Matt Hardy's wife Reby Sky is standing by her husband after a violent incident between the couple at a Virginia hotel ... and doesn't want to end the marriage ... sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ Sports.

We broke the story ... both Reby and her ex-WWE superstar husband were arrested on Jan. 1 for assault and battery after attacking each other inside their hotel room.

Now, sources tell us ... the whole fight started when Reby asked a seemingly intoxicated Matt if he had been drinking or using other substances that night.

FYI -- Matt has had substance abuse issues in the past ... and once completed a WWE-sponsored rehab program.

We're told Matt didn't take kindly to Reby's accusation and the situation escalated into a full blown fight.

After the incident, the two talked out their issues and decided they wanted to try to make their relationship work. They've made several public appearances together since the arrest ... and we're told they're both committed to their marriage.

The bitchfight on this week's episode of "Vanderpump Rules" was not just reality TV BS ... we've learned one of the stars ran to the cops afterward ... fingering her castmate.

Stassi Schroeder accuses Kristen Doute of sleeping with her ex-boyfriend ... calling her a "dirty f**king whore" ... then hauling off and smacking Kristen in the face. She also douses Kristen with a drink -- while the rest of the cast looks on.

The fight was not scripted ... and Kristen was so enraged she was gunning to get Stassi prosecuted and filed a police report.

But we found out the criminal case hit a dead end ... cops needed a follow-up interview but Kristen was uncooperative.

Lisa Vanderpump -- who employs both Stassi and Kristen at her restaurant -- tells TMZ the women have since made up telling us, "I know that Stassi was very sorry and regretted it. I made Stassi apologize to Kristen and hope that they could move forward."

Former WWE champion Matt Hardy was arrested at a motel in Virginia earlier this month ... after allegedly getting into a fight with his wrestler wife ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Just look at the mug shots of Hardy and 27-year-old Reby Sky -- both appear bloody and scratched up.

Hardy has multiple scratch marks all over his face and Sky -- real name Rebecca Hardy -- appears to be sporting a fat lip, black eye and several small cuts on her face.

Law enforcement tells TMZ Sports ... cops raced to the Hampton Inn in Emporia, VA on January 1st around 5:45 AM after someone at the hotel call 911.

During the 911 call, obtained by TMZ Sports, the hotel staffer told the operator ... "A guest just came down here and said somebody's beating the hell out of his wife a girl or something."

When cops arrived to the scene, both Matt and Sky were arrested for assault and battery. They were released on $3,500 bail.

Our sources tell us both Matt and Sky got restraining orders against each other.

Since the incident, both Matt and Reby have posted photos of each other -- and it appears they are still together and going strong.

Goldberg the Goalie from "The Mighty Ducks" has been ordered to stay the hell away from his ex-GF ... after allegedly punching her in the face during a nuclear fight last year ... and trying to pee on her.

TMZ broke the story ... Goldberg's ex Sonja Dimitrievska filed the request for the restraining order in November, claiming Goldberg -- actual name Shaun Weiss -- had been physically abusing her for two years.

She claims the final straw was a fight in April ... when a drunk Goldberg punched her, threatened to kill her, then tried to pee on her ... saying, "This is all you're worth."

Jason London can now say he was never convicted of crapping in a police car ... even though he pled guilty ... TMZ has learned.

Jason had pled guilty to disorderly conduct -- for sharting in a squad car after getting popped for a drunken bar fight in Scottsdale, AZ.

According to the plea deal he struck, Jason was required to complete a 16 hour alcohol-ed course. Once classes were completed, the judge agreed to erase the conviction -- as if it never occurred.

Well Jason graduated magnum cum laude from his class ... so it's like he never crapped in the car.

The guy Kanye West beat up in the waiting room of a Beverly Hills chiropractor hit the jackpot ... scoring a settlement of MORE THAN $250,000 ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the negotiations tell us ... the young man who allegedly hurled racial epithets at Kim earlier this month has agreed to the civil settlement and now feels satisfied enough that he does NOT want to go forward with a criminal prosecution.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the D.A. has not decided whether to charge Kanye with battery. The reality is ... there's almost no chance of that happening. First, the D.A. now has an uncooperative victim. Second, the victim's alleged racial epithets will not sit well with the jury. And there are probably lots of Kanye fans in the jury pool.

We're told during the settlement negotiations the victim's demand soared to the upper 6 figures, so $250K is just a fraction.

We called Kanye's civil lawyer, Shawn Holley for comment ... but we got nothin'.

"Moesha" star Marcus Paulk just dodged jail time for socking his girlfriend in the stomach -- courtesy of a plea deal.

TMZ broke the story ... Paulk was arrested last August when he and his GF exchanged blows in a nasty fight that ended with him allegedly kicking and punching her in the gut.

According to court docs, Marcus plead no contest to one count of battery, and got 4 other charges dropped. As part of the deal, he must enroll in a year-long domestic violence treatment program.

One of the star linebackers at the University of North Carolina has been suspended from the team after allegedly picking a fight with a parking attendant ... and body checking the guy, TMZ Sports has learned.

We've learned ... Travis Hughes, the 5th-leading tackler on the Tarheels squad, got into it with the parking attendant Thursday when he noticed his car was being towed from the front of his campus residence.

According to court documents, Hughes -- who's 6'2", 225 lbs -- "bumped [the parking attendant] with his body, trying to get him to move from behind his vehicle."

Law enforcement say Hughes left the scene, but was pulled over and arrested for assault less than a mile away.

