A Long Island man is suing a nursing home on behalf of his 85-year-old mother ... claiming she was swindled out of money and humiliated when the home shipped in male strippers.

Franklin Youngblood claims he found the photo of his mom Bernice at the East Neck Nursing Center. He says when he confronted the nurses, they stonewalled him and even tried to snatch the pic away.

Youngblood says he learned the strippers were hired as part of an "entertainment event" planned by the facility and that it wasn't just a one-time thing.

Youngblood claims his mother suffers from Alzheimer's, advanced dementia and is confined to a wheelchair, which made her unable to fend off the stripper. He also claims the dollar bills were taken from her personal account.

The facility has yet to comment.

Just days after the death of her dog, Miley Cyrus is suddenly too sick to sing -- she just cancelled her concert tonight in Charlotte, NC at the last minute.

Miley's rep tells us, the singer cancelled 30 minutes before the start of her Bangerz concert at Time Warner Cable Arena because she has the flu.

Fans who showed up with tickets were turned away, but we're told refunds will be issued.

We're told her concert tomorrow night in Raleigh will go ahead as scheduled.

A man who got shot at a BET Awards after party claims the club -- as well as Viacom and BET -- made a near fatal mistake with security ... and wants them to pay up for it.

Antwon Black claims in a new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- he attended a party at Compound Nightclub in Atlanta on October 2, 2011 ... the official BET after party.

Black says the club messed up and allowed one of its frequent patrons past security without checking for weapons -- that patron ended up shooting Black in his left leg.

Black is suing the owners of the club, Viacom and BET for failing to keep the club safe.

That party does have a place in hip-hop history -- Diddy allegedly almost came to blows with someone because they were drinking something other than Diddy's Ciroc vodka. T.I. had to take to the mic to calm Diddy down.

Las Vegas is nice and all ... but legendary deejay Kaskade thinks Ultra Music Festival belongs in Miami and NOWHERE else.

Our photog spotted Kaskade at LAX over the weekend and asked him about the recent comments from the mayor of Miami ... calling for an end to the popular electronic music festival that takes place in the city every year.

The Game is now the suspect in a felony domestic violence investigation ... after allegedly beating up his fiancee, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

According to our sources, Game's fiancee Tiffney Cambridge, filed a police report last weekend ... following a March 19th incident during which she claims Game attacked her. Cambridge told police the couple was having an argument and Game turned violent.

Sources close to Tiffney tell us, Game hit Tiffney repeatedly in the face, injuring her eye socket and breaking her nose. Law enforcement sources say police took photos of her face.

We're told the L.A. County Sheriff's Department has launched a criminal investigation.

Both Game and Tiffney appear on his reality show, "Marrying The Game."

Sources connected with Game tell TMZ, he acknowledges there was an incident ... but the rapper insists he never laid a finger on her.

Someone dropped the 'Chupacabra' ... permanently -- TMZ has learned the weird-looking creature captured in Ratcliff, Texas has been put down.

Jackie Stock, the woman who found the animal which resembles a raccoon with mange tells TMZ ... she was advised to euthanize the animal because it was suffering.

Stock said after video of the creature went wide Thursday ... PETA started sending her and her husband messages, saying they were upset by the fact that the animal was in captivity and not receiving proper treatment.

She was also told if the animal really was a Chupacabra, it would have sucked the blood out of the goats next door before its capture. Stock was advised it was most likely a raccoon with mange that was in pain.

Stock adds the animal was never examined or tested to specifically identify it.

She took it to the shelter and was told "it went to sleep very peacefully," adding, "I had gotten attached. I was calling him Chupie. He will be missed."

"Beverly Hills Nannies" star Ari Bellamar will go to court armed with photos she thinks prove she was NOT injured during rough sex, but instead suffered a savage beating at the hands of a wealthy businessman.

The photos -- obtained by TMZ -- show a woman's body, legs, arms and hands covered with bruises and cuts. Sources close to the case tell us the woman in the pictures is Bellamar.

TMZ broke the story ... Bellamar accused wealthy Entropic CEO, Patrick Henry, of attacking her after a night of drinking. We're told the photos of Bellamar's injuries were taken in the hospital ... the day after the alleged beating.

Henry -- who's been charged with assault -- got a statement from Bellamar's ex-husband ... who said Ari's bruises could have been the result of rough sex, which he claims happened when they were together.

