Brandi Glanville Assistant FIRED After Dognapping
Brandi Glanville is blaming the whole stolen dog thing on her assistant -- TMZ has learned, the "Real Housewives" star has FIRED her right-hand woman for not taking better care of the pooch.
The 23-year-old ex-assistant -- who didn't want to be named -- tells TMZ, "I no longer work for Brandi. She texted me [Saturday] saying that I didn’t do my job by losing the dog."
As we reported, Brandi's Encino home was burglarized last Wednesday while she was in Palm Springs -- or so the assistant claims -- and someone made off with her beloved Chihuahua Chica.
After the alleged burglary, Brandi said she did NOT want to blame her assistant -- the last person to be with the dog before it vanished -- but something must have changed ... because the asst. tells us, that's exactly what Brandi did by giving her the chop.
Now the assistant's upset -- telling us she did everything in her power to make sure Chica was safe (double checking the doors, closing all windows, locking everything) and firing her just isn't fair.
Oh yeah, she also says Brandi still owes her for two weeks' work ... more than $1,000. Chica's still missing.
But Brandi's unmoved -- she believes the assistant made up the burglary story to cover the fact that she lost the dog. Brandi tells us, "I did what I had to do. If I can't trust her with my dogs, how can I trust her with my kids?" As for the unpaid wages ... Brandi says the check's in the mail.

Rapper M.I.A. New York Is Holding My Kid HOSTAGE!!!
M.I.A. says New York courts have committed a human rights violation -- against her and her baby.
Filthy rich baby daddy Ben Bronfman -- son of Seagram's billionaire Edgar Bronfman Jr. -- got a restraining order in March ... blocking M.I.A. from taking her son to her homeland -- England.
M.I.A. is now challenging the order, claiming it amounts to international child abduction. She's filed legal docs in New York federal court, citing The Hague Convention as proof the NY state judge had no authority to block her move to England.
Baby daddy Bronfman isn't going down without a fight ... we've learned he's filed legal docs of his own making a case that moving his flesh and blood over the pond would be a travesty.
Bronfman and M.I.A. -- who both still live in Brooklyn -- were never married and split up last year.
Unclear if the baby will ever see a virgin ... 747.

Ex-NFL Star Jamal Lewis Settles Paternity Case ... He's the Dad!
Sit back down, Maury Povich, your services are no longer required ... because former NFL star Jamal Lewis has taken a paternity test and learned he is indeed the father of a 7-year-old child ... TMZ has learned.
As TMZ first reported, Lewis -- who was inducted into the Baltimore Ravens "Ring of Honor" in 2012 -- was hit with a paternity suit last year by a woman in Georgia who claimed Lewis was the father of her boy.
Lewis was arrested over non-payment of support even before any paternity had been established, but the charges were eventually dropped.
Now TMZ has learned paternity test results show Lewis is indeed the father and was ordered to pay $663/month in child support. The amount is considerably less than the $5,236/month his baby mama had asked for, but filing for bankruptcy will do that.
The child's mother was granted sole legal and physical custody, with Lewis getting visitation every other weekend and various holidays (plus a two-week block in the summer).

Octomom Authorities to Seize Financial Docs in Welfare Fraud Probe
Welfare fraud investigators have taken steps to seize Octomom's bank records and other documents that may prove she's been stealing taxpayers' money ... and what they find could land her in prison.
Welfare fraud officials obtained a search warrant to seize Octo's financial and employment records -- because they smell a rat.
We broke the story ... the L.A. County Dept. of Welfare Fraud Prevention and Investigation (WFP&I), has been investigating Nadya Suleman after getting a tip that she was collecting welfare in 2012 ... when she grossed more than $200,000.
According to the warrant -- obtained by TMZ -- investigators have targeted 2 locations -- the home and office of Octo's manager, the person who presumably has financial records showing what's up.
As we previously reported, Octo and her 14 kids are entitled to get welfare benefits if she earns less than $119,000 in a calendar year. But there's evidence she made a lot more and still grabbed public assistance money.
If the hunch is right, Octo can be prosecuted for welfare fraud, and if she's convicted she could face 3 years in prison.

