Josh Gordon's 10-week stint at an Ohio car dealership was NO JOKE ... the guy worked his ass off and was a big part in several car sales ... multiple employees tell TMZ Sports.

The Cleveland Browns wide receiver has been reinstated -- and is officially back with the team -- which means he will no longer be working with the sales team at Sarchione Auto Group in Ohio.

It seemed like the gig was a joke at first ... but we're told Gordon took the job seriously and treated the whole thing like a very serious apprenticeship.

"He was totally into it," one employee tells us ... "He was very patient with customers. He answered their questions. Josh knows a lot about cars."

We're told Josh often shadowed one of the owners -- spending most of his time at the Chevrolet dealership -- and showed real potential when it came to working in the car biz.

"He was working a full schedule. 8AM to 8PM Mondays and Thursdays ... 8AM to 6PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. He also worked 8-3 on Saturdays."

We're told several of Gordon's teammates visited the WR on the lot -- unclear if any of them actually bought a car.

But get this ... Cleveland Cavs player Mike Miller leased a car from the dealership ... and we're told Gordon had a lot to do with the sale.

The Celtic punk band Dropkick Murphys cancelled a concert in Tulsa scheduled for Sunday night after their tour bus struck and killed a pedestrian very early that morning.

The band was headed from San Antonio to the airport in Dallas when they say someone ran onto the highway and in front of their tour bus. The band says cops told them they suspect it was a suicide.

With their tour bus too damaged to continue on, and the bus driver severely shaken up, they tried to find other ways to Tulsa in order to make the gig ... but came up short.

Bruce Jenner got tossed into a Mexican ditch, and is lucky to be alive ... after wrecking his million dollar ride in the legendary Baja 1000 off-road race.

Bruce and his son Burt Jenner were taking part in the brutal competition -- in which multiple drivers and spectators have been killed -- when their suped up truck rolled on Thursday.

We're told Bruce was behind the wheel around mile 170 ... when he veered into the ditch and ripped off the power steering line. He and Burt had to wait a few hours for their crew to make it to their location.

As we previously reported ... sponsors and investors sunk a million bucks into the truck so Bruce and Burt could race.

During the break, the Jenners drank beer and ate pizza with some locals. When the crew showed up the team leader said they'd have to pull out of the race because -- keeping it real -- they lost too many hours after the wreck. They had no chance of winning.

At least Bruce still has his gold medal.

Patrick Schwarzenegger one-upped his fitness legend dad during a bike ride -- and even flashed one of his new GF Miley Cyrus' trademark moves.

PS and Arnold Schwarzenegger went cruising around Santa Monica Friday on their bicycles -- and for some reason ... Patrick was towing an extra bike. Even with the extra cargo ... he was leading pops.

Note Patrick's form -- tongue out. Looks like Miley's rubbing off in more ways than one.

Being on "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" just cost Mally Mall $250K -- in the form of the brand new car he had to buy his girlfriend to repair their relationship after a full season of reality show BS.

Mally Mall just scooped up a 2014 Bentley Continental coupe for his gf Nikki Mudarris. We're told the rapper/producer's dodged most of the serious drama (as in, physical violence) through Season 1 -- but felt guilty Nikki had to deal with some cast gossip about him.

Pretty sweet trade off for Nikki ... who's gotta be used to drama, anyway. She manages a bunch of strip clubs in L.A and Las Vegas.

The Waze app is destroying neighborhoods in Los Angeles ... so claim some very pissed off homeowners.

There have been several neighborhood meetings in the last few weeks around the city because some posh neighborhoods have become as congested as the freeways around rush hour.

Even if you don't live in L.A. you've probably heard about the legendary traffic jams on the 405. That freeway has caused thousands of motorists to rely on Waze to find shortcuts, and a glut of cars are ending up on the same side streets and it's become a nightmare for homeowners trying to leave.

So the neighborhood meetings are all about torpedoing the Waze App, and they think they found a waze.

Here's the plan ... since Waze is based on crowdsourcing, residents are uniting to report congestion in their area so cars are rerouted to other streets.

Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger drove home together from an event Wednesday night in Hollywood ... which must mean they're totally doing the nasty, right?!

Miley and Arnold's son were seen leaving a Q&A at the Egyptian Theatre for a new movie produced by Maria Shriver called "Still Alice" ... before getting into a ride and peacing out.

It's not like it's a tiny 2-door coupe ... the former NBA superstar had a massive Lincoln Navigator waiting for him -- and it still couldn't handle all 90 inches of Yao.

Eventually, Ming crunched into the backseat ... but even that was a tight squeeze.

Not even Taylor Swift is crazy enough to take a golf club to the gorgeous Shelby Cobra featured in her new music video for "Blank Space" ... one of the dudes in the video now says it was all just CGI.

Car lovers around the world were understandably aghast when they saw Taylor go full Elin Nordegren on one of the greatest cars in history (assuming car lovers watch Taylor Swift videos).

