The CSI empire is getting split right down the middle -- creator Anthony Zuiker's divorce is finally settled and his wife is walking away with half the massive TV fortune ... TMZ has learned.

Jennifer Zuiker filed for divorce back in 2011, but they just hammered out the details. Bottom line -- she gets HALF of any money Anthony earns from the 3 'CSI' TV shows he's created. She also gets a cut of "CSI: Cyber" ... which doesn't debut until next year.

Anything Anthony creates going forward though -- like say, CSI: Milwaukee or Billings -- would be all his. Additionally, she will have no creative control over the productions.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jennifer will get ZERO spousal support -- because although she says her monthly standard of living is $171,878 ... both parties agreed she'll be just fine with half of the CSI paychecks. The franchise makes THAT much bread. For reference ... the CSI shows have reportedly generated more than $6 BILLION.

They have 3 kids ... and Anthony will pay $10,000 a month in child support.

Jennifer put her foot down on a couple other things. She's keeping 100% of her clothing and accessories purchased from Alexander McQueen. Guess the items weren't Anthony's size. She also gets back a $26,282 deposit for a vacation on Richard Branson's private Necker Island.

Donald Trump has nothing on his ex-wife when it comes to wheeling and dealing ... because she recently sold her swanky Palm Beach estate, and made a $12 million PROFIT on the deal!

Ivana Trump bought the 12,352 sq. ft. mansion back in 1994 ... 2 years after she and DT divorced. The price tag then -- a measly $4.4M.

Ivana originally listed it for $18.9M, but dropped the price when she got no takers. Poor thing had to settle for closing the deal at $16.6 million.

The pad is called Concha Marina -- 'cause really rich folk name their houses -- and has 5 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. It also features an underground tunnel to the beach.

LisaRaye McCoy knows her way around a strip club ... and says the skin biz is doing better than ever ... thanks to the heavy-hitter of making it rain.

David Arquette is stone cold pimping for real now ... adding Hollywood's famous Crazy Girls strip club to his portfolio with a $1.5 million purchase.

TMZ broke the story ... David's been in negotiations to buy the classic club for the last 3 weeks - with the former owners originally asking for $1.7 million.

However, David held firm to his number and eventually won out, taking over control of the building ... and everything in it -- couches, chairs, bars, and of course ... plenty of poles.

We're told David plans to completely remodel the club in order to create an upscale burlesque show with an old school Hollywood feel ... the kind of act that would attract big money spenders.

David's no stranger to the night life ... already owning a piece of two of Hollywood's hottest clubs, Hooray Henry's and Bootsy Bellows.

He may never make it to the Hall of Fame, but Pete Rose just wrapped up a real estate transaction worthy of a plaque ... selling his home for a $1 MILLION PROFIT!!!

TMZ Sports has learned ... Charlie Hustle just sold his 5-bedroom home in Sherman Oaks, CA for a cool $1.9 million ... which is great news for the ex-MLBer who bought the place for $913k in '99.

No word on why Rose decided to part ways with the crib -- it's a pretty cool spot (pool, palm trees, office, bbq area) ... but he does spend a lot of time in Vegas these days.

Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert turned down $1 million to perform for ONE weekend in Las Vegas ... a significant sign that Caesars Palace might have a harder time than expected lining up replacements for Celine Dion while she's on hiatus.

TMZ has learned ... Blake and Miranda were offered a cool mil to play 3 shows at The Colosseum at Caesars back in February -- but when the couple countered at $1.25 million, the arena's operator AEG balked.

As we first reported ... Robin Williams and Mariah Carey also turned down similar 6-figure offers, in 2012 and 2013 respectively.

Of course, Celine recently announced she was postponing her residency at the Colosseum until March ... while she cares for her ailing husband.

The clock's ticking ... the venue has about 4,300 seats that will go empty if AEG and Caesars can't line up new talent. Maybe Miranda and Blake's asking price isn't so outrageous after all.

Chris Tucker should seriously consider making "Rush Hour 4" -- and maybe 5,6,7 and 8 -- because his bill for unpaid taxes has grown to more than $14 MILLION DOLLARS!

Tucker was just hit with a brand new federal tax lien for $2.5M ... which is on top of the $12 million he already owes Uncle Sam for past due taxes.

According to newly filed IRS docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Tucker failed to pay a total of $2,496,138.24 in 2008 and 2010.

That means the actor now owes back taxes for 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2010.

Grand total -- $14,068,047.50.

A rep for Chris tells us the actor just happened to settle up with the IRS on Friday. The rep was not specific about how it had been settled -- full payment or installment plan.

