for dating 17-year-old Kylie Jenner. The back story, of course, is Tyga's ex Blac Chyna is Amber's BFF. Then Khloe Kardashian stood up for her kid sis with a tweet reminding everyone Amber's admitted she was a "stripper since I was 15 years old.”

Now ... Amber's fired back with a gem of a meme -- a pic of Kanye West with the text ... "When ur sister in law calls out ur ex for being a stripper ... But ur wife has a sex tape."

And that was Amber's 2nd salvo blowing up Kim -- earlier she tweeted Khloe, "I'll be that lil whore to support my family like ur older sister is a whore 2 support hers."

Even more H.S. drama -- Wiz Khalifa (Amber's ex) just started following Khloe on Twitter ... seemingly siding with her & Kylie -- while Reggie Bush (Kim's ex) is now following Amber.

Bruce Jenner recently opened up to his family that he has known since the age of 5 that he was a female.

Family sources tell TMZ, Bruce told the klan he has kept his "true self" inside since he was a child, and even during the '76 Olympics -- when he was considered the greatest male athlete in the world -- in his head he was a woman.

That said, we're told Bruce has "never been female" in front of any of his kids. As for what that means, we're told in part he never wore female attire around the children.

Bruce has not told the Kardashians what his new name will be, and we've learned he will NOT reveal it during his interview with Diane Sawyer.

New England Patriots star Chandler Jones is now TROLLING his UFC star brother -- claiming Jon Jones is SCARED to fight him ... and is running and hiding like a coward.

We broke the story ... Chandler says he's 100% down to fight his big bro, who happens to be the reigning UFC light heavyweight champ, and wants to set up a match for charity.

But in NYC this weekend, while waiting to hail a cab with teammate Rob Gronkowski, Chandler called out his brother right on the street ... literally ... he dialed Jon up on his cell.

As we previously reported, Chandler is dead serious about making the fight happen ... as long as he gets approval from the Pats.
