Steve Harvey was accused by his ex-wife and 11-year-old son of brutally beating the boy ... but Harvey's rep tells TMZ the comedian has been cleared.

A judge found Mary Harvey in contempt Thursday and sent her to jail for leaking sealed information about the alleged incident to the media.

As for the incident ... according to a police report -- obtained by TMZ -- Mary claims Steve got a phone call from the boy's school informing him his son lied about turning in homework. According to the kid, Steve hit him with a belt and then a paddle board -- the kind used for hazing in fraternities.

According to the police report ... cops took photos of the boy's injuries, showing bruises on his buttocks and right thigh, as well as cuts on his leg. The police report says the boy told cops, the beating was so brutal he had trouble urinating for days.

The matter was then referred to the Texas Dept. of Family and Protective Services. Steve's rep tells TMZ, the Dept. concluded, "Based on the information obtained, the child does not appear to be at risk ... the case is closed without further investigation."

Barron Hilton is still going through the healing process -- after some guy smashed his face in during a coke-fueled party in Miami earlier this month -- showing off his scabby battle wounds Thursday in Hawaii.

Barron surfaced in Maui with his GF -- 4,600 miles from the crime scene -- wearing sunglasses ... and some baby scars above his nose and his eyes. A little Neosporin would go a long way.

As we reported, Barron got his ass handed to him by one of Lindsay Lohan's friends during a mansion party in Miami. Barron blamed Lindsay for orchestrating the attack, but the guy who punched him says Lindsay's innocent ... he punched Barron all on his own.

George Zimmerman and the girlfriend who accused him of domestic violence both went to the Seminole County Sheriff's Dept. today to pick up the guns that were seized after his arrest.

George got his guns back yesterday. Today's outing was to pick up Samantha Scheibe's weapons, which were also seized by cops.

Samantha alleged that George shoved her out of their house and brandished a shotgun but later recanted the story and the case was dropped.

Justin Bieber's pals Lil Za and Lil Twist acted like Lil Thugs by attacking a paparazzo in Miami last June -- so claims the photog who's suing Bieber and a bodyguard.

Photog Jeffrey Binion says in his depo -- obtained by TMZ -- he was confronted by Za, Twist and 2 of Justin's bodyguards after taking pics of Justin outside of a recording studio.

Binion says Za demanded the photog's camera ... threatened to break it ... then tried to wrench it from his hand. Binion claims the struggle lasted 3 to 5 minutes. As for Twist ... Binion says he was egging Za on.

Binion also claims one of the bodyguards threatened him with a gun.

Binion says he was strong armed into deleting the photos ... because a bodyguard had him in a choke hold.

He's now suing Bieber and that bodyguard ... claiming he's injured and mentally screwed up.

For a change ... Justin Bieber's a little camera shy, at least when it comes to sitting for a videotaped deposition in his legal battle with a Miami paparazzo ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Bieber is being sued by Jeffrey Binion, the pap who claims one of Bieber's thugs choked him and stole his camera equipment back in June.

Binion's attorney is set to grill Justin in a videotaped deposition next month -- and Bieber's responded with a legal request for the depo to be kept under lock and key.

According to the docs, Bieber's lawyers feel "it is highly likely that the entire deposition will be published to the public." Their concern is the questioning will include lots of topics unrelated to the case.

Translation: they don't want a video of Justin talking about all his juvenile antics getting out to the world.

Team Bieber is requesting that no copies be made of the original recording. They also want to handpick the videographer.

Chris Brown is in trouble ... again. The judge in the Rihanna beating case has just REVOKED his probation because of the fresh assault charges filed in Washington D.C.

Brown was in court for a progress hearing. The judge felt the criminal complaint in D.C. is enough proof that Chris did NOT obey all laws ... which he's required to do while on probation

The judge did not remand Chris into custody, because hizzoner was impressed by Chris' progress in his anger management rehab. The judge will hold a hearing on the matter in February, and it's possible he could sentence Chris to time in the pokey.

The judge also ordered Chris NOT to use medical marijuana for the time being.

TMZ broke the story ... Brown was popped in Oct. for felony assault -- later reduced to a misdemeanor -- and the L.A. County Probation Dept. launched an investigation.

