A video has just surfaced showing a man purported to be Kanye West fist fighting like a champion ... knocking 2 guys out cold. If it's Kanye it could be disastrous in his upcoming criminal case because prosecutors want to show he's violent by nature -- HOWEVER....

TMZ has confirmed ... the fighter is NOT Kanye. The video was shot in Austin, TX and Mr. Kardashian wasn't there at the time this hit the Internet.

Our Kanye sources say he's aware of the video and laughed, saying if it were really him, he'd be in jail for sure.

"Amish Mafia" star Esther Schmucker has come out of hiding -- revealing her bruised and battered face in public for the first time since her boyfriend allegedly used it as a punching bag.

Schmucker was sporting a seriously black eye as she went out on a shopping run ... but she didn't have much to say, telling a photographer, "I don't feel like talking to anybody."

As we reported ... the beatdown left Schmucker with a broken nose and cheekbone ... and several broken teeth. She hasn't been seen in public since her boyfriend -- Imir R. Williams -- was arrested for the Oct. 31 attack on her face.

Amber Portwood may be hanging out at a Panera Bread with her ex ... but that doesn't mean they're bangin' again ... this according to Amber and her baby daddy.

Amber and Gary Shirley made it clear outside the tasty food chain in Indiana today ... telling a photog they have no plans to get back together following her exit from prison this week.

As you may recall -- Gary and Amber had an extremely volatile relationship ... Back in '10 Amber was arrested for attacking Gary while MTV cameras were filming for "Teen Mom."

It was a whole thing.

For now, it seems the two are simply trying to get along for the sake of their kid ... but in case that doesn't work out -- hopefully Gary's learned to duck.

Kanye West insists he's not guilty of battering a photographer outside LAX in July.

Kanye's lawyer Blair Berk entered the not guilty plea on the rapper's behalf this morning in court. Attorney Gloria Allred was present representing the photographer Daniel Ramos ... and spoke outside the court afterward.

As we previously reported, Kanye was charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft after allegedly attacking the photog at the airport and grabbing the guy's camera.

If convicted of both misdemeanors ... Kanye faces a maximum of 1 year in jail.

The photographer has also sued Kanye in civil court for assault and battery.

Chris Brown is doing what he does best -- fighting back ... in this case using legal means by filing a countersuit over the Frank Ocean brawl in West Hollywood.

You'll recall ... Chris and Frank got into it outside a recording studio back in January. The building was damaged and Sha'Keir Duarte -- Frank's cousin -- claimed he was kicked and beaten by one of Brown's bodyguards. Duarte sued Chris in August for his injuries.

Now Chris has fired back, claiming Duarte provoked the fight by threatening to kill him. In the countersuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Chris claims Duarte kicked and punched him.

And get this ... Chris -- who is currently in rehab for anger management and faces criminal assault charges in D.C. -- claims he attempted to avoid the confrontation "with the aggressive and hostile Mr. Duarte."

"Tropic Thunder" star Brandon T. Jackson was kicked off his US Airways flight for no reason -- at least according to the passenger sitting next to him on the plane, who tells TMZ, Jackson was NOT drunk as the airline claims.

As we previously reported, Brandon was escorted off his flight from NYC to LA on Monday during a layover in Phoenix ... after flight attendants accused him of being drunk and disorderly.

Brandon went off on Twitter after the incident, claiming a flight attendant accused him of being drunk, hurled a racial epithet at him -- and for good measure added, "I don"t care if you're Obama's son -- get in your seat!!"

We spoke to Darrell Howard, who was sitting next to Brandon, and he says he doesn't recall hearing the Obama comment ... but insists Jackson was NOT drunk -- and had no more than two drinks (Jack and gingers) during the 5-and-a-half hour flight from NYC to Phoenix.

Howard also says Brandon shared a few scripts with him and another passenger -- backing up the actor's claim that he told the angry flight attendant he was just "rehearsing lines" with the people next to him.

Howard added Brandon was nothing but nice, and he was shocked to see the flight attendant snap the way she did.

The boyfriend of "Amish Mafia" star Esther Schmucker is locked up in a Pennsylvania prison for allegedly using the reality star's face as a punching bag ... and then trying to shut her up.

Imir R. Williams was captured by a police task force in Lancaster, PA this morning ... he'd been hiding out since Sunday when cops named him the suspect in Esther's beating -- which left her with a broken nose and cheekbone.

Schmucker reportedly went to a hospital for treatment after last Thursday's attack -- accompanied by Williams. Her roommate told police Williams was "guarding her" to make sure she didn't rat him out.

But cops say Schmucker did eventually come forward 3 days later to tell them about the alleged attack.

Brandon T. Jackson says 13 people on his US Airways flight will back up his story that a flight attendant hurled the "N" word at him and made another racial comment.

Brandon's rep tells TMZ ... the incident Monday did not go down the way the airline claims. The rep says he was NOT drunk, NOT loud, and NOT disruptive.

Here's the way Brandon says it went ... He was running lines for a script he had with some random passenger who was sitting next to him. The flight attendant then accused them of being too loud, but Brandon says the noisy ones were actually in the row in front of them.

So the "Tropic Thunder" star claims he then went to the back of the plane for sandwiches, and the flight attendant confronted him, told him she didn't care if he was Obama's son and he needed to sit down. He also says she hurled an epithet, "seemingly in jest." He claimed earlier she used the "N" word.

Brandon says the flight attendant beat him to the punch and complained to the pilot and when they landed he was questioned by authorities, who determined he was NOT intoxicated as the airline claimed.

Brandon says he has 13 passengers who waited around to back up his story.

