Pauly D better learn to duck and cover ... 'cause his baby mama had no qualms about beating the crap out of another guy who knocked her up ... according to police records obtained by TMZ.

We've learned ... Amanda Markert was arrested in July 2009 for opening a can of whoopass on her first baby daddy -- Lance Gerbino -- leaving him with bloody lips, a nasty gash above his eye and injuries inside his mouth.

Gerbino tells TMZ ... Amanda had been out drinking with friends ... and was pissed because she had to come home to help take care of their infant son.

He claims Markert just started "going crazy" ... wailing on his face with her fists while she was holding their son. Gerbino felt the baby was in danger ... and that's why he called police.

According to police records, Markert turned herself in to cops --booked under her legal name, Amareda Markert -- but the assault charge was eventually dismissed after she completed an anger management course.

As we've reported, Markert and Pauly D are involved in an ugly custody fight over their 6-month old daughter, Amabella ... and they've both been very clear about how much they hate each other.

We contacted Amanda for comment on the domestic violence case ... she hung up on us.

Video has surfaced allegedly showing one of Justin Bieber's bodyguards attacking a photog's car in Australia ... and it's crazy.

The video was shot last night in Sydney. According to the photog, he was following Bieber's car when it pulled over and one of the singer's bodyguards hopped out, demanding the pap buzz off.

You can hear the heated exchange as the photog refuses to go anywhere -- and then you can hear several loud banging noises. The photog says, "He just kicked the door."

Justin is not visible in the video. The photog claims the man also knifed his tires, but you can't see that in the clip.

Sources tell TMZ, the bodyguard in the video is the same bodyguard who allegedly attacked an Australian surfer the day before ... for trying to take a photo of Bieber surfing.

Justin Bieber sucks on a surfboard -- and one of his bodyguards harassed a real surfer into erasing his photo evidence of JB going all barney in Australia ... this according to the surfer.

The local surfer dude, Kes Weartherm, tells us he was catching waves in Byron Bay on Wednesday ... when Bieber and his entourage rolled up with surf instructors.

Kes says he snapped a pic of Bieber trying to get up -- but a bodyguard immediately ran over, flipped out, and wrestled the phone from his hand.

According to Kes ... locals came to back him up, and forced the guy to return the phone.

Kes was pissed, but says he decided to delete the pic anyway because the bodyguard kept whining. No one was injured, and no cops were called.

Funny thing is ... plenty of other photogs on the beach took pics -- including the one above -- and even Bieber posted a shot of himself wiping out.

A night of innocent booty shaking turned VIOLENT at The Game's birthday party in L.A. last night -- when several women straight up BRAWLED in the street ... and TMZ has the footage.

It all went down outside in front of a Hollywood nightclub -- where one of the women put on a twerk show for the rapper earlier in the night while he was inside of his car.

A short time later, the woman gets into a fight with another clubber and it sounds like they were arguing over a man. One thing led to another ... and they were full on fighting in the street.

There was hairpulling ... shoes were used as weapons ... a couple of boobs fell out ... and one of the fighters was left covered in blood.

Cops eventually arrived and at least one of the women was handcuffed.

Just another night out in Hollywood.

Beth Chapman will NOT face any punishment for calling a teenage girl a slut and a whore and other choice names .. because officials in Colorado have decided not to prosecute her.

As TMZ reported ... Chapman -- wife of Dog the Bounty Hunter -- got into a verbal smackdown with the girl back in July during a fishing trip to Monument Lake, CO.

According to police, Beth got pissed when the girl and a male friend drove dangerously close to her family while walking near the lake. She and the girl started arguing ... and Beth allegedly ripped the girl a new one by calling her all kinds of bad names.

The girl filed criminal harassment charges against Chapman ... because using "coarse language" can be considered a crime in Colorado in some situations.

But the DA apparently didn't see it that way .. because the charge has now been dismissed.

Former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Aiden Turner wasted no time trying to patch things up with his GF last night -- sending an emotional message to the woman he's accused of attacking, right when he was released from jail.

We broke the story ... Aiden was arrested for domestic violence Monday after allegedly chucking a TV remote at his girlfriend ... giving her a black eye in the process.

Aiden Turner -- who appeared on "Dancing with the Stars" -- has been arrested for felony domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

Turner got into a beef with his girlfriend at their Hollywood apartment and he allegedly threw a remote control at her and hit her eye, cutting it slightly and giving her a souvenir -- a shiner.

Law enforcement sources say Turner -- who was a regular on "All My Children" -- will very likely dodge the felony bullet. We're told it's highly probable the case will be filed as a misdemeanor because the injuries were minor.

A photog has filed a lawsuit against P!nk and her husband Carey Hart in the wake of their nuclear brawl back in June ... claiming he was physically beaten and humiliated during the fight ... and even called a "pedophile."

Boris Issaei claims he was trying to snap P!nk while she was changing her daughter's diaper in a playground at the Malibu Country Mart... and P!nk's husband Carey snapped, saying, "You f***ing c*** ... You f***ing pedophile." P!nk allegedly added, "You're photographing my baby naked."

Boris says Carey's friend then went on the attack ... kicking him in the shin, stomping on his feet, and kneeing him in the groin. He claims his camera equipment was damaged during the melee.

Boris claims P!nk even added insult to injury, insisting Boris deserved the beating for his actions.

He's suing for assault and battery, and destruction of his camera equipment ... demanding unspecified damages.

We posted video of the altercation soon after it happened, showing Carey's friend attacking him. Cops were called to the scene, but no arrests were made.

