Warren Sapp is firing back against allegations of sexual misconduct -- claiming he NEVER urinated in front of an NFL Network wardrobe lady ... but there WAS a conflict over the bathroom.

Sapp appeared on "The Andy Slater Show" on 940 AM in Miami and told his version of what went down during a bathroom incident with Jami Cantor while he was working at the network.

Long story short ... Sapp says he DID open the bathroom door and saw Cantor working in there -- but instructed her to get out ... and didn't begin to pee until she was gone.

"I walked in [and] asked her to leave," Sapp said ... "She left. She yelled what she yelled through the door, talkin' about that's her office."

Sapp explained, "This sh*tter can't be your office."

Cantor tells a different story in her lawsuit against the NFL Network ... claiming Sapp barged in, whipped it out and began to pee while telling the woman, "Sorry mama, but your office shouldn't be our sh*tter."

"I walked in that bathroom but there's no way I peed in front of her. I put that on my 6 kids. My 3 little girls and my 3 big boys -- no way, no how."

Sapp also addressed Cantor's allegations that he gave her sex toys as Christmas presents -- saying he DID give them to some makeup artists after they requested them ... but never gave one to Cantor.

Seattle Seahawks defensive tackle Malik McDowell repeatedly called a female cop a "bitch" and a male cop a "n**ga" during his arrest in ATL on Sunday ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

We broke the story ... the 21-year-old rookie got into a verbal altercation outside of the SL Lounge early Sunday morning and cops were called to the scene.

When they arrived, McDowell went ballistic on the officers -- cussing them out and yelling at them ... even accusing them of planting evidence on him.

At one point he screams about how rich he is -- and that's why he feels justified calling the woman officer a "bitch."

The officer tells Malik to stop talking, to which he replies, "I can call you a bitch if I want to."

Malik tells the cops they'll never make as much money as he's made in the last 3 months and tells the woman, "You'll be a broke bitch for the rest of your life."

FYI, McDowell reportedly signed a 4-year contract worth $6.95 million after he selected in the 2nd round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Social media pages belonging to Keaton Jones' estranged father are littered with white supremacy propaganda, although he hasn't posted in a while ... because he's locked up in a Tennessee jail.

The father's name is Shawn White and his Facebook features multiple memes with sayings like, "HOLY F*** I LOVE BEING WHITE," "Keep Calm and be White Pride," and "Aryan Pride."

The memes we found were all posted in 2014. There was also a selfie profile pic that shows Shawn shirtless with "PURE BREED" tatted on his chest ... and "WHITE PRIDE" on his stomach.

He also has neck ink that reads, "CWB" -- a common abbreviation for a gang called Crazy White Boy.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, White's been in Knox County Jail since May 2015. He's locked up on a probation violation related to a 2012 aggravated assault conviction, and scheduled to get out in 2018.

It's unclear what, if any, relationship Shawn has with Keaton. He last posted a pic with Keaton and his sister in January 2015. We didn't find any record of Shawn marrying Kimberly Jones and, obviously, Keaton has his mom's last name.

Shawn's white supremacy posts are interesting in light of Kimberly's confederate flag photos ... which she's downplayed as "ironic and funny."

Tim Allen is a bigger fan of the dessert menu at Craig's than the two guys Alabama had to pick from for U.S. Senator.

We got Tim and his wife, Jane, along with Mary Hart and husband/producer Burt Sugarman leaving the WeHo hot spot Tuesday night right after Roy Moore's stunning defeat to Doug Jones.

When we asked about the results, Tim's answer was simple: the ice cream was good.

The contentious and highly publicized race for Alabama's vacant Senate seat is finally over ... and the victor is Doug Jones.

Roy Moore lost the special election for the seat left open by Jeff Sessions Tuesday night, to his Democratic opponent Jones, by a slim margin ... amidst the mounting allegations of sexual misconduct with teenage girls when he was in his 30s.

Moore and his campaign chairman appeared on stage shortly after Jones' acceptance speech to announce they'd continue to watch votes come in, hoping the margin of victory is less than .5% for Jones to trigger an automatic recount ... but that seems very unlikely.

As we reported ... Moore rode in horseback to cast his ballot Tuesday -- and the showmanship apparently didn't pay off. It's unclear if his spokesman's TV appearances had any effect.

President Trump weighed in on Moore's loss by seemingly taking the high road.

Julie Chen's a solid multitasker -- she pulled no punches for Kimberly Jones while showing major compassion for Keaton getting bullied.

We got the "Big Brother" and 'Talk' host leaving Craig's in WeHo Monday night, and asked her if photos of Keaton's mom with Confederate flags makes her uneasy about the flood of support for Keaton -- some of it financial.

Julie's clearly not a fan of those Kimberly pics, but she's found a way to separate that from Keaton's battles with bullies.

Roy Moore and his wife rolled out that old tried-and-true response to allegations they're anti-Semitic -- pointing out they employ Jews.

Kayla Moore was speaking at an event for her husband Monday night in Alabama, on the eve of the special Senate election, when she made the cringeworthy comment.

Kayla said the "fake news" would have you believe they don't care for Jews, and she wanted to set the record straight once and for all. Not sure this shout-out to their legal team will get the job done, but here it is.

Kayla added some of their closest friends are Jewish, too. Seriously. That's almost word-for-word how she said it.

