'Dumb and Dumber To' Lights, Stolen Camera, No Action

Published | Updated

One of the camera guys for "Dumb and Dumber To" is about to owe the studio a big fat I.O.U. -- cause while he was chowing down at IHOP ... a $500k camera was stolen from his car.

The camera guy was eating something vaguely delicious while the evildoers broke into his whip. Authorities think the crooks may have messed with the door lock.

The camera was reportedly being taken to a waiting helicopter where it was going to be mounted for a "To" shoot.

The photog is offering a $5,000 reward to anyone who can help them find it undamaged.

Just when you thought someone couldn't possibly be anymore dumb ...

Jerry Ferrara Don't Blame Me Wahlberg I'll Do 'Entourage' for Free

Published | Updated

1:00 PM PT -- Adrian Grenier shed some light on the "Entourage" feud ... saying, "It has, & never will be about the money for me. I promise."

However on his Instagram, AG added ... the issue really is about money ... but for the entire cast -- "I will sign any deal that gives ALL the boys an opportunity to share in the upside of success EQUALLY." Translation: Someone on the cast is getting paid way more than everyone else, and Adrian's pissed.

The mystery of the "Entourage" movie just got a little deeper -- Turtle, aka Jerry Ferrara tells us he doesn't care how much he gets paid ... and it's not his fault the project's on hold.

TMZ broke the story ... "Entourage" executive producer Mark Wahlberg said the long anticipated film version of the HBO show would start shooting when the "guys stop being so greedy."

Today at LAX, Jerry claimed Mark wasn't pointing the finger at him because, "I'd do it for free."

Here's the deal ... Jeremy Piven and Kevin Connelly have reportedly already signed deals ... so that would leave Jerry, Adrian Grenier, and Kevin Dillon as holdouts.

So, we gotta ask ...

The Pope Call Me the Harley Father Who Wants My Motorcycle?

Published | Updated

NEWS FLASH: Pope Francis is a badass who owns not one, but TWO Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

BIGGER NEWS FLASH: He's auctioning them off for charity.

To get you up to speed, the Holy Father was gifted the two bikes by Harley-Davidson during a biker rally in Rome this summer, when 35,000 Harley enthusiasts rode into town to celebrate the 110th anniversary of the motorcycle company.

Roughly 800 of the riders went to the Vatican for a special blessing from the Pope, and during the event, Pope Frank was gifted two new hogs -- a 2013 Heritage Softail Classic (valued at $20,799) and a 2013 Dyna Super Glide Custom ($16,000).

Now Pope Francis has announced he's auctioning off the first bike to benefit a local homeless shelter. The second bike will also be auctioned off, but a charity hasn't been chosen for that one yet.

As for when the first auction takes place, that hasn't been announced yet either.

Amen.

Method Man and Redman We Smoked a 24-Karat Gold Blunt!

Published | Updated

Method Man and Redman have money to burn ... literally -- and they proved it this morning in Canada by showing off a blunt they smoked made of 24-karat gold.

Redman proudly displayed the golden L on Instagram this morning ... and said it was the first one available for purchase in Calgary.

M & R didn't offer up much more info -- but a pack of smaller golden joints costs around $55 bucks.

We're guessing the session sounded something like this.

Michael Bay AC Attacker Was an Extortionist!

Published | Updated

Michael Bay just told TMZ ... the man who attacked him with an air conditioner was an extortionist who vowed to torpedo "Transformers 4" unless Bay paid him off.

Bay told us on "TMZ Live" that he was shooting in a Hong Kong neighborhood earlier in the week and had paid various businesses on the surrounding streets money in return for shutting down during the shoot. One dude held out, and, according to Bay, set out to ruin the shoot by turning on an electric saw and making other noises when the cameras were rolling.

Bay says the guy -- who he's convinced was on drugs -- came at him with the air conditioning unit.

The way he tells it ... very entertaining.

Adrian Peterson to Baby Mama I Never Stiffed You ... On Child Support, Anyway

Published | Updated

NFL star Adrian Peterson never skimped on child support to the mother of his 2nd child, not once -- despite her claims -- at least according to official documents obtained by TMZ.

As we reported ... Erica Syion filed court docs back in April, accusing AP of stiffing her on more than $50,000 in unpaid child support and other bills (including travel expenses and tuition) related to their 4-year-old son.

She told us, Adrian eventually settled with her in September, paying all his outstanding bills -- but we've obtained official docs showing child support was NEVER in arrears.

According to the papers, Adrian has dutifully paid his child support to Erica ($2,500 a month) since 2009.

Sources close to AP tell us the court order which determined child support ... did NOT require him to pay tuition and travel expenses -- however when Erica raised the issue, Adrian ponied up.

