Brandi Cibrian claims the "CSI: Miami" star has left her essentially high and dry since he took off back in August after 8 years of marriage -- refusing to give her a dime for food and gas.

According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Brandi claims Eddie is raking in $60,000 a week on his show, but he's currently only paying for Brandi's "household bills."

Now, Brandi wants some serious jack so she can take care of the couple's two young children -- as well as herself. She's asking for $39,963 a month in spousal support so she can pay for things like the kids' schooling, the car, medical bills and of course -- pilates.

A Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch suspect ratted out the other alleged members of the group, this according to a search warrant affidavit just released out of Las Vegas.

According to the document ... after Nick Prugo was arrested, he met with detectives and "provided a full confession and implicated several other suspects: Rachel Lee, Dianna Tomayo [sic], Alexis Neiers, Courtney Ames, Jonathan Ajar and a man only known as Roy."

In the doc, it says Prugo admitted to committing all of the burglaries and that Rachel Lee was with him during the burglaries of Audrina Patridge, Lindsay Lohan, Orlando Bloom, Rachel Bilson and Paris Hilton.

Also, "Prugo stated that Lee was the driving force of the burglar crew and that her motivation was based in her desire to own the designer wardrobes of the Hollywood celebrities that she admired."

On the burglary of Paris' residence: "Prugo stated they entered Hilton's residence approximately three times, prior to the burglary in December 2008. That they removed cash, narcotics and thousands of dollars worth of jewelry to include family heirlooms."

On the burglary of Orlando's residence: "Prugo detailed how the crew removed several expensive wristwatches, artwork, men's and women's clothing from the location."

Here's just a partial list of what cops found -- pearl-style necklace, several rings with yellow metal and white stones, a ring with white metal and green stones, a ring with yellow metal and red stones, a ring with yellow metal and green and white stones, a Marc Jacobs purse, a Louis Vuitton purse, 2 Chanel purses, 1 Hermes purse, a Steve Madden shopping bag, a Blackberry Edge cell phone and an LG cell phone, 4 pairs of BCBG and Marc Fisher heels, a pair of True Religion pants (which are connected to Rachel Bilson), 2 bottles of Paris Hilton perfume, 2 bottles of Chanel perfume, an Apple laptop, Gucci eyeglasses, Chanel eyeshadow, a Chanel makeup brush, Dior mascara, a Mexican passport, and a Washington State driver's license.

TMZ has learned cops suspect 19-year-old Rachel Lee is the "master mind" of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch.

Lee was arrested in Las Vegas yesterday -- and law enforcement sources tell us she is suspected of organizing a plan to steal cash, jewelry, clothing, luggage, purses and other personal items from several major Hollywood celebrities, including Paris Hilton, Orlando Bloom, Lindsay Lohan and Rachel Bilson.

We're told when Lee was busted, cops impounded a variety of items from her father's Las Vegas home -- including two laptops, photographs of a partially nude woman, photographs of Lee's friends, more than two hundred $100 bills, a Korean passport and a vial of marijuana.

Sources also tell us cops found a series of items that may have been taken from various celebrity homes. The items include a hat linked to Lindsay Lohan, jeans linked to Rachel Bilson and partially nude photographs linked to Paris Hilton ... no surprise there.

We've learned Lee told the arresting officers she discovered she was a "person of interest" in the case from "watching TMZ."

The actress -- who's made out with Penelope Cruz and Christina Ricci before for work -- went girl-on-girl again yesterday after offering up her lips for the OneXOne celebrity auction in San Francisco.

The result: A steamy, 25 second smoochfest with the mystery woman who paid top dollar.

Pop diva Toni Braxton has been battling health problems for the last few years -- and she might need all her strength to pack up her stuff and move ... cause the bank is coming after her home.

According to documents filed last month, Braxton has defaulted on her mortgage payments -- and now Bank of America is looking to foreclose. They claim she owes $12,503.20 on a place in Century City, Calif.

Lloyd's is countersuing Toni -- who had concert cancellation insurance with the company -- after she sued Lloyd's for refusing to cut her a check when she canceled a show in 2006 due to heart problems.

