The kid who played 10-year-old Ricky Bobby in "Talladega Nights" allegedly caused a 5-car pileup in Alabama Wednesday while driving more than double the speed limit -- so cops shake-n-baked him.

The Trussville PD says they put out an arrest warrant for Luke Bigham this week for driving 80 mph in a 35 zone and crashing his Lexus into another car ... causing the multi-car wreck.

Bigham was the only person hospitalized ... and he turned himself in the next day for misdemeanor reckless driving. He was processed and released.

If you 'aint first ... you're arrested.

Chris Brown celebrated his release from jail Thursday night with a big bash in Bev Hills ... and while Chris swears he's done with intoxicants ... it's clear some of his guests were wasted.

Brown arrived with Karrueche Tran ... who blindfolded him before bringing him inside. When Chris stepped inside, you can hear the crowd go crazy as Chris' song "Loyal" blasts in the background.

Other celebs on hand ... Tyga, Big Sean, Amber Rose and T-Pain. T-Pain told us there was no weed inside, but several partygoers walked out looking out of it.

As TMZ first reported, Brown has told friends he is swearing off drugs and purging all negative influences from his life ... because he never wants to see the inside of a jail cell again.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's egos DO know a limit, after all -- TMZ has learned they are disavowing any knowledge of a partially nude painting of Kim ... allegedly commissioned for their wedding.

A report from across the pond this week said Kanye had contacted a street artist named Bambi to do a thong-baring painting of Kim entitled "Perfect Bitch" -- which, by the way, looks nothing like her in the face. Bambi nailed the ass though.

But sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... neither of them know ANYTHING about this -- no painting was ever ordered, nor does Kim want one. This should sound familiar ... another artist, Monica Warhol, claimed the same thing last year.

We spoke to Bambi's manager, who's standing by Bambi's story and claims Kim's people should be receiving the artwork any day now.

No one taught Regis Philbin about stranger danger -- the iconic TV host hopped into a random van in New York City when he couldn't hail a cab … and it's all on video!

It all went down Wednesday afternoon ... when two guys happened upon Regis standing in the street, trying to get a ride.

Reege must have been in a crazy hurry, because he took the guys up on their offer for a lift. Check out the photo below ... he wasn't exactly hopping into a town car!

Despite the creepy unmarked van, Regis got where he needed to go -- 8 blocks away -- in one piece.

The guy who massively choked on solving a puzzle on "Wheel of Fortune" Wednesday night fully admits he blew it -- but tells TMZ he doesn't think his blunder is the worst of all time.

TMZ spoke with Dryer ... who explained to us he rang in way too early and nervously forgot the category. Dryer says he knew his answer was off from the beginning ... but just felt he had gone too far to try and change it.

As bad as his mistake was ... Dryer thinks the guy who flubbed on Achilles back in April was WAY WORSE. He's right.

But Dryer is taking the ridicule he’s receiving in stride -- he did leave the show $7,200 richer, and says he plans to take a cruise to the Southern Caribbean for eight days in October.

One can only assume Mama June just discovered water ... because while Honey Boo Boo played around in the pool with her usual youthful exuberance ... her mother swam around WITH HER SOCKS ON.

The Thompsons hit up a pool while on vacation in Panama Beach, FL. According to the photog who snapped the pics, Mama June swam about 30-40 laps in the pool ... never removing her socks.

A 14-year-old Justin Bieber did a horribly racist version of his own song 5 years ago ... looking into the camera and singing ... "There'll be one less lonely n*****."

Bieber and his team tell TMZ ... they want this video out, because he wants to own what he did.

We're told when Justin was 14 ... he had seen a random video online in which a comedian parodied his song, "One Less Lonely Girl," but the guy replaced the word "girl" with the n-word.

Justin then parodied the parody ... right on camera.

We're told years ago Justin told both Usher and Will Smith about the videos, saying he knew almost immediately it was a stupid thing to do ... Usher took him into a room and showed him historically racist videos to drive home how hurtful these words can be.

Bieber and his team say various people have tried to extort him over the last few years -- demanding money for both this video and the one he made when he was 15. Justin says he will not be shaken down anymore. He says he wants people to see the video and he wants to accept responsibility.

Justin apologized several days ago ... saying, "I thought it was OK to repeat hurtful words and jokes, but didn't realize at the time that it wasn't funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance."

Jennifer Love Hewitt's face is getting spread all over the Internet and she ain't happy about it -- she is suing the company using her image to promote a product the "Shark Tank" investors called a total "scam."

The product is called Slim Spray ... which claims to be an oral vitamin spray that will boost your energy and shed pounds. According to the lawsuit ... J.Love's face and bod have been attached to spam ads (you might have one in your inbox right now) that make it look like she endorses the stuff.

Jennifer claims she's worked too hard to develop her "stellar reputation and credibility" to have it all blown by Slim Spray -- and says she never authorized the company to use her image.

As for the photo of her holding the product -- she implies someone put it in her hand on a red carpet event, snapped a pic ... which ended up on Slim Spray's website and ads.

In the docs -- filed Wednesday in L.A. -- she points out the "Shark Tank" crew dismissed the spray as nothing more than a "hustle."

The boys from "Party Down South" tipped their hand and revealed their plans to expose themselves on the red carpet of the CMT Awards ... and TMZ has learned the network is doing whatever it can to make sure that doesn't happen.

Ryan "Daddy" Richards posted his plan on Twitter this morning, saying that he and Josh Murray planned on pulling out their penises and sword fighting on the red carpet.

According to our sources, CMT immediately pulled the guys into a meeting to put a kibosh on the plan. We're told the network has instructed the guys to stay sober during the awards -- and as backup, 5 security guards will be assigned to them all night.

Justin Bieber was the victim of a million dollar shakedown by a guy who had the video of the singer telling a racist joke ... sources connected with JB tell TMZ.

Our sources say ... approximately 2 months ago Bieber's reps were contacted by a lawyer representing a guy who worked on one of Bieber's video projects. We're told the guy was in possession of Bieber's personal hard drive, saw the video and swiped it.

We're told the lawyer told Bieber's reps his client would sell the video to the media unless Bieber anted up $1 million. Bieber's reps scoffed, and the lawyer immediately dropped the price to $800K.

Sources say the lawyer kept calling back and finally -- a week ago -- said $500K would keep the tape secret. The lawyer was told he "wasn't even in the ballpark" and was sent packing. The video was released a week later.

We're told Bieber's people wouldn't make the deal because they didn't think the tape was that harmful ... especially because Bieber was 15 years old when he told the racist joke.

The always charming Donald Sterling ran a clinic on "How to Win Friends and Influence People" yesterday ... when a photog asked the disgraced Clippers owner how he was doing.

Sterling's response -- well, he basically told our guy to go F himself.

It's not like Donald's got a lot to be happy about these days -- his estranged wife sold his team, he's been banned for life from the NBA and he's being sued by an alleged former employee who claims D.S. subjected her to a bunch of offensive comments.

Jonah Hill got seriously choked up while making his second public apology for blurting out a homophobic slur at a photographer -- and called himself a role model ... for what NOT to do.

Hill was on "The Tonight Show" when he brought up the video we posted Tuesday -- Jonah yelling to the photog, "Suck my d***, you f*****."

Hill was emotional about using a word he calls "grotesque."

Girrrrl ... the dollar store manager who got famous on the Internet for spraying Febreze in the face of an alleged shoplifter ... is now famously unemployed -- TMZ has learned the guy got fired.

The video is damn entertaining -- Gavyn Edlinger, the manager at Family Dollar in Saginaw, Mich. confronted a few alleged shoplifters (one of whom was pregnant) in the parking lot last week. It quickly turned into screaming, yelling, the Febreze spray and this classic line -- "Bitch, what I want you to do is do something. I will whoop yo' ass!"

Gavyn tells TMZ he was canned six days after the confrontation -- and it probably didn't help that it blew up on the web.

Edlinger called the incident an unfortunate scene and claims the mother of one of the girls in the video called the store to apologize. He says he tried to have the video taken down, but when the guy refused ... he decided to just own it.

Should look good on his resumé.

Dina Lohan was sentenced today on Long Island in her DWI case, but the judge delivered his harshest words to Dina after the fact ... saying she was lucky she didn't kill anyone.

Lohan pled guilty to DWI and speeding ... and was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service and had her license revoked for a year. Once she can drive, she'll have an interlock device installed on her car for another year.

But after Judge Engel handed down the sentence, he had rough words for Dina, saying, "The only person responsible for this ordeal is Miss Lohan. She is just lucky nobody was killed. She may not be as lucky next time"

Upon hearing that, Dina replied, "There will not be a next time."

Jonah Hill got fed up with a photographer's comments about his outfit, and lashed out by hurling a gay slur at him, yelling ... "Suck my d***, you f*****!"

Hill was out in the Larchmont area of L.A. over the weekend when a couple paparazzi started asking questions. Hill kept silent ... even when one of the guys (not from TMZ) mocked his floral print board shorts, saying ... "I like the shorts though, bro. They are pretty sexy."

The photog followed Hill for another 40 seconds or so before wishing him a good day -- and that's when an obviously angry and frustrated Hill uncorked the homophobic slur.

Jonah's been a very vocal supporter of gay rights, and famously blasted Russia's anti-gay laws leading up to the Winter Olympics.
