Nick Loeb says there are 2 unborn girls he wants to father ... and he's not asking the mother, Sofia Vergara, for anything other than cooperation in allowing them to be born.

Loeb's lawyer says, "Nick is not seeking to impose any parental obligations on the egg donor, financial or otherwise, and believes that the sanctity of life, his interest in achieving parenthood, and his desire to bring his daughters to term outweighs any interest the egg donor may have in destroying the embryos."

As TMZ reported, Nick is suing Sofia, claiming she wants to destroy the embryos now that she's moved on. Sofia says she will not destroy the embryos, but as we reported she refuses to allow them to come to term. We're told Sofia does not want to stir up a hornet's nest with her right-to-life fan base.

Nick's lawyer goes on ... "I created these two female embryos with the purpose of taking them to term and not destruction, because I have always dreamed of being a father."

He says he wants no money from Sofia ... Nick is loaded. He adds he's willing to give her an opportunity to be involved in the children's lives.

Justin Bieber is no homewrecker ... at least in this case ... because TMZ has learned that Big Sean and Ariana Grande's split has nothing to do with his mid-concert groping.

Sean and Ariana are history after 8-months of banging, and sources close to the couple say it had nothing to do with Sean's real/fake Twitter outburst after Biebs laid hands on his woman during her show a few weeks back.

We're told the breakup was mutual because they're both constantly touring and just think it's better this way -- but they're staying tight as friends.

Now Biebs can REALLY make a move ... Kendall Jenner probably won't mind.

Sofia Vergara had to make a tricky decision ... there's a fertilized egg sitting around that could produce a baby she doesn't want, but she doesn't want to anger the "right to life" people by destroying it.

As TMZ reported, Sofia and then fiance Nick Loeb planned on having a baby together, which resulted in a fertilized egg being stored at a Beverly Hills reproductive facility. Nick has filed a lawsuit, saying Sophia wants to destroy the embryo, but he wants the kid.

Sofia's lawyer told People, "Vergara has never suggested that she wished to have the embryos destroyed," adding, "She has always maintained that they be kept frozen."

It seems strange on the surface. If she doesn't want the baby, why not destroy the embryo?

Sources close to Sofia tell TMZ, there is no way this baby will be born. Sofia wants nothing to do with Nick and is about to marry Joe Manganiello. The problem ... she doesn't want to piss off a lot of her fan base, which believes life is created at conception.

Selena Gomez's trip south of the border is strictly professional, meaning she's not banging Hit-Boy.

Selena caused quite the stir in that ugly bikini earlier this week, but less prominent was the famed producer who was by her side. Stories started surfacing that they were dating.

Our Selena sources say not true. They're recording an album at the home of Joe Francis, Casa Aramara, in Punta Mita.

Turns out Kanye and Kim went to Joe's house last year and he build a sick recording studio on the compound. Hit-Boy -- who's produced hits for Kanye, Jay Z, Chris Brown, Snoop, Bieber and many others -- heard the studio was gold and that's why he chose it for Selena.

There are extra perks ... an awesome beach, and even a sea lion that swims in Joe's pool.

Selena Gomez ditched her ill-fitting pink bikini for a smoking hot black number as she partied again Thursday in the water while on vacation in Mexico.

Gomez took some flak for the previous day's photos -- haters said she looked like she put on a few pounds -- but swimsuit experts (in our newsroom) say this black one just fits her new body type WAY better than the pink one.

Selena responded to the criticism on Instagram -- borrowing a page from the Cindy Crawford "post a hot pic after a bad one comes out" playbook -- saying she's happy with her body.

Based on the pics she's posting ... she's also very happy chillin' at Casa Aramara -- Joe Francis' estate outside Puerto Vallarta.

Aaron Hernandez has been placed on suicide watch at the prison where he is temporarily being held ... TMZ Sports has learned.

After Hernandez was convicted of murdering Odin Lloyd, he was transported to MCI Cedar Junction in Massachusetts ... where he will stay until he is transferred to his permanent prison.

We're told he has been isolated from the general inmate population -- not only for his own protection (since he's a high profile inmate), but so officials can evaluate him ... and determine where he will stay at the prison.

Selena Gomez didn't pull any strings in Puerto Vallarta ... dammit.

The prison that Aaron Hernandez will eventually call home is widely considered one of the most high-tech maximum security facilities in the country ... and maybe even the world ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We spoke with an official from the Massachusetts Dept. of Correction who tells us ... Hernandez will eventually end up at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Lancaster, Mass.

This place is insane (as far as prisons go) ... with 366 security cameras rolling 24/7 across 18 acres of land.

Officials say the computer system that operates just about every inch of the grounds is top-of -the- line stuff.

We're told the perimeter surveillance system includes taut wire and microwave detection systems ... and according to reports, no one has EVER successfully escaped from the prison.

There's more ... according to reports, inmates must wear white sneakers to avoid gang colors. They're also allowed to display photos of family members -- but NO NAKED WOMEN are allowed to be displayed ... which might be an issue for A.H. considering his penchant for nude art.

