Amanda Bynes Lawyer Wants Money for Services, Ballet Slippers

Published | Updated

Amanda Bynes just learned ballet can be really expensive, because the lawyer who fetched her dancing shoes and helped guide her in court now wants thousands of bucks for his efforts.

Artemio Santiago, Esquire has filed legal docs claiming he was Amanda's savior. Santiago says Amanda was a mess last October ... refusing to take her meds while she was a patient at a Pasadena mental facility. He says Amanda hired him and the first thing he did was get her back on her meds.

Santiago says he became like an attendant, bringing her personal items like ballet shoes, tights, DVDs and various books.

You may remember after Amanda got out of the psych ward she was supposed to go to court but ended up eating lunch at a Hollywood diner with her lawyer. That was Santiago.

Now he wants around $16K for his troubles.

Amanda's parents and the lawyer for the conservatorship have a very simple position ... Amanda didn't have the mental capacity to even hire a lawyer, so go kick rocks.

Big Boy Sued Radio Station Says He'll Leave The Neighborhood Over Their Dead Body!

Published | Updated

12:45 PM PT -- Big Boy released this statement Thursday:

“I feel nothing but love and gratitude for the nearly 21 years I’ve spent with my listeners at Power 106. I am proud of everything I accomplished over the last two decades and the contributions I made to the station’s success. All I want to do right now is get back to what I love, what I am meant to do – wake up every morning and hang with my listeners. They are my family. Their love and devotion mean everything to me.”

Big Boy -- one of the biggest personalities in radio -- is apparently too popular for his own good. The communications group that ran his show for decades claims Big Boy has betrayed them by jumping to a competitor and they are hell-bent on stopping it.

Emmis is taking it real personal, saying it discovered Big Boy more than 20 years ago when he was working as a bodyguard, and turned him into one of the most dynamic personalities on the air.

Big Boy was making $1.45 million a year -- plus bonuses and a car -- but his contract was up at the end of this month. According to the suit, Big Boy got an offer from iHeartMedia of $3.5 million plus other royalties and perks, including the use of a private jet.

But Emmis says it has a right under the existing deal to match a competitor's offer and keep him, and says that's exactly what it did ... but he told the company he was leaving anyway.

The outlet that carries Big Boy's Neighborhood in L.A. -- Power 106 FM -- started Wednesday's morning drive time ... his usual shift ... by playing music without a DJ, though one eventually came on around 6 AM.

But Emmis is on the attack, asking a judge for an order prohibiting Big Boy from bailing. Emmis also wants $5 million.

We called Big Boy ... so far no answer.

Beyonce and Jay Z We're Movin' to L.A.!

Published | Updated

Beyonce and Jay Z are moving to L.A. and they've already enrolled Blue Ivy in school ... TMZ has learned.

We've learned ... Beyonce and Jay Z are currently living in a hotel in Beverly Hills and actively looking for an estate to buy on the westside of L.A., which includes Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills and Bel-Air. We're told they have already discreetly looked at a number of homes, but so far none fit the bill.

We've also learned the famous couple enrolled their 3-year-old into a toddler program at an elite private school -- we know which one but we're not naming it. But we will tell you, the tuition is $15,080 a year.

We're told Blue Ivy was admitted halfway through the school year, which is unusual. The school generally only accepts students at the beginning of the school year.

As for why they're moving, sources connected with the couple tell us they want "a change in lifestyle." You'll recall, Bey and Jay spent the summer in a $200K a month rental near Bev Hills.

We do not know but assume they will keep their New York digs.

Walmart Heiress Divorce Hubby Won't Settle for Top Ramen

Published | Updated

The man who's getting divorced from Walmart heiress Paige Laurie says he's become accustomed to their lifestyle and needs around a quarter of a million bucks a month to keep the yacht afloat.

Patrick Dubbert -- who separated from Paige after less than 6 years of marriage -- says in legal docs obtained by TMZ, he misses his life and she needs to fork over between $210K and $240K a month AFTER TAXES (gross would be just over $400K a month) for necessities that include:

- Rental home -- between $40K and 60K a month
- Furniture -- $10K a month
- Personal chef -- $6,700 a month
- Clothes -- 5K a month
- Personal trainer -- $2,500 a month
- Vacations $30K a month (but that includes NetJets)
- Entertainment $80K a month
- Personal stylist -- $1K a month
- Driver -- $4K a month

Dubbert complains he was living with Paige in their $11 million home, and now he's stuck in a Santa Monica apartment half of the year. He spends the other 6 months with his parents in Jefferson City, MO.

Dubbert's argument -- he's worked for her company, and he needs some time to get back into the job market -- and money -- to get back on his feet.

And he says, the law is the law and he's become accustomed to their lavish lifestyle, which included yacht parties that costs $500K a pop, travel in the Walmart private jet, and on and on.

He says Paige rakes in $872K a month just from stocks and dividends, so she can more than afford to pay him.

Here's the hardest one to swallow. He wants HER to pay him $2,500 so he can make charitable donations.

Jeremy Renner Estranged Wife Wants Custody and Cash

Published | Updated

Jeremy Renner's estranged wife is gunning for primary custody of their kid ... and speaking of gunning, she has a issue with his.

Sonni Pacheco -- who married Jeremy in January 2014 -- has filed a document that is endlessly long, making a series of curious demands and accusations.

Sonni is asking for primary custody of their 22-month-old daughter Ava. What's curious ... since they split in December, we've learned they have shared 50/50 custody. In California there's a presumption that a divorcing couple should share joint custody, which is what they've had.

In addition, she's claiming his house is unsafe for the child. Sonni says the pool needs to be properly fenced. She also claims he has a gun collection and one of the weapons are out in the open, behind a bar. But we're told when she lived in that house with their child the pool was protected and the guns were all locked up.

Sonni claims Jeremy's loaded and she's not -- so she wants lots of child support. She says he made around $3.5 million in 2014 and has $13 million in assets.

In the legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Sonni says when she told Jeremy he'd have to pay child support he responded, "Get a j.o.b." But our sources say he's been paying child support since they split.

She also wants $75K in attorney's fees and another $25K in other legal expenses.

Sources connected with Jeremy grouse he's given Sonni everything she's asked for and this is just a ploy to make what should be a simple divorce very expensive.

In the end, both stars decided to visit both charities ... but Evans' organization, Christopher's Haven, tells us they got an unexpected boost from fans looking to pitch in as well.

Joyce Duvall, executive director of Christopher's Haven -- which helps provide housing for families with children fighting pediatric cancer -- tells us the org. received just over $11k from fans.

"The coolest thing about something like this is that all the kids win ... no matter what happened in the football game," Duvall says.

Actually, the coolest thing might be when the actors show up IN COSTUME ... but yeah, the fundraising's cool too.

Nice work, America.

Suge Knight Bail Pulled

Published | Updated

Suge Knight will be in jail for a while, because he's now being held with no bail ... and that's because of his criminal past.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... he is no longer being held on $2 million bail because authorities believe he's both a flight risk and more than capable of intimidating witnesses.

As for the flight risk ... it's hard to argue with that. Suge left the scene after hitting 2 people with his truck -- one fatally -- and someone who flees can easily be considered a flight risk.

As for intimidating witnesses ... the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. convinced the bail commissioner his vast criminal past is evidence enough.

The car is insane -- it's a 2015 McLaren 650S Spider with a retractable hardtop. Top speed -- 204 mph and goes from 0-60 in 2.9 seconds.

Sources close to the boxer tell us ... Floyd ordered the car through his regular exotic car guy Obi Okeke at Fusion Luxury Motors in Van Nuys, Ca -- and had the car delivered to his Vegas home last week.

As we previously reported, Mayweather has more than $7 million in luxury cars ... and if he signs that contract to fight Manny, his vehicle budget is gonna get considerably larger.

Scooter Braun Droppin' Epic Bachelor Pad Before Fatherhood

Published | Updated

Scooter Braun kissed bachelorhood goodbye last year ... and now he's ready to cash out on his ultimate bachelor pad to the tune of nearly $12 million.

Braun's 5,300 sq. ft. former man palace is cavernous ... no doubt Justin Bieber crashed more than once in the 4-bed, 5-bath digs Scooter bought in 2011 for $5.7 million.

The testosterdome has a pool, a cabana (for babes), a koi pond (for the koi), and massive floor to ceiling glass walls -- which possibly inspired Biebs to score a glass house too.

Scooter's wife Yael is about to have their first kid ... so the timing's right to scrub all traces of his single days. Last year they dropped $13 mill on a more family-friendly 11,137 sq. ft. mansion in Brentwood.

The baby's definitely going home to a huge crib.

Lil Wayne to Birdman I'm Willing to Stay If the Price is Right

Published | Updated

Lil Wayne will stay with Cash Money and Birdman IF they ante up the money he's owed ... in fact, we're told if Cash Money pays up, Wayne has no choice but to stay.

Sources involved in the case tell TMZ ... Wayne feels Birdman's decision to avoid paying him is nothing more than a power play. TMZ broke the story that Wayne is suing, and a central claim is that Birdman has consistently stiffed him over the last year.

There are 2 payments that have irked Wayne -- he says he was owed $8 million when he went into the studio to record "Tha Carter V" in December 2013, and another $2 mil when he completed the album last month.

We're told the hope is that Universal -- which distributes Cash Money Records -- will step in and earmark the $10 mil for Wayne. And we're told Universal is already putting pressure on Cash Money to settle.

If Cash Money pays Wayne the $10 mil, it would essentially eliminate any breach of contract. That means Wayne would have no legal basis to ask out of the contract. Even though Wayne's suing for $51 million, most of that is predicated on future lost profits which would not be an issue if they settle.

As for the release of "Tha Carter V" ... even if the case settles the power would be in Birdman's claws.
