TMZ spoke with the TLC reality star -- who tells us he's taking Meri, Christine, Janelle, and Robyn to the Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas for their famous Mother's Day Brunch buffet.

Kody says he isn't really a "breakfast guy" -- but his wives are huge fans of the Rock's quiche, eggs, and waffles ... and at $23.99 a pop, it fits in the budget.

Meanwhile, the Duggar family from "19 Kids & Counting" are also having a cost-friendly Mom's Day ... hitting church in the morning ... followed by a family luncheon honoring the women.

In other Mother's Day news -- TMZ also spoke with "Cake Boss" Buddy Valastro ... who told us he's finally gonna take the day off this year and spend it with his wife Lisa ... who gave birth to their 4th kid this year.

Macdonald made the bet at the sports book for the Wynn/ Encore hotels on April 29 -- and showed off the betting ticket on last night's "Sport's Show with Norm Macdonald." But Norm isn't getting the best odds.

Manny is such a HUGE favorite ... Norm's $25k bet will only pay off $3,125 if Pacquiao wins the fight.

But if Manny loses, Norm's out $25k.

Charlie arrived at Chateau Nightclub just before 2:00 AM and stayed til about 4:00 AM. He kept to his own VIP booth; didn't get on the mic or address the crowd at any point. The only interaction he had with fans was when he posed for a pic with a fan who appeared to have Down Syndrome (see video below).

The last time Charlie was in Vegas was back in January -- he was spotted pounding vodka shots and was overheard complaining about his bosses at "Two and a Half Men" wanting him to go to rehab.

Steve -- dressed as Elvis: The Later Years -- and bride-to-be Andrea Hissom road-tested their nuptials at Cupid's Wedding Chapel in Vegas.

The ceremony wasn't legal -- that will happen in grand fashion this weekend.

Moments ago, in front of the Crazy Girls strip club at The Riviera Hotel and Casino ... Flav sealed the deal to open a mega-store at the Riv called, "Flavor Flav's House Of Flavor."

We're told "House of Flavors" will expand Flav's empire beyond a simple poultry eatery -- and will include a bar, a merchandising area with Flavor Flav memorabilia PLUS a recording studio and a stage!

We're told construction of the mega-Flav endeavor is set to begin on Monday ... with the grand opening currently slated for May 30.

Olivia -- who's rumored to be dating Justin Timberlake -- was hosting a launch party for SKYY Infusions Dragon Fruit at Pure nightclub ... when she reminded everyone, "wrap it up ... because you always dribble before you shoot."

She continued, "Let's have fun ... let's hook up ... and maybe share some STDs ... bye!!"

Sources close to the fetus tell us ... Lamas is already several months into the pregnancy ... and Nik Richie is indeed the father.

In fact, the couple isn't letting the bun in the oven slow down their travel plans -- they're co-hosting a party at Pure in Vegas on Friday.

As TMZ first reported, Lamas and Richie tied the knot in a whirlwind Vegas ceremony after partying together for a few hours in Sin City last year.

Timmons -- who's about to start a four week stint with the 'Dales crew in Vegas -- was out in L.A. yesterday, when he told us, "[The Chippendale regulars] don't even strip ... they're like trained dancers."

Flav took the Riviera boardroom by STORM Monday during a meeting with casino bigwigs -- including CEO Andy Choy -- and sources close to the deal tell TMZ, Operation Fried Chicken is basically a go in Sin City ... pending some last minute number crunching and contract kinks.

It'd be a huge move up from his first location in rural Iowa -- according to sources, Flav's Fried Chicken would occupy some PRIME real estate inside the hotel ... once the deal goes through.

37-year-old Jeff Timmons has announced he'll don the legendary bow tie ... and not much else ... for a special 4-week run starting in May.

No word on how much $$$ Timmons is set to make for the deal ... but he'll probably get paid in singles.
