When the cat's away ... his son will throw a MASSIVE house party -- at least that's what happened to Timothy Dalton -- and the whole backyard bash in Hollywood was shut down by cops.

Law enforcement sources tell us they were dispatched around 10:30 PM Saturday after neighbors complained about the massive group -- 300 strong -- waiting outside a party thrown by 17 year-old Alexander Dalton -- whose mom is no stranger to ragers ... Oksana Grigorieva.

Apparently a fight also broke out, so cops rushed over to break things up ... they even had a helicopter as back up.

Timothy wasn't home -- and officers made everyone leave in a hurry.

Chris Brown's baby mama was treated like royalty at her baby shower ... and nothing says royalty like little Gucci boots and tiny Converse.

We're told 40 friends and family of the former Texas model showered her with baby gifts last March at a Houston apartment banquet, hailing Royalty's imminent arrival.

The guest list included a guy named Brazil, whom she believed was Royalty's papa. He was zip-lipped during the entire soiree.

Gwen Stefani was looking hella good at her son's soccer game Saturday ... and single-handedly blew away the other soccer moms standing within a 100-yard radius.

The 45 year-old No Doubt singer was in Studio City cheering on Kingston while holding onto his younger bro Apollo. It's almost freakish how she doesn't age, especially with 3 kids.

Chris Brown is headed for family court, where his baby mama is now in danger of raking in a lot less in child support because of her big mouth.

Sources connected with Brown tell TMZ ... the singer didn't know he was the father of 9-month-old Royalty until last month, when Nia Guzman dropped the news. We're told Chris quickly made a deal with her where he would pay monthly child support.

Our sources say Chris is forking out substantially more than he'd be required to pay if a judge ordered formal child support. There's a scale on how much a parent pays, based largely on income. We're told Chris upped that amount and in return demanded that she keep her lips sealed.

Chris Brown's been jonesin' to be a daddy for a long time, and tried to get Karrueche Tran to be the baby mama -- but before there was a bun in the oven, she wanted a ring on her hand.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Chris and Karrueche had the baby talk frequently for at least the last 2 years -- and she was down to have a tiny CB ... IF he would make her an honest woman.

We're told KT feels strongly about marriage before kids, and stood her ground with Chris. Although he stepped up with a couple of diamonds last Christmas -- he couldn't close the deal ... since they weren't engagement rings.

Karrueche was also worried about derailing her budding acting career.

Even though she wasn't ready yet ...we're told Karrueche still thought she and Chris would have kids together in the future. As one source put it, she's "devastated he did this" with a side chick.

Like the lady said ... "One can only take so much."

Chris Brown's baby girl answers to Royalty!

We've learned Nia named the kid Royalty. What we don't know ... whether she consulted Chris before inking the birth certificate.

TMZ broke the story ... Chris and Nia got it on summer of 2013 and she gave birth 9 months ago. As we reported, Karrueche was blindsided ... she had no idea until minutes before TMZ posted the story Tuesday afternoon.

As for Chris' involvement ... we're told he calls Nia regularly and now says he wants to openly participate in raising the baby. Nia and Royalty live in Texas, and Chris says he'll gladly fly there regularly to parent her.

Nick Cannon is becoming a bridge and tunnel kind of guy ... moving to New Jersey where the twins will have 2 lush acres in which to roam.

We're told Nick strategically picked Saddle River -- 1 hour out of NYC -- to keep the 3-year-olds out of the spotlight. Fact is ... it would be hard to find the equivalent in the City. The house has 6 bedrooms, 8 baths, a private lake, and on and on.

Nick's renting to own, but not because he can't cut it. He'll pay $11k a month with an option to buy the $3 mil estate, assuming he likes it enough.

The house will not have Mariah's ornate touches. Nick's mom will help him decorate ... after his escapades a few weeks back, we're guessing there might be some Jamaican influences.

Chris Brown is the proud father of a 9-month-old baby girl ... TMZ has learned.

The baby's mother is a 31-year-old former model named Nia -- who we're told has known Chris for several years.

Sources connected to both Nia and Chris tell us they are on very good terms -- however they're not together romantically. We're told 25-year-old Chris is happy about being a father.

It does not appear there is a formal child support order in place -- and we do not know the nature of any informal terms of support.

One thing's for sure ... baby girl looks a lot like daddy.

Herschel Walker's son is following in his father's supremely athletic footsteps ... only he's not on the football field ... he's a state champion male cheerleader ... and his dad couldn't be prouder!

