Tamra Barney and Vicki Gunvalson were hospitalized -- one of them was even airlifted -- after a joyride in the California desert nearly turned tragic.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the accident happened in Glamis, CA around 12:50 PM Saturday ... when the Polaris RZR the women were riding in rolled over multiple times. A camera crew for "Real Housewives of the O.C." was taping at the time, and according to sources connected with production ... Tamra was behind the wheel.

We're told Vicki was airlifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. She was released early this morning with no major injuries. Tamra was also hospitalized, but released on Saturday.

Both women were transported mostly out of an abundance of caution. We're told neither was in grave danger.

Lamar Odom hitting the bottle again is taking such a toll on Khloe Kardashian, she pulled the plug on taping "Kocktails with Khloe" this week ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Khloe told production she was too sick to shoot Thursday, but it's not because of the flu. Sources close to production tell us she's stressed out worrying about Lamar Odom's drinking. We're told she's been an emotional wreck.

TMZ broke the story ... LO is refusing to get treatment for addiction as Khloe insists he try something, even an outpatient program. We're told they've been fighting about it all week.

Robert Duvall looked as healthy as the horse he rode in on ... at a "Lonesome Dove" reunion Thursday ... despite reports he'd suffered a stroke.

Several news outlets reported Duvall, 85, had gone MIA the last 7 months following a health scare. But his rep, Jim Dobson, tells TMZ the stroke thing is 100% false, and the pics from the reunion in Fort Worth prove it.

The real deal -- we're told Duvall's been in Florida with his wife, Luciana, for the last 4 months ... and he's working on casting a new film in which he'll also star.

Bobby D. hung with ex 'Lonesome' co-stars Danny Glover and Ricky Schroder at the reunion, and also gave a speech to honor the classic TV mini-series.

"Dancing With The Stars" pro Keo Motsepe is probably still recovering from getting his balls nearly crushed during rehearsals Thursday ... and it was all caught on tape!

Motsepe was in the middle of turning his partner Jodie Sweetin when her microphone pack got loose, started swinging and yanked the mic cord right where it hurts most.

Needless to say, Motsepe needed a timeout, but Jodie found a way to make things worse!

R&B singer Kehlani says she was so devastated over rumors she cheated on her boyfriend Kyrie Irving, she tried to kill herself Monday night ... but fortunately, she survived.

Kehlani posted the ordeal on Instagram -- showing a pic of herself with an IV in her arm in a hospital bed with the caption, "I wanted to leave this earth. Being completely selfish for once. Never thought I'd get to such a low point."

FYI -- The Internet was brutal to Kehlani Monday over a picture that suggested she cheated on Irving with her singer ex-boyfriend "PartyNextDoor."

But Kehlani says SHE NEVER CHEATED -- and says she was already broken up with Irving when she got back together with "PND."

"I am severely utterly in love with my first love. Went thru a bad breakup and ended up easing into a relationship with a man who was one of my bestfriend [Irving]. Tho we realized we both weren't exactly at a time where we were prepared to do so."

Janice Dickinson has been diagnosed with breast cancer ... but is vowing she will beat it just like so many other challenges she's faced.

The ex 'Top Model' judge revealed doctors found a pea-sized lump in her right breast during a routine medical exam, and immediately ordered a biopsy. She says the results came back positive on March 12.

Garry Shandling was feeling bad the night before he died, and he was making plans to go to the ER Thursday afternoon.

Sources connected with the comedian tell TMZ ... he spoke with a doctor friend of his Wednesday late afternoon, complaining he was not feeling well. The doctor was concerned enough that he came to Shandling's home and checked him out.

Garry complained he was achy and short of breath. He did not complain of chest pains. The doctor told Garry if he was not feeling well the next day he should go to the ER to check it out. Garry said if he wasn't feeling better he'd probably go sometime Thursday afternoon.

In a recent appearance on Jerry Seinfeld's "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee," Shandling cracked a joke about having hyperparathyroidism ... which, according to the Mayo Clinic, can lead to cardiovascular disease.

TMZ broke the story, Garry called 911 Thursday at around 10:30 AM and fell unconscious during the call. Paramedics responded, broke his door down and found him unresponsive. We're told he had a weak pulse at the house. He was pronounced dead at St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica.

Tracy Morgan seriously thought about taking his life after he woke up from a coma after his near-fatal accident, but a classic TV theme eased his pain.

Tracy said he "contemplated suicide" when he was sitting at home, unable to walk and terrified that he'd never be funny again. As he puts it, "I was in a very dark place." He also told Rolling Stone he struggled with feelings of guilt ... since he survived the accident, but his friend and mentor Jimmy Mack did not.

He doesn't remember the actual wreck on a NJ highway -- and he's totally fine with that -- but he recalls that playing the "Taxi" theme song calmed him when things got tough during recovery. Tracy cued up the song during the RS interview and started crying ... "I remember them days. Jesus."