'Wives' Star Eric Williams WANTED MAN
"Basketball Wives" and former NBA star Eric Williams is about to learn a hard lesson -- babies can cost you your freedom.
A judge just issued an arrest warrant for Williams ... because he's completely blown off a paternity case which required him to both appear and submit a DNA sample.
As TMZ first reported, Williams -- who is in the process of divorcing "Wives" star Jennifer Williams -- was slapped with a paternity suit last year by a woman who claims he knocked her up. The woman's son was born in October, 2011, while he was still living with Jennifer.
Williams has been pretending the case doesn't exist -- he hasn't even hired a lawyer. We're told he's ignored phone calls and texts from the baby mama.
Calls to Williams have not yet been returned. At least he's consistent.

Allen Iverson's Ex Wants Him Tossed in Jail Over Unpaid Child Support
Allen Iverson has a date this week with the judge who earlier this year called him a horrible parent ... and seeing as his ex claims he owes $40,000 in child support ... this new hearing will probably go as poorly for Iverson as the last one.
As TMZ first reported, when Iverson's divorce was finalized back in February, the judge in the case tore Iverson's parenting skills a new one ... saying, "He does not know how to manage the children" and he "has been a hindrance to their spiritual and emotional growth and development."
Now TMZ has learned Iverson's ex, Tawanna, has filed docs with the court saying that Iverson has failed to honor the child support agreement that was handed down back in January. The order stated that Iverson was to pay $8,000/month in support for their 5 kids ... but Tawanna claims Iverson has missed every payment he was supposed to make.
The two are set to be in court this week, where Tawanna wants the judge to order Iverson to fork over the $40,000 he owes in support and even suggest the judge lock Iverson up for his actions.
Should be a fun day in court.

Jessica Simpson Sued Accused of Diabolical Baby Conspiracy!
Jessica Simpson was involved in a dastardly conspiracy with OK! Magazine to make a buck by grabbing a man's baby and mugging with the infant for the camera, making it appear as if the child were hers ... this according to a bizarre new lawsuit.
According to lawsuit uncovered by The Times-Picayune in New Orleans, Christopher Hurst took his teenage daughter and infant son to a department store in October 2011 to meet Simpson.
The lawsuit claims ... when Hurst got close to Simpson, a stranger suggested he hand his infant over to Simpson ... who was pregnant at the time.
Hurst obliged, and then, according to the suit, a photog came out of nowhere and began snapping pics.
According to the suit, Hurst was stunned months later when OK! splashed the pic on its cover, making it appear it was Jessica's baby. The irony -- Jessica's baby wasn't even born yet.
The lawsuit accuses Jessica of being in on the plot, claiming she had a deal with a competing mag to sell the first baby pic for $800k, but then got greedy and hatched a plot with OK! to double dip with a baby that wasn't even hers.
Hurst is suing Simpson, OK! magazine, and Getty Images for damages in excess of $75,000.
We reached to a rep for Simpson ... so far, no word back.
Nate Dogg Baby Mamas Battle Over Child Support Payments
Two of Nate Dogg's baby mamas are trading legal blows over child support payments ... with one trying to block the other's attempt to get more money from his estate ... TMZ has learned.
According to docs filed this week in Los Angeles Superior Court, Rhoda Mouton is asking a judge to deny Omena Norris' request for an increase in support for the child she had with Nate back in 2006.
In the docs, Mouton (who has a teenaged son with Nate) claims Norris lied in her filing when she said her son received no Social Security payments from Nate's estate ... arguing that Norris and her son receive $694/month.
Mouton claims since Norris lied about that -- and since she never adequately states why she needs her support bumped up to $1,846/month (from $1,624) -- the judge should toss the request out entirely until Norris can file a new (and correct) request.
Mouton even takes it a step further, and says the judge should cut Norris' support all the way down to $802/month.
A judge has yet to rule.

Todd Bridges I Make LESS Than $25k Per Year
Todd Bridges is not a wealthy man ... this according to Todd Bridges.
The former "Diff'rent Strokes" actor just filed new docs in his divorce from longtime wife Dori Bridges, stating that he only makes a grand total of $22,500 per year from his career as an actor ... and that's BEFORE TAXES.
It's a bit of a problem for Bridges ... who, in the docs, claims he spends roughly $4,306 per month ... including a $1,520 monthly mortgage payment.
Todd says Dori was making $1,750 per month ... but combined with Todd's income, it still wasn't enough to cover their average monthly spending
It appears the beef is over how much child support Todd will have to ante up.
Todd announced his split from Dori last year -- but insists the two remain good friends. They have 1 kid together.

