Disney Channel Star Staring Down Nearly $800k ... Thanks 'Bizaardvark'!!!
Teen star Ethan Wacker's Disney Channel sitcom, "Bizaardvark," should be called 'Cash Cow' ... as far as he's concerned -- 'cause the kid's in line to earn way more than half a mil off the franchise.
We got a hold of the 15-year-old's contract, filed in court because he's a minor, and for the first 2 seasons alone -- 41 episodes -- he's hauled in more than $375k. If the Mouse House signs up for 2 more seasons, with his raises, Ethan could earn more than another $400,000.
The contract also accounts for a potential "Bizaardvark" movie -- Ethan gets $150k for that. He'll bank $75k per movie if Disney opts to use him in any other flicks ... plus some bonus change -- $500 a pop for public appearances.
Your parents were right. It pays to study ... your scripts.

Charles Manson Will Surfaces Pen Pal Gets Everything
Charles Manson left his estate to a pen pal ... and what the murderer left behind may actually be valuable.
The pen pal -- he asked us not to use his name -- began writing Manson in the '90s and the 2 exchanged letters and phone calls for 2 decades. The man even visited Manson in prison from time to time.
We obtained a copy of a crudely written will which we're told was drafted by Manson. It's typed but there's handwriting on the document. We checked the handwriting in the will against Manson's known handwriting, and they appear very similar. Check out the comparison.
The will -- dated February 14, 2002 -- leaves all of Manson's personal belongings, including cash, image rights and clothing to Manson's pen pal. More significantly, Manson leaves his "exclusive music catalog" to the guy. Manson fancied himself as a songwriter and even wrote a Beach Boys song the group recorded.
The will says Manson's body should be turned over to his pen pal. He says he will claim the body, but as we reported, if he doesn't do it within 10 days of Manson's death, the prison will cremate him.
Manson specifically disinherited his known children, ex-wives, in-laws, lawyers, friends, prisoners, inmates, cops, guards, and the State of California.
The man tells us he began writing Manson in the '90s out of curiosity, and after more than 50 letters with no reply ... Manson finally wrote back in 1997. He claims the 2 struck up a friendship through letters and eventually phone calls, and he met Manson in person for the first time in 2002 ... the same year Manson drafted the will.
He claims he visited with Manson several times after that and got his last phone call from him on October 21 ... just weeks before his death.
The 2002 will includes a handwritten note from Manson, saying ... "I'm not in the best spot to rest in peace" along with his signature. We're told the witness signature is that of a fellow inmate.

Johnny Manziel's Fiancee At War With Ex Involving FBI, Diamonds, Louis Vuitton
Before Bre Tiesi said "yes" to Johnny Manziel ... she was engaged to another man -- and the backstory involves everything from money to diamonds to the FBI.
Bre's ex-fiance is Chris Anzalone -- who was a BALLER in Southern California until he was arrested and convicted for running a $16 million investment fraud scheme.
But before he was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison, Anzalone showered Bre in riches -- including cars, designer purses, Rolex watches and a 10-carat diamond engagement ring.
Their relationship went sour when Chris was locked up -- and Anzalone claims Bre embezzled more than $1.3 MILLION in cash and expensive property.
Chris has lawyered up and demanded his stuff back -- but there's one problem ... Bre says he's lying and she doesn't have it anymore.
TMZ Sports spoke with Bre's attorney who says Tiesi met with FBI agents and surrendered every item she was asked to give up ... items the feds claim she received from Anzalone's ill-gotten fortune.
Bre says none of it was embezzled -- everything she had was given to her as a gift.
Bre's lawyers also provided documents to TMZ Sports showing a list of the surrendered items which include Louis Vuitton backpacks, designer luggage, watches and rings.
Bre's attorneys say Anzalone also accused Tiesi of letting Manziel propose to her with the ring HE used back in the day. But Bre's team provided receipts showing Johnny's ring was purchased in February.
Anzalone has fired off legal letters to Bre's team threatening a lawsuit. Bre's lawyers deny any wrongdoing and have this message for Anzalone ... BRING IT ON.
Guess Bre has a thing for bad boys ...

Nigel Lythgoe 'Innocent Until Proven Guilty' Out the Window
Nigel Lythgoe is troubled by misconduct allegations made by Ryan Seacrest's stylist ... especially because she allegedly wanted $15 million in return for her silence.
We got the brainchild behind "American Idol" Wednesday at the Grove, and asked about the stylist who says Seacrest crossed the line with her between 2007 and 2010 -- right at the time "A.I." was huge. Nigel says the money demand is troubling.
TMZ broke the story ... the woman's lawyer asked for $15 million and threatened to send a press release -- which he had prepared -- to the media unless he got paid ... this according to multiple sources. The lawyer denies he demanded $15 mil but does not deny making a money demand.
Nigel went on to grouse that the concept of "innocent until proven guilty" has been turned on its head.
Faith Evans Auctioning Tupac's Junk Pics and Biggie's Murder Car ... It's Just Vile
Faith Evans says it's a sign of the times that an auction house is trying to make money by selling a pic of Tupac's junk.
We got Biggie's widow Wednesday at LAX and she expressed dismay about Tupac's selfie that's hitting the auction block. But as bad as that is ... she thinks auctioning off the door of the car in which Biggie was gunned down is even worse.
Faith thinks there's a bigger issue ... that people will do anything for publicity and a buck.
Ray Lewis Sued Botched Bourbon Deal ... w/ Famous Racehorse
The bourbon company bearing Ray Lewis' name is accused of putting the "stiff" in stiff drink -- allegedly bailing on a $50k sponsorship deal involving one of the most famous racehorses alive.
The ex-NFL star is being sued -- along with the folks behind Ray's Reserve bourbon -- by Leverage Agency, which sells sponsorships at sports events.
Long story short, the company behind Ray's Reserve allegedly agreed to pay $50k to sponsor California Chrome at the 2017 Pegasus World Cup Invitational Race in Florida back in January.
The deal was that RR would pay $25k in cash and $25k in Ray's Reserve bourbon -- 100 bottles at $250 apiece.
FYI, California Chrome is a legend -- he won the 2014 Kentucky Derby and the 2014 Preakness.
When race day came, California Chrome's famed jockey Victor Espinoza rocked pants with the Ray's Reserve logo on them ... as part of the deal.
But when Legacy sent the bill to the Ray's Reserve people, the company claims they never got the cash or the bourbon -- and now they're suing for the money.
Ray's attorney tells TMZ Sports ... Ray had no involvement in the deal and has no ownership in the Ray's Reserve brand. He licensed his name for the product and nothing more.
"There's no justification for Ray to be named personally in the lawsuit."
By the way, California Chrome finished 9th in that race and retired after the event. He's now working as a stud ... knocking up female horses for $40,000-a-pop.