As for Henry claiming Bellamar has a history of lying -- including faking cancer -- our sources say Bellamar had an abnormal pap smear ... and told friends it was being tested for cancer, but the tests came back negative.

Veni, vidi, Avicii -- the DJ is officially on the mend after undergoing gallbladder surgery last weekend ... hitting Miami Beach Thursday with this GF ... while sporting a brand new bandage under his ribcage.

As we reported, Avicii was forced to bail on his Ultra Music Festival gig last week due to severe abdominal pains, nausea, and a fever. He got his gallbladder removed Saturday and the surgery went well.

Avicii spent a few days in the hospital recovering, but he's since been released.

Maybe the Ultra curse isn't so bad after all.

Brooke Burke Charvet was so afraid her car would veer into oncoming traffic yesterday, that she drove it up a hill and into a fence on purpose ... to avoid a bad accident.

Brooke got into a minor accident yesterday in Malibu and scratched up her sweet Maserati. Cops were suspicious enough that they gave her a field sobriety test.

But Brooke was stone cold sober, explaining the ABS system on her Maserati had failed. She said her only concern was for the safety of the small children in her car ... and that's why she drove it into a fence ... rather than risk hitting another car.

Lenny Dykstra claims he was beaten within an inch of his life while in custody at L.A. County Jail ... and the former MLB great says his attackers were corrupt cops ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

Turns out two Beyonce fans liked the singer too much for their own good ... they got trampled at one of her concerts and now they've turned on her in a lawsuit.

Raquel Castellanos and Gabriella Davidson claim they went to the United Center in Chicago last December with general admission tickets and arrived super early so they could get close to the stage.

They were at the front when the doors opened and there was a stampede. According to the lawsuit the 2 women were trampled by a rushing mob and knocked to the ground ... leaving them unconscious with broken bones and other injuries.

The women claim the venue did not set up proper procedure for entering the arena ... so reports the local CBS affiliate in Chicago.

The women were taken to a local hospital and never got to see the show.

"Scandal" star Columbus Short's alleged bar fight victim has refused to press charges against the actor -- despite serious injuries to his head and back -- and we're told ... it's all because of family ties.

The victim's lawyer tells TMZ, he's been in contact with Columbus' management to come to some sort of settlement without involving police. We're told the victim has made it clear to investigators he doesn't want the case pursued criminally.

The reason ... the lawyer tells us both men are tight with the same people -- the alleged fight went down at a family member's engagement party -- so the victim wants to resolve this as amicably as possible.

If they end up settling, Short could end up paying a boatload in medical expenses -- we're told the victim suffered a facial fracture and a massive concussion from Short's punch, as well as serious neck and back injuries.

As we reported, Columbus turned himself in to police last week after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Benzino says he has no idea why his nephew shot him ... even though it's very clear the beef between them is strong.

Benzino called into "TMZ Live" to tell us what he claims led up to Saturday's shooting during his mother's funeral procession -- and his explanation was, as they say ... tricky.

The rapper -- and former owner of The Source magazine -- says 7-8 shots were fired and he was hit twice.

We asked if it had anything to do with money issues around his mom's house -- and Benzino more than hints there's some bad blood.

Christina Milian was caught in the middle of some Hollywood nightclub violence Sunday night -- after a woman (wearing only a bra and shorts) went after a bodyguard protecting Christina ... and the bodyguard swatted her away with an open palm to the face.

We have no idea who the woman is or why she was upset -- but the video's intense.

9:30 AM PT -- Debbie just got out of surgery and we're told the biopsy came back NEGATIVE for cancer.

Debbie Rowe may have Lymphoma ... at least that's what her doctors are saying. She's going in for a biopsy today ... and she's terrified of one thing ... PROPOFOL.

Rowe tells TMZ ... various medical tests over the last few months have shown irregularities with her lymph nodes, and doctors are increasingly convinced it's lymphoma, although she believes she doesn't have it.

Rowe -- Michael Jackson's former wife and mother of Prince and Paris -- says she's at peace with the procedure but is "scared to death" of the anesthesia. She says she has told doctors "Propofol is out of the question."

Rowe remains confident, saying, "I'm too healthy to have cancer" -- and she remained confident early this morning before the biopsy.
