Big Sean broke off his engagement to Naya Rivera because he was scared off by her violent fits of anger and jealousy.

As we reported, the rapper announced yesterday he and Naya had called off their wedding -- we're told B.S. made the decision weeks ago after realizing his fiancee was way too controlling.

Our sources say Naya demanded to know where he was at all times and would threaten him by saying things like, "If you don't listen to what I say, I'll ruin your career."

We're told she was suspicious whenever Sean was with other women and would work herself up into jealous rages ... once breaking an expensive lamp during a rampage in his home.

We're also told Big Sean and Naya went to couples counseling -- which apparently worked because Sean realized how much he HATED being a couple ... and decided to get the hell out.

We've reached out to Naya's camp ... but so far, no response.

Master P's estranged wife is worried sick -- claiming the rap icon has abducted three of their kids over the last two months ... and is now refusing to bring them back home.

Sonya Miller just went to court to request an emergency custody order, forcing Master P to return the kids to their mom asap.

She claims Master P first nabbed 13-year-old son Hercy after picking him up from school in February, then did the same thing with their 9-year-old son Mercy in March. Around the same time, Sonya claims their 17-year-old daughter Tytyana ran off to live with her dad and won't come back.

The ex-couple also has a 14-year-old daughter named Italy, but she's still with her mom.

There's currently no court order in place regarding custody or visitation (since Sonya only recently filed for divorce) so Sonya also asked the judge to award her full physical custody ... at least for now.

As we reported, the ex-couple's divorce has been acrimonious -- Sonya claims Master P left her so destitute she needed welfare.

12:20 P.M. PDT -- The club just told TMZ, "DBA has a very strict door policy and Ms. Garth and her entire group of friends were asked to wait in line for entry along with everyone else. The group chose not to do so and left."

Jennie Garth went to a wildly popular club in Hollywood Monday night ... and abruptly left in a huff, claiming the bouncers turned away her 3 friends ... all of whom were black males.

Jennie's people claim the "90210" star went to DBA with 2 white girlfriends and 3 black men. She says the bouncer told her and the other women they were invited in but refused to let the guys go past the velvet ropes.

Jennie stormed off ... appearing to cry and flipping off the photogs.

You don't see the guys in the photo.

One of the photogs told us it looked like the whole group was denied, but Jennie insists the women were given an entry.

As for the club ... so far no comment.

The entire cast of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" -- minus one -- is threatening to walk off the show if Porsha Williams is fired over her fight with Kenya Moore.

The one holdout -- Kenya Moore.

Sources close to the show tell us the women hatched their plan this weekend at Kandi Burruss' wedding ... telling the show's producers how much they despise Moore because of all the drama she stirs up.

As we reported ... Williams attacked Moore during taping of the reunion special ... and producers may use the bitch fight as justification for giving Porsha the axe.

We're told since the brawl, ALL housewives' contracts for next season have been put on hold -- until show honchos figure out what to do with Porsha.

"America's Next Top Model" star Eva Marcille can't make her mind up -- days after she accused her baby daddy of violently kicking down several doors in their home and trying to snatch their child from her arms ... she posed in a smiley photo with him.

Eva obtained a restraining order against rapper BF Kevin McCall on March 28th, claiming he went ballistic during an argument and chased her around their home, trying to take their 2-month-old daughter.

Eva claims Kevin kicked down 4 doors during his rampage and even threatened to punch her.

But clearly, something changed -- days later on April 4th, Eva was all smiles again, posing for a photo with Kevin and their daughter on Instagram with the ironic hashtag #familyfirst.

According to the restraining order, Kevin's required to stay 100 yards away from Eva.

One of the "Ying Yang Twins" -- Deongelo Holmes -- is already a free man ... after serving just 24 hours behind bars for beating his wife.

According to Georgia court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Holmes made a deal and pled no contest to domestic violence for hitting Porsche in the head last November.

Under the deal, Holmes served a single day in jail and he's on probation for a year.

"Modern Family" creator Steve Levitan is being dragged into Ariel Winter's gnarly custody battle ... and it's all because Steve allegedly wrote a letter to authorities saying she should be free -- ON "MODERN FAMILY" LETTERHEAD!

Ariel's mom Chrystal Workman filed court docs claiming Levitan recently wrote an emancipation letter to dependency court on her daughter's behalf -- and claims he had the nerve to write it on the show's stationery.

Workman says she wants to grill him in court for sticking his nose in family business.

Lenny Dykstra claims he was beaten within an inch of his life while in custody at L.A. County Jail ... and the former MLB great says his attackers were corrupt cops ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

Sam Worthington played the celebrity card when he was arrested for allegedly attacking a photog ... asking the cop, "Have you seen the movie, 'Avatar?'" ... this according to the photog's lawyer.

Photographer Sheng Li was in court this AM ... he's also charged with assault as well as harassment. Sheng's lawyer, Mark Heller, painted his client as the victim of a boorish star, who assaulted his client and then tried robbing him by grabbing his camera and attempting to steal it.

