Amanda Bynes Roommates Demand Money For Hair Dye Damage

Published | Updated

Amanda Bynes and her parents are on the verge of getting sued for allegedly trashing the apartment where she's been staying.

TMZ broke the story ... Amanda was staying with 3 girls in West Hollywood ... one of whom was her hair stylist. The girls say Amanda went wild at times ... burning cigarette holes in the carpets, splashing blue hair dye on the carpets and porcelain sinks, and on and on.

The mother of one of the girls signed the lease, and she contacted Amanda's parents and demanded $1,500 to repair the damage.

We know Amanda's parents told the mother to pound sand, saying the girls knew Amanda was unstable when they allowed her to stay against the parents' wishes, so as far as they're concerned the girls assumed the risk.

One of the girls told us ... Amanda was like 2 different people -- sometimes she was sweet and quiet and then on a dime she would turn angry and rude.

Stephen Collins My Awful Wife Owes Me a Mil For Molestation Recording

Published | Updated

Stephen Collins is on the attack ... demanding a million dollars from his wife for secretly recording his confession that he's a child molester ... TMZ has learned.

Faye Grant appeared in court Wednesday AM for the first day of their divorce trial. Stephen was a no show, but we obtained docs which outline his new demand. He claims Faye should pay because he can't get work as a result of TMZ posting the audio.

Stephen says Faye had no right to secretly record him in his therapist's office -- that she had a legal duty to protect his privacy. And he claims she's responsible for leaking the recording to TMZ.

Stephen wants a million bucks ... presumably deducted from her share of the community property, which we're told is valued at around $14 million.

The trial was delayed because Faye's lawyer told the judge he didn't want to rep her anymore because of a fee dispute ... so she needs a new lawyer.

Kim Kardashian Didn't Get Squat For Ass Pic

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian's ass is the biggest news in the world today -- and that's only somewhat overstated -- but her wallet remains the same size ... because we know she got bupkis for the pic.

Our sources at Paper Magazine say ... Kim's sole motivation was working with famed photog Jean-Paul Goude. The mag does not have the money to pay Kim her market value, so compensation was never really an option.

We now know the shoot went down during Paris Fashion Week in September. The plan was to shoot just one cover, but she and JPG hit it off so well they "got creative" and shot a lot more.

We're told there'll be more pics coming out later this week.

If the Internet survives until then, of course.

Published | Updated

Leonardo DiCaprio turns 40 better than you do ... 'cause when he does it ... he's surrounded by hot models and A-list celebs in a super-exclusive club.

According to sources inside the party ... Leo shutdown SoHo House in West Hollywood Tuesday night. His pals Tyrese, Adam Levine, Russell Simmons, and Robin Thicke were there -- but more importantly ... there was a ton of window dressing.

We're told it was about "80% models" inside the event ... which, for Leo, adds up to a very happy birthday.

Makes ya wonder -- who's eating Gilbert Grape?

Nick Carter Battling Kenny G's Wife Over Trashed Beach House

Published | Updated

Kenny G's ex-wife is at war with Nick Carter ... claiming he trashed her Malibu beach house ... leaving it littered with dog and cat poop.

The "Backstreet Boys" singer rented the home from Lyndie Benson in the super-exclusive Malibu Cove Colony for the very reasonable price of $17K/mo. plus a $35K security deposit.

Sources close to Benson claim Nick left the place a wreck ... flooding the house by overloading the septic tank, and letting his pets crap and pee everywhere.

Carter's calling BS ... he's furious she only returned around $1,700 of the security, so he's suing to get the balance.

Carter says the house was a mess when he got it ... stained carpets, leaky toilets and a broken A/C.

Carter -- who by the way lists his income at over $1M a year -- is suing for the balance.

Ariel Winter Teenage Millionaire Who Spends Like a Teenager

Published | Updated

Ariel Winter pulls in way more money than your average 16-year-old girl, but she eats just like a normal teenager.

Winter's guardianship requires her sister to file a list of Ariel's expenses.

In the docs, we get a glimpse into Winter's 2013 eating habits ... which are shockingly typical.

