One of T.I.'s bodyguards took a knife to the leg during one of his boss' shows ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... T.I.'s bodyguard got shanked Monday night at least 3 times in one of his calves during a show Tip was putting on at a club in Moncton, New Brunswick.

We're told cops got a call around 1:20 AM from The Venue, where a 23-year-old male had reportedly been stabbed during a ruckus that broke out while the guy was guarding a table selling T.I. merch.

He was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries, and was released later that night. We're also told cops spoke with T.I.

Monday's show was T.I.'s last in Canuck country. We've reached out to him for further comment ... so far, no word back.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences gave a man who beat cancer a heart attack when they fired him ... according to the ex-employee.

The man claims his cancer treatment forced him to go on disability from July 2015 to March 2016, but he returned to work when his cancer went into remission. He says the HR supervisor was cool with him working from home if he needed to for pain management.

He says a new supervisor took over in April 2016 and turned his work life upside down. In a lawsuit, he says the new HR honcho gave him a hard time when he tried to work from home, and ignored his doctor's notes requesting flexibility.

Eventually, he says he was fired by email and was so upset ... he had a heart attack on the spot. He's now suing for disability discrimination and wrongful termination.

Mischa Barton was not in her right mind after she says someone spiked her drink with GHB ... and video of the incident shows it was a dire situation.

The video -- shot Thursday before she voluntarily went to the hospital -- shows the 31-year-old former 'O.C.' star rambling, then losing her grip on her fence and falling to the ground.

Barton told People this was all a reaction to the so-called "date rape" drug -- which someone dropped in her drink while she was celebrating her birthday Wednesday night.

Here are the bloody photos of Denver Broncos star Aqib Talib ... taken after he shot himself in Dallas back in June.

The Dallas PD just released the images from the case -- along with video of Aqib limping into the hospital. Cops also released a letter from Talib's attorney in which he admits the NFL star shot himself.

The photos show bandages on Talib's right thigh and calf. According to reports, the Broncos star shot himself through the thigh and the bullet struck his calf.

Talib's attorney also told cops Talib initially lied to police while he was at the hospital and denied shooting himself ... because "he was disoriented and was on morphine" and scared about possibly losing his NFL career.

Talib was at a strip club earlier in the evening where shots had been fired. Two other people were hurt in the shooting. But cops could never prove Talib was at the club when the shots were fired.

Mischa Barton was hospitalized after exhibiting some bizarre behavior that had friends and neighbors extremely concerned Thursday morning.

Sources connected to Mischa tell us she was hanging over her backyard fence in West Hollywood and rambling about her mom being a witch, the world shattering ... and Ziggy Stardust. At one point she fell backward off the fence and said, "Oh my God, it's over! I feel it, and it's angry!"

She was only wearing a dress shirt and tie at the time.

Sheriff's deputies and firefighters responded to a call for a jumper or possible overdose. Law enforcement sources tell us Mischa was voluntarily transported to a hospital for mental evaluation.

We've reached out to Mischa's camp for an update on her condition, but no word back yet.

Back in 2009, she was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold.

"America's Got Talent" winner Neal E. Boyd was involved in a single car crash that was so serious it sent his vehicle flying in the air.

The opera singer -- who won Season 3 of 'AGT' -- ran off a road in Scott County, Missouri at 8:45 AM, crashed into a tree, which then sent his car flying, and then into another tree.

There was also a passenger in the car ... it appears to be his 62-year-old mother.

Boyd reportedly was not wearing his seat belt. He and his mom are in serious condition at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

A woman is suing the famous Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas over horrific bites she says she got from a bed bug swarm, and she has creepy crawly video to back it up.

Cindi Avila claims she checked into the hotel back in January 2016 and woke up with bites all over her body ... some of which left her scarred. In docs, Avila says a bed bug infestation erupted in her room, and she's blaming the hotel for failing to change the bed skirt.

Avila says she shot video of the bugs in action when she lifted mattress. She's suing for damages, mental anguish and medical costs.

An Atlantis Resort rep tells us the hotel "immediately took the room out of service, brought in the property’s professional pest company to eradicate the problem" and compensated Avila for her stay.

The rep also says they offered to reimburse her medical bills ... but Avila said no dice.

George H.W. Bush was just admitted to intensive care unit with pneumonia and his wife, Barbara, was also admitted.

H.W.'s office says he's in stable condition, but as a precaution doctors performed some sort of procedure to clear his airway. He received anesthesia and was moved into the intensive care unit.