We just got hold of the progress report (above) -- filed with the court -- from Chris' anger management program. According to the document, Brown participates in a weekly boot camp and successfully completed a 12-hour ropes course "to enhance team-building skills and trust."

The clinical team says Chris has been making progress and has new psychotropic drugs that seem to be working. He's been taken off medical marijuana. The team says his ability to "emotionally regulate himself" has markedly improved.

Crystal Hunt -- who played Lizzie Spaulding on "Guiding Light" -- was arrested Friday night in L.A. ... after she allegedly broke a glass over a girls face during a heated bar room showdown ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Hunt got into an argument with another woman at Pearl's Liquor Bar in West Hollywood around 12:30 am -- and allegedly threw a pint glass at the victims face.

We're told the victim required medical attention afterward ... but the extent of her injuries are unclear.

The 28-year old actress was arrested for felony assault with a deadly weapon and released the next morning when she made bail.

Crystal's lawyer Shepard Kopp tells us she was not drinking at the time and claims the woman was threatening her before the altercation. Hunt also claims she tried having the woman removed by security multiple times but they failed to do so.

"Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans' potty mouth got her locked up in South Carolina yesterday ... after cops tried muzzling her during an argument with her boyfriend and she refused.

Police were dispatched 2 separate times to Evans' home yesterday -- both times for loudly arguing with her boyfriend outside ... according to reports.

Cops say Jenelle's BF told them the MTV star locked him out of the house during an argument ... but he agreed to go for a walk and cool off -- so officers left.

Shortly after, they were dispatched again ... and reportedly found her boyfriend had climbed in the house through a window -- which caused Jenelle to lock herself inside the bathroom.

Police handled the situation before attempting to leave -- but Janelle started yelling cuss words outside the house ... and when she refused to stop they took her into custody for "breach of the peace."

Worst part ... Janelle is still on probation -- meaning she could be facing additional jail time if convicted.

Janelle was only in jail for about an hour.

Camille Grammer's ex-boyfriend still hasn't been served with a restraining order -- even though the alleged attack happened in October -- because the guy's so slippery he's dodged them 29 TIMES. And the irony -- we know he's seen the docs because he was holding them on a TV show!

We broke the story ... a judge issued a TRO against Dimitri Charalambopoulos Oct. 29 ... after Grammer claimed he beat the crap out of her during an argument in their Houston hotel room.

But Dimitri hasn't been served with the court order. Grammer's lawyers say they've tried 29 times ... at his home, his parents' home, his kid's school and 2 letters to his attorney ... and they've struck out everywhere.

Here's the funny part ... Camille's lawyers say they KNOW Dimitri's seen the legal documents ... because he appeared on an entertainment TV show where the docs were shown to him.

According to new court documents filed this week ... Dimitri is bound by the terms of the restraining order ... whether he's been served or not -- so says the judge.

George Zimmerman can finally be reunited with the arsenal of guns and ammo that was recently seized from his home, since he's no longer facing domestic violence charges ... officials tell TMZ.

The Seminole County Sheriff's office confirmed ... the case against Zimmerman was just dropped after his GF Samantha Scheibe backed off her story that George got violent with her back in November.

And no charges, means no reason for cops to keep the guns (and chewing gum) that were seized from his home following the initial alleged incident ... a cache that includes 3 handguns, a semiautomatic rifle and the shotgun that Scheibe had claimed Zimmerman used to threaten her.

We're told George is now free to pick up his stuff whenever he wants -- but so far, he has NOT come by the station.

12:45 P.M. PT -- We just heard from Reinhardt's attorney who told us, "Doug Reinhardt was surprised and very disappointed that one of his neighbors took a complaint about alleged noise at a party that could have been handled in a conversation over the backyard fence to the courts." He says Reinhardt is looking forward to telling his side of the story in court.

Doug Reinhardt -- former Paris Hilton BF who appeared on "The Hills" -- has been hit with a temporary restraining order after allegedly threatening to "beat the f**k" out of his neighbor, TMZ has learned.

The 29-year-old -- who's also the heir to a frozen burrito fortune -- has been living in a $15k-per-month home above the Sunset Strip, according to legal docs ... and his next-door neighbor says he's been a total nightmare.

