Amber Rose Scores More than a Mil in Prenup

Published | Updated

We've learned there are 2 additional pages to the prenup ... and in them Wiz agrees to pay Amber spousal support in addition to the one-time payout. We're told the support is "modest" -- slightly more than $5K a month.

Amber Rose will score more than a million bucks from Wiz Khalifa ... based on a long prenup she demanded before getting married ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with both Amber and Wiz tell TMZ ... Amber made numerous demands in the prenup ... which is more than 8 pages long.

TMZ broke the divorce story ... including the fact that Amber wants the prenup enforced. We're told it's because she will get more money in her 1-year-marriage than she would without a prenup.

Cheating is IRRELEVANT ... California is a no-fault state and there's no mention of infidelity in the document.

Likewise ... the prenup does not mention custody, and for good reason -- the judge always makes that decision, based on the best interests of the child. Amber is asking for full legal and physical custody.

The Situation Clueless on Tax Filings ... Mi Familia Screwed It Up

Published | Updated

Marc Sorrentino's attorney tells us Sitch's bro is laying blame on their accountant ... telling us the guy has disappeared and hinting he's talking to the feds. He also says the unnamed accountant's staff "knows every word that comes out of his mouth is a lie."

Sounds like it's rolling downhill.

The Situation was kept in the dark on his finances ... letting his brother handle all the cash that was pouring in -- at least that's part of the defense Sitch will use in his tax fraud case.

Sources close to the ex "Jersey Shore" star tell us Marc Sorrentino took control of all of his bro's business dealings, including; negotiating deals, collecting cash, and filing paperwork ... including taxes.

We're told the Situation is definitely guilty of not paying close enough attention to where his money was was going ... and fully trusting Marc. One source close to Sitch tells us Mike never discussed money with his accountants ... and hasn't seen anyone from the accounting firm other than the day he became a client.

As we previously reported ... Mike and his brother were charged with tax fraud after allegedly cheating the IRS on over $8.9 million in income.

So, Sitch has a dilemma -- we're told he doesn't want to throw him to the IRS wolves ... but he's also not interested in going to prison for something he feels he didn't do.

Blood may be thicker than water, but tanning lotion? Stay tuned ...

Drew Brees ENDS WAR WITH EX-TEAMMATE After Losing $160k In Bad Investment

Published | Updated

Drew Brees is finally calling off the dogs on a former Saints teammate who allegedly screwed him out of $160k ... more than a year after battling the guy in court ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Brees had sued former Saints longsnapper Kevin Houser -- claiming the guy (who became a licensed security broker) duped him into buying $160k worth of tax credits from a defunct movie studio that turned out to be bogus and worthless.

Houser had fired back -- saying he NEVER had a deal to represent Brees in the transaction and says Drew simply made a stupid investment and should just take his loss like a man.

Now, we've learned ... the two sides have struck a settlement -- and though the terms are confidential, it's pretty safe to assume Houser probably had to kick over some cash.

We reached out to both sides for comment -- so far, no word back.

For the record, Brees signed a $100 million contract in 2012 ... so clearly, this wasn't about the money -- it was personal.

It will cost $5K to have the tooth replaced, and Amanda is cash-strapped. She's 35 and can only get part-time work as a stylist. She's taken to the crowdfunding site GoFundMe to raise the cash.

TMZ broke the story ... Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and his brother were indicted for tax fraud Wednesday morning, and turned themselves in to federal authorities in NJ. Mike has since been released on $250,000 bond.

TMZ has learned he will also be subject to random drug testing, and is prohibited from drinking any alcohol ... pending his trial. Mike's attorney says the sobriety condition was put in place because Mike went to rehab back in 2012 for pain pills.

Sitch claims he's been clean since rehab, anyway ... so it shouldn't be an issue. He also has to surrender his passports and can't leave New York or New Jersey without permission.

Disney's 'Frozen' Sued For $250 MILLION They Stole My Life Story

Published | Updated

You might have thought Walt Disney's "Frozen" was about an ice princess and a talking snowman ... but it's actually one woman's true-life story -- or so she's claiming in a new $250 MILLION lawsuit.

Isabella Tanikumi claims the movie is NOT based on the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale, "The Snow Queen" ... but rather her 2010 autobiography -- about growing up in the Andean mountains of Peru.

Tanikumi claims Disney plagiarized and copied the story, characters, and plots from her book ... and turned it into "Frozen" -- the highest grossing animated flick of all time.

We took a quick look at her book ... nope, didn't see a talking snowman.

Our advice to her ... let it go.