-- 8 trips to In-N-Out
-- 6 trips to Subway
-- 17 trips to Starbucks and Coffee Bean
-- 12 orders from GrubHub (food deliver website)

But then, as a reminder that she's actually not that average, Ariel lists her shopping sprees, which include:

-- $8,938 at Chanel
-- $1,253 in one visit to Victoria's Secret
-- $1,570 at Christian Louboutin

It's not like she can't afford it -- the docs say Winter made about $1.5 million in the last 18 months.

Greatest allowance ever.

'Real Housewife of Atlanta' Screws Detroit Schools You'll Get NOTHING From Me

Published | Updated

NeNe Leakes has become a public enemy in Detroit, after glibly stiffing the school system out of $20K.

It's shocking ... NeNe challenged fellow "Real Housewives of Atlanta" castmate Kenya Moore to pony up $20K for the charity of Kenya's choice, so she picked the Detroit Public Schools Foundation and paid. NeNe then said she'd match Kenya's donation.

Now get this ... on Andy Cohen's show Sunday, she told the schools to kick rocks, then dropped this bomb ... that the statute of limitations had run out on her promise.

The prez of the foundation is incredulous, telling us there's no statute of limitations. She says they never heard from NeNe, but would be more than happy to take her money.

NeNe always says she's a rich bitch. At least we KNOW half that is true.

Bruce Jenner Putting His Balls On the Line, But... Not His Pesos in Baja Race

Published | Updated

Bruce Jenner will be showing off his immense huevos by competing with his son in the legendary Baja 1000 this week ... thanks to more than $1 million in sponsorships.

Bruce and Burt Jenner will attempt to tame one of the world's most dangerous off-road courses through the Mexican desert at insane speeds -- and the 5-day race ain't cheap.

Sources connected to Team Jenner tell us entry fees alone are $125K minimum, the truck cost $500K ... plus several hundred thousands more in expenses and equipment. All in, we're talking more than $1 million, but Bruce isn't spending a cent of his own dough.

Team owner Craig Potts, along with sponsors Gladiator Tires and House Beer, are putting up all the cash. We're told Burt will drive the 1st 400 miles with Bruce navigating, then Bruce will take the wheel for the 2nd leg ... and Potts gets the home stretch.

The race, which begins Wednesday, is no cake walk. X Games star Kurt Caselli was killed last year, and multiple drivers and spectators have died during the event over the years.

Buena suerte, señors!

The Situation My Rent's Paid in Full ... But I'm Movin' Out

Published | Updated

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's gonna need a new place to GTL -- fast ... he's hightailing it out of his NJ house ... ending his war with the landlord.

As we first reported ... Sorrentino's landlord, Pat Giganti, took Sitch to court ... to try and force him out of a $700K rental home in Manchester, NJ. Giganti claims Situation is a lousy tenant who's trashed 2 different homes.

Both sides were in court Monday, but the case was dismissed because Sitch was up to date on his rent. Rather than continuing to fight Giganti though ... Situation's decided to get the hell outta Dodge. We're told he'll be moving out within 2 days, and moving trucks are already at the house.

As for any alleged damages -- Giganti tells us he will have to file separate lawsuits to collect any $$$.
Situation is also threatening a lawsuit ... if Giganti doesn't give him back his security deposit.

Justin Bieber I Paid My Nemesis Neighbor $80K for Egging

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber is $80K poorer -- and he's a lot calmer because he's paid his former neighbor the cost of undoing all the damage from the egging, and Biebs has taken steps to control his temper.

Bieber's attorney Shawn Holley said to a judge Monday Bieber has done what he's supposed to do to complete his probation.

In addition to the money, Bieber is required to take 12 anger management classes ... and he's completed 6. He's in the process of doing his 5 days of community labor.

It's interesting ... Bieber was at a bible studies class over the weekend, so maybe he really is mellowing out.

Bieber is on track to finish everything by Feb 10th. He'll still be on probation until 2016.

TMZ posted the video shot by the neighbor after the egging incident last January ... and Bieber's voice can clearly be heard. And surveillance video taken from Justin's home showed he was part of the egg attack.

Mike Tyson On Mayweather's Spending: 'Have a Ball!'

Published | Updated

Mike Tyson has some advice for Floyd Mayweather when it comes to spending ridiculous amounts of cash ... HAVE A BALL!!!