Uncle Sam's convo with Chris probably went like this ...

Sean Kingston is being sued by a NYC jeweler for not paying for several pieces of really, really nice jewelry -- and two pieces of cubic zirconia ... TMZ has learned.

According to the lawsuit, filed in New York, Kingston got more than $200,000 worth of ice from Avi Da Jeweler from 2008-2013 ... but never paid for any of it. In the suit, Avi says Kingston wrote checks seven different times over the years, and they all bounced.

Avi claims the orders throughout the years included watches and chains (two featuring Kingston's initials), a diamond "Jesus piece," a belly button chain (we're guessing not for him) ... and a cubic zirconia necklace and bracelet.

The jeweler also claims Kingston never returned a $12,000 ring he loaned him for a "106 & Park" appearance.

In all, Avi claims he's owed $226,200 and he wants an additional million bucks in punitive damages.

A rep for Kingston tells TMZ, "Mr. Kingston has paid Avi Da Jeweler well over $300,000 for jewelry that was appraised at far less than that and has the cashed checks to prove it. Additionally, no one would continue to supply jewelry to another individual for 5 years without ever receiving payment. Mr. Kingston fully intends to fight this lawsuit in a court of law."

For a guy who's usually dishing out the hits, Dallas Cowboys cornerback Orlando Scandrick took a pretty big one on his Hollywood Hills mansion ... selling the place for roughly $700k less than he wanted.

Scandrick originally listed the 3,300 square foot home last year fro $2.85 million -- but when no one bit for that price, he chopped it down ... and eventually let it go for $2.1 mil.

Scandrick bought the place back in 2011 right after signing a huge $27 million contract with Dallas ... and we can see why -- the place is pimp ... with sick views and sunken spa and retractable glass walls.

Congratulations, Corey Feldman -- you're the winner of the smallest celebrity divorce settlement we've seen this year.

According to court docs, Corey and his ex, Susannah -- who've been legally separated since 2009 -- just finalized their divorce ... and he'll be paying her $750 a month in child support for their 10-year-old son.

By comparison ... Charlie Sheen pays more than $100K a month to Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller -- and Eddie Murphy reportedly shells out $60K per month.

Also by comparison ... Corey Feldman hasn't had the success of Charlie or Eddie.

Susannah also gets the couple's 2002 Hyundai ... while he gets their 2001 Mercedes.

In the docs, Susannah agrees to give back the Feldman name, and return to her maiden name ... Sprague. We're guessing she agreed to that pretty quickly.

Neil Young is bailing on his wife after over 35 years of marriage, but he's not turning his back on their son ... an adult with special needs.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer filed to divorce singer-songwriter Pegi Young, citing irreconcilable differences. They got hitched back in 1978, and separated this past April.

In his divorce docs, Young makes no mention of paying Pegi alimony ... but says they've agreed that both will continue to support their adult son, Ben, who has cerebral palsy. (Neil actually has two adult kids with CP ... the other is from a previous relationship.)

Screw 50 Cent, Floyd Mayweather has a more rich and powerful ally in his corner -- Warren Buffett ... and the two hung out together at Floyd's boxing gym in Vegas Tuesday.

TMZ Sports has the footage of Warren arriving to the location (where he was told he would have to WAIT because Floyd hadn't arrived yet).

But this video is GREAT ... with Warren telling us the ONE casino game he refuses to play when he's gambling in Sin City.

Robin Williams turned down a huge Las Vegas offer 2 years before he died ... and sources connected with Robin tell us it's further proof he did NOT have money troubles.

TMZ has obtained an AEG Live document to Robin ... offering him $600,000 to headline 2 shows at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

We're told Robin's people turned the offer down ... he was shooting "The Crazy Ones" at the time. Robin's people -- who have maintained all along money was not a factor in his suicide -- tell TMZ if he was really cash-strapped he would have done some moonlighting in Vegas to rake in some dough.

Under the proposal ... ticket prices ranged from $75 - $150.

The woman responsible for the capture of War Machine says she's dying of cancer and has decided to pay the $20K reward forward.

Mary Casamento was staying at the same hotel where War Machine was hiding ... a fugitive from the law after allegedly brutally beating former GF Christy Mack.

Mary says she heard commotion and saw a woman run out of his room ... bloodied. She called cops who came and arrested him.

Mary scored a $20K reward -- $10K from Christy's family and an equal amount from "Pawn Stars" star Corey Harrison -- but she's not cashing in, because she already has enough to last her for the rest of her life. She's decided to give the dough to a Santa Clarita, CA battered women's shelter.