Kris/Bruce Jenner Divorce $60 Million Split

Published | Updated

Kris and Bruce Jenner's divorce settlement was probably less than you think, because multiple sources tell us ... the pot they divided was approximately $60 million.

We're told dividing the assets was "easy and amicable" ... almost all of their earnings were put in a joint account, and that includes their TV profits, Bruce's speaking engagements and their ownership in various businesses.

TMZ broke the story ... lawyers were not involved in the property settlement ... it was all done with the help of their business managers. Each filed legal docs in pro per -- meaning without lawyers.

Part of the settlement ... Kris gets the Hidden Hills estate. Bruce gets to keep his Sherwood Country Club membership.

There's no spousal support. The property gets divided, and that's that.

Bruce Jenner I'm Trading My Wife For a Sick New Car!!!

Bruce Jenner just went out and did what all men do when their woman is finally out of the picture ... drop $50k on a sick new toy.

Bruce bought a NASCAR-approved UTV race car. Kris Jenner's soon-to-be ex bought it from 928 Powersports who built it for NASCAR superstar Robby Gordon. And we're told it was an impulse buy ... we're guessing a celebration of sorts.

Bruce made the deal Monday at the Sand Sports Super Show in O.C. ... the same day Kris filed divorce docs. And, our spies on the ground tell us Bruce was literally grinning from ear-to-ear.

The Olympic gold medalist is a speed freak ... as in hardcore race fanatic. We're told he plans to break in his new speedster in February at the Griffin King of the Hammers in Johnson Valley, CA with sons Burt and Brandon.

Being single does have its privileges ... many privileges.

Kris Jenner Files for Divorce It's a DONE DEAL

Published | Updated

Kris Jenner has filed for divorce, and TMZ has learned it's already a done deal.

Kris filed pro per -- meaning NO LAWYER. Our sources say this was all orchestrated. Bruce Jenner's response was filed at the L.A. County Courthouse shortly after Kris filed, and it was a mirror image of Kris' petition.

They give the standard "irreconcilable differences" as grounds for the divorce.

Everything has been worked out with their business managers ... our sources say. There was NO PRENUP and they have already agreed to a property split.

Neither party will get spousal support. As for Kylie -- who is 17 -- they have joint custody.

Bruce, Kris and their managers worked out the deal over the last few months.

They separated June 1, 2013. That's significant because once they're separated they don't continue to share earnings -- in other words, what's hers stays hers after separation.

We're told the divorce is "totally amicable."

Babe Ruth Yankees Contract Up for Auction 'No Booze, In Bed By 1 AM'

Published | Updated

The very first contract Babe Ruth negotiated with the NY Yankees is about to hit the auction block -- which specifically outlines the MLB legend was BANNED FROM BOOZE and had a 1 AM bedtime.

TMZ Sports has learned ... the contract -- hand-signed by George Herman Ruth on March 10, 1922 -- is being auctioned off by Goldin Auctions ... and the sellers tell us they're expecting to fetch over $1 mil.

The terms of the 3-year deal are pretty interesting ... Babe agreed to league-high $52k-per-season ... but there were a couple of catches.

For instance, Babe had to fork over a $30 deposit for his uniform and was not allowed to play any other sport while under contract.

But the big one ... a clause that was added which spelled out that Babe was to "refrain entirely from the use of intoxicating liquors and that he shall not during the training and playing season in each year stay up later than 1 o'clock A.M. on any day without the permission and consent of the club's manager."

At the time Babe signed the deal, he had already been with the Yanks for 3 years ... but was playing under the contract he signed with his previous team, the Boston Red Sox.

The contract will hit the auction block on October 6th. Good luck ...

Pusha T Accused of Party Foul ... Doubling Down in Miami Nightclubs

Published | Updated

Pusha T got busted cheating in Miami, and it could cost him thousands of dollars -- except it's not a chick who caught him stepping out ... it's a couple of clubs.

According to a lawsuit filed in Miami, the rapper agreed to do an appearance at Cameo nightclub on August 16 -- and part of the deal banned him from appearing at any other clubs within 30 miles of Miami-Dade County within 15 days ... before or after his Cameo gig.

So, naturally ... Pusha was at Dream Nightclub on August 15 for a celebrity hoops tournament, and Cameo's calling a foul. They claim Pusha's double cross -- intentional or not -- cost them $13,000 in sales ... cause who wants to see Pusha T on consecutive nights?

Cameo is suing for their lost revenue and more. We called Pusha T, but he hasn't gotten back to us. Probably at another club.
