One of Rihanna's fans claims she got herpes at a RiRi concert -- which gives us a great chance to talk about all the STDs we definitely know NOTHING about ... well, most of us anyway.

A woman claims she got a souvenir at a Rihanna concert that will last her a lifetime ... herpes.

Starkeema Greenidge claims in a new lawsuit she was at a Rihanna concert at Barclays Center in Brooklyn when she was approached by a M.A.C. rep, who was hawking lipstick samples.

Greenidge claims the rep applied the RiRi Woo, red lipstick -- endorsed by Rihanna -- to her upper lip, told her to press her lips together and spread it around.

The suit claims the lipstick had been previously applied to the lips of others at the concert, and someone had the herp.

Greenidge told TMZ ... the day after the concert, "My whole lip was irritated and hugely swollen." Greenidge says she went to a doctor and he told her she had herpes.

The suit accuses M.A.C. of shoddy business practices -- applying lipstick directly from the tube instead of using either disposable samples or individual swabs.

TMZ has learned ... the Nickelodeon actor is back up on two wheels after a frightening crash in Hollywood back in December that he luckily escaped from with only scrapes and bruises.

Henderson's motorcycle was badly damaged in the wreck -- when he was cut off by another driver and thrown from his bike. But Henderson was determined to ride again ... and had the bike repaired.

The final bill -- $8,000 ... but luckily for Logan, we're told the other driver's insurance covered the cost.

After the repairs, Logan was so pumped to get back on his bike -- he rode it to set for the taping of the season 3 finale of "BTR" ... and don't worry, he made it there safely.

George Michael finally has his freedom ... from a British hospital bed ... where he's spent the last 2 weeks recovering from head injuries sustained in a nasty car wreck.

Michael's people released a statement on his official website ... saying, "We can confirm that George Michael has been discharged from hospital and continues to rest and recuperate. He is well and thanks everyone for all the messages of support."

Michael was airlifted to a hospital May 16 for a head injury, as TMZ previously reported. He was the passenger in a Range Rover that crashed on a major freeway just outside London at rush hour ... no other vehicles were involved, and there's still no word on what caused the crash.

It was pretty bad -- emergency responders said Michael was immobilized, then rushed by ambulance and helicopter to the hospital, where he spent the past two weeks.

Pretty boy Andrew Keegan has been BANNED FOR LIFE from a fancy L.A. bar/restaurant after drunkenly attacking a bouncer outside ... then ramming the guy with his motorized skateboard -- this according to new legal docs.

TMZ broke the story ... Keegan sued James' Beach restaurant in Venice, CA back in November, claiming several bouncers beat him up in 2010 for no reason ... while he was minding his own business on the street.

But the bouncers are now telling a much different story, seeking to countersue Keegan for assault and battery -- claiming the former '90s child star attacked them first ... all because they refused to grant him entry into the restaurant.

The bouncers claim Keegan was visibly drunk/high and could barely stand -- and when they told him to buzz off, he flipped out ... pushing and battering the bouncers, then ramming one bouncer in the shins with his motorized skateboard.

According to the docs, filed by attorney David Diamond, the owner of James' Beach then informed Keegan he was banned for life.

Keegan allegedly continued his assault until the cops arrived ... and then took off on his board ... only to return minutes later. The bouncers claim they had to call cops a SECOND time to get rid of Keegan for good.

Forget "Mr. Nanny" ... or "Suburban Commando" ... Hulk Hogan tells us, burning his hand last weekend was by far the dumbest thing he's ever done in his life.

We posted the gnarly photos over the weekend showing Hulk's injuries -- but the wrestling legend has never explained what happened ... until now.

Hulk called in to "TMZ Live" today, telling us the accident occurred Sunday when his speedboat overheated. Hulk says he tried to be a badass and tried to hit the radiator release valve with his bare hands, and the radiator cap popped off ... burning the bejesus out of his hand.

Amanda Bynes is not 5150 material, meaning she can't be picked up against her will and held for mental evaluation, at least not yet ... this according to multiple sources familiar with the situation.

Our sources tell us Amanda has not been diagnosed with any mental illness. Sources say her parents are worried there are signs she might be bipolar or schizophrenic, but Amanda has been unwilling to undergo psychiatric testing.

We're told her parents would like to create an involuntary conservatorship, similar to Britney Spears, but Amanda's conduct is not so over the line that a judge would take away her freedom.

Ditto for a 5150 psychiatric hold, which would allow authorities to put Amanda in a mental facility against her will for 72 hours for mental evaluation. We're told authorities just don't have the goods. In fact, Amanda was taken to a hospital after her arrest Thursday night and the shrinks didn't think an involuntary hold was warranted.

