Dina Lohan ARRESTED FOR DRUNK DRIVING

Published | Updated

9:20 AM PT -- Our Lohan sources tell us, Lindsay was NOT the person who picked Dina up from the station -- in fact, we're told Lindsay didn't find out about the arrest until the story broke this morning.

Dina Lohan was arrested for drunk driving in Long Island, NY last night ... and cops say her blood alcohol level was more than TWICE the legal limit.

Lindsay Lohan's 50-year-old mother was pulled over on the Northern State Parkway by New York State Police around 11 pm Thursday night ... after she was allegedly going 77mph in a 55 in her white BMW.

During the stop, cops say she appeared intoxicated -- and tested her blood alcohol level, which registered at .20 -- more than twice the legal limit of .08.

According to officials, "Lohan made an allegation that she was injured during the course of the arrest" ... but when medical personnel responded to the scene and determined she was fine, Dina "recanted her claim."

Lohan was hauled to a nearby station where she was booked on two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count of speeding.

After posing for a squinty-eyed mug shot, Lohan was released to a sober 3rd party. So far, no word on WHO picked up Lohan from the station.

Lohan is due back in court later this month.

Dina's been on a party tear this month -- TMZ obtained a photo of Lohan partying like a drunken sailor at a giant party over Labor Day weekend.

People at the party tell us she was a mess that night -- slurring her speech and zoning out.

TSA screeners said they spotted the Smith & Wesson 38 special revolver on an x-ray monitor, and when police inspected Deziel's luggage, they noticed it was loaded with 5 rounds of ammunition with an additional 10 rounds packed in a side pocket of her bag.

Shemane said she had forgotten the gun was in her bag, but stated she had a concealed handgun license in Texas.

During the stop, cops say they noticed a strong odor of alcohol on Budenholzer's breath -- and asked him to submit to various field sobriety tests, including a breathalyzer.

Jennifer Lopez Alleged Stalker Vacationed In Her Hamptons Mansion

Published | Updated

Someone's been sleeping in Jennifer Lopez's pool house, and it ain't Goldilocks -- cops arrested an alleged stalker who somehow managed to live in the pool house of her massive Hamptons mansion ... for several days ... without getting noticed.

According to Southampton police, 49-year-old John M. Dubis basically moved in to J.Lo's $10 million pad sometime in early August.

He reportedly walked around the estate freely, hanging out openly in view of neighbors... and even posted Facebook photos of himself all over the grounds, such as the one below -- before police finally busted him on Aug. 8.

And how's this for weird ... two days before his arrest, Dubis dropped by a nearby menswear store and purchased a plaid overcoat.

Jennifer was not home, but the shocking part is security guards were patrolling the property.

Of course, you have to remember the 8,500 sq. foot home sits on 3 acres -- and it's a decent hike out to the pool house from the main quarters.

Dubis was booked for burglary, stalking, and criminal contempt. He pled not guilty, and is currently sitting in jail in lieu of $100,000 bail. The judge has ordered a mental evaluation for Dubis.

J.Lo already had a protective order against him for contacting her mother earlier this year.

Linda Hogan has changed her drunk-driving tune -- pleading GUILTY to DUI after downing some bubbly and getting behind the wheel ... and will spend 3 months in booze class thinking about her crime.

As TMZ previously reported Linda was popped for DUI in Malibu back in 2012 and slapped with two misdemeanor charges ... after cops say she was joyriding with a BAC of .084.

Linda originally plead not guilty -- and argued she only had ONE glass of champagne (on an empty stomach) and took antibiotics which heightened the effects of booze.

She finally copped to driving with a .08 or higher -- and in exchange the 2nd DUI charge was dropped. She was sentenced to 3 years probation and 3 months of alcohol education classes -- which she's already started.

Cheers!

Broncos Star Von Miller Walks Into a Gun Club ... Instantly Arrested

Denver Broncos star linebacker Von Miller was arrested Sunday at a gun club in Colorado ... but his arrest has NOTHING to do with firearms, TMZ has learned.

The 24-year-old All-Pro was trying to enter the Centennial Gun Store and Range just outside of Denver -- and submitted to a routine mandatory background check, as required by everyone looking to shoot at the range.

But the background check revealed a warrant out for Miller's arrest -- which was issued back in January after he failed to appear in court to face multiple traffic violations.

According to law enforcement, Miller had been charged with careless driving, driving without a license and having no proof of insurance back in October 2012.

Miller was taken into custody at the gun shop -- and was hauled to a nearby Sheriff's Dept. where he was booked ... and posed for a mug shot, obtained by TMZ.

Miller was eventually released on a $1,000 bond.

A rep for the Broncos says the team is aware of the arrest -- but didn't say if he will face disciplinary action from the team or the league.

We also know Lebeau is described on Bravo's website as a marine engineer with a "rebellious side." Think Jacques Cousteau meets James Dean meets Camille Grammer.

Not So Fun Fact: It's not C.J.'s first run-in with the law, he has an open case in Arizona stemming from a marijuana-related arrest in May ... he's a rebel after all.

Bravo had no comment.

Riff Raff BUSTED For Drugs

Published | Updated

Riff Raff just learned Southern hospitality only goes so far ... he was arrested early Sunday morning in North Carolina after cops found drugs in his car.

The rapper was tooling around Greensboro at around 2:30 AM and bizarrely stopped in the middle of traffic to talk to a bunch of pedestrians ... and if we know our Riff Raff, we're guessing he was pimpin' it.

Cops approached the vehicle and say they saw an open container of alcohol, which then triggered a full-blown search of the vehicle. That's when police say they found weed and some sort of powerful narcotic, along with drug paraphernalia.

The former MTV reality star (who may or may not have been the inspiration for James Franco's character in "Spring Breakers") was arrested along with his 2 passengers and taken to jail, where they were booked and released without bail.

Cops say Riff turned on the Southern charm, because he was "not aggressive and polite."
