Amanda Bynes lost it on one of her fans -- during a bizarre 24-hour stretch in NYC -- allegedly assaulting the woman who got too close in a nightclub.

Multiple sources tell TMZ ... Amanda showed up by herself to an event at the Gilded Lily nightclub Monday night in Chelsea. We're told she was dancing alone, wearing sunglasses and keeping to herself ... until random people started taking photos.

At first, Amanda was just yelling at the fans ... but we're told she finally snapped on one woman who claims Bynes spun toward her violently, scratching her neck and arms. Despite the alleged attack ... the woman tells us she's still a fan and doesn't plan to press charges.

Then on Tuesday morning ... several Bloomingdale's shoppers tell us Amanda was limping around the department store for hours with just one shoe while mumbling incoherently.

As we've reported, Bynes' family and friends have been extremely concerned, ... ever since her DUI arrest last month -- and fear something tragic is going to happen before she gets the help she obviously needs.

File Under: "You Know You're In Trouble When" ... you punch a guy in the face as hard as you can -- AND HE DOESN'T GO DOWN ... because the guy you punched is a UFC fighter.

That's exactly what happened in Vegas -- when 27-year-old UFC star Cody "The Renegade" Gibson (12-5) got into a standoff with some dude with a death wish at a bar in Downtown Las Vegas.

It all went down last week ... after Cody's last-second defeat at UFC 178 to Manny Gamburyan. Despite the loss, Cody still felt like going out ... and that's when he got into it with another bar patron.

Sources at the bar tell us ... the two guys got into an arguing match that escalated quickly -- but when it almost came time to fight ... Cody tried to WARN the guy he's a professional brawler.

In the video, you can actually hear Cody tell the other man "Google me, bitch!"

But the other guy didn't listen ... and instead of googling, he SOCKED CODY IN THE FACE.

Cody was stunned ... but didn't go down ... and responded by tackling the guy to the ground.

Security quickly rushed in ... but no one was arrested or seriously injured ... which is good for the dude in the blue shirt, considering Cody is constantly training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, boxing and Muay Thai fighting.

Bottom line -- props to Cody for not killing the guy.

Here it is ... Antoine Dodson throwing a PUNCH at another man ... and it's hilarious.

A-Dod -- who became world famous for fighting off a bedroom intruder back in 2010 -- will be a pugilist in a "celebrity" boxing event in November ... taking on a man he claims is the actual 2010 perp.

During a media event for the fight this week, the "Intruder" confronted Dodson -- who became "upset" and tried to slug his foe with a right ... uh ... jab?

Again, it's hilarious.

A mini-melee breaks out ... with Antoine flailing around and screaming at the other man -- "It is what it is, n**ga!!!"

Justin Bieber mixed it up Tuesday with the paparazzi in Paris and appeared to throw a punch during the fracas.

We're told Bieber and his crew tried to clear the photogs out of the way as they entered their hotel after dinner.

Check out Bieber -- inexplicably dressed in a camouflage jacket and pants with black leather sneakers -- his hand just below the neck of one photog ... another photo shows Bieber appearing to be in mid-punch.

Biebs has been a busy boy in Paree ... dining with Kendall Jenner and later partying with Kendall, Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Paris Hilton and GF Selena Gomez ... but avoiding Miranda Kerr like Ebola.

Two hot, young chicks strapped on boxing gloves ... in bikinis ... and went at it INSIDE a Miami nightclub to celebrate Andre Berto's 31st bday ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

The 2-time welterweight champ turnt all way up Mokia Lounge in Miami Beach recently -- alongside big stars like MLB pitcher Aroldis Chapman and fellow boxer Adrien Broner.

The scene was crazy ... huge bottle of champagne, scantily clad women, fancy cake -- and Berto tells TMZ Sports the whole thing was "epic!"

The cooking couple that starred in "Down Home With The Neelys" hated each other FOR YEARS ... enduring 11 seasons of mutual contempt before calling it quits.

Sources close to both Pat and Gina Neely tell TMZ ... the marriage was doomed even before the show fired up in 2009 ... and the pressures of TV made things a lot worse.

We're told the Neelys had no idea the show would endure but they rode the fame train when it became a hit ... with each accusing the other of having an unquenchable thirst for the spotlight.

Now that they've thrown in the towel ... he's splintered off by himself and believes Gina will fail without him. The reason ... his family owns the famous recipes and he's the master chef. As for her ... she thinks she can trump him because she's a bigger TV personality.

They will still be tied at the hip in NYC ... where they co-own Neely's Barbecue Parlor. They have no plans to sell it.

Gina filed the divorce papers earlier this month.

Jermaine Dupri lavished his friend with a free place to live, a free car, free studio time and several other gifts ... and the guy repaid him by trashing his hummer and then having the audacity to sue him.

Dupri says Taddrick Mingo is a leach who did nothing but take, take take:

-- free recording studio time
-- 4 years free rent in a 2 bedroom condo
-- use of Dupri's Hummer
-- free computer
-- referrals so Mingo could get studio work

Jermaine says Mingo then turned around and sued him ... claiming he worked as Dupri's assistant but never got paid.

So now Dupri has fired back with his own lawsuit, claiming Mingo was NEVER his assistant. And Jermaine wants money for the financial beating he took when he sold the whip at a loss.

The woman who grabbed Chris Brown in a nightclub and got checked by the singer says she was just trying to show him some love ... even though she looks pretty damn ominous in the video.

The woman -- Mandee -- admits to us ... she was wasted after Chris' performance at the Houston club. She claims 5 drinks and some shots, which definitely qualifies as wasted.