Worthington was not in court ... his case is being handled separately.

It's unclear what Heller is trying to do here -- because if his client really did assault Worthington, it doesn't matter if Worthington tried playing the celeb card.

But the always entertaining Heller knows how to put on a show.

"Scandal" star Columbus Short's alleged bar fight victim has refused to press charges against the actor -- despite serious injuries to his head and back -- and we're told ... it's all because of family ties.

The victim's lawyer tells TMZ, he's been in contact with Columbus' management to come to some sort of settlement without involving police. We're told the victim has made it clear to investigators he doesn't want the case pursued criminally.

The reason ... the lawyer tells us both men are tight with the same people -- the alleged fight went down at a family member's engagement party -- so the victim wants to resolve this as amicably as possible.

If they end up settling, Short could end up paying a boatload in medical expenses -- we're told the victim suffered a facial fracture and a massive concussion from Short's punch, as well as serious neck and back injuries.

As we reported, Columbus turned himself in to police last week after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Rap star Wale PUNCHED A GUY IN THE FACE at a WWE event Monday night -- and judging by the way security rushed in to break it up, it appeared to be 100% REAL.

It all went down at "Raw" in Washington D.C. -- TMZ spoke with eyewitness Jawn Murray from AlwaysAlist.com who says Wale was sitting right behind the announcers enjoying the show ... when some fan seated nearby began taunting the rapper.

Murray says Wale eventually got up out of his seat and "the next thing I know Wale is putting the smackdown on dude. Punched him dead in his face. It was a full fight."

Security rushed over and broke up the fight -- and took everyone involved into a hallway. Moments later, Wale returned to his seat and began snacking on popcorn like nothing happened.

We're told the other guy is also back in his seat.

Johnny Weir clashed with his husband's lawyer this weekend -- over the sale of their Fabergé egg and other fancy belongings -- and it got so emotional ... Johnny broke down in tears ... sources tell TMZ.

According to sources, Johnny met with Victor Voronov's lawyer Sunday at the NJ storage locker containing the ex-couple's $20,000 Fabergé egg, a bunch of Louis Vuitton luggage, and other pricey community property -- in order to determine how it would all be sold off in the wake of their divorce.

TMZ broke the story ... Johnny and Victor agreed to sell off their expensive community property and place the proceeds in a trust to be split at a later date.

Sources tell us, Johnny asked to take all the items and sell them himself, but Victor's lawyer refused to let that happen because he didn't trust Johnny to follow the rules. We're told the argument escalated so bad Johnny started to cry.

We're told it took Johnny and Victor's lawyer 6 hours to come to a compromise -- ultimately, Johnny walked away with the egg and his wedding ring, and Victor's lawyer walked away with the LV luggage and Victor's wedding ring.

We're told each party agreed to sell his portion and deposit the proceeds in a trust -- clearly the only trust left in their relationship.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Benzino says he has no idea why his nephew shot him ... even though it's very clear the beef between them is strong.

Benzino called into "TMZ Live" to tell us what he claims led up to Saturday's shooting during his mother's funeral procession -- and his explanation was, as they say ... tricky.

The rapper -- and former owner of The Source magazine -- says 7-8 shots were fired and he was hit twice.

We asked if it had anything to do with money issues around his mom's house -- and Benzino more than hints there's some bad blood.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kenya Moore is completely fed up with Porsha Williams' violent BS -- at least that's how she sounded on the 911 call she placed ... moments after Porsha allegedly attacked her.

You can practically feel Kenya rolling her eyes as she grudgingly answers the emergency dispatcher's questions on the phone, deadpanning, "I've just been assaulted." She also goes into more detail about the attack on the call.

As we reported, Porsha and Kenya exploded on each other last Thursday during the taping of the "RHOA" reunion special.

Raphael Brown flat out denies allegations of physical abuse made by his estranged wife ... telling TMZ he's never laid a hand on her.

As TMZ first reported, the soon-to-be ex-wife of Brown -- best known as one of the guys from the group Next -- was granted a temporary restraining order after alleging the singer was abusive towards her ... including an incident where she claims he once kicked her in the stomach while she was pregnant.

But Brown tells TMZ ... he knows he was verbally abusive to his estranged wife Juliette, but it NEVER turned physical. He tells us, "I never kicked her in her stomach when she was pregnant with our son, who's now 10 years of age, nor when she wasn't with child. I never punched my ex-wife in the face, I've never grabbed my ex-wife by her neck or pushed her to the floor."

Brown claims Juliette harasses him online with a Twitter account she keeps private ... with no followers and no one following her. According to him, some of the tweets are racial in nature (Juliette is not black). For her part, she claims she is not racist and says she has shut down the account.

Christina Milian was caught in the middle of some Hollywood nightclub violence Sunday night -- after a woman (wearing only a bra and shorts) went after a bodyguard protecting Christina ... and the bodyguard swatted her away with an open palm to the face.

We have no idea who the woman is or why she was upset -- but the video's intense.
