Jessica Alba stood shoulder to shoulder with young people who've lost family members to recent gun violence atrocities ... in the most poignant moment of Sunday's Teen Choice Awards.

Jessica and the teenagers made a plea to bring an end to the violence -- reminding the audience of the loved ones they'd lost in Newtown, Orlando, San Bernardino, Baton Rouge and more.

The tribute brought many people in the audience to tears.

Justin Timberlake had his own message about tolerance and Americans coming together.

Miss Cleo Still Saw the Future ... Before Her Death

Miss Cleo catered to true believers right up until her final days, looking into their futures from the comfort of her home ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Miss Cleo tell us she had a fiercely loyal bunch who called her for readings, and even some who flew to her in Florida to peer into the future. We're told Cleo did Tarot card readings and sometimes just provided plain old life advice ... of the non-psychic variety.

We're told these followers believed she had a true gift, and wasn't just acting for the iconic Psychic Readers Network TV spots in the '90s.

TMZ broke the story ... Miss Cleo died Tuesday after battling cancer.

Despite the hotline reportedly making more than $1 billion, she made very little ... reportedly $1,750 for 3 days of work on her first ad. Still, she did get a small percentage of every phone call and our sources say she lived comfortably.

It's been 38 years since Leon Spinks upset Muhammad Ali for the heavyweight title ... but that didn't stop the former champ from taking one last jab at his old opponent.

Neon Leon, and his brother Michael, attended the Pat Cairo cancer outing in Lido Beach, NY on Tuesday when Leon was asked if he wanted to lay a hit on a cardboard cutout of the GOAT.

"I'm gonna give him a little rest today," he joked before adding, "he's still ugly, too."

Leon went on about his relationship with Ali, saying, "he always talked s***, but we loved him anyway."

Proceeds from the event -- which included a tribute to Ali -- were donated to a local hospital for the terminally ill and for cancer research efforts.

'Babylon 5' star Jerry Doyle Dead at 60

Jerry Doyle -- best known for his role on "Babylon 5" -- died Wednesday ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us ... a call was made to his Las Vegas home yesterday afternoon after he was found unresponsive. It's unclear how the political radio talk show host and actor died ... but we're told no foul play is suspected. An autopsy is pending.

Jerry starred as security officer Michael Garibaldi from 1994 to 1998 and was married to co-star Andrea Thompson from 1995 to 1997. He worked on Wall Street before going into acting.

As of late ... Jerry hosted a nationally syndicated radio talk show, "The Jerry Doyle Show."

He was 60.

Jenni Rivera Plane Crash $70 Million Victory For Families of Entourage

The families of Jenni Rivera's entourage members killed in her plane crash have been awarded a hefty payout from the private jet company.

A judge in L.A. ruled Wednesday Starwood Management -- owners of the downed Learjet -- must pay a total of $70 million to the loved ones of Jenni's publicist, makeup artist, hairstylist and lawyer. Rivera's plane went down in Mexico in 2012. Both pilots were also killed in the crash.

The $70 mil is a default judgment ... Starwood abandoned its defense in the case.

Jenni's family still has an active lawsuit going against Starwood.

Miss Cleo Dead at 53

There won't be any more calls to Miss Cleo ... the iconic TV psychic is dead after battling cancer ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for Miss Cleo -- whose real name was Youree Harris -- tells us she died Tuesday morning in Palm Beach County, FL. We're told she was recently hospitalized, but was discharged last week to a hospice center.

We're told Cleo was originally diagnosed with colon cancer ... but it spread to her liver and lungs.

The rep said Cleo remained a "pillar of strength" during her illness ... and died surrounded by family and friends.

Cleo's Jamaican character and her psychic commercials became a cult classic in the late '90s ... thanks to her catchphrase, "CALL ME NOW!"

Miss Cleo was actually born in L.A. -- she just nailed the accent.

After the Psychic Readers Network closed shop, Cleo bounced around to various jobs ... including voicing a character in the video game, "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City."

Kimbo Slice Son Making MMA Debut ... Months After Dad's Death

Kimbo Slice's son will follow in his father's fighting footsteps -- and has inked a deal to make his MMA debut at Bellator 160 next month.

24-year-old Kevin Ferguson Jr. confirmed the deal to the AP -- saying he will fight on the undercard on August 26th. He's been training with Bellator fighters like A.J. McKee and Bubba Jenkins.

"I was always around the fight business and everything, so I saw it and I understood what was going on," Ferguson told the media outlet ... "I just knew without a doubt that one day, this was what I wanted to do."

Ferguson says he got his father's blessing to fight before Kimbo died back in June.

As we previously reported, the 42-year-old fight legend had major heart problems -- and died from complications stemming from congestive heart failure on June 6th.

Tiger Attack Woman Mauled to Death in China

A woman died trying to save her adult daughter from a tiger attack in a Chinese drive-thru safari park.

Surveillance video shows what went down Saturday at Badaling Wildlife Park in Beijing -- the daughter got out of the car and walked to the other side ... and that's when the tiger pounced and dragged her away. A man and another woman -- the mother -- attempted to rescue the daughter.

All 3 people were off camera when, officials say, another tiger attacked and killed the mother.

Authorities are investigating, but it seems pretty clear from the video where things went south.

The park has been closed and an investigation is underway.

