Super Bowl XLIX isn't just the Seahawks vs. the Patriots ... it's Captain America vs Star-Lord ... because Chris Evans and Chris Pratt just laid down an EPIC bet on the big game in Arizona.

It all started Monday, the day after Evans' Patriots clinched a spot in the Super Bowl by deflating the Colts 45-7. He took to twitter to remind his fellow Marvel Super Hero that for the next two weeks they ain't buds.

"Well, well, well @prattprattpratt, looks like our teams are going into battle. For the next 2 weeks, you are not my friend, you are my enemy."

That's when Pratt -- a huge Seahawks fan -- laid down the gauntlet, proposing a bet whereby if the the Seahawks win, Evans has to fly to Seattle and visit a local children's hospital in full Captain America regalia, waving the 12th Man flag.

Well, Captain America never backs down from a fight ... and fired back, saying that if the Patriots win Star-Lord has to show up at his non-profit housing venture "Christopher's Haven," in a Tom Brady jersey.

C'mon ... this is pretty awesome.

Jimmy Kimmel is very close to his six-month-old daughter Jane -- so close that he sees nothing wrong with using her burp cloth as his snot rag.

Kimmel and his wife Molly McNearney were out for a late breakfast at Republique in Los Angeles when the late night host blew his nose in the first available rag he could find.

We're guessing every parent can relate to his plight -- but every parent also knows what's been in those rags.

Time for a smaller piggy bank ... Quvenzhane Wallis -- the new "Annie" and 11-year-old former Best Actress nominee -- is taking a huge pay cut for her next film.

According to docs ... the young star has gone from raking in $750K for "Annie" to pulling in a measly $40K base salary for her role in the upcoming "Fathers and Daughters" starring Russell Crowe and Aaron Paul.

But wait, there are bonuses ... if F&D hauls in $35M at the box office she'll score $25K and receive another $25K for every $5M jump after that, with a max bonus of $200K.

While it's a far cry from Daddy Warbucks bucks, remember she still has the potential to score another $750K bonus if "Annie" does well -- it's grossed $100M worldwide so far.

No hard knock life here ... just a hard name to pronounce.

Devon Still's ex is waving the white flag in their fight over child support -- telling TMZ Sports the two sides have reached a financial agreement that's in the best interest for their daughter Leah.

The Cincinnati Bengals player -- whose 4-year-old daughter is ferociously battling cancer -- had been at odds with Leah's mother ... who claimed Devon wasn't living up to his end of a "voluntary" child support arrangement they struck over the summer.

Leah's mother, Channing Smythe, claimed she needed the cash for living expenses ... saying she couldn't work because caring for Leah is a full-time job in itself.

But now, Channing says the two sides were able to work out their money issues -- telling us, "He is helping me out financially" ... noting that Devon is still playing a huge role in parenting Leah.

"I am very happy that we are working together for Leah."

Nick Cannon beat Mariah Carey to the courthouse ... we've learned he has quietly filed for divorce.

The timing is interesting. We found out Nick filed papers December 12. The date is relevant because on December 2, Mariah showed up 3 hours late to tape a segment for the NBC tree-lighting special.

At the time we posted a story ... Mariah was on the phone with her lawyers going over the terms of her property settlement. That syncs up with Nick filing papers a week later, after they hashed out a deal.

Short story ... Mariah has completely detached Nick from her new, very lucrative deal in Vegas.

Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster has a short memory ... she's so happy for Usher and Grace Miguel she'd not only love for her kids to be at his wedding ... they can be in it.

"Nasty" is a gross understatement in characterizing the war between Usher and Tameka over their two boys. Yet now we're told she's more than fine if their kids see him swap vows with the woman she claims hooked up with him while their youngest was only 3-months.

Usher popped the question earlier this week to his manager/girlfriend and Tameka wishes them nothing but the best.

Tameka must be over getting booted by Usher from his $3M Georgia mansion in 2012 ... and forgot claiming he cheated on her with one of her bridesmaids from their wedding.

Even if they're just empty words ... sounds like she's taking little groomsmen steps in the right direction.

Former NFL star Matt Light -- a 3-time Pro Bowler -- just finished up a charity event with special needs children in which he took them out hunting for deer ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Light is an avid hunter who strongly believes in the positive value of outdoor activities such as hunting, clay shooting and camping.

In this case, Matt and his friend Noah (who he met through The Light Foundation) got themselves a buck out in Alabama.