In the lawsuit, Lloyd's says the reason they dropped Toni ... because she failed to disclose her full medical history on the insurance application. L of L claims she kept her "pericarditis condition" -- a heart ailment -- all to herself.

In Hollywood, it pays to be Dakota Fanning's little sister -- 'cause the other Fanning child is officially pulling in a 6-figure salary.

We've just obtained a copy of Elle Fanning's minor contract for the upcoming flick "Somewhere" -- filed in L.A. County Superior Court -- which shows the 11-year-old is set to take in $125,000 for her role in the flick.

According to the docs, Elle and her mother were also put up in a five-star hotel during filming and given a $75 per diem -- which was treatment "no less favorable than that provided to any other cast member" ... well, with one exception.

It's hard to imagine someone being so upset over there not being a new Aaron Carter album that they'd sue -- but alas, there is.

According to a lawsuit filed back in April, a company named Signature Networks won a judgment against Spectra Music for failing to deliver a new Aaron Carter album -- Signature was supposed to handle merchandising.

But here's the thing -- Spectra has gone kaput and Signature can't collect the $574,169.17 judgment. So now they're going after Aaron and his parents (since he was a minor at the time of the deal).

It costs a lot of money to keep the world safe from Courtney Love -- her former bodyguards say she stiffed them out of $60,000 this year.

Screen International Security Services filed a lawsuit today in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming they provided "security services, in connection with the protection of Love, her family members, and her property" between April and August of this year.

SISS says Love never paid a penny for services rendered -- totaling $58,222.50 -- and are suing for the full amount plus interest.

Love's attorney just sent us the following statement:

"This lawsuit should be placed in the Wikipedia page next to chutzpah. It has no merit and is based on a private security company's attempt to fleece a celebrity.

The world's largest record companies are banding together to sue the Ellen DeGeneres show -- claiming producers owe them big for their songs that were played on the show.

It's all over the "dance" portion of Ellen's show -- according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Nashville, record execs claim they have never received a single penny for the hundreds of songs Ellen's danced to over the years.

The people behind the "Ellen" show say DeGeneres had nothing to with the case adding, "This matter does not involve our host, Ellen DeGeneres , who as everyone knows is a huge music enthusiast and advocate, and had no knowledge of issues regarding the use of music in the show."

Scott Rowe, spokesman for the show's Telepictures Productions, wrote in an e-mailed statement that the company has been working with the record labels for months to resolve the issue and remains willing to resolve it on "amicable and reasonable terms."

Update: A rep for Tyra says Richard Thomas was never employed by Bankable, its respective entities, or by Tyra's talk show, or 'Top Model'.

Tyra Banks' former assistant wants a small piece of her fortune -- actually, he wants a small claims court piece.

TMZ picked up a small claims lawsuit filed in L.A County by Richard Thomas, who claims Miss Banks owes him $5,820.

Thomas is suing for back wages plus a little extra. The complaint says Thomas wants the money for "services rendered as assistant and advisor."

We're not sure how much he wants as an advisor.

And this is funny... the legal documents require Thomas to ask Tyra for the money prior to filing suit.

His response to that: "I have not been able to catch [Tyra] while she is in."

Doesn't sound like a great assistant to us.

Lily Mo Sheen has got a pretty steady gig playing younger versions of Kate Beckinsale in movies -- since they are real life mother and daughter, the resemblance is uncanny. According to the contract from their last collaboration, "Everybody's Fine," Lily Mo made an easy $2,500 for three days of work.

According to a lawsuit filed in June, when Prince moved out of the home he rented in Beverly Hills, he left behind a $300,000 security deposit. 3121 Rep Inc., the company that claimed to have brokered the lease for Prince, has sued the owners to get the money back.

But the owners say Prince made all the payments himself -- 3121 was just an intermediary -- so the money should go straight to him.

Now the two sides are suing each other, with Prince caught in the middle -- 3121 wants the money they says is theirs, the owners just want their attorney's fees paid.