Bieber was taken into custody and transported to the police department where his blood alcohol level was tested. Our law enforcement sources say Justin was given a field sobriety test at the scene ... and failed.

His was then taken to jail where he was booked and processed.

We're told Bieber had just left SET nightclub and was driving a yellow Lamborghini at the time cops spotted him in a residential neighborhood. Our sources say Justin's people actually blocked the street off so Bieber could drag race.

Sources say the person Justin was racing was also arrested. We're told that driver was Khalil, a well-known rapper on Def Jam Records. He was in a red Ferrari.

Justin had a passenger in the car -- Chantel Jeffries -- a model, who's dated multiple celebs including an NFL superstar.

The traffic stop was for drag racing and cops determined he was driving under the influence.

"Bold and the Beautiful" star Victor Alfieri is safe from future attack ... because the man he accused of assaulting him with a hair brush has been ordered to stay out of his hair ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Alfieri had a close shave last month ... claiming his neighbor, Christopher Veech, hit him in the face with a hairbrush. The soap star claims Veech has been hair-rassing him for more than a year.

Alfieri says he can't escape the guy ... because they live in the same building.

Rapper Young Jeezy was just busted by cops outside Atlanta -- and booked for obstructing police officers ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Jeezy -- aka Jay Wayne Jenkins -- was arrested in Alpharetta ... after cops responded to an alarm call at his girlfriend's home ... it's unclear who or what triggered the alarm.

When cops arrived on scene ... we're told Jeezy was uncooperative with officers, refusing to identify himself, and cussing them out.

We're told Jeezy told the officer who asked for his name and ID, "F**k you, I ain't telling you" -- and he attempted to pull away when cops were slapping the cuffs on him.

As we reported ... Jeezy was arrested earlier this month for battery, false imprisonment and making terroristic threats after a blowout fight with his son.

He's been booked at Fulton County Jail.

Some Trace Adkins fans are pissed ... bitching that Trace ruined their country cruise by jumping ship in Jamaica ... and all they got in return were concert tix.

We broke the story ... Trace got into a nuclear argument with an impersonator on board the ship ... and left the big boat for rehab.

Passengers feel ... cruise officials lied to them and said Trace left for a family emergency -- and tried to placate them with an hour-long open bar.

One woman posted on Facebook, "[Trace] gets shipped off and we get replaced by an hr of free sh**ty watered down well drinks for one hour ... What a JOKE!"

We're told ... Trace's camp is now trying to make good by offering passengers free tickets and a meet-and-greet at a future concert. For some fans, it's awesome.

But others -- who paid thousands to go on the cruise -- say they can't collect ... because they came from faraway places -- even foreign countries.

FYI ... the free tix don't come with an all-you-can-eat buffet.

"Dance Moms" star Kelly Hyland has been legally FORBIDDEN from having any contact with co-star Abby Lee Miller after a nasty catfight ... which means they can't even tweet each other, TMZ has learned.

Hyland was in court this morning in NYC facing assault and harassment charges after allegedly attacking Miller -- who owns and runs the dance studio -- in a fit of jealousy back in November.

As we previously reported, sources tell us the two women had a hair-pulling brawl at the dance studio after Kelly accused Abby of slighting her young daughters.

Both women showed up at the courthouse this morning ... and so did a camera from Lifetime ... 'cause you KNOW this is going to be part of the TV show.

During the hearing, Hyland was ordered by the judge to stay away from Miller while the case is pending ... which means no talking, no phone calls and NO TWEETING at her.

#drama.

12:30 P.M. PT -- Outside court, Miller vented for the cameras ... accusing Hyland of playing a dumb blonde to get attention.

The 18-year-old who Kanye West allegedly beat up last week in a chiropractor's waiting room has approached the rapper, asking for a ton of money to settle the case without criminal prosecution ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the 18-year-old tell us ... his lawyer called Kanye's people and expressed the desire to strike a civil settlement -- FOR A PRICE -- several hundred thousand dollars.

We're told the 18-year-old is adamant -- he does NOT want to go through a public trial. As we reported ... Kim Kardashian claims the young man was hurling racial epithets, calling her a "n***er lover" among other things. We're also told he has not been responsive with the police since the incident.

As for the $$$ ... although eyewitnesses in the Beverly Hills chiropractor's office say Kanye pummeled the guy ... we're hearing he has no apparent injuries. Nonetheless, avoiding a criminal trial has a price.

Trace Adkins played a drunken game of country chest bump with his impersonator ... after ordering the guy to take off his f**king hat.

TMZ got a hold of photos from the Jamaica-bound cruise ship where Trace went nuclear on his look-alike, Michael Larsen.

Witnesses tell us ... Trace had been in the bar pounding shots ... and when he saw the impersonator he made a beeline for him.

Trace felt for a long time ... the impersonator had become like a stalker, following him around the country. So when the singer saw the guy on the ship, it was the straw that broke the camel's back.

We're told Adkins screamed, "This has gone on long enough ... Take the f**king hat off." Larsen obliged -- taking off his hat and standing there silently while Trace yelled in his face ... but it was strictly a verbal attack ... no punches were thrown.

Deongelo Holmes -- one half of the rap duo Ying Yang Twins -- was busted in Georgia ... after Holmes' wife accused him of punching her in the head.

Prosecutors say Holmes socked his wife Porsche Holmes in the head back in November ... and the rapper hit her so hard she got a big bump over her left eye.

Authorities charged Holmes with "family violence" and two counts of simple battery. Deongelo was released on bond after agreeing to stay away from his wife -- among other restrictions.
