A bunch of morons dressed as zombies attacked a car outside Comic Con last night -- smashing the windshield and scaring the family inside -- with the driver ultimately RUNNING OVER a woman as he tried to drive away.

San Diego PD says ... the insane scene unfolded during the annual "Zombie Walk" -- where people dress up as the undead and stumble down the street.

But during the "walk" ... the zombies approached a car stopped at an intersection and began ATTACKING the vehicle ... despite the fact there was a family inside ... including two small children.

Cops say the zombies began beating on the car -- with someone even jumping on the hood and smashing the windshield.

Turns out ... every family member in the car is deaf -- and cops say they began to get scared. The driver tried to punch it out of there and drive away and struck a 64-year-old woman in the process.

The woman -- who was NOT in the zombie march -- was hospitalized with a possible broken arm.

Police say no arrests have been made so far -- but they're investigating.

Jackie Siegel's face turned into an even bigger disaster than her nightmare of a mansion -- featured in the famous "Queen of Versailles" documentary -- when she suffered a major allergic reaction to a laser treatment.

Jackie looked like an over-cooked lobster when she got home from a skin rejuvenation session in Orlando. She tells TMZ the plan was to celebrate the end of her long-running lawsuit over the docu about her and husband David Siegel's attempt to build the biggest mansion in the U.S.

Siegel FREAKED when she saw her face, and went back to the doc, who assured her everything was okay. She says it took a long, painful week for the swelling to go down, but her face did return to normal.

They should be so lucky with Versailles. Jackie says they're STILL building and it's scheduled to be done next year.

"New Year's Eve" sucked for anyone who had to sit through the movie (7% on Rotten Tomatoes) -- but it REALLY sucked for a set builder who was "gravely injured" in a forklift accident during filming, according to a new lawsuit.

Scott Canfield says he was working on the set in Feb. 2011, and while standing on a pallet that was hoisted into the air by a forklift, he took a huge fall. In the suit, he doesn't detail how he fell or from what height.

But according to the docs, it was high enough that he cracked his head ... and suffered a traumatic brain injury and other physical and psychological damage.

He's now suing Warner Bros. and New Line Productions for medical expenses and unspecified damages. The studio had no comment on the lawsuit.

Ditto for why the movie was so awful ... we're guessing.

Paris Jackson is back in the L.A. area -- possibly with a boyfriend -- and we've learned the point of the visit is to re-establish Jackson family ties.

Paris was hanging out in Calabasas Wednesday night with some friends as guardian T.J. Jackson followed closely behind. It looks like the guy with the dark hair might be a date or a boyfriend.

Sources connected to the Jacksons tell TMZ ... the doctors who have been treating Paris after she tried to take her life have told her she needs to create a family support system ... because she's become estranged from her entire family.

We're told doctors were concerned 16-year-old Paris' only meaningful relationship has been with Debbie Rowe -- her biological mother who does not have custody.

Doctors want her to mend fences with Katherine, her siblings and other immediate family ... they think it's important to her healing.

Louis Mandylor -- best known for his role as Nia Vardalos' brother in "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" -- is lucky to be alive after collapsing on the set of his new movie.

Mandylor was shooting scenes in 90+ degree heat Tuesday for the movie, "Daylight's End" ... when he became ill and was rushed to a hospital in Tyler, TX.

Doctors diagnosed the illness as heat exhaustion and dehydration -- which affected Mandylor's kidneys.They're saying kidney failure was on the horizon ... this according to Mandylor's people.

He's expected to recover and should be released from the hospital Friday.

Sean Stewart is ready to fight his landlord in court who is going after him for back rent ... claiming she shamelessly painted over dangerous mold ... mold that made him sick.

Stewart's landlord posted an eviction notice on Sean's door July 16, after he failed to pay July rent totaling $2,995. Stewart says he bailed a month ago because of the mold danger.

Stewart says he had the money to pay but didn't because it's his legal right ... he complained several times about the mold but all the landlord did was paint over it. So Sean exercised his right under California law to move out without giving notice ... because the apt. posed a serious health risk.

He says he's been feeling weak for months and developed red blisters on his skin ... all because of the mold.

We reached out to Stewart's landlord for comment ... so far, no word back.

Cesar Millan couldn't stop one of his gigantic clients -- a Great Dane -- from attacking a neighbor during a training session yesterday ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us the 'Dog Whisperer' star was walking a group of dogs, including the Great Dane, near his home in Studio City, CA -- and none of the dogs were leashed.

We're told one of Millan's neighbors was out walking his own dog ... and when the neighbor reached out to let the Great Dane sniff his palm ... the dog suddenly bit the man's hand and forearm.

We're told Cesar followed the man to the hospital where he was treated and released. Unclear, at this point, how badly he was injured.

A rep for Millan confirmed the attack, and says Cesar was walking a "troubled dog" as part of its training, when it got "spooked by a neighbor." The rep added, Cesar is still caring for the dog.

We don't know yet how big this dog was -- but adult Great Danes range from 100 to 120 pounds.

A source close to the victim tells us "he's healing," and is following up with a physician today.

Primus drummer Tim Alexander suffered a heart attack Thursday ... and now he's waiting for doctors to fix his ticker via open heart surgery.

Alexander was rushed to a local hospital after he was hit with the attack ... according to a rep for his other band Puscifer.

Tim was the original drummer for Primus ... but he took a 7 year break from the band in '96. Their biggest song was the '93 classic "My Name is Mud."

We're told doctors hope to get him into surgery Monday.

Scott Disick drank so much one night last month ... he made a beeline for the hospital because his system was poisoned with booze.

Sources connected with Scott and the Kardashians tell TMZ ... Scott went to a nightclub in The Hamptons on June 22. He began binge drinking. We got a pic of him with a beer in his hand but it seems he drank the harder stuff too. We're told he was drunk out of his mind.

We're told Scott told the friends who were with him ... he was so messed up he felt someone had drugged him. So Scott -- who could barely put a sentence together -- went to the ER at Southampton Hospital.

We're told Scott was admitted and tested for drugs but doctors concluded it was classic alcohol poisoning.

The incident occurred days AFTER Kourtney threw Scott out of their Hamptons rental. And the very day Scott went to the hospital ... Kourtney bailed and took the kids to California, where they celebrated North West's birthday.

Tracy Morgan made his way ever-so-slowly from his NYC doctor's office to his car ... as he continues to recover from that horrific car accident.

Tracy -- supported by a walker, his fiancee Megan Wollover and daughter Maven Morgan -- is fresh out of a rehab facility ... where he's recovering from multiple injuries including a broken nose, femur and broken ribs.

We were told early on doctors were uncertain if Tracy would make a full recovery ... but he's definitely making progress.

The "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" reunion fight was captured on video and it was just as crazy as we told you -- multiple fights breaking out ... one right after another.

As TMZ reported, Tuesday night's taping devolved into a royal rumble ... with cast mates Benzino, his fiancée Althea, Stevie J, Joseline, Debra, Tammy, and Mimi all duking it out.

In the video, obtained by HelloBeautiful.com, you see security breaking up one fight ... and then running to stop another. That happens over and over and over.

9:32 A.M. PDT -- Sources close to the show tell us ... producers had an emergency meeting Tuesday night to address how to proceed with reunion episode -- which continues filming today. We're told cast members will be kept in separate areas during filming ... and they've done away with the live audience for safety reasons.

A huge brawl erupted during the taping of the "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" reunion show in NYC Tuesday night … leaving several cast members -- and their weaves -- injured.

Multiple sources on the set tell us the fight involved Benzino, his fiancee Althea, Stevie J, Joseline, Debra, Tammy, and Mimi -- and the whole mess started when Benzino cracked a joke about Stevie J and Joseline doing drugs.

We're told Stevie jumped up to get in Benzino's grill, but security guards stopped him. That's when --according to witnesses -- Stevie's girl Joseline sneak attacked Althea.

After that, all hell broke loose -- weaves were torn out in the chaos -- and every time security broke up one fight … a different one would spark up between other cast members.

We're told most of the fighting was between the women -- although at least one male security guard took a shot to the face … from one of the chicks.

From what we can tell the only smart decision all night was someone calling 911. Cops and paramedics responded -- at least three people got treatment.

We know what you're wondering, and the answer is -- YES … we're told VH1 cameras were rolling during most of the violence.

The seeds of ratchetness appear to have been sown Monday night ... when a nude pic of Benzino and Althea was posted on Stevie J's Twitter page.

Camille claims in her suit -- filed by Larry Stein -- Dimitri Charalambopoulos beat her to a pulp in the hotel room ... just after she returned from the hospital after undergoing cancer surgery.

Kelsey's ex is now counter-suing Dimitri -- after he sued her for defamation -- claiming her story is true and she has more than enough photos, witnesses and other evidence to establish it.

As for the hot dog allegation ... Camille says Dimitri is a drunk and once during a trip to Hawaii he was doing so many shots she asked him to stop. She says he reacted by shoving a hot dog in her mouth and commenting how much she enjoyed having hot dogs crammed down her throat.

And this allegation is even more shocking. Camille claims just after her surgery Dimitri came into the hospital while she was still hopped up on drugs. She says he put a ring on her finger, which she thought was sweet, until she became lucid a day or 2 later and noticed the ring had a plastic penis on it and she was wearing it in front of her family and the hospital staff.

Camille wants money for her suffering.

A bloody brawl broke out during the premiere party for a show on Bravo that debuts Sunday night ... and during the melee, one cast member chomped down Tyson-style on another cast member's ear -- TWICE!

"Game of Crowns" star Vanassa Sebastian and her husband Brian ran into co-star Leha Guilmette and her husband Nick on the red carpet at Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut Sunday ... and eyewitnesses tell us the two hubbies got into a full blown fight.

We're told Nick went ballistic during the scuffle ... biting Brian's ear twice before security stepped in.

"G.O.C." is about a group of married women who compete in "Mrs." beauty pageants.

The Connecticut State Police say no one was arrested ... but they're investigating the incident. They say the victim received minor injuries and was treated at a nearby hospital.

Sources close to Brian Sebastian say he plans on pressing criminal charges against Nick.