But Andrea Denver -- one of the male models in the video -- told our photog in NYC we can all rest easy ... Taylor's metal mutilation was as fake as her relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal.

Bruce Jenner will be showing off his immense huevos by competing with his son in the legendary Baja 1000 this week ... thanks to more than $1 million in sponsorships.

Bruce and Burt Jenner will attempt to tame one of the world's most dangerous off-road courses through the Mexican desert at insane speeds -- and the 5-day race ain't cheap.

Sources connected to Team Jenner tell us entry fees alone are $125K minimum, the truck cost $500K ... plus several hundred thousands more in expenses and equipment. All in, we're talking more than $1 million, but Bruce isn't spending a cent of his own dough.

Team owner Craig Potts, along with sponsors Gladiator Tires and House Beer, are putting up all the cash. We're told Burt will drive the 1st 400 miles with Bruce navigating, then Bruce will take the wheel for the 2nd leg ... and Potts gets the home stretch.

The race, which begins Wednesday, is no cake walk. X Games star Kurt Caselli was killed last year, and multiple drivers and spectators have died during the event over the years.

Frank Ocean is never gonna be the man he wants to be until he deals with the laundry list of tickets he's racked up in L.A.

Here's the deal ... Frank's real name is Christopher Breaux (who knew?) -- but back on March 7th he applied to legally change to his stage name. Only problem is he had one hell of a summer on the road.

Frank ... or rather, Chris ... got 3 tickets in 3 months: Expired insurance in June, driving with his headlights off in July, and the coup de grace -- going 31 mph over the speed limit in August!

His license has been suspended a couple of times for skipping court dates -- so the judge denied the name change request until he cleans up his driving record. Once that's done, he'll have to reapply.

Tisha Campbell is either the victim of a car scam or a wannabe used car dealer.

So check this out. The "Martin" star says she leased a 2007 Bentley Continental, but decided she didn't want to drive it. So she leased it to a woman named Belinda Baker.

According to Tisha's new lawsuit ... Baker agreed to pay her $90K up front and then make 11 payments of $5,000. So when all was said and done, Baker would pay Tisha $145,000.

Tisha says Baker paid the $90K but hasn't anted up another dime ... and she has no idea what Baker has done with the car.

But Baker tells a more nefarious story. She says the car is only worth $80K so charging an unwitting Bentley driver nearly twice that is outrageous. On top of that, Baker says she believed she was buying the car, not leasing it.

It looks like both ladies are wrong, because according to the contract they signed, Baker agreed to pay $70K up front and $5K a month for 11 months. And it's clearly a lease.

People are entitled to make bad deals. It's America, dammit.

Starlin Castro is gonna have some seriously filthy fun before baseball starts up again -- the Chicago Cubs shortstop just scooped up a new off-road toy, and turned it into a rolling nightclub.

TMZ Sports has learned the 3-time All-Star bought a 2015 Polaris 1000 -- a serious all-terrain vehicle -- which he pimped out with 4 custom 24-inch waterproof speakers.

The Auto Firm in Miami did the tricking out, and owner Alex Vega tells us Starlin shelled out $25K for the customizing, on top of the $20K for the ATV.

Maybe the pimpest addition -- the speakers AND custom wheels light up in different colors! They'll see and hear Starlin coming from blocks away ... when he ships the rave-on-wheels down to his native Dominican Republic.

The first car accident Kylie Jenner ever had just scored her another milestone -- her first big fat lawsuit.

Kylie's being sued for the 3-car pileup she allegedly started back in August 2013 -- just 18 days after her 16th birthday. TMZ broke the story ... Kylie was driving a Mercedes G-Wagon when a witness says she slammed into the back of a car stopped in traffic.

According to the lawsuit, Kylie started a chain reaction ... hitting a Toyota ... which then rear-ended a Subaru. The woman who was driving the Subaru is suing her for being a negligent driver. She's also suing Kris Jenner because they believe she was the registered owner of the Mercedes.

The woman's attorney tells us she suffered injuries to her neck and back.

Relevant note: Kylie was involved in another accident almost a year later -- this time in a Range Rover -- though it wasn't clear whether she caused that one.

Warren Sapp was test driving a $300K Rolls-Royce Wraith this morning ... but don't worry, the ex-bankrupt, ex-NFL star did NOT drive it off the lot.

Everyone knows Sapp had major financial problems -- in fact, his money problems were so bad, his SHOE COLLECTION was auctioned off to pay off his multi-million dollar debt.

That's why it was so shocking to see Sapp flirting with a Rolls-Royce today -- especially after completing a court-ordered financial management class just 2 years ago ... where he was taught about reckless spending.

So why was he there? We're told Warren was personally invited to the Rolls-Royce driving event in Palm Beach, FL because he was a past client.

We're told attendees were welcome to purchase a car at the event -- but Warren wisely passed on the offer.
