Tiki Barber is no Joe Giudice ... telling TMZ Sports he and his wife are NOT going to sign on for the next season of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" ... despite reports to the contrary.

The former NY Giants running back and his wife Traci Lynn Johnson were leaving The Palm in NYC when we asked about rumblings that Traci Lynn was in talks to replace Teresa Giudice ... since she's currently locked up.

But the couple shot down that rumor faster than Teresa could flip a table -- telling TMZ Sports, "Don't believe everything you read."

They hate Masika Tucker for sure, but "Love & Hip Hop" stars Nikki and Marcelle Mudarris swear they did not post that ratchet billboard on the Sunset Strip with Masika's mug shot and the word, "T.H.O.T."

We broke the story ... the owner of Ace of Diamonds is suing the pair for ruining his business by plastering Masika's 10-year-old DUI mug high above the strip, calling her out as a whore.

Nikki and Marcelle's lawyer tells us, they weren't the culprits and they have no idea who did it. The attorney says his clients will fight tooth and nail in court, because they've been wrongly accused.

They're fun.

Patrick Schwarzenegger looked the worse for wear in Malibu Saturday.

Arnold's son returned from Spring Break in Cabo, where he got chummy with a couple of chicks, apparently much to the dismay of Miley Cyrus.

One girl was his best friend's girlfriend, and the other was his ex, but it was all out in the open and certainly looked innocent enough ... to some, but not MIley.

Patrick and a few buds hit up a Malibu restaurant, where he hooded up, looking pretty pensive.

Patrick is a student at USC. Miley didn't go to college. Is this just part of a ritual that Miley doesn't understand, or does she have a point?

We're kinda tired of solving this mystery, so we'll leave it to you. Is Kim Kardashian that fickle that she'd change her hair color twice in the same month, or is wearing a wig?

This pic was taken Friday in Calabasas. It paints a dark picture of Kim K ... this, just weeks after she became blonde during Paris Fashion Week.

Jamie Foxx was more than happy to stop for photogs Friday so he could shoot down stories that he's dating Katie Holmes.

Foxx was at an ATM in Westlake when he was asked about the reported relationship, and he joked that the tabloids have been trying to make that a story for 3 years.

Jamie said -- and we've independently confirmed -- he was around Katie quite a bit recently for an animation project they are doing with "CSI" creator Anthony Zuiker.

Patrick Schwarzenegger's just doing what every guy does on spring break, but in these new photos he happens to be doing it with his ex-girlfriend ... which will be harder to explain to Miley Cyrus.

The pics just surfaced from the same day he was doing body shots off his BFF's girlfriend ... and relatively speaking, they're pretty innocent.

PS and the green bikini hottie -- named Taylor Burns -- are chatting, laughing, and she was even considerate enough to rub suntan lotion on his back. The sun IS hot down Mexico way.

Here's the thing ... guys and girls socialize on Spring break -- sometimes up close and drunkenly. Patrick's just having a regular college experience. His challenge is Miley didn't have that experience.

Still, we gotta say the ex-factor does complicate things. Good luck, Patrick.

Andre Drummond says he's 100% NOT dating famed escort Jenna Shea ... despite reports to the contrary ... telling TMZ Sports the rumors spiraled out of control after they posed for one innocent pic together.

FYI -- Shea is a legend in the escort world ... having been connected to all sorts of NBA stars, NFL stars and rappers ... and after pics surfaced with Drummond this week, there were rumblings they were hookin' up.

But the Detroit Pistons star tells TMZ Sports ... that's simply not the case -- "I'm not dating her. I was at a bowling alley and she took a picture with me and my friend."

Drummond says he knew who Shea was when she asked for the pic -- but says, "I just figured she wanted to take a picture."

For her part, Shea tells TMZ Sports Drummond is telling the truth -- adding, "He was a nice guy."

Miley Cyrus may be pissed off at Patrick Schwarzenegger ... but she's gotta do something to shield him from the death threats he's receiving from her rabid fans.

Patrick's assurances he'd never cheat on his lady have fallen on deaf ears, because Miley's legions are sending thousands of hate tweets threatening to kill him and burn down his pizza shop.

One fan warned, "you better run for your life when you come to LA" and "I hope your pizza place burns down." Another wondered, "Who's gonna kill Patrick for us?"

Others threatened all-out war "... be ready for what's about to come," punctuating the threat with a knife and poo emojis.

Of course, he couldn't escape without an Arnold reference ... "You and your dad have a way of f***ing good s*** up."

Yikes.

Miley Cyrus knows the chick boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger hung out with and hung all over in Cabo ... because she's hung out with her too.

Her name is Natalie, and she spent time with Miley at a USC football game in November. Natalie was with a guy, who we're told is her boyfriend.

Patrick says the guy is one of his best friends so it was purely innocent when he did body shots off of her and was huggin' on her.

Miley apparently is not ok with it, based on her social media posts Monday and the video we shot at the Laugh Factory later that night.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes want nothing to do with each other ... to the point they don't speak to one another, even about Suri.

