KFC is calling BS on the "pit bull girl" who was allegedly turned away from one of its franchises because customers were grossed out by her bite wounds.

KFC claims there have now been 2 investigations -- one internal and one independent -- and both show "no evidence" such an incident ever occurred at the Jackson Mississippi franchise.

3-year-old Victoria Welcher's family claims the girl was kicked out because employees felt her facial wounds from the dog attack were upsetting customers.

KFC says it will still honor its $30,000 donation to assist Victoria's family in paying her medical bills.

Casey Kasem's children wanted him to die so they could collect on his sizable life insurance policy -- so claims the DJ's widow, Jean Kasem.

Jean tells TMZ ... Kerri Kasem called the funeral home and asked how quickly they could issue a death certificate. Jean thinks it's a money grab --- "Their impatience for Casey to die was obvious when they killed him and now their impatience to collect on the life insurance is even more telling."

Jean also scoffs at the private memorial Casey's children held over the weekend ... telling us, "We have had to once again handle all of their incessant sleaze peddling while preparing the arrangements for a befitting funeral for Casey."

Speaking of which ... it's unclear why Jean hasn't had Casey's body flown down to L.A. for a burial ... more than a week after his death.

Kerri tells us it's pretty clear ... Jean is deflecting a looming criminal investigation for elder abuse.

Poppy Montgomery can thank her powerful agents for a TV deal that pays her nearly $100K PER EPISODE ... and she can show some gratitude by paying them ... according to a new lawsuit.

United Talent Agency filed the lawsuit ... claiming Montgomery stiffed them to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars ... by not paying commissions for "Unforgettable."

UTA says Montgomery owes 10% commission for season 2 -- when she raked in $93K an episode -- and for season 3, where her salary was hiked to $97,340 an episode.

The agency figures Poppy owes them at least $248,222 ... but here's the rub. UTA says the promise to pay was oral. Hmmmm.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are channeling a bit of old Hollywood ... paying top dollar for a house that once belonged to Bing Crosby, TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources at Trulia tell us Fox and Green dropped $3.35M for the 6,710 square foot ranch home -- which was originally a carriage house on Der Bingle's estate in Toluca Lake.

The place doesn't exactly inspire dreams of White Christmases ... the 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom crib underwent a contemporary makeover during an extensive 2008 remodel. It now has lots of exposed wood .. and the master BR has a 2nd story loft.

Jeremy Meeks -- aka Dreamy McMug -- stands to make tens of thousands of dollars just for looking like a hot gangster.

Blaze Modelz tells TMZ ... "gangster models" are hot right now. The agency claims they can book Meeks with high-end fashion houses -- like Versace and Armani -- and he could rake in $15 - $30K a month.

Blaze also says they actually like Meeks' face tattoos ... even the gang-revealing teardrop. They thinks it's edgy and sexy. They didn't mention the Crip tattoo on his neck, but that can be covered.

Another modeling agency -- that did not want to be named -- tells us ... once Meeks is a free man they'd like to work with him as well.

Here's the problem. Meeks is currently being held on $900,000 bail with no prospect of getting out soon. He's a convicted criminal facing serious weapons charges and could be a little long in the tooth before he gets sprung.

Kim Kardashian got something special in her mail box over the weekend ... clumps of paint from her $300,000 Rolls Royce.

Seems Kim's assistant isn't proficient at navigating the ostentatious whip ... she tried backing out of the driveway and tore into the mailbox. What's amazing ... she didn't stop when she heard metal-on-metal.

Kim is all too forgiving ... her assistant's job is secure and the repair costs -- which could approach $20K -- will not be deducted from her salary.

DMX is gonna notice his royalty checks coming up light -- his ex-wife just got court approval to start garnishing his wages to satisfy his monthly child support ... TMZ has learned.

Tashera Simmons will be pulling $15,000 per month out of X's checks from Universal Music Publishing ... according to income withholding docs filed in New York state.

The docs state that $10,000 is earmarked for child support for the former couple's four kids, and another $5,000 goes toward "other."

B. Scott -- the transgender host who went to war with BET -- turned down the network's offer to settle their ongoing lawsuit ... and the gamble could end up costing him 6 figures.

As TMZ first reported, Scott lost his lawsuit against BET after suing for discrimination. He claimed network execs forced him to change into men's clothes at the BET Awards last year.

Losing the case left Scott on the hook for BET's attorney's fees ... which, according to court docs obtained by TMZ, totaled $279,000! But in a letter to Scott, his former employer offered to let him off easy for a mere $15,000 ... IF he promised to drop any appeals.

Scott opted to roll the dice -- he rejected the offer, filed an appeal, and now BET is going after him for the fees again ... demanding at least $150K.

Scott's not backing down, telling us ... "No one will tell me who I should be, how I should present myself, or what I do with my life."

2:27 PM PT -- Vanderpump's attorney tells TMZ ... “We are in absolute shock at the amount of punitive damages that were awarded. Especially in light of nominal compensatory damages awarded and the lack of sufficient evidence. We plan to immediately file an appeal and are confident that we will prevail.”

Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant just got nailed by an L.A. jury, which awarded a former waitress $100,000 in punitive damages in her sexual harassment lawsuit.

The whole jury verdict is bizarre ... jurors awarded Karina Bustillos over $6,000 last week after hearing testimony that a manager manhandled her, called her foul names and made sexual advances. But what's weird ... the jury did not place any liability on the manager, making it seem like they didn't believe her. So it's puzzling why Villa Blanca got nailed.

And now it's double-puzzling why the jury gave Karina punitives.

Both sides declared victory last week, but now it seems the jury wanted to teach Villa Blanca a lesson.

Zoe wants to move to New Orleans to shoot the show, and she's now asking the judge for an emergency order giving her temporary full custody, but J.P. strongly objects.
