Swaggy P says he modeled his new 'do after Jamie Foxx in "Booty Call" -- well, now one of the stars of the movie tells TMZ Sports ... IT WAS A HUUUUGE MISTAKE!!!!

We spoke with Tamala Jones -- who played Nikki in the 1997 flick -- and when we told her Lakers star Nick Young decided to twist up his hair to look like Bunz, she straight LAUGHED AT HIM!!

"The 'Bunz' went out in whatever, 2000!!! He cannot do Bunz!"

"Marlon [Wayans] did it. Jamie did it ... IT'S OVER! IT'S DONE!"

Jones is hilarious in the clip ... she's clearly not feelin' it ... but she does give Young one quasi-compliment.

Drake's campaign to kill his own movie release just got him a big fat lawsuit from the company distributing the film.

Specticast filed the suit against Drake for blasting the film, and encouraging his 21 million Twitter followers to stay away when it hits theaters Thursday ... for one night only.

"Drake's Homecoming: The Lost Footage" features concert footage from a 2009 show in Toronto ... and new interviews with people like Jas Prince ... who discovered Drizzy.

Drake disavowed the movie Monday by tweeting ... it's "not something OVO or Drake have any part in. I feel it is my responsibility to inform and protect my fans."

Drake hasn't offered any further explanation -- but doubled down by also telling fans Rap-A-Lot Records honchos Jas and J. Prince were also boycotting.

In the suit, Specticast speculates Drake did it to draw attention to his Twitter page -- because shortly after launching the attack, he started tweeting about ticket sales for his OVO Fest this summer.

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton have settled their divorce case ... TMZ has learned.

Paula filed legal docs Tuesday declaring they have reached a property settlement as well as a custody arrangement for their 4-year-old son Julian.

The terms of the settlement are private. There's an indication from the legal docs Paula is getting primary custody, but it's not spelled out specifically. They've also agreed on the terms of spousal and child support.

The divorce does NOT become final until April 14, 6 months after Paula filed. At that point they will be officially single, but now it's just a matter of time.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes want nothing to do with each other ... to the point they don't speak to one another, even about Suri.

Sources close to both Tom and Katie tell us they do not communicate at all. There are no direct co-parenting discussions. Everything regarding Suri -- visitation, child-rearing, etc. -- is handled through intermediaries.

Our sources say there are bad feelings on both sides, and no desire on either Tom or Katie's part to mend fences.

As for Suri ... sources close to Tom say he's still involved in his daughter's life, although he hasn't seen her in months because he's been in London shooting "Mission Impossible 5." Production wrapped last Thursday and our Tom sources say he's coming back to L.A. and will see Suri when he returns.

On the Katie side we're told she's dissatisfied with Tom's involvement in their daughter's life ... that it hasn't been enough.

And there's this ... we've been told there is some sort of relationship between Katie and Jamie Foxx. Our Tom sources wouldn't comment on the relationship, but say Tom has been concerned in the past with other boyfriends because of a possible negative influence on Suri.

Hooorayyyyy!!!! The red bow tie rides again ... Pee-Wee Herman is out in L.A. gearing up for a new big adventure ... for the first time in a long time.

"Pee Wee's Big Holiday" is being produced by Judd Apatow for Netflix ... and Paul Reubens was shooting Tuesday, and the guy looks like he hasn't aged a freakin' day.

Don't hold your breath if you're hoping to catch up with Dottie or Large Marge -- it's been reported the new movie will have brand new characters. Bummer, Chairry.

There's a full scale mutiny behind Drake's feature film now -- just 2 days before it hits theaters -- because executive producers J. Prince and Jas are also discouraging fans from seeing it.

24 hours after Drizzy disavowed "Drake's Homecoming: The Lost Footage" ... the Rap-A-Lot Records honchos doubled down ... as Drake tweeted, "James Prince and I stand together on not supporting the Drake Homecoming footage in theaters. #protectingthefans"

Minutes later Jas showed his support for that statement by retweeting it.

Sources connected to the film tell us Drake wanted to make it clear he has no issues with the Prince family ... as many people thought after he torpedoed the movie Monday.

As for the movie's release -- we're told it's full steam ahead, even though its star and producers are telling fans to watch at their own risk.

The Princes aren't the only execs on the movie -- and sources close to the production tell us some of the others are pissed about Drake's attack. We're told there's already been talk about a possible lawsuit.

Drake may claim he has nothing to do with his concert film hitting theaters this week -- but there's a piece of paper with his Aubrey Graham all over it that proves otherwise ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with production of "Drake's Homecoming: The Lost Footage" ... tell us Drake signed off on producers shooting a 2009 concert. We've seen the contract which states he was paid $15k for the performance ... and if footage from the concert was used for any future projects -- like a movie -- Drake would get 15% of the profits.

