Party All The Time

If Fergie is upset about her breakup from Josh Duhamel ... she didn't make it obvious at her Rock in Rio after-party singing the ol' Black Eyed Peas track "The Time."

Fergie jetted to Brazil after she and Josh announced their split last week. She performed at the 2017 Rock in Rio festival Saturday and then things got a bit wild at the after-party. She's got a new solo album coming out, but still seems to have a soft spot for her old group -- given her song choice.

Some people drown their sorrows in a pint of Ben & Jerry's ... others do it like Fergie.

Bankruptcy, shmankruptcy ... German tennis legend Boris Becker wasn't about to let a little "historic debt" stop him from goin' hard at Oktoberfest!

Just three months ago, a U.K. judge declared Becker bankrupt after a private banking firm said he owed them a TON of dough. Boris' own people admitted he was terrible with money.

But that was then ... now he's partying his problems away at Oktoberfest in Munich -- rockin' out to his native jams with a bunch of Bavarian babes.

No beer in hand, surprisingly, but we're guessing the ex-playboy got his chug on at some point (c'mon, that's what you do at Oktoberfest!).

Not sure who Boom Boom's lady friend is ... but don't worry, his wife Lilly's also with the gang at the fest.

The big question ... who pays for the beer?

Jessica Simpson let loose at her hubby's birthday dinner, and needed some help keeping it together on the way out of the event.

Jessica was leaving Craig's Tuesday night in WeHo arm in arm with Eric Johnson, who turned 38 a few days ago. We're told the pair was inside the joint for a whopping 5 hours ... which is written all over Jessica's face.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who won for "Veep" again breaking the record for most Emmys won by a performer for the same show, Busy Philipps, and Keegan-Michael Key were there too. And don't forget Sarah Paulson.

Looked like an epic party ... if you could get inside.

The couple hit up Rihanna's third annual Diamond Ball in NYC benefiting RiRi's foundation that pours $$$ into impoverished communities around the globe.

Bey got a little help from Spanx but, seriously, who the hell cares? She looks super hot and very superhero-ish. RiRi's party was packed with celebs -- Kendrick Lamar performed and Dave Chappelle also grabbed the mic.

It didn't end there -- Calvin Harris, Future, Lil Kim, La La Anthony, Fabulous and Young Thug also hit up the shindig ... and all for a great cause.

Keke Palmer had the best view for one of the craziest, most suggestive balloon tricks ever ... and she still has no idea how the chick pulled it off.

The singer and "Scream Queens" star was hosting a party at Opera Nightclub in Atlanta when a dancer/magician pulled her onstage and stuck a long balloon in her mouth. Keke just had to hold the tip ... while the dancer went to work.

As magician's assistants go -- Keke played the part well. But the real hero here is clearly the dancer who just put every other balloon animal artist to shame.
