Teresa Giudice faces around 2 years in prison for some extremely bold fraud ... but a little thing like that will NOT keep her off "Real Housewives of New Jersey."

Sources connected to the production tell TMZ ... they are currently filming season 6 and they will EXPLOIT the legal woes of Teresa and hubby Joe Giudice -- who himself faces 4 years behind bars.

We're told the season will be wrapped before the pair is sentenced, but producers are going at warp speed to get everything in the can with the Guidices ASAP.

The only problem will be the reunion show. Producers are worried Teresa and Joe might be in the slammer by the time they shoot that show -- which is done last.

It's actually good news for Teresa and Joe, because the show has become their primary source of income and they need the cash to pay their lawyers and other expenses.

USC is the gift that keeps on giving for Lane Kiffin ... because SC's ex-football coach just raked in a cool $1 MILLION PROFIT after selling the home where he lived during his stint as a Trojan.

Kiffin finally sold his 7,308 square foot Manhattan Beach property for $6.5 million. He bought the place back in 2012 for $5.5, with some financial help from the university.

But after he got the chop on the LAX tarmac in 2013, Lane -- who eventually took an offensive coordinator gig at Alabama -- put the place on the market for $6.995.

Former "Real Housewives of New York" star Alex McCord claims she got screwed under the sheets ... and the woman scorned is now out for REVENGE!

McCord and her husband are suing a woman who they claim stole their business right out from under them -- a business that makes a ridiculously expensive, Egyptian cotton bed and bath line.

McCord claims she created her very successful business -- called Aluxe -- with Vivian Douek ... and
things were going swimmingly. But then McCord claims Douek went rogue, secretly starting a competing business and ultimately stealing all the customers.

McCord says in her lawsuit Douek was so bold ... she even used the same Egyptian manufacturing company.

Short story -- McCord says she and her partners now have a business that's hanging by a thread count, claiming Aluxe has lost $100 MIL in sales this past year.

Sheet happens.

Tyga's $2 million luxury car made him the Pied Piper of thirsty chicks outside a nightclub last night ... and the video is awesome!

Tyga couldn't resist bragging about his customized Maybach 62 S Landaulet outside DBA nightclub in West Hollywood -- yelling, "$2 million car n***a!"

He added a jab at Birdman too ... for only dropping $1.5 mil on a similar ride.

But money aside ... the best part of the clip is watching the crowd of hot babes following Tyga and his Maybach out of the parking lot -- one of 'em desperately trying to give him her number.

Teresa and Joe Giudice just pled guilty in their massive money fraud case -- and will likely be heading to prison.

The couple agreed to plead guilty this morning in NJ as part of a plea deal -- in which Teresa is expected to face 21 to 27 months in prison ... while Joe could get 46 months. Joe, an Italian citizen, also faces deportation.

We're told Teresa pled guilty to 4 counts (including conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bankruptcy fraud) and Joe to 5 counts (same as Teresa, plus failure to file tax returns).

Teresa and Joe were initially indicted on a total of 41 criminal counts last year -- all between 2001 and 2011.

Among their alleged crimes -- prosecutors claim the couple used fake pay stubs, tax returns and W-2 forms to inflate their incomes and obtain nearly $5 million in mortgages and other loans. They also allegedly hid money they got from "Real Housewives" and other business ventures after filing for bankruptcy in 2009.

Call it CSI: Tarzana ... Khloe Kardashian is demanding lie detector tests for EVERYONE who had access to the jewelry stolen from her home ... and she want fingerprints too.

We're told Khloe suspects the jewelry thief or thieves who pilfered $250K worth of items is someone with direct access ... house staff, assistants, filming crews, inspectors and movers.

As we reported ... the thief or thieves made off with watches, diamonds and gold chains that were left in the house, which was recently sold.

It's likely an inside job because there's no sign of a break-in and the house sits inside a gated estate and the house itself is also gated.

And yesterday outside of Crustacean in Beverly Hills, Iron Mike offered up some incredible free knowledge to the embattled boxer -- it's the best piece of advice we've heard in a long time!!!

Ellen DeGeneres does NOT own the picture that broke Twitter ... unless he signed his rights away, the owner of the famous Oscar pic is BRADLEY COOPER.

Here's the way it works ... the person who owns the now-famous photo is the person who actually took it ... NOT the person who owns the camera or organized the shoot.

