When Drake Bell checked into jail to do his time for DUI, he must have been thinking -- those inmates wouldn't hit a guy with glasses, would they?
We got the former "Drake & Josh" star's mug shot ... taken when he checked into L.A. County lockup last Friday night as part of his DUI plea deal. His clean cut look screams life behind bars just ain't his thing.
Thankfully for Drake, as we reported ... he was in the can for less than 2 days due to good behavior and jail overcrowding.

The reality star turned herself into an Atlanta jail Wednesday after a warrant had been issued for her arrest stemming from a feud with co-star Joseline Hernandez. Lee documented her morning leading up to the surrender ... which really just involved putting on a ton of makeup, and slipping into a black dress.
Lee's still behind bars, and something tells us an orange jumpsuit ain't gonna be her favorite look.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Tommie Lee just got dressed to the nines for a mug shot.
Law enforcement in Atlanta tells TMZ Lee turned herself in Wednesday afternoon. Cops say they got an arrest warrant because Tommie allegedly threatened to kill fellow 'LHH' star Joseline Hernandez back in March.
Lee made a whole show out of her surrender ... making sure to get glammed for the slammer. The mug shot's gonna be a classic.
Tommie was booked for making terroristic threats.

Boxer James Kirkland Arrested In Texas In Child Support Case
Boxer James Kirkland -- a former WBO super welterweight champ -- was arrested in Austin, TX earlier this month in connection to a child support case ... TMZ Sports has learned.
We've confirmed ... Kirkland was taken into custody by the Travis County Sheriff's Dept. on August 8th for contempt of court/non-payment.
It's unclear how much Kirkland owes -- but according to reports, he made more than $1 MILLION for his May 2015 fight against Canelo Alvarez. He's also reportedly in early talks to fight Miguel Cotto later this year.
Kirkland's bond was set at $15,160.25 -- which he paid. He has since been released from custody,

Ex-USC quarterback Todd Marinovich -- who also played for the L.A. Raiders -- was arrested for possession of meth in Irvine, CA ... TMZ Sports has learned.
We spoke with Commander Hallinan of the Irvine PD who tells us they got a call about a naked man on the Venta Spur walking trail on Friday night ... and officers eventually found Marinovich in a nearby backyard.
Marinovich was still naked when cops arrived. We're told he was cooperative.
Cops searched the area and found a brown bag containing meth, weed and Todd's I.D.
He was arrested and cited for possession of a controlled substance, trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Marinovich has since been released.
The 47-year-old has struggled with substance abuse since his playing days -- but seemed to be on a good path back in 2011, when he said he'd been sober for 3 years and had taken up painting.

Ex-Raider Barret Robbins Arrested for Battery ... At Boca Raton Bar
More problems for ex-Oakland Raiders center Barret Robbins -- the troubled 42-year-old was arrested outside of a bar in Boca Raton, Florida after allegedly getting violent with several people.
TMZ Sports has learned ... Robbins was taken into custody around 12:30 AM on Tuesday -- after witnesses say he attacked a person inside of a bar, struck another person outside the bar ... and then roughed up a mother and her daughter after that.
One witness says after the incident, Robbins sat down at the scene and waited for cops to arrive.
He was eventually arrested on 2 counts of felony battery. But instead of locking him up in jail, Barret was transported to a nearby mental health facility.
According to court documents, Barret is unable to pay for his own lawyer -- so he was appointed a public defender.
Barret famously disappeared before the Raiders took on the Bucs in Super Bowl XXXVII in 2003 -- and it was later determined that he was bipolar and had gone into a manic episode.
After his football career ended, Robbins was arrested several times for violent crimes -- including attacking a security guard and brawling with police in Miami Beach.

Jose Canseco Don't Ever Try Taking My Bats!
Jose Canseco's Chevy Tahoe was broken into early Wednesday morning and the suspects were caught in the act.
Law enforcement tells TMZ they received a call from a Pittsburg, CA hotel manager around 3:30 AM reporting Jose's car was being broken into. Upon arriving at the scene the officers detained two men, one in the parking lot and another hiding out in a nearby car that cops later determined to be stolen.
Bats and other personal property belonging to Jose were found in the stolen vehicle and the two suspects were booked for burglary. Both also had outstanding warrants.
Jose is currently playing for the Pittsburg Diamonds professional baseball team.