"All of the lessons I've learned in the outdoors have really proven well for me," Matt says ... "And I want to pass them along to kids like Noah."

Light says he believes the kids learn everything from teamwork to trust and respect on the hunting trips.

His father is one of the most famous pot-smokers on the planet ... but Snoop Dogg's football star son says he doesn't touch the sticky icky ... because his body is a smoke-free temple.

Cordell Broadus -- one of the top high school wide receivers in the country -- appeared on ESPN's new documentary series "Snoop & Son: A Dad's Dream" ... and addressed the green elephant in the room.

"I don't mess with that at all," Cordell said ... "If you're an athlete, you shouldn't cheat your body."

As for Snoop, the Doggfather says he goes out of his way to keep his weed habit away from Cordell ... saying, "I don't want him no where near it."

J.J. Watt's most badass 7-year-old fan just got hooked up with some serious swag ... including the cleats Watt wore during one of his most dominant games this season.

Anthony Tarantelli made headlines last month when he sent HIS autographed jersey to Watt ... and bragged about being the "most feared" pass rusher in his youth football league.

Watt vowed to return the favor and came through with an awesome package, including ... a jersey, a hat, and a letter from the MVP candidate. Anthony's dad tells TMZ Sports, "He told him to stay confident in himself, and keep working hard."

But the coolest gift was the cleats J.J. wore when he sacked the Jaguars QB 3 times in one game. Watt wrote "3 sacks" on the side ... and Anthony says they still had mud on them.

Anthony's father says, "For J.J. to actually follow through and hook the kid up with the gear ... it was a pretty sweet move."

17-year-old Brockington was guaranteed $6,500 for at least two weeks of work -- according to his contract ... which we've seen. Pretty good payday for a teen actor, especially considering it's his first feature film ... and he'll get to see his name on the big screen.

The take away for JB? Real dollaz ... they eventually multiply too.

"Black-ish" stars Marcus Scribner and Miles Brown make way more money in real life than their upper middle class parents do on the show -- they're pulling in major bank.

The 15-year-old Marcus and 9-year-old Miles play brothers Andre Jr. and Jack respectively -- but no rivalry here -- for Season 1, both scored $12,500/episode ... and every year the show's renewed they're looking at a 4% raise in their allowance.

If the show's a hit, by the seventh season they'll each be pocketing $16K/episode ... boom-ish.

Shut it ... rapper Lil Boosie has video proof for all the haters who say he Photoshopped the XMAS hangout sesh with his kids.

As TMZ previously reported ... Boosie took a lot of heat this week. He's adamantly denied doctoring pics of himself to make it look like he'd spent Christmas with his kids. This video makes it clear ... he was truth-telling.

Boosie's clearly laying in the same position and the kid -- Michael Jordan Hatch -- is striking the same pose ... and the rest of the kids? They're in the room showing dad love too.

Lil Boosie is outraged people think he abandoned his kids on XMAS day and then had the audacity to deceive people into thinking they were with him courtesy of Photoshop.

Boosie posted the pic last week featuring 4-year-old Michael Jordan ... and a lot of people thought it just didn't look real.

We're told it was taken by a professional photog ... which is why the lighting looks better than normal. But Boosie insists the kid was front and center with him at his New Orleans digs. He says 6 of his other bambinos were there as well.

"Vacation" actors Steele Stebbins and Catherine Missal will have plenty of spending money on their next road trip ... the child stars are making bank on the famous franchise reboot.

Clark would be proud ... the 11-year-old Stebbins is getting $65K to play Rusty Griswold's (Ed Helms) youngest son, Kevin ... if producers go for a sequel he'll land another $150K.

Missal -- who's just 15 -- is looking at a more modest $15,600 to play Adena -- no doubt a love interest for one of the two Griswold boys.

Ludacris' hastily arranged marriage is a cheap trick in his attempt to gain full custody of his daughter ... so says a source close to his baby mama.

We're told Luda's baby mama, Tamika Fuller, thinks Luda wants to show the judge in their custody fight that he now has a stable, loving household ... more conducive to child-rearing than the home of single mom Tamika. She fears a Georgia judge could actually buy what Luda's selling.

As we reported ... Luda abruptly proposed to GF Eudoxie during the XMAS holidays and married her the very same day. Tamika thinks it was all just a ploy.

Luda is gunning to win full custody of their 1-year-old daughter Cai. He claims he's a better parent and has the means to provide her with a better life.

Tamika thinks it's a crass ploy to avoid paying $7,000 a month in child support.