Sources close to both Tom and Katie tell us they do not communicate at all. There are no direct co-parenting discussions. Everything regarding Suri -- visitation, child-rearing, etc. -- is handled through intermediaries.

Our sources say there are bad feelings on both sides, and no desire on either Tom or Katie's part to mend fences.

As for Suri ... sources close to Tom say he's still involved in his daughter's life, although he hasn't seen her in months because he's been in London shooting "Mission Impossible 5." Production wrapped last Thursday and our Tom sources say he's coming back to L.A. and will see Suri when he returns.

On the Katie side we're told she's dissatisfied with Tom's involvement in their daughter's life ... that it hasn't been enough.

And there's this ... we've been told there is some sort of relationship between Katie and Jamie Foxx. Our Tom sources wouldn't comment on the relationship, but say Tom has been concerned in the past with other boyfriends because of a possible negative influence on Suri.

It looks like an engagement ring ... she's flaunting it like an engagement ring ... but the rock on Erin Andrews' finger is NOT an engagement ring.

Andrews has been dating L.A. Kings superstar Jarret Stoll for a while ... after she posted a pic with that huge diamond before last night's "Dancing with the Stars" premiere, there was buzz that he finally popped the question.

Turns out ... the ring wasn't from Stoll -- it was from wardrobe ... specifically so Erin would look "blinged out" for the big show.

But the ring was no cheap prop -- according to E!, it was a special asscher-cut diamond ring that weighed in at 2.01 carats with 22 baguette diamonds and 88 other microset diamonds.

There's a full scale mutiny behind Drake's feature film now -- just 2 days before it hits theaters -- because executive producers J. Prince and Jas are also discouraging fans from seeing it.

24 hours after Drizzy disavowed "Drake's Homecoming: The Lost Footage" ... the Rap-A-Lot Records honchos doubled down ... as Drake tweeted, "James Prince and I stand together on not supporting the Drake Homecoming footage in theaters. #protectingthefans"

Minutes later Jas showed his support for that statement by retweeting it.

Sources connected to the film tell us Drake wanted to make it clear he has no issues with the Prince family ... as many people thought after he torpedoed the movie Monday.

As for the movie's release -- we're told it's full steam ahead, even though its star and producers are telling fans to watch at their own risk.

The Princes aren't the only execs on the movie -- and sources close to the production tell us some of the others are pissed about Drake's attack. We're told there's already been talk about a possible lawsuit.

Something is bothering Miley Cyrus ... it's pretty clear when you put the pieces together, and there's lots of speculation it has something to do with Patrick Schwarzenegger.

We got Miley going to the Laugh Factory in Hollywood Monday, where she was stone faced when asked about the pics we posted of P.S. manhandling another girl during Spring Break in Cabo.

Patrick tweeted it was just a good friend and he would never betray Miley, but she posted some weird messages Monday, including:

-- "Don't you ever let someone treat you like a yellow Starburst. You are a pink Starburst."

-- "Surround yourself with people that reflect who you want to be and how you want to feel, energies are contagious."

And she posted a pic of a bunch of hot dogs in her mouth, suggesting silence is the way to go.

10:40 AM PT -- Patrick didn't do Miley dirty ... he says the chick is just a friend. Moments after we posted the pics, he tweeted, "Omg. It's one of my best friends girlfriend" -- and added, he would never step out on his GF.

Patrick Schwarzenegger might be taking a wrecking ball to his relationship with Miley Cyrus ... as he got very close with some OTHER chick in Cabo this weekend.

The timing of this is pretty odd ... considering Patrick and Miley just went out to dinner last week with Patrick's mother, Maria Shriver.

It's also possible this girl is just a friend ... though "friends" don't usually do body shots off one another.

Then again, when Miley is your girlfriend, something like this is probably no big deal.

Patrick seemed pretty chill about everything in this Instagram shot.

“Vanderpump Rules" star Stassi Schroeder accused her co-workers of blabbing about a self-pleasure video she made, and it blew up in her face -- 'cause it all came out during the cast's reunion show taping.

Sources tell TMZ that Stassi and Scheana Shay got into an epic argument during the episode ... with Stassi calling out Scheana for allegedly leading a group of frenemies trying to bring her private pleasure video to the surface. She felt they were behind the video being sent to several media outlets -- even though it never did go public.

We're told Bravo honcho Andy Cohen was speechless when he heard about this ... immediately asked for more details about the vid -- and Stassi copped to having sent the video to a guy a couple years ago.

It's unclear if the guy was her bf, and if he was the person attempting to leak it to the public. The reunion episode airs Monday night.

Kate Hudson was hanging at the beach Saturday with Chris Martin ... which is interesting, right?

Kate split from hubby Matthew Bellamy in December, and Chris has parted ways with Gwyneth Paltrow and moved on to Jennifer Lawrence. So the fun-in-the-sun day in Malibu is kinda curious.

Kate and Chris both brought their kids along, and they've been friends for a long time, but it's still interesting, right?
