Tim McGraw collapsed onstage during a show in Ireland with his wife, Faith Hill, and she broke the news to their fans ... the show would not go on.

The couple's Soul2Soul Tour was in Dublin Sunday night, and right after he performed "Humble & Kind" ... Tim reportedly dropped to his knees, then sat down. He left the stage, and Faith came out to say, "He's been super dehydrated. I apologize, but I made the decision that he cannot come back out onstage."

Tim was in the middle of a pretty grueling part of the tour that included 3 cities in 3 days.

He'll have some time to recover -- he and Faith aren't scheduled to perform again until May 31 in Virginia.

There ain't gonna be any lil' Steve-Os scaling cranes or lighting themselves on fire anytime soon, or ever for that matter, according to Steve-O who is on his way to Puerto Rico to get a vasectomy, but he's not doing it alone.

We got Steve-O and his pooch, Wendy, at LAX about to board a flight to Puerto Rico where he'll not only be helping with ongoing hurricane relief, but also spaying and neutering 1,000 dogs and cats. Steve-O says he believes in the cause so much he's doing it to himself, although it sounds like he's got another agenda.

Terrell Owens went under the knife for a stem cell treatment to help repair his joints, tendons and ligaments ... and TMZ Sports was invited into the operating room for the procedure!!!

Here's the deal ... Owens visited Dr. Raj from the Beverly Hills Orthopedic Institute for a treatment he essentially described as bone marrow-derived stem cell injections.

So, what does that all mean? He takes stem cells from the hip bone and injects them into damaged areas of the body.

"I'm utilizing regenerative cells to regenerate and repair joints, tendons, and ligaments," Raj tells us.

"It's minimally invasive. In T.O.'s case, he damaged himself from years and years of football. He had both knees, both shoulders, both elbows (triceps tendonitis) and right hip done."

Owens says the move isn't part of an NFL comeback -- he just wants to stay healthy and feeling good as he hits his mid-40s.

Here's photo proof Rick Ross' recovery is in full swing -- 8 days after he was rushed to a hospital, he was kicking it with Elmo ... and his daughters ... during a Miami-area shopping spree.

Rick cradled his baby girl, Berkley, on Friday while he cruised around the Bal Harbour Shops. The baby's mama, Briana Camille, and Rick's older daughter, Toie, were also along for the fun. We gotta say, Rick's looking good after 4 days of being hospitalized.

TMZ broke the story ... Rick was rushed to a hospital after he fell unconscious and woke up "slobbing at the mouth." He was treated in ICU, before getting released on Monday.

As we reported, Toie's 16th birthday is coming up next weekend. The huge party Rick planned had to be postponed due to his health crisis -- but he's definitely making it up to his girls. During the 2-hour shopping adventure, Elmo was there to entertain Berkley, and Toie got a trip to Gucci.

Ex-NFL star Mark Gastineau broke down and cried live on the radio when describing the toll football has taken on his mind and body ... and he's begging Roger Goodell for help.

He can't remember names. He can barely get out of bed. His mind wanders to dark thoughts in the middle of the night ... and he opened up about everything on "WOR Sports Zone with Pete McCarthy."

"I'll tell you Pete, it's not good," Gastineau said about his daily struggle ... "When I'm laying in bed until 3, 4 or 5 ... it's not good."

The 61-year-old -- a 5-time Pro Bowler during his 10-year career -- says it breaks his heart that he needs his wife to take care of him. He can't enjoy life the same way he used to.

Gastineau has previously said he was diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease -- and points the finger at football.

Rick Ross isn't the only person to suffer a medical emergency at his home recently ... his manager died there just months before Ross' hospitalization.

According to the investigation report ... cops were called to the rapper's Florida home on December 8 because Black Bo stopped breathing. He was found lying on his back on the bathroom floor when the officer arrived.

Rick's manager was pronounced dead shortly after fire rescue arrived on scene. The captain noted there was vomit in the toilet.

According to the report ... Rick, Black and others were out partying the night before and didn't get back to Ross' home 'til around 5 AM. Rick told the cop Black didn't seem like himself at the club, and may not have been feeling well.

One of Black's friends tried calling Black several times but he didn't answer, so he went into his room and found him unresponsive in the bathroom.

According to the report, the medical examiner determined Black's cause of death was atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease ... clogging of the arteries.

Black Bo was 45.

TMZ Sports has obtained the harrowing 911 call Christian McCaffrey made to help save a stranger's life ... and it details how serious the accident was.

Christian, a friend, and his brother, Max -- a 49ers WR -- were hiking at Castle Rock, Colorado on March 3 when they spotted a 72-year-old man fall off a cliff ... landing on a rock 12 feet below.

McCaffrey sprang into action ... personally calling 911 and pleading for help to arrive ASAP.

The situation was clearly dire with CM telling the operator, "He's breathing barely."

While they waited for help, Christian can be heard telling people at the scene ... "Everybody say a prayer."

Rick Ross was coughing up blood, breathing hard and in and out of consciousness before a friend called 911.

TMZ's obtained audio from the desperate 911 call made last week from Ross' Miami home. A male caller claims Ross is breathing heavily, was throwing up and had taken medication earlier but needed an ambulance. The caller also mentions Rick's previous history with seizures.

A South African triathlete found himself in a scene outta 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' on Tuesday -- escaping a trio of attackers who tried to CUT BOTH HIS LEGS OFF.

Mhlengi Gwala was out biking in Durban when he came across the 3 lunatics. Gwala thought the men were coming to rob him so he offered them his bike and everything else of value he had.

But instead of taking his stuff -- "They dragged him to the side of the road to some bushes, took a saw and started cutting his legs," his training partner told BBC.

Amazingly, Gwala was able to get loose and drag himself to safety ... and he's expected to walk again 'cause the chainsaw they used to hack him up was too blunt to buzz through his bones.

Dwayne Johnson's got a huge shout-out for the 911 operator and paramedics who talked him through a medical emergency involving his 2-year-old daughter.

The Rock says Jasmine fell ill Saturday night in L.A. and he dialed 911. Although he isn't specific about what happened to her, it was serious enough that he had to get instructions on how to treat her until the fire department could arrive.

The Oscars are in full swing, but the award show isn't just bringing out gold statues and celebs in Hollywood ... herpes are also running amok.

According to a rep from HerpAlert -- an online diagnosis and treatment website for the STD -- there's been a spike in folks looking to get treated for herpes this weekend ... which just so happens to fall in line with the 90th annual Academy Awards.

HerpAlert's been in business since last summer, with doctors issuing prescriptions to pharmacies after people submit photos of their herpes and they're reviewed. The turnaround time is about 2 hours.

We're told that that the site has seen a huge surge in folks seeking prescriptions for herpes over the past 72 hours ... a whopping 60 cases a day since Friday in the Hollywood and Bev Hills neighborhoods compared to their usual 10-case a day load.

Sources say the the submissions so far have been 80 percent genital herpes. The last spike HerpAlert saw was during NBA All-Star weekend last month, when they got about 30 cases a day from people requesting prescriptions in the L.A. area.