Gigi Hadid wasn't trying to show off her unshaven pits during her LOVE Magazine photo shoot -- 'cause the fuzz folks saw was nothin' but loose fibers ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Gigi tell us her "armpit hair" -- which was prominently featured in day 11 of LOVE Magazine's Advent calendar video series -- was, in fact, residue left behind from the jacket she was wearing on set.

We're told the culprit was simply that navy cropped coat Gigi is seen wearing in the vid -- ya know, the one in which she's striking poses and kinda working up a sweat. Makes sense some of that could've gotten stuck to her.

What doesn't make sense is that no one on set saw the hairy stuff during the shoot, or even while editing the video.

Photos and words posted by Tennessee student Keaton Jones' mother have many people questioning whether she deserves any of the sympathy generated by Keaton's viral video.

Kimberly Jones' Facebook page reportedly features several photos of herself and friends displaying the Confederate flag. There's also a post in August where she seems to be telling people to stop whining about slavery and racism. It's not clear exactly what she's referring to, but the post was written 2 weeks after the neo-nazi rally in Charlottesville.

One of the photos on her page shows Keaton and a few other kids. Keaton is holding the U.S. flag and another kid is holding the Confederate flag.

The video Kimberly posted of Keaton talking about getting bullied has won over a ton of celebs -- many of whom have invited him and his mom to Hollywood and sporting events.

You gotta wonder ... if Kimberly's posts -- especially the one where she shows zero sympathy for "butt hurt Americans" -- will make celebs and others reconsider their sympathy for her and Keaton.

Chris Brown could've done a puppy or kitten, but instead he went exotic for Royalty's early Christmas gift, and hooked her up with ... a brand new monkey!!!

Chris' daughter got cozy with her gift, cradling what looks like a baby capuchin monkey. Dad joked with Royalty that her new "baby" would get bigger than her -- which seems like maybe a good reason NOT to give her a monkey.

But for now, it is super cute ... especially when it's this tiny and in diapers.

Royalty seems stoked, but a lot of fans let Chris have it on social media -- pointing out the exotic pet is better off in the wild, instead of his home.

Simon Cowell's London neighbor went ballistic outside Simon's home Tuesday night, threatening to smash cars with a golf club.

The neighbor was apparently pissed off at Simon for parking in front of his house.

The neighbor came out of his home wielding a golf club as he hurled insults in the direction of Simon's mansion, saying, "He's a twat. I hate him."

The guy seems to carry a grudge over Simon's fame, apparently believing Simon can get away with things non-famous people can't.

Cops were called to diffuse the situation.

Conor McGregor fueled Rita Ora dating rumors on Wednesday night ... shouting her out at the club while patting his heart BEFORE showing love to his baby mama, Dee Devlin.

C'mon bro ...

Remember, it was just a few days ago Conor was hanging out with Ora at the British Fashion Awards. She posted pics of the 2 of them together with the caption, "Date night."

Fast-forward to Wednesday night at Cirque le Soir in London ... where The Notorious was out with his bros, letting loose on the dance floor to The Notorious B.I.G.

Conor hopped on the mic and said, "What's up, Rita Ora!" ... and then put his hand over his heart.

Moments later, he shouted out Dee ... but no heart gesture that time.

Meghan Markle said last Friday, "We're not allowed to do selfies" ... saying it's a Royal thing, but we did some checking and looks like she needs to update her Royal etiquette pamphlet.

Turns out her fiance, Prince Harry, is in the selfie game, so we're not sure why Meghan is so camera shy.

Harry's not alone ... Kate Middleton also got in the act, and even the Queen mugged for a shot, but it looks like she's kind of in the dark ... it's a technology thing.

As we reported, Harry is going to teach Meghan the Royal ropes, but scratch the selfie thing from the list of no-nos.

Kim Kardashian's Crystal Gardenia perfume line has been a worldwide smash ... problem is, customers in Australia, New Zealand and other countries have plunked down the cash but still don't smell nice.

TMZ has learned the perfume is considered a "flammable/hazardous material" because of its alcohol content and can't be shipped by FedEx and other carriers. Overseas customers have been complaining because there was no warning on Kim's website that there were blackout zones.

Sources connected to Kim tell us she and her people were first told there wouldn't be an issue in shipping the goods overseas. Now that they know, they're in the process of contacting customers one by one who are still empty-handed, promising a full refund.

Herb Dean's one of the more respected refs in MMA -- but UFC fighter Sabah Homasi says he F'd up BAD during his UFC 218 scrap ... and there should be hell to pay for his actions.

"He knows he f***ed up," Sabah told TMZ Sports, "His facial expression was like, 'Oh, sh*t.'"

Isaiah Washington knows what it's like to be shunned by Hollywood ... and that's why he's going to bat for Terry Crews.

We got Isaiah out at LAX Monday and asked him about the backlash his friend, Terry, has gotten after claiming he was sexually assaulted by a powerful Hollywood agent. Russell Simmons even tried silencing him.

Isaiah knows firsthand what it's like to get blackballed -- he went from being a star on the hit TV show "Grey's Anatomy" before he was fired in 2007 for using a homophobic slur in an argument on set with Patrick Dempsey. It subsequently led Isaiah on a years-long drought without a major role on TV.