Of course, critics have been all over Mayweather for years ... saying he'll end up broke if he continues to drop millions on jets, cars, diamonds, etc after his boxing career is over ... because it's impossible to bring in those MASSIVE $72 million paychecks after he's done fighting.

But Mike -- who famously went broke after making more than $300 million during his boxing career -- wasn't exactly steering Floyd away from spending when we asked him about it at LAX over the weekend.

We also talked to Mike about another boxer -- Adrian Broner -- who's making $10k-a-pop for showing up to parties ... and Tyson gave him the thumbs up too! Check out the clip ...

Tisha Campbell I Got Screwed Over In Bentley Deal

Published | Updated

Tisha Campbell is either the victim of a car scam or a wannabe used car dealer.

So check this out. The "Martin" star says she leased a 2007 Bentley Continental, but decided she didn't want to drive it. So she leased it to a woman named Belinda Baker.

According to Tisha's new lawsuit ... Baker agreed to pay her $90K up front and then make 11 payments of $5,000. So when all was said and done, Baker would pay Tisha $145,000.

Tisha says Baker paid the $90K but hasn't anted up another dime ... and she has no idea what Baker has done with the car.

But Baker tells a more nefarious story. She says the car is only worth $80K so charging an unwitting Bentley driver nearly twice that is outrageous. On top of that, Baker says she believed she was buying the car, not leasing it.

It looks like both ladies are wrong, because according to the contract they signed, Baker agreed to pay $70K up front and $5K a month for 11 months. And it's clearly a lease.

People are entitled to make bad deals. It's America, dammit.

Ariana Grande My Humble Beginnings ... Weren't So Humble

Published | Updated

Everyone has to start at the bottom in Hollywood ... well, almost everyone -- because we found out Ariana Grande has been getting baller perks ever since she was a kid.

We got hold of Ariana's first entertainment contract for the 2009 Nickelodeon show "Victorious." She raked in $9,000 per episode for the first season -- not bad for an unknown 16-year-old.

She got even more for writing songs for the show ... $4K for a theme song, $3K for a song played in various episodes, and $1,500 for a 20-second ditty.

She got another music contract to record up to 5 albums -- with a guarantee that starts at $50K for the first album and goes up from there.

Best part -- her contract promises that other than "marquee" stars like Victoria Justice -- no one would have a better dressing room than hers.

Beats working the drive-thru at McDonalds.

We've learned Broner is taking a bus across the country -- John Madden style -- and booking dates to be the official life of your part ... raking in between $6k and $10k per event.

Broner's party habits are legendary -- the bottles ... the girls ... the dance moves -- and now he's trying to turn his love of raging into a legit business.

We're told the response has been crazy ... and Broner's booked every single weekend through the end of the year.

But Broner is also down to work holidays -- we're told he's offering up his services on Thanksgiving and Christmas ... to the highest bidder.

The Situation Landlord Says WORST TENANT EVER

Published | Updated

The Situation has both the civil and criminal courts covered in New Jersey ... because his landlord will ask a judge on Monday to boot Sitch from his home.

Pat Giganti is a tolerant if foolish man ... he rented to The Situation once before and got burned -- the "Jersey Shore" star trashed his $750,000 home 2 years ago.

But Giganti -- clearly a glutton for punishment -- rented Sitch another home worth around $700K in Manchester, NJ ... and apparently history has repeated itself.

The landlord claims there are bottles at the bottom of the pool, rips in the pool liner, holes in the wall and a ton of other problems that go with big, drunken parties.

And there's this ... the landlord says Sitch is a deadbeat who's behind on rent.

In the greater scheme of things it's small potatoes ... the reality star faces hard time if he's convicted of tax fraud.

Fame ... sometimes it really is a bitch.

Skrillex I'd Need WAY MORE than Deadmau5 ... to Spin With Paris Hilton

Published | Updated

Skrillex says he'd charge way more than $2 million bucks to spin alongside Paris Hilton -- but unlike Deadmau5 ... he's got a good cause on his mind.

Skrilly was heading into LAX to catch a flight when our photog told him about Deadmau5's steep price tag to squash his beef with Paris on stage.

The A-list DJ admitted he'd charge WAY MORE ... but you gotta hear his explanation for why -- it's actually commendable.

If only some rich concert promoter would start opening his wallet.
