Royalty's 2nd birthday party was truly fit for a baller princess.

Chris Brown and Nia Guzman's little one got the "Frozen" treatment Sunday. Royalty even made a grand entrance on a pony and chilled with Elsa, Anna and Olaf ... all with fake snow coming down.

We're told the sugary goodies alone -- including a customized 3-tier castle cake with rhinestone towers -- cost Royalty's parents a cool $10k at Sweet Serenity Desserts.

Chris couldn't attend, since he's on tour, but bragged about dropping $30k on the whole shindig. Apparently llamas and mini horses don't come cheap.

'High School Musical 3' Star Detention Won't Cut It ... Gets 18 Months Behind Bars

Published | Updated

Justin Martin -- who co-starred with Zac Efron in 'High School Musical 3' -- will be locked up for 18 months after pleading guilty to 5 gun charges ... TMZ has learned.

The Suffolk County D.A.'s office tells us Martin appeared in court Tuesday for sentencing. In addition to the jail time ... he also got one year probation, during which he has to lay off drugs and booze and stay away from the scene of the crime.

As we reported back in July ... Martin ran away from cops in Boston and pointed a gun at officers before he was chased and captured. He pled guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon, illegal possession of a gun and ammunition, carrying a loaded gun and firing a gun near a building.

Justin tells TMZ, "I have matured a great deal in the past year and had to learn some hard lessons because of my actions." He added, "I look forward to moving past this time in my life and getting back to my career."

Martin avoided a stiffer penalty -- the D.A. was gunning to lock him up for 3 years.

Kelly Rohrbach is totally comfortable in that classic "Baywatch" one-piece, and just as comfortable out of it ... based on the nip slipping that went down during a photo shoot.

The red swimsuit contained her boobs, but this leather jacket failed miserably! Thankfully.

IT'S THE LUCK OF THE DRAW

Michelle Rodriguez did not mince words about the disparity between men and women when paycheck Friday comes along ... it's just a man's world.

Michelle was leaving LAX Thursday when our photog asked her about Seth Rogen's rant over the wage gap. Michelle was quick to say she gets paid way less than her male movie counterparts, and then equated being born a woman to being born a slave.

She's awesome as always, and super interesting.

Vin Diesel Screwed Me After We Broke Up ... Ex-Producer Sues

Published | Updated

Vin Diesel is giving his former business partner a triple X screw job ... according to a lawsuit the guy just filed against Diesel.

In the docs, George Zakk says he ran Vin's production company, One Race Films, since 1995 -- and their deal called for him to get a piece of the pie every time Vin made a movie.

Zakk says he was supposed to get $250k to $275k and a credit of at least producer on each film. He says everything was cool on movies like "xXx," "Chronicles of Riddick" and "The Pacifier."

But Zakk says he's getting the shaft on the "xXx" sequel set to come out next year.

In the suit, he says although he stopped running One Race Films in 2007 ... he believes his deal lives on -- so he deserves his fee and credit for the sequel.

He's suing Diesel for breach of contract to ensure he gets his dough. We've reached out to Diesel's camp ... no response yet.
