Trace Adkins was 3 sheets during a charity performance which went south, but he's making good by making a big fat donation to a children's hospital.

The country star was performing in Seaside Heights, New Jersey Wednesday for a fundraiser benefiting St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Trace slurred his way through 3 songs -- obviously drunk -- and it got so bad some people in the audience beelined it for the exit.

The singer's had his problems with the bottle ... back in 2014 he got in a fight with a Trace look-alike on a cruise ship. He went to rehab shortly after the ship docked.

As for Wednesday night ... St. Jude's got a windfall. Trace donated his performance fee to the hospital.

Don't just blame Dani Mathers for the gym sauna pic she posted of a stranger -- without the woman's knowledge -- blame the woman too ... according to actor Brandon T. Jackson.

The "Tropic Thunder" star had a much different perspective on the case everyone's talking about -- former Playmate Mathers body shaming the woman on social media after posting the image she secretly shot.

Brandon, who is a funny guy, was NOT joking when we got him in Bev Hills. If it sounds harsh to blame the victim, check out Brandon's take -- he might have a point.

Dani Mathers is in a heap of trouble, because we've learned the cops are now involved over the photo she took of a naked woman in a gym shower.

We've learned LA Fitness has contacted the LAPD, after confirming Dani is indeed a member of the gym and the person who took the pic.

Dani posted the pic with the caption, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either."

A spokesperson for LA Fitness tells TMZ, "Her behavior is appalling and puts every member's privacy at risk. We have handled this internally and also notified the police."

The gym goes on to say cell phone usage and photography are prohibited in locker rooms, adding, "This is not only our rule it is just common decency."

Selena Gomez has a lead foot -- at least in reverse -- and a poor innocent fence paid the price.

Former Playmate of the Year Dani Mathers did a despicable thing -- posting a pic of a naked woman in the gym shower without her permission, and then got shamed herself ... into making a totally empty apology.

Mathers thought it'd be funny to mock the unwitting woman's body -- she captioned the pic, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either."

She got the appropriate backlash as the Internet immediately ripped the 33-23-31 sized model for ... 1. exposing the woman's privacy -- and 2. having the balls to criticize the woman's body.

Playboy's 2015 PMOY then made a video mea culpa, claiming it was an "accident" -- which makes next to no sense.

Actress and poker champ Jennifer Tilly is getting death threats from some creep who has the Orlando nightclub massacre on the brain.

Law enforcement in L.A. tells us they got a call from Tilly last month when the suspect tweeted a photoshopped pic of her head next to a bloody knife ... with the message, "funny memes about the massacre in Orlando," and "kill the @Jtillathekilla2" -- which is Tilly's username.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, the suspect posted several other images of decapitated people on his or her page with a caption about beheading women, written in Portuguese.

The "Family Guy" and "Monsters, Inc." star told cops the posts made her scared for her family's safety as well.

Cleveland Browns running back Isaiah Crowell is donating this season's first NFL game check to a Dallas police organization after facing intense backlash over an Instagram post ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Cleveland Browns player Isaiah Crowell's apology for a tasteless social media attack on cops is falling on deaf ears -- and in fact, police tell TMZ Sports ... they'll pull out of the Browns' stadium in protest.

Crowell got blasted for posting an illustration last week of a cop getting his throat slashed by a masked person. He posted it on Wednesday -- after Alton Sterling and Philando Castile's deaths, but the day before 5 Dallas officers were shot and killed.

The running back deleted the post and the Browns demanded he publicly apologize, which he did.

Tony Robbins insisted on 'GMA' Monday that no one was injured when they walked on hot coals during one of his seminars ... but that's certainly not the way it sounds from the 911 calls.

TMZ has obtained tape of several 911 calls, in which people on scene describe what they see. A woman, who says she's a security dispatch officer at the convention center where Robbins held the fire walk, described 3 injured people and "very bad burns."

Another caller said her husband and others were burned and they needed more ambulances.

Tony claimed on the morning show no one was really injured, and brushed off the complaints as nothing more than blisters.

According to initial reports, more than 30 people were burned by walking on the coals, and 5 were hospitalized.

Chris Brown played the race card and it cost him his Vegas gig.

