Brett Ratner and Kevin Spacey have something else in common besides mounting sexual assault allegations against them -- their pretty mugs are still front and center at a famous Hollywood joint.

The disgraced director/producer's face is also plastered on the wall at Catch LA in WeHo ... at least it was as of Monday night. It's unclear if the restaurant is planning to make changes.

As we reported ... Spacey's also taking up space on the celebrity wall.

Chrissy Teigen has a tipping point when it comes to leaving $1,000 tips and it has nothing to do with what's on the menu.

We got Chrissy at LAX Monday and asked her about the monstrous $1,000 tip she left a waitress at an Ohio Outback Steakhouse last month ... on a $193 bill, by the way. Although Chrissy can't resist Outback's bloomin' onion, it's clearly not what made her drop an extra 500%.

As for dropping another fat tip like that in the future? Let's just say, if you're a server you better bring your A-game when you see Chrissy walk through the door.

Kevin Spacey's name is NOT mud in one West Hollywood hot spot, anyway ... on the wall at Catch LA.

Netflix has cut ties with him, and he might never appear on "House of Cards" again -- but Spacey's mug is still on the "It" restaurant's famous wall of celebrities. He's, ironically, placed just in front of the Dalai Lama and one over from Mr. Clean.

It's unclear if Catch plans to make a change. We're guessing NBA superstar Chris Paul, who's right next to Spacey on the wall ... would at least vote for relocation.

When Anthony Weiner reports to prison, he can take solace in the fact that the lunch menu for his first day includes everyone's favorite food ... pizza!!!

The disgraced congressman is set to begin his 21-month prison stint Monday for sexting a minor. He'll do the time at the Federal Medical Center in Devens, Massachusetts. The weekly menu for the facility, obtained by TMZ, shows that, at the very least, he'll get well-balanced meals.

Monday's breakfast choices include oatmeal, coffee cake or wheat toast with jelly. For lunch he can chow down on cheese pizza, spaghetti and a garden salad. The dinner includes chicken fried rice, black beans and carrots. Not bad.

Weiner can look forward to more tasty meals later in the week -- like a chicken patty sandwich for Tuesday's lunch, burger and fries (or baked potato) for Wednesday ... and a Weinerrific dinner on Friday -- 2 hot dogs!!!

Last but not least, Weiner and his fellow inmates will be served breakfast for dinner -- eggs, home fried potatoes and creamed beef biscuits -- on Saturday night for Veteran's Day.

What do you do if you want to go out for dinner with your girl but can't agree on what to eat? If you're Kanye West, you bring your own food to a place she likes ... like a boss.

Kanye met up with Kim Kardashian at Nobu in Malibu Friday night for sushi, but the thing is -- Ye must not have been feeling raw fish. We got him out earlier at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica picking up some Italian takeout.

Kanye brought his grub with him to Nobu so the 2 could both dine on what they wanted.

Chris Brown's cake was made of dough ... and a lot of it.

Brown threw a record release party for his new album, "Heartbreak On A Full Moon," on Halloween at Universal Studios and the centerpiece was an incredible recreation of the cover art made by Sweet Stacks Cakery. Price tag: $1,000.

Sweet Stacks owner Dejenia tells us Brown's crew reached out to her via direct message on Instagram 24 hours before the party and she spent the next 22 hours crafting it.

The finished product was entirely edible ... the bleeding heart was molded out of rice crispy treats and the rest of the cake was filled with chocolate and vanilla buttercream and crumbled Oreos.

Dejana says Brown gave her the final approval and threw in a bonus ... she got to kick it at the party, too! Guess you can have your cake and eat it, too.

Ray J and Princess Love are going all out to crush their neighbors for best trick or treatin' spot on the block because they're giving away 10 lbs. worth of full-size candy bars!

While kids on Ray's block will be weighed down with all sorts of chocolate bars, we also found out what a bunch of other celebs are doing to curry Halloween favor this year:

Kim and Kanye were moody after her birthday dinner -- as in no mood to talk.

We got them leaving Carousel Restaurant Thursday night after a shindig that, from the look of videos Kim posted, seemed like a fun time.

Kim -- who celebrated her 37th birthday Saturday -- was surrounded by friends and family, including mama bear Kris Jenner and her man, Corey Gamble. Kourtney and Kendall were also there.

Check it out ... Kris was all smiles leaving the party and even answered our guy's question about Kanye's appearance on 'KUWTK' next season. Kim and Kanye ... not so much.

The mood was much different inside the joint, obviously.

One of the KFC's now-famous 11 "Herbs and Spices" is an L.A. City Councilman, who's totally down for an original recipe hookup with the Spice Girls and the other herbs. Make it happen, Colonel!

We got L.A. City Council President Herb J. Wesson Jr. -- 1 of the 6 Herbs KFC follows on Twitter, along with all 5 Spice Girls -- and he says there's nothing fowl about his newfound fame.

He also made it clear ... he's not afraid to sell out for chicken, as evidenced by his suddenly booming social media.

Herb's not sure which ingredient he is in the secret recipe, but he's already declared himself the #1 Herb -- apologies to music legend, Herb Alpert -- and he has big plans, if Colonel Sanders cares to listen.

Notorious Mafia hitman-turned-rat, "Sammy the Bull" Gravano, has a gnarly new look after 17 years up the river -- but he's got the same taste in Italian food.