The former NFL star was out in D.C. where he was bragging about his son's Texas cheerleading squad winning the NCA National Championship in Dallas last month.

"I never knew how athletic those people were," Walker says ... "Now, I've been spending a lot of time with it. And I've gotten involved with it."

Walker is a full-on "Cheer Dad" -- and spends a lot of time mentoring the cheerleaders.

His son Christian is a star on the team ... and after watching the kid twist and tumble in his gymnastics workouts, it's obvious he's got his dad's athletic genes.

So, we had to ask Herschel ... do you think Christian is good enough to make the Dallas Cowboys cheerleading squad one day?

You gotta hear his answer -- it's pretty great.

Finally, some good news for Eric Decker ... the NY Jets wide receiver just announced his famous country singer wife is pregnant with kid #2!

Jessie James Decker posted the obligatory celeb "I'm Preggo" announcement pic on Instagram with a little help from her hubby and their 11-month-old daughter Vivianne ... writing:

"Vivianne is so excited because she is going to be a big sister! We are over the moon about having another baby!!!"

Eric just appeared in Jessie's new music video for her single "Clint Eastwood" ... where he featured in a scene where the two were ALL OVER EACH OTHER in a mobile home trailer.

Kris Jenner welcomed her granddaughter into the family biz ... of shameless promotion -- and North West's game is strong.

Kris was walking through Heathrow Airport in London with Kim and Kanye West's toddler over the weekend ... and had her decked out in a Yeezus tour jacket. Not to be outdone ... Grandma Jenner was wearing a pair of the new Yeezus shoes.

Ludacris' baby mama is taking drastic measures to regain custody of their 1-year-old daughter ... SHE GOT A JOB!!!

According to our sources, Tamika Fuller took losing custody of daughter Cai to Ludacris very hard ... and is trying to get her life in order to gear up for an appeal of their custody arrangement.

Step one, we're told, is Tamika landed a gig in the hospitality industry ... and she's working nights, 40 hours per week to make enough money to support herself and Cai.

Meanwhile a more immediate court battle is looming. We're told Luda wants to take Cai out of the country on vacation, but Tamika thinks their daughter is too young for that kind of travel.

Wiz Khalifa believes in the motto, "If you don't succeed ..." because he threw a belated birthday party for Sebastian and this time the kid showed.

Wiz threw the bash at his home in Silver Lake Thursday. It was almost a carbon copy of the party he tried hosting last weekend, when Amber and 2-year-old Sebastian were no-shows.

Amber was not present this time around, which apparently was just fine with Wiz. He used his custody time to bring friends and family together to celebrate the BD.

Here's the good news ... Amber's name wasn't even mentioned, which is at least one small step in lowering the volume in what has become a super-bitter custody war.

The party was pirate-themed, so it's too bad Amber didn't show. Imagine her walking the plank.

Add Romeo Miller to the group of people who think 10-year-olds shouldn't make college plans ... 'cause the ex-child star tells TMZ Sports the fact that schools are offering scholarships to LeBron James Jr. is bad for everyone.

LeBron James Jr. -- aka "Bronny" -- has been tearing it up on the court ... creating RIDICULOUS highlights while leading his 4th grade squad to an undefeated 2-month run.

In fact, his famous says colleges have been reaching out ... and it's been pissing him off -- claiming universities should face SANCTIONS for going after kids that young.

Enter Romeo ... who wasn't just a kid star, but also played college ball at USC ... and he tells TMZ Sports he's right with Team LeBron on the issue.

"It's not good business, kids need to be kids."

Kylie Jenner is 17. She's buying a $2.7 million house. FML, right?

Sources tell TMZ, Kylie has inked a deal to buy this 4,900 square foot house in The Oaks, an exclusive gated community in Calabasas.

The house -- which is a block from Kourtney and Khloe -- has a sick home theater, a pool, 5 bedrooms, an awesome kitchen, and on and on.

Kylie has made a lot of money on KUWTK. To give you an idea, we're told Scott Disick banks $4 million a season, so she's got the cash. We're told Kris Jenner is "helping her" with the purchase, but we're told it's Kylie loot.

Kevin Hart's kids are as devious as they are adorable ... well, adorable unless you're the valet whose tip almost gets pocketed.

Hart and kiddies were leaving the Clippers game Monday night, when Heaven tried pulling a fast one with some loot that is just hilarious. Hendrix then chimes in with his own game.
