LiAngelo and LaMelo Ball are breaking their silence about their new venture -- signing with a Lithuanian pro basketball team -- and they insist the money has nothing to do with it.

The Big Baller Brand tweeted photos Monday of LiAngelo and Lamelo signing contracts, saying "It's not about the money for the Ball Brothers."

BBB goes on to say ... "They have a passion to play Basketball and to experience playing as pros was the Goal. They have accomplished this mission and are excited to be playing on the same team to top it off. The Big Baller way!"

LiAngleo and LaMelo each signed a 1-year contract with a first division Lithuanian team. According to reports, they're not expected to make more than $500 a game.

LaVar has previously said the ultimate goal is getting the boys to the NBA ... and he's hoping Lithuania is the right path.

Chris Bosh's mom tells TMZ Sports allegations she's trafficking drugs out of the Texas home owned by her NBA star son are ridiculous and untrue ... but acknowledges there is a rift with Chris.

We spoke with Frieda Bosh and her son, Joel Bosh, about the police raid on the home where she lives in DeSoto, Texas ... in which cops claim they found evidence connecting Freida's house with a drug trafficking operation.

Frieda says she "built" the home with Chris roughly 12 years ago -- but since then, their relationship has deteriorated and he's been trying to evict her. Frieda says the two haven't spoken in 5 years.

To combat the eviction, Frieda says she's had to hire lawyers -- and has been forced to rent out the home to various tenants to cover the pricey legal bills.

Long story short ... Frieda says the person who brought trouble to the home is a former short-term tenant -- and she had NOTHING to do with his alleged illegal activity.

FYI, cops believe crack cocaine and heroin were being trafficked out of the home. No arrests have been made, but we're told that could happen soon.

Joel Bosh says he's been trying to help his mom work things out with Chris -- but his priority is helping her clear her name in the drug trafficking case because he believes she's 100% innocent.

As for things with estranged hubby Chris Pratt, the two filed for divorce simultaneously Dec. 1 ... and they're asking for joint custody of Jack.

Don't stick a fork in Eli Manning just yet ... his brother, Cooper, says the NY Giants QB still has another Super Bowl run left in him.

Of course, the G-Men suffered another brutal loss this weekend -- losing 30-10 to the Cowboys at MetLife Stadium ... but Cooper says there's a legit explanation.

"They're a little understaffed," the 43-year-old "NFL on FOX" star told us at LAX.

Despite the team woes, Cooper says he expects Eli to start the rest of the season -- and clearly believes Eli is one of the elite QBs in the league.

Carrie Fisher's French bulldog, Gary, is one of the most popular pooches on the planet, but his public appearances have upset Carrie's family ... TMZ has learned.

As you'll recall ... when Fisher died, Gary went to her assistant, Corby McCoin. There have been numerous stories out that Carrie's daughter, Billie Lourd has the pooch, but it's not true. Corby has had the dog since Carrie died.

Now here's the conflict -- Corby wants to take Gary to various functions, including ComicCons, where people can interact with Gary and somehow feel closer to Carrie. We're told people over at Lucasfilm contacted the folks at ComicCon and asked them to block the appearance, which they did.

There was another event last April in Orlando which held a "Star Wars" celebration. We're told Mark Hamill wanted Gary to come out on stage with him. We're told the P.R. Dept. for "Star Wars" shut it down because Billie didn't want it ... and there have been other failed attempts as well.

Sources connected to Billie tell TMZ ... she and her dad, CAA head Bryan Lourd, fully understand how much Gary meant to Carrie, but when she died Gary was really nothing more than a dog, and they didn't want the animal to define the memory of Carrie ... they felt it cheapened it.

We're also told Bryan asked Corby to delete Gary's Instagram, which has more than 160,000 followers ... again, because he feels it cheapens Carrie's legacy.

We're even told Bryan offered Corby $250 a month in return for not parading Gary around, possibly for money, but Corby declined.

We broke the story ... 'Last Jedi' director Rian Johnson says the upcoming film will pay homage to Fisher's beloved dog, so no matter what -- he's still got some time left in the limelight.

LaVar Ball's decision to pull his son, LiAngelo, out of UCLA is a colossal mistake that could seriously HURT the 19-year-old in the long run -- so says UFC champ Tyron Woodley.

T-Wood rips into the Big Baller on the newest episode of "The Hollywood Beatdown" -- saying LaVar's parenting moves are selfish and out of whack ... and sends a damaging message to his kids.

A home owned by Chris Bosh was the target of a police drug trafficking raid -- with the NBA star's mother named as one of the suspects ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to official documents obtained by TMZ Sports, the DeSoto Police Dept. raided the home Friday morning after obtaining search warrant in a drug trafficking investigation.

One of the suspects listed on the search warrant is Frieda Bosh -- who allegedly lives in the home, which cops believe is owned by her son.

A rep for the DPD tells us a bunch of evidence was seized from the home -- "a large amount of drug paraphernalia was recovered consistent with narcotics trafficking."

Officials believe crack cocaine and heroin were being trafficked through the home.

We're told no one has been arrested at this point -- but that could be coming soon.

As for Chris, one law enforcement source connected to the case told us, "We don't believe Chris has any connection short of owning the house."

Charles Manson's grandson has filed legal docs to handle his notorious grandfather's estate and presumably take possession of his body.

Jason Freeman filed the docs asking the court to appoint the guy he's selected to decide how to deal with any assets Manson left behind and how to dispose of his body.

Freeman claims Manson died without a will, and that sets up a legal fight because Michael Channels claims he has a valid will that Manson wrote and appointed him executor. Channels says he developed a friendship with the murderer over the years.

As for Freeman, his dad was Charles Manson Jr., but he understandably changed his name to Charles White. White killed himself in 1993 with a gunshot to the head.

In the meantime, Manson's body still lies in the custody of Kern County.

Laila Ali thinks it's GREAT Colin Kaepernick received the special award named after her father -- but she ain't exactly ready to call him the modern day Muhammad Ali.

FYI, the winner of the Muhammad Ali Legacy Award is selected by representatives of Sports Illustrated and the Ali family to "honor a figure who embodies the ideals of sportsmanship, leadership and philanthropy and has used sports as a platform for changing the world."

"Isn't that wonderful?" Laila told TMZ Sports when asked about Colin ... "He has my 100% stamp of approval."

We then said, "People are calling him the modern day Muhammad Ali. Do you agree?"

She kinda gave us a look ... and said, "I think it's good he got the award though."

Cynthia Bailey and Chrissy Teigen are alike in a lot of ways -- 'cause they'd both be super moms in an emergency fire situation.

We got the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star at LAX and briefed her on the latest news about the L.A. fires and people evacuating -- like Chrissy, for example.

We asked Cynthia what she would take in a hot second, were she in that same crisis. Turns out her priorities line up pretty closely with her pal Chrissy -- with a few exceptions.

Cynthia has 2 items on her list Chrissy left behind. Not that there's anything wrong with Oreos.

We got Malone outside The Moxy Hotel in NYC Wednesday and asked him about his new face tattoo that reads, "Stay Away." It's probably what Mom's saying right now cause Post tells us Mom is NOT a fan.
