"Sports Illustrated" swimsuit model Chrissy Teigen isn't the selfish type -- telling TMZ, she doesn't care if her husband John Legend ogles at other hot women ... in fact, she loves it.

28-year-old Chrissy was out signing copies of the new "SI" swimsuit issue last night when we asked what she'd think if she caught John looking at the other ladies in the magazine.

Not only did Chrissy say she'd be into it ... she tells us, "We're pretty open to that kind of thing."

Danica Patrick's nipple is officially off the Internet ... TMZ Sports has learned the people at Sports Illustrated have finally removed a pic of the driver's exposed breast from its swimsuit website.

As we previously reported, several pics from a 2008 photo shoot were recently put on S.I.'s Swim Daily website as part of a "Throwback Thursday" gallery. One of the pics was a topless "selfie" in which Danica's nipple was fully visible.

There were questions as to whether the pic was posted by accident or if it was an intentional "artsy" thing -- but now that it's been removed from the gallery, it seems pretty clear ... it was never supposed to be there in the first place.

So ... Danica Patrick's exposed nipple is hanging out on a Sports Illustrated website.

The racy pic of the NASCAR driver is featured in a "Throwback Thursday" photo gallery on S.I.'s "Swim Daily" website ... which features a "selfie" style photo shoot of Danica from 2008.

We called S.I. to find out if it was a mistake ... or one of those intentional "nipples are artsy" sort of things ... but so far, we haven't heard back.

It's like reading Playboy for the articles -- Kirsten Dunst went to a New Orleans strip club Saturday night for the drinks and conversation ... paying ZERO attention to the naked girls shaking their asses on stage.

According to new court docs, Bieber's wiener and/or backside -- as they appear on jail surveillance footage following his DUI arrest -- will be carefully examined in private by prosecutors AND a judge ... before any more Bieber jail videos are released to the public.

According to the lawyer, Farrah is "a mother, a public figure, and an author," and not a porn star.

The lawyer says they tried to shut down Hirsch, to no avail.

Something tells us ... Hirsch has a release (not that kind) in his hands that gives him the right to the footage.
