Bobby Flay Files for Divorce Wife Skewered by Prenup
Bobby Flay has pulled the trigger and filed for divorce, TMZ has learned, and we're told their prenup has already become a major bone of contention.
Bobby says in his legal docs his 10 year marriage to Stephanie March has "broken down irretrievably." TMZ broke the story the couple separated 3 weeks ago.
Turns out they signed a prenup when they married back in 2005 and we're told it really favors Mr. Flay. Our sources say it was signed in 2005, when Bobby was already a multi-millionaire and Stephanie was a mid-level actress.
They have no kids together, so we're told they're squabbling over property. We're told she's mighty unhappy with the prenup.
Sources connected with Bobby say he's "heartbroken" the marriage has come to an end, but still cares for Stephanie.

Meek Mill Car Dealer Demanding $250k For Instagram Diss
Meek Mill has driven his car dealer mad ... mad enough to sic his lawyers on him and demand $250k for slamming his business.
According to the demand letter sent out by Euro Motor Sport, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale ... Meek wreaked havoc on his biz with an Instagram last week. The post showed a sweet Lambo Aventador, but included the caption, "Make sure you never buy no cars from #eurosports selling expensive cars with salvaged tittles."
Grammar and spelling aside ... the dealer says Meek's IG post is ruining its reputation -- especially with celebrity clients. They point out Rick Ross even reposted Meek's message.
According to Euro Sports owner Gene Morales the beef started when Meek's manager went to pick up a Rolls Royce Ghost ... but still owed $15k on the $200k whip. Things got heated when Morales refused to hand over the keys without payment, and he ended up calling cops.
Cooler heads prevailed though when Morales struck a deal ... agreeing to hand off the car for a mere $8,000. You'd think Meek would have been happy, but he still bitched on IG.
Now, Morales wants the quarter of a million bucks to cover the damage to his rep, and he wants Meek to delete the Instagram and apologize. If not ... Meek could be facing his second lawsuit in recent days.

Scientology's David Miscavige P.I. Tells Cops Tom Cruise Funds Everything!
Tom Cruise underwrites so much of Scientology, people connected with the Church root for the success of his movies, even when they suck.
P.I. Daniel Powell, who claims to have been hired by the Church to tail the father of Scientology leader David Miscavige, joked with cops ... Tom was the biggest moneymaker by far in the Church.
In fact, Powell wisecracks that Tom is probably paying the $10k a week salary to keep tabs on and harass Ronald Miscavige.
But the movie reference is hilarious, and we're guessing he's referring to "Oblivion," which was released in April 2013, one month before the P.I. had his chitchat with cops.

Mischa Barton My Mother's a Financial Vampire ... She's Sucking Me Dry
Mischa Barton's mother/manager pocketed a chunk of her daughter's salary from a movie -- and even kicked Mischa out of her own Beverly Hills mansion ... according to a new lawsuit.
Mischa filed the suit against her mom, Nuala Barton ... claiming she's a "greedy stage mother posing as a talent manager" ... and says she lied to Mischa about her income on a film called "The Hoarder." In the docs, Mischa says Nuala told her she was being paid a certain amount ... but eventually found out from the production company her salary was higher than that number.
She says Nuala took the difference for herself ... and also took a 10% management fee. She doesn't mention specific numbers in the lawsuit.
Mischa says mommie dearest also used her name to pimp out a handbag line and to open a Mischa Barton fashion boutique in London -- all of which might have been great if Mischa got a dime from any of it. She says Nuala kept all the profits for herself.
As for Mischa's home -- she says her mother rigged the paperwork to give herself co-ownership of the 8 bedroom, 11 bath mansion. According to the suit, Nuala even took out loans against the property -- and then kicked her out of her own home. She says her mom and dad are now "comfortably" entrenched in the mansion.
The suit gets particularly nasty ... with Mischa stating her parents "sit back expecting their daughter's hard work and dedication to her craft to support their lifestyle." She adds neither of them has had a job, outside of Mischa Inc., in over a decade.
Interestingly, Mischa didn't sue Dad, but that's probably only because he's not her manager.

Floyd Mayweather Rocking $25,000 Mouthpiece With Real $100 Bills Inside
Floyd Mayweather is so MONEY -- his mouthpieces are stuffed with REAL $100 BILLS ... TMZ Sports has learned.
This is no joke ... we've learned Floyd pays roughly $25,000-a-pop to get custom grill-protectors from NYC-based dentist Dr. Lee Gause -- one of the most famous mouthpiece makers in pro sports.
So why the high price tag?
Well, the fact Floyd often customizes his guards with things like gold flakes, diamonds and real $100 bills (sealed inside the mouthguard) ... ups the price from the regular pieces.
Plus, Dr. Guase often flies out to Vegas to customize the fit for "Money" before a fight -- and Floyd says Gause's guards help him breathe better than other mouthpieces.
We spoke with Floyd, who tells us, "My career's gone on 19 years and I've been able to preserve my smile."