H.W.'s resting comfortably where he will remain, at least for the short term.

Meanwhile, Barbara Bush was also admitted to the Houston hospital Wednesday morning after experiencing what H.W.'s office says is fatigue and coughing.

"Quantico" star Priyanka Chopra will be out of commission for a while after a scary fall on the set of her hit show that landed her in the hospital ... TMZ has learned.

Sources on the set tell us Priyanka was rushed to the ER late Thursday night after she slipped and fell so hard on her head during a stunt, she suffered a concussion. We're told Priyanka was examined, treated and discharged a few hours later.

The ridiculously gorgeous actress -- who is resting at home -- was noticeably absent during a Friday event to promote the show.

A rep for Priyanka tells TMZ, "Yes, we can confirm there was a minor accident ... and [she] will return to work after the weekend."

Two members from Tower of Power suffered an "unfortunate accident" after they were hit by a passenger train in Oakland, CA ... fortunately both survived.

Drummer David Garibaldi -- a band member since 1970 -- and bass player Marc van Wageningen -- a substitute bassist -- were reportedly crossing the tracks Thursday night at Jack London Square and on their way to a gig in the band's hometown.

Tower's publicist said the musicians are "responsive" and being treated at a local hospital.

The band's 2 shows scheduled at Yoshi's jazz club were canceled.

President Obama had to deal with a small domestic crisis at the White House -- a family friend was bitten by Sunny, the First Family's 4-year-old dog.

We're told the incident occurred Monday when the 18-year-old was visiting the White House. Sources connected to the girl tell us she went to pet and kiss Sunny, and the dog bit her on the face.

Sunny -- a female Portuguese Water Dog -- left a nasty gash under the girl's eye. We're told the Obamas' family physician, Dr. Ronny Jackson, checked her out and decided she needed stitches.

She's gonna be okay, but we're told she'll likely have a small scar ... which upset her. She posted various pics of the injury and her visit to Dr. Jackson on social media.

The bite is out of character for the breed, which typically is not aggressive in family situations. The Obamas have 2 Portuguese Water Dogs -- 8-year-old Bo has the title,"First Dog."

Meek Mill keeps racking up the losses, but at least he has a great sense of humor on his latest one, which came at the hands of Winter.

The rapper shared a hilarious video of himself going down hard on the icy stairs at his mom's house. Meek joked that all his haters "spoke a L into existence."

Ray J is on his way to the dentist after blacking out from dental pain, being rushed to the hospital and then booted from the "Celebrity Big Brother" house, and a lawsuit is clearly brewing.

Ray just FaceTimed us and walked us through what he claims is a case of shocking neglect on the part of producers.

What shocked us ... what Ray ate in the hospital ... tooth pain and all.

Ray J is in the hospital and enraged at "Celebrity Big Brother" for letting him suffer for days in extreme pain to the point he blacked out and he's been kicked out of the house ... TMZ has learned.

Ray has been shooting the show in the UK but 3 days ago we're told he developed "extreme tooth pain" and complained to cast members and producers. According to sources connected to Ray J, producers initially didn't believe him and ignored his complaints.

We're told producers ordered Ray to continue shooting the show, as the pain became unbearable.

Our sources say the next day, cast members felt the situation was so bad they refused to continue shooting until Ray got medical help.

We're told the next day a dentist came to the set, gave Ray 8 painkillers, 4 of which he was to take immediately and the remaining 4 the next morning.

Ray woke up Tuesday in unbearable pain, took the remaining 4 pills and then pleaded for help. We're told producers agreed to take him to the hospital but on the way out of the house he blacked out.

Ray is currently at the hospital. We're told he has an abscessed tooth, a cracked filling in another tooth, and a severe gum issue.

Sources tell us he's been kicked off the show.

As we reported, the show promised him $1 million, but that seems like it's in jeopardy.

Charles Manson is back in Corcoran State Prison, and we're told he might not survive his health crisis.

TMZ broke the story ... Manson was taken to a Bakersfield hospital a week ago for significant intestinal bleeding. Doctors wanted to perform surgery, but Manson refused. Late last week he had a change of heart, but doctors determined he was so weak he might die on the operating table.

The surgeons went back and forth, planning the surgery again ... but ultimately cancelled it.

We're told there was nothing more the hospital could do, so Manson was taken back to Corcoran -- largely for security reasons.

As for the 82-year-old prisoner's condition, one source familiar with the situation said, "He's not good. His health is failing."
