ONE MAN DANCE PARTY

Cuba Gooding Jr. got his Rod Tidwell on in a crowded bar ... stealing the spotlight as he put on a dance clinic.

Cuba hit up the very British pub Ye Olde King's Head in Santa Monica, and got loose to Kanye West's "Gold Digger." You gotta see him dance battle a chick -- who gives him a run for his money -- all while wearing his shades in the dark club.

Yes, he was THAT guy.

Looks like a totally fun night though. Nobody puts Cuba Gooding Jr. in the corner! Nobody.

Peter Farrelly was on vacation in Hawaii when he discovered Joshua, a high school senior at the time, strumming his uke outside a public library. He signed him up for the movie on the spot.

'Hal' was the only movie Joshua ever did.

A rep for the Farrelly brothers tell us Joshua, "had a soul that glowed like a lighthouse. We feel honored to have known him."

Disney & Marvel You Steal Elsa & Spider-Man ... We'll Sue for MILLIONS!

Published | Updated

Mickey Mouse, Elsa and some superheroes are in a Venezuelan standoff (like a Mexican one, but further south) with a company accused of putting on a bootleg live Disney show.

Disney says it fired off a cease and desist letter last year to the producers of “Aventura Congeladas” (translation: “Frozen Adventure”) ... demanding they kill all marketing and promotion of the show because it jacked mouse house characters.

The producers complied at first, but in a new lawsuit Disney says the show eventually started up again under a new name -- "Vacaciones de Aventuras" (translation: "Adventure Holidays") -- and added Marvel heroes like Spider-Man and Captain America.

Of course, Disney owns Marvel, so for them that's no bueno ... hence, the lawsuit.

Check out a clip of the live production -- Iron Man, Thor, Princesses Elsa and Anna, Olaf and many more make cameos. Disney's lawsuit demands millions for use of its trademarks.

They won't dejalo ir! (That's "let it go" for the gringos.)

'Real World' Star Death Threats From Obsessive Fan

Published | Updated

'Hangover' actress and former 'Real World' cast member Jamie Chung got flooded with some seriously threatening emails -- and it got so bad, the LAPD had to track down the sender.

According to law enforcement Chung received 100 harassing emails from two separate Gmail accounts ... all in just one week, back in August. They ranged from simply "annoying" to threats to kill her.

Cops believed both accounts were owned by the same person because the emails were identical. Using the email info, cops tracked the sender and obtained a search warrant.

We're told cops got in touch with the guy and determined he was too far away from Jamie to pose any real threat. The case was closed without any charges.

Jennifer Lawrence & Emma Stone Don't Worry ... We'll Get Your Duck, Adele

Published | Updated

The #1 album isn't the only thing Adele scored this week -- she got a free meal courtesy of her celebrity friends ... TMZ has learned.

As we told you, Adele did dinner with Jennifer Lawrence and Emma Stone Monday night at Cosme NYC ... a Mexican restaurant in the Flat Iron District, and the big question's been -- "Who paid?"

Our sources tell us when the bill came ... Adele was told her money's no good here -- and Emma, J Law and a 4th non-famous diner split the tab.

As for what they ate -- we're told they went for duck carnitas, blue shrimp a la veracruzana, corn husk meringue, and beets with corn salsa and cheese.

Fancy. And pricey ... the duck alone goes for $59!

Brad Pitt vs. Ryan Gosling Who'd You Rather?!

Published | Updated

It's a fight of the flawless!

Here's a shady looking 51-year-old Brad Pitt (left) flashing a smirk while posing for a photo with a stoic 35-year-old Ryan Gosling (right) at the NYC premiere of their movie "The Big Short."

Neither of 'em has come up short. Ever.

So, the question is ...

Chris Hemsworth ... or Tom Hanks from 'Cast Away'?

Published | Updated

Answer: Hemsworth ... after he dropped major lbs for his starring role in Ron Howard's upcoming "In the Heart of the Sea."

Hemsworth plays a sailor stranded at sea in the Moby Dick-inspired flick, so he obviously got way into character. He posted the throwback pic from the set saying he wouldn't recommend the diet to anyone.

Hard to believe that's the same guy who plays Thor, but the good news is Chris is back to his standard beefy bod since filming.

HE'S GONNA BE A STAR

Gilbert Arenas' father thinks his son can be every bit the star LeBron James is ... just not on the basketball court ... saying that Agent Zero might be following the King's lead as the next big thing in the movies.