Ryan Seacrest Sources Say Accuser Demanded $15 Million for Silence
The lawyer for the woman accusing Ryan Seacrest of demeaning and sexually aggressive behavior demanded 8 figures, and if Seacrest didn't pay up her attorney vowed to go to the media ... sources tell TMZ.
The woman -- who worked as Seacrest's stylist -- alleges Seacrest engaged in various forms of misconduct from 2007 to 2010. Seacrest has adamantly denied the claims.
Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ, the woman's lawyer contacted Seacrest's attorney and first demanded $15 million and, when the lawyer was told to take a hike, later said somewhere in the 7 figures would be acceptable.
Our sources say the woman's lawyer had a meeting with Seacrest's attorney -- Seacrest was on the phone -- and her lawyer read aloud a press release that he said he would send to the media unless Seacrest met her financial demands.
It appears the statute of limitations both civilly and criminally would have run out on all of her claims, which are older than 6 years. As a result, the only leverage in getting money would be making the allegations public and embarrassing him.
The lawyer for the accuser tells TMZ, his client "wanted an apology from Ryan and validation of what had happened and what she got was a complete rejection of the allegations and a request that she not go forward with an interview with NBC investigators." The lawyer denies he made a $15 million demand.

Kylie Jenner Early Christmas At Her L.A. Pop-Up Shop
No, that's not a Black Friday mob at Walmart -- it's the opening of the Kylie Cosmetics pop-up shop in L.A. and, so far at least, no one's been injured fighting over a lip kit.
Still, super eager shoppers waited their turn inside the Topshop at The Grove, when the doors swung open Monday for Kylie's gear.
It's one of 7 cosmetics pop-ups Kylie's opening across the US for the holiday shopping season. Others opened in Chicago, Vegas, Atlanta, Miami, Houston and New York.
Kylie wasn't there for obvious reasons, but members of her glam squad were giving makeup tutorials. Based on the crowds ... we suspect Kylie will be able to afford gifts this holiday season.

Roger Ailes, Rupert Murdoch Lawsuit Settled Shareholders Claimed Harassment Cover-up
Roger Ailes, the late CEO of FOX News, engaged in a campaign to cover up sexual harassment and racial discrimination, according to a lawsuit filed by shareholders ... which has just been settled.
According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Ailes paid former FOX employee Laurie Luhn $3.15 million in 2011 to keep quiet about 2 decades worth of allegations ... which include sexual harassment at the hands of Ailes himself.
The suit also alleges a similar cover-up with Gretchen Carlson -- claiming she was paid $20 mil and given a public apology to settle the sexual harassment lawsuit she'd filed against Ailes. The shareholders call out Ailes for his alleged treatment of Megyn Kelly, too. According to the docs, Ailes made sexually charged comments about her lingerie, and offered her promotions in exchange for sexual favors.
The suit was filed Monday against Ailes' estate, FOX CEO Rupert Murdoch and his sons, James and Lachlan, who are also FOX honchos. FOX News released a statement, also on Monday, saying a settlement had been reached. FOX News will now form a Workplace Professionalism and Inclusion Council.
The panel's purpose is improving reporting of misconduct, and recruiting and advancing female and minority employees.
All in all, the suit claimed 21st Century FOX has paid more than $55 million to settle sexual harassment and discrimination suits. It also points out dozens of advertisers have run for the hills since the Bill O'Reilly scandal broke -- including Bank of America and BMW, which cost FOX more than $3 million.

Fred Goldman I Wanna See O.J. in Court Now ... He's Getting Rich, I Know It!!!

In docs obtained by TMZ ... Fred Goldman says the first available hearing date isn't until July 3, 2018 ... which he says is way too far away. He believes in that 7-month span O.J. "could flood the market with sports memorabilia" and try to keep all the money for himself.
O.J. responded in his own docs, saying the secret autograph session he held in October was a one-off ... and he's just trying to "readjust to civilian life." O.J. says even though he's had a lot of money-making offers ... he's rejected all of them except for that one autograph sesh.
We broke the story ... Fred filed docs to divert any money Simpson made from any interviews, shows, presentations or exhibitions to help pay down the $70 million wrongful death judgment he owes.
