Multiple sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... at least 4 employees have quit Resolutions Living since Presley's suspected overdose on September 20 at the Santa Monica rehab facility.
We're told the departing employees are believed to include several technicians and a member of the facility's kitchen staff.