The main issue ... the neighbor, a bigtime real estate agent, claims Doug's been throwing crazy parties that don't START until 2:30 AM.

And when the neighbor complained, he says Doug called him a "pain in the butt" and said, "I'm going to beat the f**k out of you."

The neighbor says he fears for his life ... and begged the courts for protection.

We've learned ... the judge issued a temporary restraining order against Doug, requiring him to keep his distance from the guy -- a whole 5 yards (since they're neighbors, any other distance would essentially require one of the parties to move).

George Zimmerman's just won a big round in the "She-loves-me-she-loves-me-not" game -- his ex-girlfriend wants him back so badly, she's recanted her claim of domestic violence and the case has been dropped.

Zimmerman was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and battery ... after GF Samantha Schiebe claimed he pulled a shotgun on her and pushed her out of their house.

But Samantha has had a change of heart ... she wants George back, and the State Attorney for Seminole County says Samantha now says she lied about the encounter and refuses to cooperate ... hence, there's no way to successfully prosecute him.

But there's still something blocking these lovebirds from reuniting -- a restraining order, which Samantha's lawyer is now trying to get lifted.

Lindsay Lohan is back in New York City ... acting like she doesn't have a care in the world.

We got Lindsay as she came to the front door of her apartment building to let daddy Lohan inside.

As for Lindsay's state of mind re: the coke-fueled Miami party last Friday that ended with a beatdown of Paris Hilton's little brother ... Michael tells us, "Lindsay thinks it's a joke that people are blaming her."

Michael says Lindsay is sticking to her story ... there were only 5 people in the house and no drugs when she went to sleep at 1:15 AM, and when she woke up at 9:30 AM the place with filled with people and coke.

Frank Ocean's cousin has a simple confession -- he did indeed go on the attack against Chris Brown and his entourage at a recording studio back in January ... but he did it to protect his flesh and blood.

The cousin -- Sha'keir Duarte -- is embroiled in a lawsuit with Brown, with each suing the other over the fight.

In new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Durate confesses he used force, but insists it was reasonable and necessary in defense of himself and Frank. Duarte says a guy named Hood -- allegedly part of Brown's posse -- was on the attack and had to be stopped.

Barron Hilton has logged on to zipit.com ... refusing to get back to police officers investigating the beatdown he caught at the hands of Lindsay Lohan's pal -- and it's preventing them from making an arrest ... TMZ has learned.

As TMZ first reported ... Miami Beach PD are looking to arrest the puncher -- LiLo's friend Ray LeMoine -- however ... law enforcement sources now tell us they haven't heard back from Paris Hilton's little bro.

We're told police need to speak with him to button up the investigation -- but Barron has fallen off the radar since initially speaking to cops on Friday morning, right after the attack.

As we told you ... multiple sources confirm there was a ton of drugs, including cocaine, inside the party.

We got Barron's folks, Rick and Kathy Hilton, out last night ... and Rick said he believes LeMoine nailed his son with brass knuckles.

As for LeMoine, he went on an online rant, claiming Barron started the fight by pushing him ... then claiming BH would not have been cut except for his "stupid glasses." He also calls Barron "Conrad Hilton's spoiled sperm experiment," and says when the confrontation began, Barron proclaimed, "Do you know who my sisters are?"

Barron Hilton's bloody beatdown led to Lindsay Lohan getting kicked out of the South Florida mansion where they were partying ... according to a witness -- and TMZ has video of LiLo trying to re-enter the property.

In the video ... Lindsay's at the driveway gate of the home trying to get back inside, but the guard doesn't budge. Lohan's bodyguard then says, "Your brother's still there" ... referring to Michael Lohan Jr., who was also raging that night/morning.

One of the people renting the Star Island pad tells us Linds got booted because she freaked out and begged her pal Ray LeMoine to throw Barron out of the party. We're told her demand is what led to Ray punching Paris' kid bro.

The renter says it was unclear what sparked Lohan's grudge -- but Barron has said Lindsay accused him of talking trash.

Lindsay is adamant she wasn't kicked out, and only left because of rampant drug and alcohol use.

A few hours after Lindsay left, Barron was still chilling at the mansion ... face battered, and waiting to talk to police.