We've also obtained docs showing Adrian asked the court for more visitation time with his son.

We reached out to Erica, but she hasn't gotten back to us.

Crocodile Dundee Wife Files for Divorce ... G'Bye Mate

Published | Updated

Paul Hogan's wife and "Crocodile Dundee" co-star has filed to divorce her hubby of 23 years ... TMZ has learned.

Linda Hogan -- no, not her -- cites irreconcilable differences. She wants spousal support, and joint legal and physical custody of their 15-year-old son, Chance.

As for money ... there will be a lot to divvy up ... Paul is worth a reported $20 mil.

Linda wants to erase any trace of being married to the "Crocodile Dundee" legend -- she wants her maiden name restored.

According to the docs the couple separated last month. A rep for Paul says the split has been amicable.

Hope it goes better than the divorce with his first wife, Noelene. Paul married her, then divorced her, then remarried her. When it finally blew up in 1986, it became one of Australia's ugliest celeb divorces ever.

There was certainly a sign trouble was brewing ... Paul and Linda sold their Malibu mansion last month to Chris Hemsworth.

Bottom line ... it's a crocodile done deal.

Master P Wife Says There IS a Limit Files for Divorce

Published | Updated

Master P's wife has had it with the rap mogul ... she's filed for divorce.

Sonya Miller filed divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in which she seeks to end her 24-year marriage based on the standard "irreconcilable differences."

The couple has 4 minor children -- she wants full custody.  They also have famous adult son, Romeo.

Sonya wants spousal support.

This one's a little weird.  Back in 2011, Sonya went to court to get child support.  At the time we thought they were already divorced, but now we learn no one ever pulled the trigger and filed divorce documents.  So she did it now, but we're told they've been separated for a long time.

M.P. has clearly moved on ... because a woman he was rumored to be dating threw him a surprise, flash mob birthday bash in Santa Monica back in April.  The party backfired because Master P hated it and stormed out of the restaurant.

Judge Judy Lawsuit I've Been Jacked on the Internet!

Published | Updated

The people who bring you "Judge Judy' have just filed a lawsuit, claiming evildoers have been posting episodes of her show on YouTube ... and now she wants a non-TV judge to lay down the law.

Judy has the most popular show in daytime ... it's been that way for 3 years, since Oprah said bye bye. Here's how big -- 9 million daily viewers.

The company that produces the show -- Big Ticket Television -- gets an enormous amount of money for the show, so the idea that someone is stealing it and not paying a dime has them royally pissed off.

As for the culprit -- his name is Ignacio De Los Angeles. Ignacio dared to post an episode from 2006 on YouTube. Big Ticket told him to take it down, but Ignacio ignored.

Big Ticket wants the judge to use a can of whoopass on Ignacio, Judge Judy style.

Adrian Peterson's Baby Mama He Left Me High & Dry For YEARS

Published | Updated

Adrian Peterson baby mama #2 Erica Syion left out one HUGE detail when she said the NFL star has taken good financial care of his kids -- back in April, TMZ has learned, she sued his ass for $52,032 in unpaid child support and other child-related bills.

Erica -- who has a 4-year-old son with Adrian -- went on "TMZ Live" Wednesday, claiming AP dutifully pays his child support on time. But that wasn't the case earlier this year.

We've learned Erica filed court docs, claiming Peterson failed to pay child support for three straight years, and also failed to reimburse her for their son's travel expenses and school tuition -- a bill that totaled $52,032.

There must have been some bad blood after that -- because Erica filed additional docs in July, asking the court to order Peterson not to trash talk her in front of their son, and not to hide their son from her.

But it was all resolved in September -- according to court docs, the two reached a settlement. Erica tells us, Adrian paid all his back child support as well as the other bills.

But there's a catch -- according to the docs, AP plans to stop paying school tuition for their son by next year. Interesting.

Calls to Adrian's camp weren't returned.

Adrian Peterson Baby Mama He's Fathered 7 Kids ... Not 5

Published | Updated

Our Adrian Peterson baby count was off by two -- at least according to one of the NFL star's baby mamas, who tells us AP has actually fathered SEVEN kids, not five.

TMZ broke the story about baby #5 today, but Erica Syion -- a former dancer who met AP in Houston a few years back -- called in to "TMZ Live" today to correct our math ... and the numbers are pretty shocking.

As for how good of a dad Adrian is, Erica says he dutifully pays his child support ... but could definitely stand to spend more quality time with his children.

Mickey Rooney Stepson Settles Elder Abuse Suit FOR MILLIONS

Published | Updated

Mickey Rooney's stepson now concedes he owes the famed actor $2.8 million for allegedly siphoning off a ton of money from Mickey's financial accounts, but there's a GIGANTIC catch.

