Kyle and Kim Richards are sisters at war ... and it's way more personal than just a vicious dog attack.

There has been radio silence between the two -- with the exception of a brief encounter after a "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" reunion show -- since Kim's dog attacked Kyle's daughter in November.

We're told Kyle is furious Kim hasn't 86'd her pit bull -- which has a long rap sheet and tore into 18-year-old Alexia's hand.

But it goes deeper than puncture marks. Kim feels betrayed by her sis because she feels fellow housewife Brandi Glanville has been more attentive to her struggles with substance abuse than Kyle.

What galls Kyle is that she feels Kim is an ingrate ... Kyle says she and Mauricio have been a driving force all along in trying to keep Kim sober, and she feels Kim is using them as scapegoats to deflect responsibility for her addiction problems.

Our "Housewives" sources say nothing is permanent, but they give a reconciliation little hope.

Angie Stone's daughter definitely has a messed up grill after the fight that got Angie arrested, but the real reason her teeth fell out might be failure to root canal ... instead of a blow from her mother.

As TMZ first reported, Angie admitted to cops she hit Diamond with a metal jewelry stand in self defense. Diamond says the stand knocked out 2 teeth.

Sources close to Angie tell TMZ ... the teeth fell out because they'd been rotting out of Diamond's mouth long before the fight. In fact, Diamond cops to her teeth being rotten but tells us -- "It don't matter if my teeth were rotten or not ... I could have gotten a root canal, but she finished the job."

Diamond also disputes her mother's claim she was acting in self defense -- telling us the fight started with both women yelling ... but says Angie grabbed the stand to threaten her. She claims it only got physical when she threatened to call cops -- and Angie struck her in the face with the stand.

Diamond admits wrestling her mother to ground at that point, and says her brother had to break up the scrap. As we reported ... only Angie got arrested and booked for aggravated assault.

Kyle Richards cops to being a total coward when the now-legendary fight between Kim Richards and Lisa Rinna broke out -- and that's because she says it was 100% legit ... shattered glass and all.

The "Real Housewives" star was leaving Mr. Chow when she told our photog the brawl was NOT fake drama ... despite speculation it was all choreographed.

Kyle explained why she ran for the hills -- instead of jumping to her sister's aid -- which led us to the most important question: Could she take Lisa in a fight?

QB Dak Prescott and 2 other Mississippi State football players were attacked outside a Spring Break concert in Panama City and the video of the brawl is insane.

Prescott and his teammates were jumped at a Waka Flocka show when the chaos erupted. In the video ... Prescott -- a leading Heisman candidate for next season -- is on the ground getting stomped and seems totally dazed.

According to several Bulldogs blogs the attack was unprovoked and the injuries are not serious -- Prescott's face looks pretty messed up though.

Police have not arrested anyone yet.

When the cat's away ... his son will throw a MASSIVE house party -- at least that's what happened to Timothy Dalton -- and the whole backyard bash in Hollywood was shut down by cops.

Law enforcement sources tell us they were dispatched around 10:30 PM Saturday after neighbors complained about the massive group -- 300 strong -- waiting outside a party thrown by 17 year-old Alexander Dalton -- whose mom is no stranger to ragers ... Oksana Grigorieva.

Apparently a fight also broke out, so cops rushed over to break things up ... they even had a helicopter as back up.

Timothy wasn't home -- and officers made everyone leave in a hurry.

David Charvet's feud with his neighbor, the creator of "The Bachelor," has just made its way through the court, and the neighbor scored a victory ... but we found out the real culprits may be canines.

TMZ broke the story ... David called the cops last fall on his neighbor Mike Fleiss after Fleiss planted a speaker on his property and directed it at David and wife Brooke Burke's house, blaring sounds of nonstop barking dogs. Fleiss was charged with disturbing the peace.

A little digging on our part has revealed that David and Brooke's two German Shepherds -- Velvet and Thunder -- have had a history of running loose in Malibu's exclusive Serra Retreat.

Last July a neighbor reported to Animal Control that the two dogs were running loose and charged a home owner. Last February, Animal Control received yet another complaint that the dogs were off leash and aggressive toward another neighbor.

One neighbor wrote an email to Animal Control saying, "This SOB Charvet's dogs are a threat to my children." And we're told multiple neighbors have complained the dogs barked incessantly.

As for Charvet's feud with Fleiss, on Thursday a judge dismissed Charvet's request for a restraining order. Also on Thursday, a judge heard Fleiss' disturbing the peace case and agreed to dismiss it outright in May, provided he stays clear of Charvet until then.

Well, at least it wasn't former "Teen Mom" Jenelle Evans in cuffs this time -- instead it was her fiancé who got arrested Wednesday in South Carolina for a domestic violence incident.

Nathan Griffith is currently being held without bail in the same jail where Evans was booked last week after she was busted for driving without a license.

Cops were called to their home around 4:45 AM Wednesday, says WBTW, but no arrests were made. The station says cops were called back again at 4:15 PM ... and that's when Griffith was arrested.

According to the police report, the alleged fight was over their engagement ring -- Griffith wanted it back, and Evans told police he pinned her against a toilet and ripped it off her finger ... leaving a cut.

Griffith told police it didn't go down that way, and says Evans cut her finger taking the ring off herself. Griffith also claimed Evans had been violent with him on several occasions in the past, but he never called police.

The report also claims there was a reality TV crew there at the time, but they didn't see what happened.

Kim Richards is great at creating drama on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- and even better at creating stories ... TMZ has learned.