It ain't the most uplifting tune, but glad it worked for Tracy.

The basketball player who was seriously injured in the Brussels terror attacks says he was thinking about his wife and kids in the moments after the blast ... and how he NEEDED to live to see them again.

Sebastien Bellin suffered major leg and hip damage in the explosion at the airport -- the photo of the former Oakland University basketball star laying in a pool of his own blood went viral.

Bellin was rushed to a hospital for emergency surgery -- and Thursday morning, he spoke with ABC's David Muir in an extremely emotional interview from his hospital bed in Brussels.

The dancer who went viral this week for lighting her crotch on fire says her lady parts are A-OK!

Fire Gyal Flexi -- a competitor in a Dancehall contest -- tells us the incendiary moment was accidental. Her plan was to put rubbing alcohol on her crotch, which she would lite and then immediately smother the flames.

Problem was ... she applied way too much alcohol, and she became a human torch.

Flexi is a little lighter Wednesday -- literally and figuratively -- she suffered 1st degree burns and lost layers of skin, but pressed on and won the dance competition, scoring a trophy and $500 prize.

She'll now go on to the international contest in Jamaica. Hopefully, TSA will confiscate the rubbing alcohol.

Ellen Barkin had a medical emergency on the set of her TV show Tuesday after choking on her lunch.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, Ellen had taken a break on the set of her new TNT show, "Animal Kingdom," when food apparently went down the wrong pipe. Ellen showed signs of distress and began to panic. It got worse ... so bad she actually passed out.

We're told the 61-year-old actress was rushed to an L.A. hospital where doctors performed a variety of tests. It's unclear how the food was dislodged.

We're told she's ok and was released Tuesday night. The trooper she is ... Ellen showed up for work Wednesday morning.

Sam Bettley -- bassist for rock band Asking Alexandria -- lost just about everything but his life in a truck accident Thursday while moving cross country.

Bettley was driving through Ozona, Texas when the moving truck's tire blew out, causing him to swerve off the highway and flip over twice down a grass embankment. Once he realized he still had all his limbs, Bettley immediately ripped out his iPod cord to make sure no one got to hear his band's soon-to-be released album "The Black."

He went to a hospital and got some fluids, but amazingly ... Bettley broke ZERO bones and escaped with a few bruises and some back pain.

Dylan O'Brien -- the star of the 'Maze Runner' movies -- was severely injured in an accident on the set of the new movie ... and has suffered multiple broken bones .... TMZ has learned.

Sources on the set tell us the 24-year-old -- who plays Thomas in the hugely successful franchise -- was filming a scene for "Maze Runner: The Death Cure" involving a car ... when something went wrong and he was run over.

We're told O'Brien was rushed to a hospital in British Columbia with "severe injuries" -- where he is currently undergoing treatment.

A spokesperson for 20th Century Fox tells us production will shut down while Dylan recovers.

Pennywise lead guitarist Fletcher Dragge is suing Uber claiming one of its drivers made him wipe out on his bike last 4th of July.

Fletcher tells TMZ ... he was coasting down Pier Ave. in Hermosa Beach, CA on his beach cruiser when the doors of a red sedan suddenly opened. Fletcher says he smashed into a door, bounced off another car and then crashed to the ground.

He says the 3 young girls who got out of the sedan came to help, but the driver of the car, an Uber ride, split. Fletcher says the girls blamed their driver who told them to get out, even though he was stopped in traffic.

Fletcher tore his meniscus in the wreck and says he's going to need surgery, which will put him out of commission for months. He's suing Uber and its driver for medical expenses and lost wages.

The only up note -- Fletcher's bike made it out relatively unscathed.

Baltimore Ravens cornerback Tray Walker is in critical condition after being involved in a serious dirt bike accident Thursday night in Miami.

According to police, Walker was operating a dirt bike in the dark without lights. He was not wearing a helmet. Walker was transported to the trauma unit at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Coach John Harbaugh released the following statement through the Ravens ... "This is devastating news. Our prayers and hopes are with with Tray and his family tonight."

Walker, 23, attended Texas Southern University before being selected in the 4th round of the 2015 draft.

Sarah Palin's husband is being held together by a ton of steel, and he's on a ventilator after his horrific snowmobiling accident.

Todd Palin is still in ICU after undergoing a bunch of surgeries, according to Sarah. She says all of his ribs are now secured by steel bands, his broken clavicle is anchored by plates and rods -- and doctors are mechanically inflating his collapsed lung.

It sounds like he's beyond lucky to be alive, since Sarah says Todd's still wincing with every breath and dealing with several bruised organs. She joked he's gonna have a tough time at TSA with all his "bionic parts."

Todd was found Sunday night after crashing his snowmobile during a solo trip into the Alaskan backcountry. It's still unclear how the accident happened.