Gravano resurfaced at Uncle Sal's restaurant in Scottsdale on October 9 -- a few weeks after his release from prison -- to pick up a takeout order. We're told he popped in with his son and stayed for about 15 minutes.

Despite his new sleeve of tattoos and shaved head, we're told patrons recognized the former mobster. Makes sense ... Sammy's fam used to own the restaurant. His wife kept running it for a few years after he was busted for running an ecstasy ring.

If Uncle Sal's sounds familiar, it's the same spot where Harvey Weinstein had dinner the night before beginning rehab. 'The Bull' was there a couple days earlier.

Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka'oir did more than cut the cake at their wedding reception -- they sliced into a 5-figure work of art ... with a sword!!!

Edda's Cake Designs tells us their team, including designer Edda Martinez, logged a ton of hours piecing together the 10-foot beast. Yes, that's the tallest cake they've ever baked.

We're told it required 3 months of planning, 3 days of baking, 8,000 handmade sugar flowers and 2,500 Swarovski crystals ... for decoration only. No shortage of flavor -- it had layers of red velvet, amaretto, carrot, banana nut and Jamaican rum cake.

Total cost ... $75k, but BET picked up the tab as part of the $1 million 'Mane Event' wedding special.

The Museum of Ice Cream has been a huge hit for dessert lovers in L.A. and San Francisco this year ... but now some folks are screaming about the harm it's doing to the environment.

The museum's main attraction -- the Sprinkle Pool -- isn't all rainbows according to critics who've pointed out the tiny plastic sprinkles get carried out to the streets in people's clothes and become litter ... which could end up in the water and be a danger to marine life.

A rep for the museum tells TMZ ... it's aware of the environmental concerns and working on a fix, including creating a biodegradable sprinkle for the Sprinkle Pools. We're told California's top environmental specialists have been consulted on the issue as well.

In the meantime ... the museum claims it's ramping up its cleaning efforts to minimize the amount of plastic sprinkles that make their way outside its walls ... and encourages guests to do a "double shake" before leaving.

Fans of the ice cream attraction don't have to worry, though -- it's staying open until December ... so there's still plenty of time to get a Sprinkle Pool pic for the 'gram.

9:56 AM -- The owner of Trapatio, Isaac Granados, tells TMZ he reached out to Tapatio about a possible collaboration and insists they were open to the idea. He says, "With the legalization of weed I would have never thought they would come after me. The cannabis community needs products like this. Tapatio needs Trapatio."

Tapatio's turning up the heat and going after a guy who's trying to start a different kind of blaze ... while allegedly ripping off the company's iconic sombrero-wearing mascot.

Tapatio -- arguably the most famous hot sauce in America -- is suing the guy behind the marijuana-infused "Trapatio" hot sauce claiming that product's using an eerily similar logo.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Tapatio says its famous "charro" -- or Mexican cowboy -- logo belongs to them and "Trapatio" is marketing itself with a similar name and an almost identical man in a sombrero, yellow jacket and red tie. Not to mention jacking their font.

It's not exactly a dream ad for Jack in the Box ... Ralphie May chowed down on Jalapeno Poppers and a Chicken Sandwich at 1 AM Friday, and 12 hours later he was dead.

We now know Ralphie's last hours. After performing at Harrah's Thursday night, he and a few other comedians went to Jack in the Box, got take out and went to the private residence where Ralphie was staying with a fellow comedian.

Ralphie took his bag of food into his room at around 1 AM, shut the door and that's the last time anyone saw him alive.

He had a habit of sleeping until noon, so no one thought of checking on him, until Ralphie's assistant showed up just after 12 PM and opened his bedroom door. The assistant found Ralphie unconscious on the floor. We're told it appears he was sitting on the side of the bed when the heart attack struck and he fell over. Paramedics came but said there was nothing they could do. He was dead.

We're told there were no drugs found. In fact, Ralphie famously carried a vape pen, but it had been a long stretch since he used it. One source who was with him nightly says although Ralphie had been battling pneumonia for 6 weeks, he was "80 to 90% better" the night before he died.

We're also told he was in good spirits, although there was one serious source of conflict ... his divorce and his estranged wife. Ralphie felt his wife would not let go of their marriage and was trying to punish him, using their 2 kids as a weapon.

People in Ralphie's life are extremely upset, because his estranged wife now has complete control of his estate since the divorce was not final. We're told she had closed off many of the people who were close to Ralphie and worked with him.

O.J. Simpson wasted no time quenching his thirst for blood ... but he watered it down with vodka.

Simpson was spotted grabbing takeout Saturday at Las Vegas' Wahoos Fish Taco restaurant around 4 PM, where patrons tell us during the wait he ordered himself a Bloody Mary.

Everyone in the restaurant stared, but no one asked for pics or a John Hancock.

The restaurant wouldn't say what was in the bag ... customer/restaurant privilege.

He'd be wise to stay away from the blood stuff this time of year. Or always ... either way.

Out with the old, in with the new -- that's Dannon Yogurt's philosophy after dumping Cam Newton and signing the Dallas Cowboys' Dak Prescott ... less than a week later.

Dak signed a sponsorship deal with Dannon the same day Cam got the boot last week after making a sexist comment to a female reporter during a press conference. He's reportedly already set to start filming commercials in Dallas this upcoming week.

As we reported ... Cam publicly apologized after Dannon dropped him on Thursday.

Looks like it was too little, too late.