Christopher Aber and his wife, Christina, have just settled with Mickey's conservators, after allegations they played funny with Mickey's money. There were also allegations the couple deprived Mickey of food, meds, and even blocked him from leaving his home.

The whole thing escalated when the 93-year-old actor testified before Congress on elder abuse.

So now Christopher and Christina -- who have declared bankruptcy -- have folded. So how, you ask, can Mickey get $2.8 mil? Well under the settlement, Christopher and Christina have a homeowner's insurance policy that arguably covers this type of wrongdoing. So Mickey's lawyers think they can use the settlement to go after the insurance company and get their dough.

Here's the rub. The insurance company has already made it clear ... it's not paying anything because the alleged abuses were intentional, and that's not covered under the policy.

So Mickey's lawyers are now going to sue the insurance company and demand not only the $2.8 mil but also punitive damages for bad faith denial of coverage.

Peyton Manning PIZZA GOD NFL Star's 21 Pizza Joints Are BOOMING

Published | Updated

It pays to get into business with Peyton Manning ... TMZ has learned, the 21 Papa John's franchises he bought last year are KILLING IT right now -- and employees are calling it the "Peyton Factor."

We called up each of Peyton's 21 Papa John's in the Denver area, and the story is the same everywhere: business has greatly improved since the Broncos QB took the helm.

Before Peyton purchased the locations, several restaurants reported sales of $3,000-$4,000 on any given game day -- and that number has jumped up to roughly $5,000-$6,000/day ... which equals about 60 pizzas an hour.

One location reported a 25% increase in total sales since last year.

It helps that Peyton's killing it on the field too -- his Papa John's locations offer 50% off on Mondays after a Broncos win, and so far they're undefeated. Fans recognize Peyton's stores because they all feature cutouts of PM and Papa John ... and he even makes personal visits from time to time.

To compare, neighboring Papa John's locations NOT owned by Peyton reported no significant improvement in sales.

The timing of Peyton's purchase couldn't have been better either -- he threw down just two weeks before weed was legalized in CO last year. Genius.

Rihanna Moves Into NY Penthouse After LA Scare

Published | Updated

Rihanna is moving into a swanky $14 mil apartment in NYC -- after fleeing L.A. in the wake of two break-ins at her West Coast home -- but she's not giving up on L.A. entirely.

The 4600 sq. ft. penthouse apartment is in a luxury building in SoHo. Rihanna's renting it for 39k a month, but the crib was recently on the market -- with a $14.6 mil asking price.

The 2-story home is stark white ... with 13' ceilings, concrete floors and views of the Empire State Building, and the NY skyline.

We're told Rihanna will still keep a place in LA -- NOT the Palisades home that was burglarized -- but will spend most of her time in NYC.

'Sons of Anarchy' Actor Allegedly Bails on $56 Bar Tab

Published | Updated

Hollywood ain't as glamorous as it's cracked up to be -- at least for low-level actors -- just take this guy from "Sons of Anarchy" and a bunch of other shows ... who allegedly couldn't pay a $56 bar tab.

Sources tell us, 43-year-old Paul Vasquez got drunk at a dive bar in San Jose last night, and tried to bail on the bill. Cops were called to the scene, where Paul was detained, and we're told his dad had to come pay for him.

Paul was eventually released, but there's a lesson here ...

Paul has had small roles on two episodes of "Sons of Anarchy." He's appeared on "Justified," "CSI:NY," "Kingshighway," "How I Met Your Mother," "ER," and much more ... going all the way back to his first acting gig in 1987.

The pay scale for the Screen Actors' Guild is nothing to thumb your nose at either -- someone like Vasquez could stand to earn anywhere from several hundreds of dollars per day to several thousand -- but clearly, steady work is hard to come by.

So what's the lesson? Think twice before you move to Hollywood, kids. Not everyone's Tom Cruise.

Calls to Paul's rep weren't returned.

Mark Wahlberg 'Greedy' People Holding Up 'Entourage' Movie

Published | Updated

Mark Wahlberg -- who inspired and executive produced "Entourage" -- finally revealed the REAL holdup on the "Entourage" movie ... certain people are being way too greedy.

There's been talk of an "Entourage" flick ever since the HBO series wrapped back in 2011 ... and several actors have expressed serious interest in the project, but it hasn't gotten off the ground.

So,yesterday at LAX, we asked Mark when everyone's favorite Hollywood crew would finally reunite on the big screen -- and the answer we got was very interesting:

"As soon as them guys stop being so greedy."

Mark wouldn't specify who he was talking about, but he did explain that the "greedy" people need to look at the situation from a "long term" mindset -- "It's one of those things where if the movie's a success, we'll get to make a lot more of them and then we'll probaby make a lot of money."