2:44 PM PT -- Good news for CB ... the judge just approved Brown's request ... he won't have to go to D.C.

Chris Brown just asked the judge in his assault case in Washington D.C. to give him a pass and NOT make him appear Monday in court so he can stay in inpatient anger management rehab.

Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, just filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- asking the judge for the break. D.C. criminal courts require a defendant's presence even in misdemeanor cases.

Brown is kind of between a rock and a hard place, because a California judge has ordered him to stay put in rehab for 90 days.

Geragos says in the docs he reached out to the prosecutors to see if they were on board with Brown skipping the hearing, but he says he was told, no dice.

So Geragos has made his case.

Chris Brown’s mom thinks his friends are a bunch of disrespectful scumbags who got him hooked on drugs and turned him into a thug … this according to sources close to the Brown family.

The mommy issues clearly go deeper than just chucking rocks at her car … apparently Breezy and his mom have been having issues off and on for a long time … mostly due to his out-of-control friends.

According to sources close to Chris … his mom believes his crew only hangs around for the money and fame … and she thinks they got him addicted to weed.

We're told the pot smoking got so bad … Chris was regularly stoned around his own mother … and she got fed up with his disrespectful behavior.

All these longstanding issues boiled over when she visited him in rehab and urged him to stay in treatment … and we all know how that turned out.

One of Justin Bieber's bodyguards got busted in the most chill place on Earth -- for getting violent with a photographer and his equipment ... TMZ has learned.

The alleged tussle went down on the island of Kauai Wednesday ... when Bieber and his crew were jumping off the famous cliff on Shipwreck's Beach.

According to cops ... a 29-year-old man was snapping pics of JB & co. until one of Bieber's hired hands approached and demanded he delete all his photos.

The photog refused ... and claims the bodyguard -- Dwayne Patterson -- then got physical ... assaulting him and damaging his camera.

The alleged victim couldn't have been too hurt -- he told cops he had no injuries and refused any medical attention.

Patterson was booked for 3rd degree assault and 4th degree criminal property damage. He was released on $3,000 bail, aka ... Justin's pocket change.

George Zimmerman was duped and done in by a lying GF who faked a pregnancy to keep him around and then framed him when she realized he was leaving her ... sources connected with Zimmerman tell TMZ.

George is now facing felony domestic violence charges after Samantha Scheibe claimed he threatened her with a gun and forced her out of their house.

Early this month, George made it clear to Samantha he was leaving her and leaving Florida. Samantha then dropped a bombshell-- that she was 6 weeks pregnant. George now believes she was lying about it in order to keep him in her grip.

On Monday ... things came to a head when George was packing his bags to leave and our sources say Samantha concocted the whole gun scenario as revenge.

THAR SHE BLOWS!!! Erin Brockovich is officially in the clear after her BUI arrest this summer -- that's BOATING under the influence -- because she's finally paid up with the court.

TMZ broke the story, Erin was arrested on Nevada's Lake Mead in June ... after cops found her drunkenly piloting her boat, while allegedly slapping her husband and tossing a cell phone into the water.

Erin pled no contest to BUI, and was ordered to complete 25 hours of community service, a mandatory Boater Safety School, and pay a $750 fine ... all of which she did.

Chris Brown was booted from his rehab program earlier this month for throwing a rock through his mom's car window ... TMZ has learned.

We just got hold of the probation report in the Rihanna case, which outlines what happened during his 13 days in a Malibu rehab joint for anger management counseling.

According to the report, Chris' mom showed up for a family session and was urging her son to stay in the facility for extended treatment. Apparently, Chris violently disagreed with her and in a fit of anger threw a rock through her car window, shattering it.

The report goes on to say without continued therapy and a strong recovery support network, Probation says his prognosis is "very guarded."

And here's an interesting detail from the report: before Chris entered rehab on October 29th, he says he had issues with Attention Deficit Disorder and also underwent a period of depression.

TMZ broke the story ... Chris got booted from the Malibu facility earlier this month following the outburst ... after just two weeks of treatment.

As we reported, the judge has just ordered Brown to 90 days in a facility and also ordered him to submit to drug testing.

Chris Brown just got confined for 90 days ... but not in jail ... in rehab.

Brown and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, were just in court for a progress report in the Rihanna beating case. TMZ broke the story ... the Probation Dept. notified the judge that Brown flew into yet another violent rage while he was in a Malibu rehab joint for anger management, and was thrown out of the facility after only 2 weeks. The Probation Dept. recommended live-in anger management rehab.

The judge agreed with Probation, and ordered Brown to check into a facility for 90 days, and the facility must be in L.A. County and approved by Probation.

The judge is letting Chris juggle his criminal cases and will let him fly to D.C. for court hearings on his criminal assault case.

Brown must also submit to drug testing at the rehab facility. He must also take any prescriptions recommended by the rehab place.

Chris Brown went into a VIOLENT RAGE while in rehab earlier this month for his anger issues ... TMZ has learned ... throwing objects and breaking them ... and we've learned the D.A. will use this and other incidents later today in court to make the case that he belongs in jail ... NOW.

We're told the rehab facility wanted him OUT after the incident ... and that's why he bailed after only 2 weeks.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the L.A. County Probation Dept. is submitting information to the judge today about the incident, along with the criminal assault charge in Washington, D.C. We're told the Probation Dept will ask the judge to order Chris into a live-in anger management program for a period of months.

Our sources say the D.A. isn't as forgiving and will ask the judge during today's progress hearing in the Rihanna beating case to revoke his probation and send him to jail -- as early as today.

The hearing is set for 2 PM. We'll be there.