If you missed it ... Richards accused fellow cast member Lisa Rinna of hiding a family secret involving her husband Harry Hamlin -- prompting Lisa to do the whole shout, threaten, and shatter a glass thing the 'Housewives' do so well.

Fans have been speculating wildly about what dirt Kim has on Hamlin -- but we've learned she made the whole thing up just to get under Rinna's skin.

Production sources tell us the issue will be brought up again on the reunion episode -- and Kim will admit she created the whole story.

Fake or not ... it made for great TV.

LAPD officers surrounded a homeless man on Skid Row, and slammed him to the ground before arresting him for attacking a news camera crew ... and the gripping and violent incident was captured on video.

L.A.'s FOX affiliate KTTV had a team shooting a story on Skid Row ... when a guy suddenly grabbed their camera, twisted, and smashed it. Video of the incident shows the attack was unprovoked.

The KTTV crew then called 911, and at least 4 officers responded. Watch the video ... they lock arms as they approached the suspect, and then an intense fight begins. One of the officers eventually pulls out a Taser ... though it's unclear if he actually used it.

An excited fan hell-bent on getting onstage with rapper Lil Boosie finally got his wish, but it only lasted a few seconds ... because the guy was quickly smacked back into the crowd.

The beatdown was delivered during a recent show in St. Paul, Minnesota. According to our sources, the fan was acting drunk and repeatedly tried to climb onstage. We're told Boosie ignored him, but security didn't ... and quickly sent the guy packing once he finally crawled onstage.

Dr. Robert Rey didn't just punch the guy who grabbed his balls -- he unleashed the full fury of his 2nd degree black belt ... and says he has no regrets about it.

The former "Dr. 90210" star came on TMZ Live ... and said this wasn't the first time he's been attacked this way -- in fact, he says men in Brazil frequently call him gay and grab his junk, or kiss, or blow in his ear. He says this weekend's incident was just the final straw.

Green Bay Packers cornerback Jarrett Bush was arrested in Northern California for public intoxication following an alleged brawl outside of an Italian restaurant ... officials say.

According to the Vacaville Police Dept., cops responded to Evelyn's Big Italian Restaurant early Sunday morning after getting a call about a "large fight."

When officers arrived to the scene, most of the crowd dispersed ... but Bush remained ... and refused to leave. Cops say Bush "continued to create a disturbance" and was eventually arrested.

He was transported to a nearby jail ... and officers say that's when he began to chill out and became cooperative with police.

Bush was eventually released without charges.

"Dr. 90210" Robert Rey claims he was assaulted by a drunk dude in Brazil this weekend ... and the guy grabbed him by the nuts so hard the reality star says his testicles are STILL inflamed.

The doctor was dining at a restaurant Saturday in Campina Grande when he claims a man asked him to snap a pic. Rey obliged, but the man groped his crotch out of nowhere ... calling him "Dr. Gay."

Rey, who studies martial arts, says he defended himself by punching the guy twice in the jaw, and then took him down with a kick. His scrap with the guy sparked a drunken brawl between several other people in the restaurant, but Rey stayed out of it.

The reality doc says he didn't call cops and doesn't want to press charges because, "I was young and also did youth nonsense!"

Rey posted a picture of the nut job to prove he was justified in defending his family jewels.

The man who got his ass kicked by MMA star Josh Neer is demanding a REMATCH ... telling TMZ Sports Neer took him down with a cheap shot ... AFTER the bell.

We spoke with Patrick Martin -- a 6'6", 240 lb. amateur fighter from Iowa -- who claims he held his own against Neer for an entire round ... which pissed Neer off.

"We went for 3 minutes. The bell sounded, and I turned around," Martin says ... "Then he shot and speared me and took me to the mat. It was a cheap shot. He was frustrated at how the round went."

Martin believes Neer's camp has the video to back up his claim -- and wants them to release it ... in addition to the 14 second clip that went viral earlier this week.

Patrick also says he's NOT a heckler -- claiming Josh is the one who actually started the war of words that led to the fight.

"It started because Josh was being a tough guy, disrespecting me. That's when I went on the Facebook frenzy, and asked him to fight."

So, what happens next? Neer says he wants to settle the beef the old fashioned way -- in the ring.

U.S. soccer star Hope Solo says SHE was the real victim in a violent altercation with her 17-year-old nephew last year ... claiming the teenager initiated the attack, not her.

Solo finally told her side of the story to Robin Roberts on "Good Morning America" -- explaining that she was struck over the head and concussed by her 6'9", 280-pound nephew.

"It was a very scary night," Solo said.

Despite her allegations, Solo was the one who was arrested that night after allegedly going on a drunken rampage. She was booked on two counts of domestic violence assault.

Hope's nephew and sister were both photographed with bloody wounds following the altercation ... and a 911 caller told officials Hope was "f**king beating people up."

Hope's nephew told police at the time he struck Hope with a broom stick in an effort to get Hope to stop attacking her sister.

The case was eventually dropped due to lack of cooperation from the witnesses.

Justin Bieber may have turned over a new leaf, but not everyone got the memo ... because TMZ has learned a guy filed a police report ... claiming he was decked by security just for snapping a pic.

Steven Prince tells TMZ he was at FLUXX, a San Diego nightclub, Sunday to watch T.I. perform. He spotted Bieber in a VIP area and went over to take a photo.

Prince claims a security guard screamed at him and began shoving him, then punched him twice in the face -- on the cheek and jaw.

The guy claims the club tried to make nice by offering him a free drink, but then kicked him out.

Prince filed a police report and -- surprise -- he's lawyered up and plans to sue.