Before he ends up at SBCC, we're told Aaron will spend some time at MCI-Cedar Junction ... a transitional facility that's only a few miles from the stadium where the Patriots play.

Sofia Vergara's ex-fiance is suing her to prevent the actress from destroying the fertilized eggs they created when they were a couple because he still wants to have her baby.

It's a bizarre lawsuit. Nick Loeb claims he and Sofia made a contract back in November 2013 where they agreed to attempt to have children by means of in vitro fertilization. Her eggs were fertilized by his sperm and then frozen and kept at a Beverly Hills facility.

Nick claims Sofia now wants to destroy the eggs because they broke up, but he says he has the right to go forward because both parties have not agreed in writing to destroy the eggs.

Here's what's weird. Nick claims in the lawsuit, she physically abused him on 4 separate occasions, punching him in the face twice, kicked him and threw her phone at his head. And he claims she repeatedly berated him. If that's the case, it seems a little strange he wants a kid with her DNA.

In the documents, first reported by In Touch, Nick makes it clear he wants a child.

The New England Patriots are continuing to distance themselves from ANYTHING connected to Aaron Hernandez -- which is why team officials tell us they will NOT be issuing a statement on Wednesday's murder conviction.

It's an interesting P.R. move for the team -- considering owner Bob Kraft was called as a witness during the murder trial. Kraft testified that Hernandez told him he didn't kill Odin Lloyd.

The team could have strongly condemned Hernandez -- and reiterated they knew nothing about what he was doing in his personal life during his time with the team.

Aaron Hernandez isn't just a murderer -- he's a stain on the city of Bristol ... so says the mayor.

We spoke with Mayor Kenneth B. Cockayne ... who tells us the entire community is disgusted with Hernandez, who grew up in Bristol.

"He was a role model for the kids and adults of Bristol -- and now the hearts of those children are crushed."

"We're sick of this case, and I'm glad it's over. It puts a bad light on our whole town. He shed a lot of bad light on all of us."

Aaron Hernandez has just been found guilty of 1st degree murder in the killing of semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd ... and has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Several people inside the courtroom began crying as the verdict was read ... including Aaron's fiancee and mother.

As the verdict was read, Hernandez was shaking his head in disbelief. At one point, Hernandez turned to his fiancee and mouthed the words, "Be strong."

25-year-old Hernandez -- a former superstar tight end for the New England Patriots -- killed Lloyd on June 17th, 2013. Lloyd was shot 6 times.

Aaron was also found guilty of illegal gun possession and illegal ammunition possession.

After sentencing in the Lloyd case, Hernandez will still stand trial in the shooting deaths of two people in Boston in 2012. That trial is scheduled to begin in May.

8:47 AM PT -- Hernandez has been ordered to serve time at MCI Cedar Junction at Walpole -- which is just under 4 miles from the stadium where the Patriots play.

8:39 AM PT -- Hernandez has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

8:18 AM PT -- Odin Lloyd's mother Ursula Ward is now addressing the court -- and explaining how Hernandez destroyed her life.

"I felt like I wanted to go into that hole with my son."

"I miss my baby boy Odin so much. But I know I will see him again some day. At that gives me the strength to go on."

Nicki Minaj is one step closer to twerking in the Rose Garden ... now that Sen. Marco Rubio -- perhaps her most powerful fan -- is officially in the presidential race.

The latest Republican candidate to throw his hat in the ring has a pretty good working relationship with our D.C. photog, Colin -- and this morning they bro'd down over the junior senator's love of Nicki, EDM, and his hot wife ... a former Miami Dolphins cheerleader.

Check out the clip ... Colin even opened a door for Rubio to take a shot at Hillary's musical tastes. He didn't exactly take the bait.

The person selling Aaron Hernandez's official jail I.D. card from Suffolk County jail in Mass. says eBay has shut down the auction ... so he's moved it over to Craigslist.

We broke the story ... the seller says he "happened to come across the I.D." while he was locked up in jail with Hernandez ... and managed to smuggle the item out of the clink. Starting bid was $500.

But now, the seller says his plan hit a speed bump ... when he got an email from the auction site saying they suspended his account.

We reached out to eBay for comment -- but haven't heard back.

The seller tells TMZ Sports he's still optimistic about making a deal ... and has upped the asking price to $5,000.

So far, no word from Hernandez either -- since he's still on trial for murder.

Former "CHiPs" star Erik Estrada is still protecting and serving ... except now he's doing it for a pair of adorable dogs ... and his daughter who refused to take no for an answer.

The owner of Wylder's Holistic Pet Center & Rescue in Studio City, CA tells TMZ ... Ponch's teenage daughter stopped in this week and instantly fell in love with two terrier mixes. We're told she quickly phoned pops, and talked him into paying for the adoption.

Erik loved the pups so much, he actually wanted to adopt THREE other dogs, but his wife talked him down to just the dos ... which they named Nike and Shadow.

While filling out the paperwork ... Erik was bitten by the generosity bug, and made a separate donation of $1,000 to the shelter.