We got Gilbert Sr. out attending a basketball game at Grant High (Jr.'s alma mater) when the subject turned to what Gil is gonna do now that it seems his basketball career is over for good.

It's an interesting question ... the younger Arenas made over $140 MILLION during his NBA career and is only 33 years old ... so it might be good to find another passion.

Check out the clip -- Gilbert Sr. says his boy has another passion and it's the same one he had ... the movies ... saying he totally sees Gilbert jumping into the movie game just like LeBron.

JLaw, Liam and Josh 'Hunger Games' Stars Collide with Adele

Published | Updated

This is a fun game ... Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson eating dinner at the same restaurant as Adele. Who comes up to who?

Sadly we can't answer, but we do know they were all at the Waverly Inn Friday night in NYC.

JLaw was at Adele's concert at Radio City a few nights ago, so she's definitely a fan. But she may have played it cool. Adele's really humble so maybe she went to the Hunger table.

We give up.

Sylvester Stallone Look at My Gorgeous Girls But You Can Only Touch One ... Maybe

Published | Updated

Sylvester Stallone's rep as a Hollywood tough guy is coming in pretty handy right about now -- since his 3 attractive daughters are at that age when boys come sniffing around ... at their own risk.

Sly's "Creed" premiere Thursday night was a family affair ... with his wife Jennifer Flavin and their daughters all sharing the spotlight.

The only downside for Stallone is his stunning girls -- (left to right) Sistine,17, Sophia,19, and 13-year-old Scarlet -- were IN THE SPOTLIGHT.

Little advice for Sly -- long overalls, bro. Lots of overalls and baggy sweaters.

We got Jennifer, a former model, at LAX and she said one of their daughters is already following in mom's footsteps ...

Sharon Stone Back to the Basic ... Instinct

Published | Updated

Sharon Stone hasn't forgotten where she came from -- flashing her famous leggy pose from "Basic Instinct" again, but this time she updated it ... for the Internet.

In a different century, in a similar dress (different color) ... Sharon struck the pose that made her famous during an AOL livestream interview. She was talking about her upcoming TV series, "Agent X."

It's been 23 years, but the 57-year-old obviously still knows how the best way to take command(o?) of an interrogation.

Well played, ma'am.

SHE'S STILL A STAR

The ass-handing Holly Holm gave Ronda Rousey will NOT crush her budding acting career ... not in the eyes of mega-producer Jerry Bruckheimer, anyway.

We got Bruckheimer on his way out of Craig's, and while Ronda has 2 films set for 2016 -- we wondered if the loss might signal the beginning of the end for her in Hollywood.

Of course, Bruckheimer -- Mr. "Top Gun," "Beverly Hills Cop," and "Pirates of the Caribbean" -- has a lot to say about who makes it in this town.

The good news for Ronda ... Jerry says she's still bankable, but would he personally hire her? Maybe for "Bad Boys 3" -- c'mon ... Smith, Lawrence AND Rousey???

Check out the clip -- and cross your fingers for JB to take a casting cue from us.

Ronda Rousey Won't Lose 'Road House' Gig ... Despite K.O. Loss

Published | Updated

There's one thing Ronda Rousey didn't lose on Saturday night ... her starring role in the upcoming "Road House" remake ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We spoke with a rep for MGM ... the production company behind the movie ... who tells us, despite the crushing loss to Holly Holm, there has NOT been any talks about replacing Ronda as the star of the flick.

It's a big vote of confidence for Rousey ... with some believing that after her loss to Holm ... and a downright sad return to L.A. Tuesday ... she may have lost some of the badassness required to carry such a huge action movie.

"Road House" is set for release in 2016 ... we can think of a pretty good villain if they're still casting.

Alek Skarlatos Lands Film Role ... Alongside Ron Jeremy

Published | Updated

Hollywood can't get enough of Paris train hero Alek Skarlatos because he's landed himself a movie deal alongside porn legend Ron Jeremy ... but it's not the type of film role everyone's thinking.

Skarlatos will appear in "Range 15." It's a military comedy also starring William Shatner and Danny Trejo. The role wasn't a far stretch for Skarlatos ... he plays himself in a short cameo.

Sources tell us producers approached him shortly after the train attacks and he was so green to Hollywood he didn't even know about Jeremy's previous career.

Skarlatos has since brushed up on his Hollywood celebrity on "Dancing with the Stars," where he's made it to the semifinals.

"Range 15" is set to be released next July.