So, you'd think Drizzy's all in ... but Monday morning he tweeted he has nothing to do with the film, and he wanted his fans to know that. Not exactly smart marketing when it hits theaters this Thursday.

Even stranger -- the film is executive produced by two of Drake's biggest allies ... Rap-A-Lot Records honchos J. Prince and Jas Prince. So, why would he take a shot at their project?

A rep for Drake says he only puts "out music and video/film that is of the highest quality" ... and he just wanted fans to know he had nothing to do with actually producing this film.

Emile Hirsch was in and out of a Park City courthouse Monday for his Sundance assault case ... but he did stay long enough to take this epic mug shot.

Hirsch's first appearance was an uneventful one -- a status conference was set for April 13.

Hirsch is facing a felony assault charge stemming from an incident on January 25. Hirsch allegedly put Daniele Bernfeld, a film executive, into a chokehold at a festival event.

Hirsch faces up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.

He checked himself into rehab following the incident.

Kellan Lutz celebrated his 30th birthday Saturday night with a flair ... at Dan Bilzerian's Hollywood Hills pad.

There were hot naked chicks and dudes wearing very little, per the invitation, which says, "The pool is heated to 95 degrees, and the Jacuzzi is on! We bought 150 white towels, and encourage everyone to bring a bathing suit (white bathing suit preferred)."

Everything was white. The invite makes it clear it's "an all white party. You will not get in if you are not wearing all white."

Kate Hudson was hanging at the beach Saturday with Chris Martin ... which is interesting, right?

Kate split from hubby Matthew Bellamy in December, and Chris has parted ways with Gwyneth Paltrow and moved on to Jennifer Lawrence. So the fun-in-the-sun day in Malibu is kinda curious.

Kate and Chris both brought their kids along, and they've been friends for a long time, but it's still interesting, right?

Mel Gibson thinks Harrison Ford is supremely airworthy, despite a crash here and there.

Mel was leaving the grocery store Saturday in Malibu when we asked if he had enough confidence in Ford to soar with him. Mel didn't bat an eye, showing full confidence in the 72-year-old pilot.

John Madden just WENT OFF on Will Ferrell -- ripping the guy over his MLB Spring Training stunt ... saying it was disrespectful and insulting to the game of baseball ... and yes, he's being serious.

The NFL legend called in to KCBS Morning Newswatch right before Ferrell took the field with 10 MLB teams in Arizona yesterday ... and essentially said the stunt robbed real players of REAL opportunities and made a mockery of the game.

"I hate it," Madden said of the stunt ... "That's a lack of respect for the game and for what players have to do to get where they are."

Unclear if Madden knew Ferrell's antics were part of a charity fundraiser that helped to benefit multiple cancer organizations.

Still, probably shouldn't count on a Madden cameo in Ferrell's next flick.

Just when you thought your kids were done singing "Let It Go" over and over and over and over and over ... Disney announced Thursday they are going forward with plans for "Frozen 2."

The first film had a worldwide take of over $1.2 billion, so this wasn't exactly a tough decision.

"Frozen" co-directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck will both be involved in the sequel. The original film won the Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film.

Plans are also in the works for a "Frozen" musical.

Justin Bieber took on Kevin Hart in a charity tennis match yesterday ... with Will Ferrell acting as line judge. Here's what we learned:

-- Kevin Hart sucks at tennis
-- Justin Bieber sucks less
-- Will Ferrell didn't play because he has an inflamed buttock

It was actually a pretty cool event ... the 11th annual Desert Smash in La Quinta, CA to raise money for Cancer for College, which provides college scholarships to cancer survivors.

Check out the clip ... you can see Bieber vs. Hart ... with Ferrell roasting the athletes during the match. Funny stuff.

But one of the most interesting parts of the day ... Bieber was partnered up with Canadian tennis pro Genie Bouchard (pictured below).

Of course, you probably remember Bouchard as the 21-year-old tennis hottie who made headlines last year during a post-game interview when she said Bieber was her dream date.

So, what happened when they were partnered up? They high-fived a lot, they posed for pics together and they seemed to be getting along ... but so far, no word on what happened after the game.

Seems someone is going to be walking the plank ... because police in Australia have captured the guy who allegedly threatened a security guard with a knife after trying to sneak onto the set of the new "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie.

The 22-year-old was charged Wednesday with one count of "going armed as to cause fear" ... he'll appear in court on March 27, presumably without his bird.

The guy was taken into custody with the parrot still on his shoulder. Way to stay committed to the bit, pal!

As for the actual movie ... shooting is being interrupted slightly after Johnny Depp mysteriously injured his hand (not during shooting) and flew back to the U.S. for surgery. The injury is not expected to affect the release date.

All it took was some messy hair, a 'do rag, and a shady looking parrot ... for a dangerous dude to sneak on the set of the new"Pirates of the Caribbean" movie.

The guy used a KMart changing room to make a clean escape -- but we're still thinking the parrot should be a dead giveaway.