There's one other option to get a diagnosis. If Amanda is so out of it she can't understand the nature of the criminal cases that have been filed against her ... a judge can halt the proceedings and order a psychiatric evaluation. Amanda has been involved in 3 criminal cases in California recently, and there was NO effort to go this route. That's because she has always been lucid in court.

If you watch the video of Friday's court hearings, Amanda clearly understands what's going on and is actually sharp when answering the judge's questions.

3:50 PM PT -- A rep for Tim Curry tells TMZ, the stroke actually occurred nearly a year ago -- last July.

Tim Curry reportedly suffered a stroke at his L.A. home last night ... but the 67-year-old actor is recovering and is said to be "doing great."

Curry -- who starred in classics like "Rocky Horror Picture Show" and "Clue" -- was in his home in the Hollywood Hills when he suffered the stroke, this according to the Daily Mail.

Curry's agent Marcia Hurwitz reportedly told the DM, "Tim is doing great," ... adding, "'He absolutely can speak and is recovering at this time and in great humor."

An internationally-known MMA fighter ... claims a gel that is supposed to enhance sexual performance has ruined his ... claiming he now has a bum penis that can't ejaculate.

Waylon Lowe claims in a new lawsuit ... he bought a tube of Kama Sutra Pleasure Balm Prolonging Gel at a Philly sex shop -- which is supposed to desensitize the penis and enhance stamina. He lathered the gel on his junk and then covered it with a Trojan Magnum latex condom and began having sex with his fiancee.

The sex didn't last long, because their baby started acting up in the next room. While the fiancee tended to their daughter, Lowe claims he began experiencing excruciating pain in the penis. He removed the condom and says he was horrified to see a significantly swelled penis.

Lowe says he ended up in the ER and has suffered "catastrophic and permanent damage" to his penis. Among his many beefs:

-- permanent scarring and disfigurement
-- permanent loss of sensation
-- permanent loss of functioning
-- permanent nerve damage
-- loss of life's pleasures
-- inability to ejaculate

Lowe is suing for a minimum of $50k ... we're guessing he wants a lot more.

Lowe strongly insinuates in the lawsuit ... the damage was caused by placing the condom over the gel, despite the fact that the label gives users the green light to wrap it.

Catherine Zeta-Jones is out of treatment ... and back in control.

For the first time since leaving a mental health facility where she underwent some healthy "maintenance" for her bipolar disorder, the Oscar winner was spotted out in public and driving in New York on Wednesday.

Just yesterday, Catherine's husband Michael Douglas talked to "Extra" about her health -- “She’s got herself worked out with her meds and she's raring to go!”

We broke the story, Catherine entered a treatment facility back in April. She had previously sought treatment back in 2011.

"The Doors" co-founder Ray Manzarek traveled across the world to seek out special world class treatment for his rare form of cancer ... which is why he was in Germany when he died, TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Ray's most recent band -- The Manzarek-Rogers Band -- tell us, Ray did tons of research on the best places to get treatment for his bile duct cancer ... and his search led him to the RoMed Clinic in Rosenheim, Germany.

As we reported, Ray eventually passed away at RoMed yesterday.

According to sources, Ray broke news of his cancer to the band in March ... and traveled to Germany shortly after.

Up until Ray told his band about the cancer, we're told they had no idea he was sick. Ray had repeatedly just told them he was "tired," so the news was a shock.

Manzarek's next appearance was scheduled for August at the Orange County Fair ... but that's obviously been canceled.

Atlanta Hawks player Dahntay Jones says he feels REALLLY bad about injuring Kobe Bryant's ankle right before the NBA playoffs ... but he's adamant, he didn't do it on purpose!

Jones was at LAX yesterday when he told TMZ ... even though it's only been 2 months since the controversial play, he doesn't hold a grudge against people like Ice Cube -- who called him a dirty cheater days after the play.

"I apologize once again," DJ told us ... "I wish you a speedy recovery, Kobe."

"America's Got Talent" star Zac Gordon ... aka Horse ... aka the guy with iron testicles ... is lucky to be alive ... after smashing his car into a tree while trying to avoid striking a deer, TMZ has learned.

Horse -- who became famous for allowing people to bash him in the scrotal-region on AGT -- tells us he was driving in Harrisburg, PA Saturday when a deer suddenly ran out in front of his car. Horse says he jerked the wheel, trying not to kill the animal ... but lost control and went careening into a tree.

Zac says he hit the tree so hard the car flipped over -- "I legitimately thought I was going to die."

An ambulance rushed to the scene and hauled the AGT star off to the hospital. He was released later that night with a possible concussion, sore neck and scratches ... but luckily no major injuries.

"I'm just glad to be alive," Horse tell us.

Now, here's Zac crashing into other things:
