Chris Brown and CeeLo had a gig at the same place at the same time Monday ... the criminal court building in downtown L.A.

Chris was there for a hearing in the Rihanna beating case ... the judge had some questions about the D.C. assault case as well as his anger management rehab.

As for CeeLo ... he's there for a routine hearing in his felony drug case.

Chris got top billing. His hearing was on the 13th floor and CeeLo's was on the 5th.

Talk about hands-off parenting -- Jada Pinkett Smith didn't just let her 15-year-old son Jaden go skydiving Sunday ... she celebrated it.

Jada tweeted the photo today, showing Jaden leaping out of a plane while strapped to someone's chest ... along with the caption, "Jaden jumping from a plane. Life. Happy Super Bowl Sunday."

Diddy was clearly overdressed during a pre-Super Bowl visit to a landmark greasy spoon in Harlem.

We're told Diddy -- and his 15-person entourage that included Ashanti and French Montana -- rolled up at around 3 am to a famous outdoor food stand called O'fishole Sea Food -- long known in the hood by its previous name -- Willie's Burgers.

After ordering at the walk-up window -- 5 orders of cheeseburgers with fries and 3 fish and chips -- we're told the group created quite the spectacle as they sat on a brick wall and chowed down.

Ashanti left a $100 tip ... on a $40 bill.

The manager tells TMZ, "Coming here is the hood thing to do."

The decent thing to do ... stop wearing fur.

Call her Bouncé ... because Queen B advertised more breast last night than Popeyes.

Beyoncé was showing off the girls at Hennessy's Super Bowl afterparty in NYC, wearing a v-neck t-shirt that was so deep it was poetic. She and the twins got their groove on while Nas and Kelly Rowland performed on stage.

Proud husband Jay Z was there too ... but we all know what the real attraction was.

Let the backpedaling begin ... 'cause Warren Sapp is now saying he NEVER made a $100,000 bet with rap mogul Rick Ross ... despite strong video evidence to the contrary.

Sapp just went on Twitter and pleaded his case ... saying "just FYI for you clowns, Rick Ross don't even know my Phone # lets alone made a bet of 100k! Sounded Good #Not."

He continued, "I only bet on two things, sure things & my abilities, because the only thing I was ever sure of was my abilities #1stBallot."

Here's the problem ... the two made the bet ON STAGE at a nightclub in NYC ... and then Rick clarified the terms of the wager ON CAMERA (TMZ Sports has the footage).

Plus, they TWEETED about the bet ... with Warren seemingly acknowledging that it was on.

But, as you know, Sapp -- who filed for bankruptcy in 2012 -- took the Denver Broncos ... and they LOST.

As Aaron Rodgers now knows, you shouldn't make bets you don't expect to keep.

WWE Superstar Ryback took his catchphrase "Feed Me More" to the next level during the halftime of the Super Bowl ... by devouring the competition in a local wing eating contest.

Ryback posted video of the competition during yesterday's game ... and based on the footage, "The Big Guy" was clearly hungry -- 'cause he annihilated poultry like the Chinese in a Bird Flu scare.

The best part ... ya gotta watch Ryback's celebration in the restaurant after his commanding victory.

"Real Housewives of Miami" star Joanna Krupa wants to settle her beef with skinny white Brandi Glanville with a no-holds-barred fight -- insisting she's by far the tougher one -- but Joanna tells TMZ, she's still not tough enough to take on the black girls in Atlanta.

Krupa was out in L.A. when we asked about her possibly moving to the Bev Hills show -- and Krupa unloaded on Brandi ... promising to rearrange Brandi's face the first chance she gets.

Oklahoma State University basketball star Stevie Clark is in trouble again ... this time the 19-year-old freshman was arrested for allegedly peeing out of the window of a moving vehicle, TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement tells us ... Clark was arrested at 12:46 AM on Sunday in Stillwater, OK after cops observed a man busting a #1 outside of a car window.

The Stillwater PD tells TMZ Sports ... Clark appeared to be "extremely intoxicated" at the time of the arrest.

Clark was arrested for "outraging public decency" and was hauled to a nearby jail. He was released a short time later after posting bond.

FYI -- if convicted, Clark will NOT be forced to register as a sex offender.

Scary moment for Taylor Swift ... when an obsessed fan blew past security and confronted her on stage at her concert in London ... while Taylor's bodyguards scrambled to save her.

It all went down at the O2 Arena ... when Taylor was performing her smash song, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together."

That's when a pretty sizable male fan charged the stage ... and got face-to-face with the singer.

Moments later, two male security guards sprinted to Taylor's side ... grabbed the stage intruder by the arms ... and ripped him off the stage.

Of course, Taylor continued the show like nothing ever happened.

After making one of the worst financial decisions of his life -- and losing a $100k bet to Rick Ross -- Warren Sapp mustered up the energy to hit the NYC clubs last night ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

Sapp hit up Marquee nightclub in NYC ... where the Seahawks partied after their big Super Bowl win -- and despite losing $100,000, he seemed to be in a pretty good mood.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Sapp made the bet with the rap mogul earlier this weekend ... and the terms of the bet were all captured on video.

Yeah ... that $100,000 bet was a bad idea.

Really bad.

We broke the story ... Sapp -- who filed for bankruptcy back in 2012 -- made a $100k Super Bowl bet with rap mogul Rick Ross. The bet was captured on video ... so it's gonna be hard for Sapp to back out.

Sapp took the Broncos. Ross took the Seahawks.

Sapp lost.

Warren's gonna have to find a way to come up with $100k, stat ... 'cause Rick doesn't seem like the kinda guy you wanna owe money to.

Warren Sapp better get on his knees and PRAY for Peyton Manning to have the game of his life, 'cause the guy who declared BANKRUPTCY in 2012 just made a $100,000 bet with Rick Ross that the Broncos will win the Super Bowl ... and TMZ Sports has the video proof.

As for the $100k wager -- it's PRETTY DAMN SHOCKING considering Warren has serious financial issues. It was just back in 2012 that he filed for BANKRUPTCY ... and due to his brokeness, Warren's giant collection of Nike shoes were auctioned off in Sept. 2013.

As for Rick, the guy just bought the biggest house in Georgia ... so, we're guessing he can afford it.

Maybe Sapp knows a little something about the game that we don't.

Some drunk jerk had to be removed from Howard Stern's 60th birthday party Friday night ... after he miserably failed in his attempt to crash the "Wack Pack" V.I.P. section.

Amanda Bynes' post-rehab future looks very bright ... pink -- the color of choice at her prestigious fashion design school

Amanda -- carrying an oversized bag of school supplies -- appeared in the colorful lobby of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Irvine, CA ... looking like a typical college student.

Justin Bieber's private jet touched down outside NYC for the Super Bowl -- and authorities immediately held him for questioning ... because of a strong odor of pot coming from his plane ... TMZ has learned.

We're told ... the plane was stopped after it arrived at Teterboro airport in New Jersey. As we told you ... Justin, his dad and some friends were traveling there for Super Bowl parties.

Sources tell us law enforcement is holding the plane ... because they think there may be marijuana on board. We're told the plane and the passengers are currently being searched ... but so far no pot has been found.

A source close to Bieber tells us, the passengers knew they'd be searched ... since they were flying into the U.S. from Canada.
