Jacksonville Jaguars running back Bernard Pierce pled GUILTY to DUI stemming from a March arrest ... and was hit with 1 year probation ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The 25-year-old was pulled over on March 18th in Baltimore County, Maryland for speeding and during the stop, cops say the noticed he was wasted ... and arrested him for DUI, DWI and 2 speeding charges.

According to the police report, Pierce admitted to having 3 shots of Jack Daniels before he got behind the wheel.

But today, Pierce struck a plea deal with prosecutors in which he pled guilty to 1 count of DUI -- and in exchange, everything else was dropped.

Pierce was facing up to 1 year behind bars -- but instead got 1 year probation with mandatory monthly drug testing.

Here's Glen Rice Jr.'s mug shot ... taken after he was shot in the leg -- and then ARRESTED after a gunfight in Atlanta on Sunday.

Rice Jr. clearly looks frustrated in the shot ... and understandably so, as cops say they found him trying to leave the scene of the shooting while bleeding from the leg -- and in possession of a bunch of weed and $6k in cash.

As we previously reported, Rice Jr. was charged with reckless conduct and marijuana possession.

According to his booking sheet, Rice Jr. is listed at 6'6" and 215 lbs.

8:30 P.M. PST -- A rep for T-Wayne tells TMZ, "We deny the allegation. It is unfounded, untrue and without merit!"

Rapper T-Wayne is under investigation for allegedly raping a woman in a hotel room.

A 22-year-old female from Dallas claims she and the rapper met on Instagram in June and he flew her to Houston in late July for a visit.

The woman tells TMZ she and T went to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory and when they returned to her hotel room she says he got aggressive, trying to guilt her into having sex. When she refused, she says he pinned her down and had sex with her.

The woman filed a police report and cops opened a rape investigation.

She waited 5 weeks to file the report ... she says because she was in shock and it was hard to process.

We've reached out to T-Wayne for comment ... so far, no word back.

Tyga is cool with Future banging his baby mama ... because he's got an 18-year-old waiting for him at home.

There were rumblings of a feud between Tyga and Future. The two collaborated on a hit record -- "Show You" -- and they're friendly, so on the surface it would seem Future violated the bro code by taking down Blac Chyna.

But our Tyga sources say he's made it clear he gives "zero f***s" about Future's relationship with Chyna. He's in hook, line and sinker with Kylie and that's the only woman he cares about.

In fact, we're told he's open to collaborating with Future on another song ... which just makes him not stupid.

UCLA star cornerback Ishmael Adams has officially been charged with misdemeanor battery for allegedly roughing up an Uber driver back in August ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Adams was arrested on August 30th after getting into an altercation with his Uber driver in front of a police station in Westwood.

The Uber driver previously told TMZ Sports Adams -- one of the best cornerbacks in the country -- was "drunk and belligerent" when he picked the guy up from a house party.

The driver said he tried to kick Adams out of the car -- but he got physical, jacked the driver's phone and assaulted him.

Adams was initially suspended by UCLA -- but has since been reinstated and has played in 3 games in 2015.

"Dance Moms" star Abby Lee Miller is doing the tango with the feds now for allegedly committing bankruptcy fraud.

According to a federal indictment, Miller hid around $750k of income from creditors after filing for bankruptcy in 2010. Abby made the money from "Dance Moms" and other TV appearances.

The indictment, which includes 20 counts related to the alleged scheme, also says Abby lied on monthly financial reports for her dance studio and did NOT report some of her income.

TMZ broke the story ... Miller climbed out of bankruptcy just last year, but if the feds' homework is correct ... she was cheating the system all along.

Hathaway was on the Paramount lot last week shooting a Japanese commercial when she ordered breakfast -- a poached egg, along with an English muffin and avocado.

The guys catering the shoot were going crazy, because she sent the dish back 4 TIMES!!

1st try: Poached egg too runny.

2nd try: English muffin was cold because it sat while egg #2 was being poached.

3rd try: Egg #2 cold because it sat while chef toasted muffin #2.

4th try: Egg, muffin and avocado were perfect, but it took so long she decided she was in the mood for a fried egg.

Raven-Symone threw a giant rock from inside her glass house, and it's bouncing back in her face -- because her refusal to hire people with "black" names has some people calling for her to be fired.

"The View" co-host admitted on Thursday she discriminates when it comes to people with names like "Watermelondrea" ... and would not hire someone with such a unique name.

As we reported, JB's lawyers threatened media outlets that published the pics. We're told his legal team was just doing its job ... sending the message that Justin's not okay with the violation.

But reality is, there's almost zero chance Justin sues ... 'cause as they say, size matters.

Malcolm-Jamal Warner weirdly groused his greatest sorrow over the Bill Cosby sex scandal is the legacy of the show.

Warner said in an interview, "My biggest concern is when it comes to images of people of color on television and film, no matter what ... negative stereotypes of people of color, we've always had "The Cosby Show" to hold up against that. And the fact that we no longer have that, that's the thing that saddens me most because in a few generations the Huxtables will have been just a fairy tale."

He did say he felt sorry for the women whom Cosby allegedly victimized. But his overriding concern seems to be the show.