Justin Bieber Look-alike Died from Pill Mash-Up

Toby Sheldon, the guy who paid thousands for surgeries to look like Justin Bieber -- died from a strong cocktail of drugs ... TMZ has learned.

The autopsy report, obtained by TMZ, shows Toby (real name Tobias Strebel) had all kinds of narcotic painkillers and prescription drugs in his system at the time of death. The L.A. County Coroner says he had a combination of the painkillers oxycodone and hydrocodone, diazepam (Valium) ... sleep aids zolpidem and temazepam, alprazolam (Xanax) and alcohol.

Police also found syringes and a bottle of insulin in the Motel 6 room where he was found in the San Fernando Valley last summer.

The report says there was no apparent trauma or foul play. The official cause of death is listed as "multiple drug intoxication."

Toby had appeared on "Botched" and "My Strange Addiction" to talk about the $100,000 worth of cosmetic surgeries he had to look like Bieber. He was 35.

The presidential candidate delivered a bouquet of white roses before sitting down with the families of the 49 mass shooting victims.

Denny Green Dead at 67 ... Cardiac Arrest

Ex-NFL head coach Denny Green died Friday morning at the age of 67, his friend confirmed to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Green reportedly died from cardiac arrest.

Green coached in the NFL from 1992 to 2006 ... famously leading the Minnesota Vikings to a 15-1 record in 1998.

He later went on to coach the Arizona Cardinals -- and, after losing a game to the Bears, gave one of the most famous post-game comments in Monday Night Football History.

"The Bears are who we THOUGHT they were! That's why we took the damn field! Now if you want to crown them, then crown their ass! But they are who we thought they were! And we let 'em off the hook!"

3 coaches who worked under Green went on to become head coaches in the NFL -- Tony Dungy, Mike Tice and Brian Billick.

AZ Cardinals president Michael Bidwell issued a statement saying, "All of us at the Cardinals are incredibly saddened by the news of Dennis Green's passing."

"Coach Green will rightly be remembered as a true innovator, leader and pioneer among football coaches. We express our deepest sympathy to his family and his many friends."

Champion Skier Matilda Rapaport Dies In Freak Skiing Accident While Filming Video Game

A champion big mountain skiier was killed during an avalanche in Chile -- after she was caught in a snowstorm while shooting scenes for an upcoming video game.

The skiier is 30-year-old Matilda Rapaport -- who was in the Andes mountains near Santiago to work on the Ubisoft game "Steep" when she was caught in an avalanche on Thursday and trapped beneath the snow.

Garry Marshall Dead at 81

Garry Marshall, who created and produced some of the biggest shows in TV history including "Happy Days," and "Mork & Mindy," has died.

Marshall was a prolific and successful TV producer. His credits almost stretch a mile ... "Laverne & Shirley," "The Odd Couple," and on and on.

In addition to working behind the camera, Marshall also appeared on TV and in movies. He appeared in "Goldfinger," "Happy Days," "Lost in America," "Pretty Woman," "Beaches," "A League of Their Own," and "Murphy Brown."

Marshall was married to Barbara for 53 years, and they had 3 kids. His sister is Penny Marshall, who became famous starring in "Laverne & Shirley."

Garry was an avid baseball fan.

Garry died at 5 PM Tuesday of complications from pneumonia. He had suffered a stroke recently and had been hospitalized.

His family said, "He loved telling stories, making people laugh, and playing softball, winning numerous championships. Even at age 81, he had a record this year of 6 - 1 pitching for his team."

Rihanna In Nice During Terror Attack

7:30 PM PT -- Rihanna's concert has been cancelled, along with a jazz festival that was scheduled to begin Saturday in Nice.

Rihanna was in Nice -- preparing for a concert -- when a terrorist shot and drove over more than 80 people ... TMZ has learned.

Rihanna is scheduled to perform in the French city on Friday night, but that's all up in the air in the wake of Thursday's tragedy ... where a man drove a huge truck through Bastille Day crowds celebrating France's independence.

He also opened fire on civilians and police before he was taken out.

Our sources say Rihanna's people are trying to get her out of the city ASAP, out of an abundance of caution.

It's unclear if her show at Nice's Allianz Riviera Stadium will go on as planned.

Fatal Police Shooting Woman Livestreams Boyfriend's Death

A woman trained a camera on her boyfriend as he succumbed to multiple wounds after being shot by a cop.

Philando Castile was driving with Lavish Reynolds in Falcon Heights, Minnesota Wednesday when his car was pulled over ... she says for a broken taillight.

The video starts just after the shooting, but according to Reynolds, the officer asked Castile for his license and registration. She says Castile told the cop he had a pistol on him that was registered, and when he reached for his wallet the officer warned him to stop. Reynolds says Castile actually put his hands back up, but the cop shot him 4 or 5 times.

Castile died after being taken to a local hospital.

The cop says on video, "I told him not to reach for it. I told him to get his hand out."

An official investigation has been launched.

'Stuff on Scout's Head' Dog Dead at 12

Scout -- the pitbull terrier who became a viral sensation for balancing just about anything on his head -- has gone where all dogs eventually go.

Scout's owner, Jen Gillen, tells TMZ the 12-year-old dog became extremely sick. He suffered from seizures and had a tumor removed. He also battled diabetes.

Jen tried keeping Scout alive, but it got to a point where he couldn't eat or drink, so he was euthanized last week.

RIP Scout, and say hi to God.