"Amish Mafia" star Esther Schmucker was allegedly beaten to a pulp by her boyfriend last week in Pennsylvania -- suffering a facial fracture, broken nose, and more -- and now police are trying to track the man down.

According to reports, cops in Strasburg, PA issued a felony arrest warrant for 24-year-old Imir R. Williams on Sunday. Williams has been charged with felony aggravated assault in connection with the alleged beating.

Police claim Williams attacked 27-year-old Schmucker early Halloween morning, repeatedly punching her in the head.

In addition to the face fracture and broken nose, police claim Schmucker suffered broken cheekbones and several broken teeth.

As of this morning, police were still searching for Williams, who's described as 6'4" and 210 pounds. Authorities believe he's either in Lancaster or New Jersey.

Lamar Odom just dodged a bullet -- he will NOT be prosecuted for damaging a photog's gear ... provided he keeps his nose clean and gets help with his anger issues.

TMZ has learned ... Lamar went to the L.A. City Attorney's Office Monday for an office hearing, along with his lawyer, Shawn Holley. A hearing officer told Lamar he would NOT be prosecuted for vandalism, provided that he pay for the damaged equipment. He was also told if he broke the law within a year's time from when the incident happened ... criminal charges would be filed.

Sources connected with Lamar tell TMZ ... he also agreed to get anger management counseling.

Josh Brolin says he's done drinking alcohol for good ... after Friday night's cabbie-raging bouncer-fighting debauchery.

We posted both videos over the weekend -- one showing Josh fighting with a cab driver after he rear-ended the guy, and the other showing Josh drunkenly fighting a bouncer for trying to move him outside a bar.

Now it appears Josh has learned his lesson, telling a photog today that this kind of nonsense will never happen again.

A bouncer wasn't the only person Josh Brolin unleashed his wrath on this weekend -- TMZ has video of the actor going OFF on a taxi driver after rear-ending a cab ... and this time, there was no hugging it out.

The person who shot the video says this altercation went down at a Los Angeles Del Taco drive-thru, some time after midnight Friday morning -- and shortly before Josh fought a bouncer in Santa Monica.

We're told Josh rear-ended the cab while waiting in line to pay at the drive-thru, but when the cabbie tried to swap insurance info ... J.B. got pissed and yelled that there was only a minor scratch.

The cabbie didn't agree and that's when Josh really got angry ... screaming, "you suck as a cab driver" -- and accusing the guy of milking him for money.

We're told Brolin took off when the cab driver pulled forward to clear the drive-thru lane.

Brolin could be on the hook for hit-and-run, but as far as we can tell ... the cab driver has yet to file a police report.

If you're keeping score at home -- that's 2 incidents in one night that could have ended with Brolin in handcuffs.

Josh Brolin has 2 things down -- fighting, and making-up ... and he did both in the most entertaining bar fight we've seen all year.

It's 2 AM Friday. The bouncers at O'Briens Irsh Pub in Santa Monica were closing up, but a VERY drunken Josh wasn't ready to call it a night. One of the bouncers maneuvered Barbara Streisand's stepson outside, but Josh wasn't having it ... and that's when the fun began.

Slosh was not exactly in top fighting form. You see his arms flail but few punches connect.

As you probably know, this isn't Josh's first bar fight. He famously got arrested in Shreveport, LA outside a bar while shooting a movie. He was also busted on Jan 1, 2013 for public intoxication.

The bouncer tricked Josh into believing that they had been hugging earlier, and that's when the fight turned into one, gigantic bear hug.

The bouncer attempts to hail a cab for the 47-year-old actor, but the video ends as Josh breaks loose and runs into the sunset.

"Moesha" star Marcus T. Paulk has been charged with domestic violence after allegedly putting his GF in the hospital with a kick to the stomach -- and he could face up to 4 years behind bars.

As we reported, Paulk was arrested in August after turning himself in.

His GF told us it started as a verbal disagreement that escalated into a physical altercation ... and Paulk punched her in the face and then kicked her in the stomach.

The GF admits she also threw some punches, but she's the one who ended up in the hospital.

Now Paulk has officially been charged with domestic violence and battery. It's unclear why it took so long to file the case.

Chris Brown got into a fight last Sunday literally a stone's throw from the White House -- one of the most heavily guarded areas of the country -- yet TMZ has learned not a single camera recorded the altercation, and in this case it could be game-changing.

As you know Chris has been charged with misdemeanor assault for allegedly punching a guy in the face outside the W Hotel in D.C. Sources connected with the hotel tell TMZ there were two cameras on an overhang but neither was trained on the fight.

What's more, although there are government buildings in the immediate area, law enforcement sources tell us no surveillance camera picked up the fight.

Police and members of Chris Brown's team have combed the area looking for video but we know they have come up empty-handed.

So why is this good for Chris? As TMZ first reported, a secret service agent patrolling the area at the time of the fight heard the alleged victim tell a DC cop that Chris did NOT punch him. The D.C. cop has denied the victim ever told him that, but the Secret Service agent could blow up his credibility.

Chris Brown met with his probation officer Friday, and he squarely acknowledged he has a BIG problem with his temper ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Brown and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, went to the L.A. County Dept. of Probation Friday afternoon and had an hour-long chit-chat with his new probation officer. It's unclear to us why a new officer was assigned.

We're told Brown did not talk about allegedly throwing a punch at a guy in D.C. last Sunday. He did talk a lot about his current stint at a Malibu rehab joint, and the treatment he's receiving. We're told that treatment includes a heavy dose of psychological counseling.

As TMZ first reported ... Brown could be in the rehab facility for as long as 90 days.

As for whether the Probation Dept. is impressed ... we're told not so much. As one well-placed source put it, "They're gunning for Chris."