Young Buck Weekend in Federal Lockup
Young Buck took an extended weekend trip to a federal jail for violating his probation.
Jail officials in Kentucky tell TMZ Buck was booked into Warren County Regional on Thursday. According to docs filed by the U.S. Attorney ... the government moved to revoke Buck's probation and ordered him locked up "on the basis that he may flee and that he poses a danger to others."
Buck is on probation for a 2012 gun charge -- federal agents found illegal firearms in his home during a raid -- and that's why the government brought him into custody.
As we previously reported, the rapper was also arrested last month for allegedly threatening to torch his ex-GF's apartment.
The feds released him Monday, but he'll be back in court for a hearing on the probation revocation.

The overzealous fan who slapped Justin Timberlake on a golf course was beyond drunk at the time of the incident, according to cops.
TMZ obtained the Douglas County Sheriff's report which says Keith Weglin's BAC was 0.18% when he got to jail ... more than twice the legal limit.
TMZ broke the story ... Keith was nabbed by cops after striking Justin in the face at the American Century Celebrity Pro-Am in Lake Tahoe. He could have gotten off scot-free, but cops say he refused to leave the course ... so, they arrested him for disorderly conduct.
One law enforcement source said Weglin talked himself right into jail. We've reached out to him, but no word back yet.

Bernatche was booked on indecent conduct and released the next morning, just in time to show up at Taylor's Rhode Island mansion hysterically professing his love, saying he wanted to marry her.
Bernatche was taken to a local hospital for a mental evaluation and his car was towed.

The Band Perry Alleged 'Terroristic Threat' Suspect Pilot with Anger Management Issues
One of the suspects who allegedly threatened violence at a concert featuring The Band Perry is a pilot.
Dzmitry Papou was arrested for making terroristic threats at the Delaware venue where the band was set to perform Sunday night. Cops say Dzmitry and another man made a threat of violence. The band and cops decided it was best to postpone the concert.
We did some digging, and found Papou has a private pilot license, which he got after completing an anger management course. We've spoken with flight schools and the FAA, and there's no general requirement for an anger management course as a condition to getting a pilot's license.
It's unclear why Papou was required to take such a course, however, an FAA rep tells us an anger management course could be required if there's a history of psychiatric problems.

Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Dan Skuta allegedly shoved a woman in the face -- sending her into a glass window -- after she refused to give him her number ... this according to the police report.
Skuta -- 6'3", 250 lbs -- was arrested in Orlando on June 19th around 2 AM for misdemeanor battery.
Now, we've learned the alleged victim is a woman who claims all she did was turn down his advances.
According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports ... Skuta allegedly approached the woman and began flirting with her.
"When Skuta asked for [victim's] phone number where she told him no, a verbal altercation ensued between the two."
"The altercation turned physical when Skuta pushed victim's face with an open hand which caused the back of her head to hit a glass window."
The victim refused medical treatment.
Cops say they believe Skuta was intoxicated at the time of the incident.
He has since pled not guilty -- and is due back in court in July.

NFL quarterback Tarvaris Jackson -- who played for the Seahawks last season -- was arrested in Florida after allegedly PULLING A LOADED GUN on his wife and threatening to kill her.
TMZ Sports has confirmed ... the 33-year-old was arrested around 2 AM Friday for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without the intent to kill.
According to the police report, Jackson pointed a loaded gun at his wife while intoxicated -- threatening to kill her -- all while their children slept in the same house.
"Jackson stated 'I'll kill you bitch, I'll kill you.'"
According to the report, cops arrived to the home -- and Jackson denied having a gun, however an officer observed a black ruger SR9C 9MM caliber handgun on the kitchen counter.
Jackson eventually fessed up to having a gun in his bag -- but insists he never pulled it out.
He also claims his wife had a knife -- and had insulted his football career.
"Upon arresting Jackson his story changed. Jackson stated that he did grab his book bag that contained his firearm because [wife] had a knife in her hand.
Tarvaris stated that he never withdrew his firearm from the bag, but that he did say that he should shoot her to which [wife] replied, 'You better be accurate because you ain't accurate on the field.'"
Jackson's wife told police ... "When Jackson drinks he can become violent and has hit her in the past."
Jackson was transported to the Osceola County jail. He's since been released on bail.