The singer was 86'd from his Vegas residency at Drai's Nightclub for refusing to apologize to the club's owner after calling Drai's a racist venue ... according to a letter management fired off to CB's attorney and obtained by TMZ.

Not too long ago ... Chris torched the club on Instagram, and that pissed off Drai's to the point it issued an ultimatum -- apologize or get out.

A bunch of kids are suing Snapchat for allegedly corrupting them with sexually explicit content.

Famed attorney Mark Geragos has just filed a lawsuit against the social media giant, claiming its new feature, Snapchat Discover -- which curates posts from various media outlets -- has become a haven for raunchy topics.

Meek Mill and thousands of others fell for an Internet hoax and ended up ripping into a guy who is NOT one of the Baton Rouge cops who shot Alton Sterling.

Robert Kinnison says he's been receiving death threats after his image went viral following Sterling's death. Kinnison is a trucker from Arizona and Donald Trump supporter ... but says someone trolled him and it's not the first time.

He says someone online frequently posts a pic of him holding his gun after high-profile shooting incidents. This time the meme went viral, and Meek fell for it ... sharing the image on his IG page.

According to Baton Rouge PD, the cops involved in the Alton Sterling slaying are actually named Blane Salamoni and Howie Lake II.

Kinnison's been trying to clear his name in videos he's posting online.

Taylor Swift got an unwanted groom on her Rhode Island doorstep ... and no, we don't mean Calvin Harris.

According to cops, the man drove to her Westerly, RI mansion Wednesday ... claiming he was scheduled to see Taylor. Witnesses tell TMZ the man was crying and told officers Taylor was supposed to marry him, but now she's with Tom.

Taylor's security team first stopped him at her gate and called police, who transported him to a hospital for mental evaluation. His car was towed from the scene.

It's unclear if Swift was home at the time of the incident. She hopped a flight to Australia late on Wednesday.

TMZ Sports has obtained police body cam footage from the SWAT team raid on ex-NFL wide receiver Davone Bess ... including the moment officers sicced an attack dog on him.

27 police officers assisted in the June 19th incident -- including the SWAT team, which was called in because Bess had barricaded himself in his Arizona home, brandished a knife and had threatened to shoot cops.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, the whole thing started when Bess fled during a routine traffic stop -- and locked himself in his Gilbert, AZ home.

The report paints a picture of a very mentally disturbed person -- with 30-year-old Bess repeatedly making bizarre demands, incoherent statements and losing track of where he was.

Cops ultimately used a K9 unit to apprehend Bess, fearing he was a danger to himself and others. According to the report, the dog bit Bess for 30 seconds.

After he was taken into custody, Bess demanded a hamburger and K-Y Jelly ... fell asleep while being questioned by officers ... and eventually explained that he initially fled from cops because he was "searching for peace."

Earlier in the evening, Bess' mother told officers her son suffered from depression and had multiple head injuries from playing in the NFL. Bess was in the league from 2008 to 2013.

She also said he had been hospitalized weeks before the incident, had made suicidal statements in the past and that the family was trying to get him help for mental health issues.

A seemingly confused Bess admitted to smoking marijuana, drinking vodka and taking Zoloft (an anti-depression, anti-anxiety drug) before the police incident.

Bess was ultimately arrested and charged with unlawful flight from a law enforcement vehicle. If convicted, he faces up to 2 years in prison. His family clearly wants a judge to order him to get mental help instead of a jail sentence.

Bess has since plead not guilty and is due back in court in August.

Pablo Escobar's brother just put Netflix on alert -- cut us in on "Narcos" ... or else.

Roberto Escobar -- the accountant in Pablo's empire -- fired off a letter to Netflix in which he demands the media company put the brakes on season 2, unless the company gets a sign off from him.

He claims season 1 was riddled with inaccuracies and lies and says his brother would not like the portrayal one bit.

Roberto calls his letter -- obtained by TMZ -- "a friendly request for cooperation." He wants a cut of the profits.

The letter itself is interesting for several reasons. Our sources say it was written by Roberto at an undisclosed location in Colombia. And it's stamped with the Escobar family seal.

Roberto claims undying loyalty to Pablo, saying, "I was Pablo's closest ally, managing his accounting and he is my brother for life."