Cooper was the snapper ... so it's his.

And even if Ellen signed her rights over to the Academy when she signed her hosting gig, the Academy would have no rights to the photo, because Ellen can't transfer what isn't hers.

So unless Bradley signed his rights away to the Academy, he's the copyright owner. Any use of the pic without his permission is a violation of the copyright.

He seemed down with tweeting it out, so Ellen is cool. But any use of the pic on TV shows -- including hers -- would only be kosher with Bradley's blessing. And he'd own the rights to any reproduction.

It all translates into cash. It could come in handy if that "Hangover" money runs out.


Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are united again ... as victims of a quarter-of-a-million dollar jewelry heist.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... someone pilfered watches and gold chains inside the former couple's Tarzana home ... which has sat empty for more than a month.

Cops tell us they think it's an inside job because there are no signs of forced entry.

As you know ... Khloe filed for divorce and has moved on. The house was sold to "Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco.

The jewelry theft was discovered Monday night ... when Khloe and Kris were there cleaning out the house for the new owner.

Dalai's camp tried to squeeze a private jet company into giving him a free jet ride or at the very least a STEEP discount.

Here's what we know. The Dalai Lama was in L.A. last Friday and needed to fly to Minneapolis. His people contacted ZephyrJets to book a flight.

Dalai's people sent an email to ZephyrJets, saying another jet company flew their leader from San Francisco to L.A. gratis, and they wanted to see what Zephyr could do for them on the next leg.

The email says they were asking "a few friends" if they could get a jet for free, but they wanted a backup plan in case the friends didn't come through. They made it clear they didn't want to pay the $44K price tag.

In another email -- sent before their freebie pitch -- Dalai's people greased the wheels with Zephyr by playing the Lama card: "Yes the Dalai Lama will be very grateful."

We don't know how the Dalai Lama got to Minneapolis or what, if anything he shelled out. But it sounds like it was a divine flight.

Justin Bieber dropped tens of thousands of dollars to celebrate his 20th birthday with family and friends at a secluded beach resort in the Bahamas ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Bieber tell us Justin checked into The Cove -- a 5-star all-inclusive Caribbean resort on the island of Eleuthera -- with his mom, dad, siblings and several close friends, including Khalil and Lil Za.

We're told ... each villa goes for $4,275 a night and they're equipped with private butlers, private pools, and full kitchens -- and Bieber rented several.

Biebs and his crew flew to the Bahamas Friday ... then sailed to The Cove on a private yacht. We're told he celebrated his birthday Saturday on the boat. On Sunday, they had a picnic on the beach.

Back at his crib in Atlanta, fans celebrated his birthday, too ... decorating the gate outside his rented home with balloons, posters and personal messages.

They don't call 'em Steely Dan for nothing -- at least according to a former singer for the band, who claims the classic rock group stiffed him big time on royalties.

David Palmer is suing the group, claiming his lead vocals on songs like "Dirty Work" were an integral part of Steely Dan's debut album in 1972 -- but he's only received an insulting $8,183 worth of royalties stemming from radio play.

Palmer -- who left the group in 1973 -- is repulsed by the money ... insisting his royalties share entitles him to way, way more.

He's suing for unspecified damages.

Duke basketball phenom Jabari Parker could very well be the first pick in the NBA draft ... if he doesn't become Martha Stewart first -- 'cause the guy has some serious baking skills.

Parker showed off his culinary prowess recently by rewarding the swarms of Duke fans camping out for the March 8th battle vs. UNC (Yes, March 8th, they’re crazy) with his signature “Jabari Bars.”

Check out the video… it’s a serious culinary experience, with Jabari refusing to detail his full list of ingredients, and at one point saying “If they like them, I might have to leave college to be a professional dessert maker.”

The verdict? One student said that the Jabari Bars were a “12 out of 10.”

The home movie of Marilyn Monroe banging John F. Kennedy and his brother Robert F. Kennedy ... will NOT be going up on the auction block ... TMZ has learned.

The Tulare County Sheriff's Department tells us the auction, which was scheduled to go down tomorrow ... has been canceled because William Castleberry -- the owner of the 8mm film -- settled his $200,000 debt.

Castleberrry owed the $200k for a previous court judgement against him -- and deputies had seiezed the film, along with several other items, to cover the debt.