She also admits it's understandable that Chris -- who was turned the other way when she grabbed him -- was simply reacting to her unwanted face grab when he pushed her ... but feels he went too far.

Mandee says she's considering legal action, telling us, "I wasn’t trying to hurt him, I was just a drunk fan."

Chris Brown got physical with a woman who jumped in front of him during a nightclub appearance in Houston -- and even though she initiated the contact ... it was a questionable reaction from Chris.

Chris performed at Limelight Houston over the weekend, and while he and Karreuche Tran were walking through the crowd ... a woman stepped in front of him and reached out ... apparently trying to kiss him. CB gave her a pretty hard shove with his right forearm to move her out of the way.

It doesn't look like the fan was hurt. Obviously, not a smart move for someone with Chris' track record to mix it up with fans -- especially women -- even when they start it.

Suggestion, Chris: let security handle it.

The "Kitchen Nightmares" star who appeared to threaten a customer with a knife says the patron was drunk and threatening -- inciting Samy Bouzaglo by calling him a "piece of s**t."

The video we posted -- showing Samy wielding a weapon at the guy -- tells only part of the story ... so says Amy Bouzaglo.

Amy tells us the customer was falling down drunk inside their Scottsdale restaurant and became belligerent when Samy asked him to leave.

Amy says the man got in Samy's face and began cussing him out, saying, "you're a f***ing piece of s**t, I saw you on that show."

She says Samy smelled an attack coming, so he grabbed what was handy to defend the 2 of them -- and she insists the weapon was a pen, NOT a knife.

Cops tell us ... witnesses said it was a knife ... and it sure looks like one from the video.

Before Samy walked outside, we're told he waived the weapon around and called the customer a "c**t."

New information in the arrest of Charlotte Hornets player Jeffrey Taylor -- TMZ Sports has learned he's accused of attacking a man AND a woman before he was arrested for assault yesterday.

As we previously reported, 25-year-old Taylor was arrested in East Lansing, Michigan on Thursday ... after cops say he attacked his girlfriend at a hotel around 1AM.

We've learned the female is a college athlete who plays soccer at Michigan State University.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, Taylor is also accused of attacking a man during the incident.

The girl Keyshia Cole allegedly assaulted for spending the night at her rumored BF's house says she's not Birdman's side piece ... and she has no idea why Keyshia would think they're banging.

Sources privy to the case tell us ... the alleged victim is Sabrina Mercadel -- a Cash Money employee for more than a decade -- and she's known Birdman since they were young.

We're told Sabrina was not alone with Birdman at his West L.A. condo ... 4 others were present when Keyshia came storming in at around 5 AM.

Our sources say Sabrina was walking out of the bathroom when Cole spotted her in the apartment ... and the singer instantly went on the attack, yelling, "What are you doing with my man?!"

TMZ broke the story ... Keyshia was arrested for allegedly attacking Sabrina ... who went to the ER and is now on pain meds.

Keyshia is now out on bail.

Keyshia Cole spent a not-so-pleasant Friday morning in jail ... after allegedly assaulting a woman who apparently spent the night with Keyshia's rumored BF.

Keyshia showed up at a swanky condo complex in West L.A. at around 5 AM. We're told she went there to see Birdman -- the CEO of Cash Money -- who she's reportedly dating.

Our sources say ... for some reason security let her go up to Birdman's penthouse and when she got in she saw another woman and went nuts.

We're told Keyshia attacked her ... leaving scratches all over her face.

Cops were called ... and Keyshia was arrested for battery and an outstanding reckless driving warrant.

She was just released on $46,000 bail.

12:45 PM PT -- A rep for the VIP Room tells TMZ that Chris Brown was "completely oblivious" to the incident and it occurred roughly 50 feet away from Brown and his group. The rep says the entire ordeal was completely unrelated to Brown.

A bottle-throwing brawl erupted at a club where Chris Brown was performing early Thursday morning, and police want to know if he was involved ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, it all went down at the VIP Room in the Meatpacking District where Chris was performing for a New York Fashion Week after-party.

Police arrived at the club at around 3:20 AM, after reports of a bottle-throwing melee, but no arrests were made. We're told one victim suffered an eye injury as a result of the bottle-tossing.

Law enforcement sources tell us they are not sure if Chris was directly involved ... but a witness tells us he was in the club, in a V.I.P. section, when the brawl broke out.

Brown tweeted about the fight saying, "There was no brawl involving me or anyone from my camp last night at VIP room. The devil is in full effect at all times. God is the way."

Back in June 2012, Brown was directly involved in a similar brawl with Drake and his crew at W.i.P. Nightclub in NYC.

The Season 2 winner of "RuPaul's Drag Race" got busted for assault ... but he tells TMZ he's the one who got beat down by a security guard during an autograph session.

James Ross, who goes by Tyra Sanchez, tells TMZ he was signing autographs at the Rainbow-Cactus Company in Virginia Beach a few weeks ago ... when a guy in the crowd started heckling him.

Tyra claims he approached the man to try to calm the situation, but a security guard for the venue suddenly grabbed him, slammed him to the ground, and cuffed him ... though he eventually let him go. He claims he suffered a cut to his head, a sprained shoulder, and bruises.

On Monday, Tyra went to police to file charges against the venue ... only to discover there was a warrant out for HIS arrest. He says he turned himself in, posted bond, and was released.

Tyra says he still plans to take legal action against the guard and the Rainbow-Cactus Company. We haven't heard back from the venue.