Paris Jackson Judge Orders Investigation Into Attempted Suicide
The judge who made Katherine Jackson guardian for Paris Jackson has ordered an investigation into Paris' attempted suicide, to determine if her welfare has been compromised ... TMZ has learned.
Judge Mitchell Beckloff has asked an investigator in the probate court -- where the guardianship was established -- to "prepare a written report and include therein any recommendations relating to the minor child's health, education and welfare."
Judge Beckloff notes he was alerted to Paris' crisis by media reports. As you know, TMZ broke the story ... Paris is under psychiatric evaluation after cutting her arm with a meat cleaver and downing a number of Motrin, in what authorities call a suicide attempt.
It's an interesting development ... because the judge seems to be concerned about the supervision and guidance Paris is getting from the people responsible for her care.

Marilyn Manson Simulates Wrist Slashing After Paris Song Dedication
Marilyn Manson took a knife to his arm and simulated a wrist-slashing during his L.A. concert last night ... moments after dedicating a song to Paris Jackson.
The knife is attached to a microphone -- which Manson has used as a prop in previous concerts ... but in the wake of the Paris Jackson song dedication, it had a bigger impact during last night's show.
We broke the story ... hours before Paris took a meat cleaver to her arm at her Calabasas home earlier this week, she "threw a fit" because she wasn't allowed to attend a Marilyn Manson show.
Manson dedicated the song "Disposable Teens" to Jackson last night ... and had previously extended an open offer to Paris to attend his shows whenever she wants.

Lakers Star Steve Nash Judge Rules GF Can Fly with Kids
L.A. Lakers star Steve Nash just won a victory in his custody war with his ex, but it's small potatoes compared to what's ultimately at stake.
A judge in the case just ruled ... Steve's live-in girlfriend, Brittany Richardson, is allowed to accompany the 3 kids without Steve from L.A. to Arizona and back. Steve's ex, Alejandra Nash, had objected to Brittany taking charge of the kids on grounds she wasn't a family member.
The judge ruled ... Brittany was as much a family member as the nanny, who is allowed to care for the children.
There's a bigger issue on the line. Both Steve and Alejandra are waiting for the judge to rule on whether she can move from Phoenix to L.A. Steve has objected ... he says because L.A. is a lousy place to raise kids. Alejandra scoffs at Steve's objection, saying it's a smoke screen and the real reason he doesn't want her to move is because a California judge would nail him with child support.
The judge is expected to rule any day.

Marilyn Manson Dedicates Song to Paris Jackson 'Disposable Teens'
Marilyn Manson dedicated a song to Paris Jackson at his concert in L.A. last night ... a song called "Disposable Teens" -- a track about a teenager who's angry with society.
Manson's dedication was simple -- just telling the crowd, "This song is for Paris Jackson."
The rocker then launched into "Disposable Teens." Here's a sampling of some of the lyrics:
"And I'm a black rainbow ... And I'm an ape of god ... I've got a face that's made for violence upon ... And I'm a teen distortion ... Survived abortion ... A rebel from the waist down."
"You say you wanted evolution ... The ape was a great big hit ...
You say you want a revolution, man ... And I say that you're full of sh*t."
We broke the story ... hours before Paris took a meat cleaver to her arm at her Calabasas home earlier this week, she "threw a fit" because she wasn't allowed to attend a Marilyn Manson show.
Marilyn has since extended a VIP invitation to Michael Jackson's daughter for the next time she can get to his show.

Paris Jackson In 'Meltdown Mode' For a Year
Paris Jackson has been in meltdown mode for nearly a year ... this according to sources connected to her exclusive private school.
Our sources from the exclusive Buckley School in the San Fernando Valley tell TMZ ... school officials were aware Paris was dealing with a "major family trauma" when the school year began last September. Based on the timeline, it appears the issue involved Katherine Jackson's mysterious "disappearance" last July.
There were reports Michael Jackson's siblings were holding Katherine as part of a money grab -- something they deny. Paris confronted several of the siblings in a heated argument outside the family's Calabasas home.
Sources connected with Buckley tell TMZ ... when Paris came back to school in September, her grades started dropping and, as one source said, "she stopped caring."
A school official told one of our sources ... what really sent Paris over the edge was when she got an offer to do a movie but certain family members went on an all-out campaign to block it. The source says a school official said, at that point "Paris broke down."
There have been reports Paris was bullied at Buckley and that's what caused her downward spiral. We're told a top school official is adamant ... Paris was NOT bullied and she made the claims to get attention.
